Looked very clean on the outside and inside. Very friendly staff. I placed an order online and it was ready to go when I got there. I ordered the 3pc tenders and voodoo fries (well done to try to get them to stay crispier for longer). Fries got a little soggy on the way back home but the chicken tenders with ranch was absolutely delicious. Sweet tea tasted terrible imo but that's really not their fault. I'd get a soft-drink next time. The atmosphere was really nice with plenty of shaded outdoor seating available. It seems like the area was built for it to busier; I'm surprised there was not more people eating. Will definitely be back.

Pros: 1. The boneless wings are good. Like, if I’m going to clog my body with grease, I’d pick the Louisiana rub boneless wings to be one of the main attractions. 2. Kind staff. Enough said. Kindness matters. Cons: 1. Sticky tables and floor. I saw people cleaning, so I know it gets done, but they may need a change in their cleaning products or methods. 2. Sometimes it takes a loooong time. This is less of a concern for me since I prefer having cooked to order wings.

Wings are amazing. Great vibe. 100% recommend the Louisiana rub and classic combo. On the downside, the fries they give you are too many,a little too salty and a touch to soggy. Besides that it's great.

They need more than 1 person working at a time! Today was 1 person taking orders and making food. He didn't get help for 15 min and 2 of the employees didn't even come out to help. I am definitely not coming back. I guess the managers were the ones that left their employees without a word.... Awsome management skills boys!

No sauce in my hot wings…. And barely my fries on my order not even half the plate was full of fries. Not to mention no seasoning. A disappointment as I often eat here, definitely do not recommend and wi t be eating here again. Not to mention 18$? For a few fried and wings smh!

This shop has so much potential with its location. Great spot to park, easy on-off the Highway access, great staff and outside seating. The food and its quality are what is holding back this location from success. When I walked in to order, I was greeted with a message on the wall “Food cooked to order”. What this meant to me was a little more time was needed for a fresh, hot meal. What I observed as I was making my order was a half-basket of cooked wings hovering over a fryer. I hoped that this was not for an my order. When I received my food it was disappointing. The wings and fries were warm, with the fries slightly soggy. Clearly NOT cooked to order. On a positive note, the fries did feel like they were prepared on-site, even if the cooking was not thoroughly done. Fry seasoning was great, not overwhelming. The wings had great seasoning. The facility was moderately clean, with the bathroom sink very slow to drain. I’m not a fan of the rolled paper towels in favor of napkins, especially when that roll is not secured in a holder or mounted on a wall. Also, there was no visible trash can, all trash had to be handed to the checker. The ketchup was a huge positive; brand name in great packaging. The website is also a plus, as I am celiac and gluten free. The menu was a huge help in knowing what I could order. I will be back, in hopes that my timing was off, and that in busier times the food doesn’t sit around.

EXTREMELY SLOW. DONT BOTHER ORDERING ONLINE. IT DOESN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE. BEEN WAITING 40 MINS. THEYRE 15 ORDERS BEHIND WITH TWO WORKERS AND ABOUT 25 PEOPLE STANDING IN THE LOBBY WAITING. VERY VERY VERY SLOW.

Waited 15 minutes to get two mobile orders I could see sitting on the stand. Then when I finally get back to work to eat my lunch, I bit into a chicken bone that was in my fries.

I know it sounds snobby/bigoted but the staff here can't speak English most of the time. I've been here 3 times where the person taking orders couldn't speak ANY English. She had to pull out a translation app and still got my order wrong trying to give me 3 extra drinks. The wings/tenders are almost always amazing. The fries are sometimes soggy, especially the cheese fries. The inside is disgusting and looks hardly cleaned. There are no trash cans. The only napkins are the brown rolls of paper towels.

This place is in dire need of a deep clean. The floors were so sticky that I felt like I was walking through a swamp, and that was just the start of my issues. The service was excruciatingly slow. My teenager ordered food and was told it would take about 30 minutes. After that time had passed, he went to ask if it was ready, only to be told it wasn’t. He waited an additional 15 minutes, watching as other orders were prepared and picked up while his sat in limbo. After a total wait of 45 minutes, he finally gave up and left without his meal. I decided to speak with management about the situation. To my surprise, there was no manager available that day. I returned two days later, hoping to resolve the issue. When I finally spoke with a manager, he informed me that they would not refund the order or provide a replacement; instead, they would only offer half of what we originally ordered. This lack of accountability and customer care was incredibly disappointing. Overall, I cannot recommend Wingstop based on this experience. The combination of poor customer service and uncleanliness is a recipe for disaster. I encourage everyone to support local restaurants that prioritize cleanliness and customer satisfaction. There are plenty of pizza places nearby that offer wings and provide a much better experience. Save yourself the headache and avoid this franchise.

I bought 50 wings and was so grossed out to open two of the five boxes and find wings with full feathers still attached to several wings I couldn't eat it. Highly disappointed.
