Willy like it?

Long wait even after ordering online. Was 15 minutes later than promised. Forgot white rice on one of the orders, and no teriyaki sauce on two of the orders. Small portions, not impressed. Need to fix this if this is your new normal.

Went thru the drive thru they messed up my order the sprite did not have flavor it was just carbonated water and plus I have been calling and they do not answer the phone !!!

Fried rice was crunchy/undercooked. Food just didn't seem up to par to other panda expresses I've been to. I love panda express so this was disappointing.

The food was good, however the containers were only filled halfway for the price they charge. Unless they can fill the containers all the way do not charge an arm and a leg.

We have been having bad experiences and I convinced my girls for us to give it a try today since it's been a while since we have been here. Well it was not good again. They had no Chicken Teriyaki and no Beef and Broccoli. Last 5 times they have had no chicken Teriyaki but the straw that broke the camels back for me today was they waited to tell us that they have no Soy Sauce. They should say that right away. Not when your paying. That is ridiculous and they are out of soy sauce lots of times.

I bought 2 egg rolls and didn’t get them this is also the second time in a row that I didn’t get my egg rolls overall ive bought 3 egg rolls and haven’t seen any.

I order the new crisp sesame shrimp and beef store # 2183 Order # 456635 the beef so dry and the shrimp was so gummy like it had been sitting for awhile. This is the second time I have had this the first time it was so good. But this time it was NASTY

They did not want to fulfill my DoorDash order they said they lost it when they first said they were waiting on the orange chicken. They did not want to give my order to the DoorDash or they were talking in Spanish as if She did not understand. I called the Store numerous times because the order was accepted on my side and paid for and they would not answer my call. The DoorDash lady said she was hearing the phone ring and the manager was just ignoring it very unprofessional management. I am disgusted.

I’ve been here approximately 10 times always getting drive thru, and not once have they ever given me any fortune cookies. Now I know it isn’t the biggest deal in the world, but It’s Chinese food, who the heck opens an Americanized Chinese chain and doesn’t give fortune cookies just because it’s the drive thru?!

Went to get dinner tonight all of us got the honey sesame chicken and all of it was raw thank goodness I was cutting up my granddaughter’s food and saw that it was raw. Checked all of the other plates with it and all of it was raw tried calling about 10 time but no answer. Then only thing that was bad was getting raw food.

Well when you order food you think you would get what you pay for, I ordered the sweet fire chicken, all I got was all pineapples and 2 little peices of chicken about the size of a dime. This should be called sweet fire pineapples. Complete BS will never go back to this location.

Ordered some food from here and ended up with a worm in my family’s food. Worst part is that we didn’t notice it until our son started eating the food. My wife called the Panda Express and one of the managers by the name of Richard Umbarger stated that we or the Uber driver tampered with the food. That worm looks well cooked to me
