Great place, food is very good. They are not stingy on the toppings. The lemonade is very good. The location is kinda annoying to get into but there is a great parking area. If you like Chipotle this is a great spot.
Delicious food as per usual!! Trisha was the sweetest most personable worker and was so kind about my allergy!! Love her!! Give her some recognition and a raise!!
Probably the busiest Chipotle we’ve ever been to, so I was worried they wouldn’t have what we wanted. Proved me wrong! They kept the lining moving with efficiency and had everything on the menu we requested. Added to this, the restaurant was clean and the trash wasn’t overflowing. Great job!!

Chipotle is an easy go-to get something healthy quickly. I do enjoy the food and the service is always nice. But you'd better be prepared to wait 20 minutes at this location to get your food. Seems they may be understaffed. But everything else is great.
Food was great as well as the service. The place was a mess, but it was also the end of the night, and they were cleaning up. Overall no complaints.
Stopped in on a Monday afternoon to a pretty busy crowd. Didn't wait long though and despite the full dining area, everything was pretty clean. The crew was friendly and all the ingredients looked fresh as well as being cooked just behind the counter. I ordered the bowl without beans or rice and triple proteins. Barbacoa, steak, and grilled chicken were delicious as well as the toppings. Always a great choice when available and this restaurant was no different.

The ice machine doesn't work. They have cold drinks you can buy but a fountain drink with your Chipotle tastes better.
I normally don't take the time to write reviews but hopefully Chipotle can see this and do something about their lackluster in person rewards system. I tried to redeem a QR code on my phone through their scanner and it would chime saying it scanned but the reward wouldn't apply and the employee said they couldn't apply it manually (poor training most likely, former Kitchen Manager myself). The food is great though as always.
I got the bowl. The carne asada is not even warmed up it was cold on my bowl. They didn't give you plenty if food in it as well! Service was great as they were quick as to get people the food.
Another disappointing location. Floor is filthy here and not even busy. Looks like several hours since someone swept anything up. On top of that I was given two big bites of barbacoa. It was two chunks that I had to cut apart. Hardly shredded at all. 16.50 is a lot for a bowl in this setting.
I really enjoyed eating here, but this place is getting worse and worse. Everything is very dirty, dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty work area, super dirty food area. The workers, especially the women, have their hair not tied up properly. The food is tasteless. I am disappointed.
Big chipotle with lots of seats. When I opened my bowl, the guacomole was very messy and was stuck to the top. It made the bowl dirty. They also didn’t put lettuce on my bowl since they were out of lettuce. I mean, can’t you cut lettuce in a minute? But anyways, the food was well seasoned and prepared.
2/10/2023: I ordered online and I ordered a steak burrito & queso & chips. The burrito was pretty good as well as the queso & chips. I ordered via the app & it stated my order would be ready at 810 PM & I arrived shortly after. I did not find my order on the mobile order counter and still did not have my order at 845 PM and I asked the employees about it. The employees stated that someone must have taken my order off the counter and they had to remake it. I would suggest just ordering in person rather the the app.
came in at 10:55. doors were locked. after i sat in my car, i watched 2 other people walked in. guessing they seen me & finally unlocked the door. i came inside without being greeting. im standing here writing this review as they all do other things. im the only person in line. not one single person has told me “hello, how can i help you” or “itll be one sec” or anything. EDIT: after standing here for a good 10 mins, a worker finally said she will help me in a minute.
It's like nobody cares here and they keep skimping on portion sizes, especially on online orders. Tables and dining area are frequently messy and the floor is almost never clean, even first thing in the morning
Store was filthy. Trashcans were running over, every table had bits of food on them, and the counter next to the register was just as bad. Sodas were flat, the tea was empty, and they were out of half of the food options. This was on a Friday afternoon. I won't be going back to this one. I've legit seen cleaner alleys.
This is the eighth time I’ve been to this location and they are always out of veggies. Like that’s That’s what you do you grill items and you can’t even keep an Item in stock all the time this makes no sense.
I always order on the app and there’s always something wrong. This time I asked for extra rice and cheese, it looked like I had about one scoop of rice and barely any cheese. The steak was hard. My chips were stale and some of them were burned. It’s ridiculous the difference of ordering on the app and in person. The portions when ordering online are about half of what you’re supposed to pay. Very disappointed.
I’ve been here a few times over the past month and it’s downhill again. Every time I got the line is to the door, 25-30 minutes of waiting time. Once I get to order, food it everywhere and the place needs a good deep cleaning. It’s honestly disgusting and I should have left. They don’t even care to wipe the areas around the food. There was cheese on the tortillas press from the previous customers quesadilla, and i got burnt cheese all over the outside of my tortilla. The lettuce is always black and guacamole is rancid. They are usually out of what you want. Employees hate their job and there is poor communication. Last time they gave me the run around about the meat I wanted, this time they didn’t run my card correctly as I was trying to use my free meal credit. The manager was nice and explained everything, however, the employee should have been trained to ask for help before attempting a mistake. Now I have to see if my card ends up getting a refund or not, something else to worry about. I just can’t believe the wait times and the quality of food that comes out of this restaurant. I will no longer come to the Odessa location and will make the drive to midland. Sometimes there is a wait there as well, but at least I can rely on the food ALWAYS tasting up to par. I should have taken photos of the restaurant, as a previous restaurant manager, it was honestly horrible and unacceptable. This is my last straw and I won’t be back. They do not care about the health of the general public.
White rice was super hard brisket was burnt. Ordered 3 bowls and two burritos super disappointed in the freshness of the food. Pathetic paid almost 90.00 to get unsatisfactory food. Hope they can make it right. I live in Odessa but I hate to travel all the way to Midland to get the best Chipotle.. If you want food fresh and a great atmosphere try Midland. I work in Midland and eat at that one very often.
This was our second time to eat there because we were giving them another chance! Food was great, service was good, but cleanliness was awful as was the first time we visited! Tables were gross! Floors had trash all over the place! A family came to a table and started washing it off with napkins and then a worker came over and cleaned it real good, but then she went right back behind the counter, failing to clean all of the other filthy tables! And it was not even busy at that time! Ridiculous!!!!’ Won’t be back there!
Idk what happen here. They can not even make a salad.Last I was in there nobody knew English and they refuse to make what I ordered online too. Will never go to Odessa Chipotles again.
I usually come here alot but the last 2 times have been terrible service , I took my friend there for the first time , I went in line before him , so I was able to see everything they had. When came his bowl they said they were out of brown rice , so he tried to get white rice , and the lady working the table kept saying they were out of rice when I clearly saw there was rice there . Tonight the girls up front were very rude , showing various amounts of attitude and rolling theirs eyes . Just saying i know it can be a long day sometimes but it doesn't mean to be rude for no reason.
I’ve been ordering from this location for a long time and I’ve never been treated so rude. The employees kept yelling at me to pull my mask up over my nose when my mask was already covering my nose. In addition to poor customer service, my burrito was not wrapped properly at all. It leaked all over the bag to the point where the bottom ripped open. Not a good experience.
This is by far the worst chipotle I ve ever ordered from. Every time I am here they either domt have fajita veggies, dont have steak, dont have chips. Literally the older hispanic lady at the front of line lied to everyone saying they were out of steak and a younger employee brought a whole pan of it at the same time the cook started grilling more. Same thing with the fajita veggies. Their portions are tiny compared to all other chipotles. I always get 2 bowls both douboe meat, but here its like they give half and half but still charge double. I typically only review if its great service, as evident by my reviews. This one is so bad that I finally had enough and had to share. Chipotle corporate sees the numbers they do and doesnt realize the problem. If I had time I would rather drive to Midland and order there then this hell hole of service. I want to say the youngsters working the register have super good energy. Its the older ladies that have the whole line talking about how poor of service they provide. Literally people in front and behind me were both saying what i was thinking. Service sucks. Chipotle as a brand is great, I eat at them across state multiple times a week and have fir years. None ever co.e close to the rude service that the Odessa chipotle does. Mainly just 2 women there ruin the energy of the whole place.
Wow, what a change. I use to eat here often but I no longer live in town. I happened to be back during lunch so I came by and what a disappointment. The staff was cold and seemed annoyed I was there. They had no black beans, and none being made. They had no pork and none being made. They had no spoons and none to put out. The restaurant was dirty and no one was cleaning. This place has gone down the drain, I doubt it'll be here in a year if something doesn't change, disappointed.

Bad. After seeing the commercial with a delicious-looking quesadilla we decided to try Chipotle again. (I do enjoy a good greasy cheeseburger but not saturated) I asked them to make sure our dillas crisped up not soggy. I'm not too picky but it was terrible. I never give a review after just trying something once because we all have bad days. This was my second visit with poor results.
The counter where I ordered my food was very dirty, nasty looking. Book that Mr. Pibb and Coke was very flat it needed attention. Place inside is disgusting tables. Dirty floors dirty. Everything dirty. Trash everywhere. I won't be going back when I work here.
Go here multiple time a week when in Odessa. Over the last year it’s been going down hill. Long waits. Inconsistent food. Today got my online order wrong. Drove back and had them remake it. (I shook it up and couldn’t remove the sour cream after than. My fault I guess). Got back to the hotel the second time and it’s missing the veggies. I guess they were out. Disappointed and hungry.
This is a first.. The place was understaffed. The hot table display was all a mess and dirty.. They were out of grilled proteins and the ones that were available were dry and out of temperature. The staff showed to be overwhelmed and not an attitude that they wanted to be there. It was 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday. The eating areas were dirty and unclean. Trash cans inside and outside completely full. I'm quite surprised to see this establishment to be so out of order and so unclean.
One of my main reasons to go to Chipotle is their delicious cilantro and lime rice!! The rice should not have a dough texture, but it should have a firm and loose grains, as it used. I have ordered four bowls to go and all of them had a massive or sticky texture and that famous flavors of cilantro -lime- was not there, very disappointed experience!!
If they close at 11, why do they think it’s ok to throw out the tea and the juice or aqua frescas. at 9:00pm daily. I understand pre close but that is too extreme. The teas were full and she was throwing them out at 9 just to pre close. Sad. But they don’t mess up the food
I can’t believe this chipotle was super dirty. I have a gluten allergy and the guy got upset. He kept slamming the bowl and signed loudly. I don’t like having to do it but I’ll get sick. I always feel really bad about it and I’ve never been made feel horrible for it like this. The manager was super friendly to me. She made sure it got taken care of. But the cleanness was not it. Food was good.
Once again Chipotle has Supply issues and cannot provide everything on the menu. This happens 3 out of that's 3 out of 5 times we come to eat. It's either the chips or the veggies or something else they don't have in stock. But sometimes but sometimes they'll only supply to go orders with things like chips and walk INS can't have the chips.. It's getting ridiculous supply chains are not that bad anymore . Someone needs to fix it
The past two times I have stopped at this location they were out of chicken and steak. I was told they needed to cook more by staff that had trouble speaking english. How do you run out of the two most important items for your restaurant? The staff seem to have ( in there limited english speaking) an attitude of take it or leave it. Will not be returning to this restaurant.
Don't bother trying to sit down during a lunch or dinner rush cause there won't be a clean table available. Everybody behind the counter has tunnel vision, that they can't see that the entirety of the lobby has tuned into a dumpster.
Service was bad. 4 girls up at the front they all saw me in line but not one came to help or at least let me know someone will be right with me. After a good while of just standing there I finally asked one of them if anyone was going to help me she just gave me a dirty look and turned around to call on someone. When that person came out she was in a bad mood helping me with my order Definitely one of the worse customer services I've ever had.
I used to love Chipotle but they've gotten real lazy. My rice is always crunchy and the steak I'd get in the burrito bowl was sometimes raw, so then I'd get chicken which was always RAW! Then I'd ask for no onions and sometimes they'd still give me onions anyway, which they're really overpowering. These things have happened multiple times and only at this location
Everytime we go here for dinner they have no chicken , like if you keep running out of chicken why don’t you just keep making it. And it’s always gross with food on the floors , dirty tables everywhere
One star just to be able to say this place is trash. Moe's southwest beats this place hands down.
Wait, in line wasn't bad, 10 min. The food was decent, although they skimped on the carne asada. None of the tables were clean. Bathrooms were negleted, to say the least. Probably hadn't been cleaned in a few days from the smell. I would not recommend this Chipotle to anyone.
Worst chipotle I ever been Too in my life.
Jose Sandoval is the manager here and he was the rudest employee. I ordered an online order here, all meals were incorrect and dropped off to my place of employment. Upon asking for the meals to be redone, he told me he needed to see all the wrong food. (Which is illegal to ask for contaminated food back which is what customer service told me) he refused to remake the meals and just gave me an 800 number to complain elsewhere. I got my $70 back luckily, per corporate he did not follow protocol and I won’t be returning. 🙂
Chipotle food is usually good but for the past few times going food is not really hot steak has a lot of fat & had the worst customer service experience at the night shift. Only 1 person had a good attitude working there. The girl that cashed us out was cleaning tables and then when she attended us, barley mumbled under her breath, so we couldn't even hear her. And when she was done with her part just left the register. To top it off no drinks available. We decided to leave & while leaving the girl with the bad attitude was laughing with co workers , so if she hates customer service so deeply she should quit.
Brown and white rice is undercooked. Always. This place is a joke. Needs to be trained in how to cook rice. Needs big improvement. With the amount of traffic coming in the store now. It should be double..,if ran right. during rush hour very messy assembly table station.disgusting.To charge $20plus for a bowl.
Where should I start. You get harassed just by asking for a bit more guac or cheese it’s like the employees pay for it outta pocket . Unreal the amount of problems you have to go through just to get a decent portion about if food for no less than 20 dollars. Staff is very unfriendly and seems like they do not wanna be there. Tables are hardly cleaned you have to clean them yourself.
Hand soap dispenser not working in the men’s room. I immediately left as employees can’t wash their hands.
They also intentionally try to overcharge you so be watchful. No apologies for us and the guy in front of us.
I’d give no stars if I could. Went in at 10:10pm (doesn’t close till 11pm) waited for 20 minutes in line just be told they only had a little bit of one meat and hardly any rice. They never have any food anytime of day I go in and their lobby is always disgusting and the so called manager was very rude! Never will I eat here again!
Out of most protein but not told until rice and beans were in bowl. No bags to carry food. Waited for them to bag chips. Sold a large drink but not told they didn’t have lids. Soda machine was limited on drinks. Very poorly managed.

Horrible experience, my mother couldn't eat what they gave her. The meat was old and tough. They were out of everything. The food they had we something that looked like you might catch dysentery or salmonella poisoning from. The health department needs to look into their practices
I hardly ever write bad reviews, but chipotle deserves every single one they have. I asked for no beans/ rice just protein and the employee scooped half a spoon and I asked for a little bit more and the employee stated it would be considered “double”. I replied by stating she barely added any protein and proceeded to ignore me and pass my bowl to the cashier. As I was paying !! !!$33!! for two half empty bowls..they ran out of bags and I had to carry it out. Zero Stars is what I actually give this place.

The dirtiest one i ja e ever been to across Texas. Every time I go, they are out of half the ingredients. The staff is in the back, messing around, not working. Tables dirty. Bathrooms nasty. On 7/8/2025 the manager on duty at about 8 PM was rude and short when I asked if they were going to have any of the steak ready soon. All they hdd was some burnt chicken for the protein. Was out of all the others.
This place is poorly managed. They were out of so much food. The store was dirty. And there was one person on the line fixing orders. And the store had a line full of people waiting to be served. To have the store looking like it was, out of a lot of food, and the teas were empty as well. Definitely not a chipotle I would ever visit again.
THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE! EVERY time I order from this store it has progressively gotten worse. Tonight my ENTIRE online order was wrong and horrible quality. I didn’t realize until I got home and literally EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. is either completely wrong or disgusting. I tried to call the store and was constantly redirected to an online chat and I couldn’t even get a refund, just a couple of free items that don’t even equal the value of my order. I want a refund! I will NEVER go back to this location.
Went in today and they were telling me that they were out of every protein except chicken or steak I said it was fine and got chicken BUT I later saw another employee grab carnitas for an online order. Once I got to the end I wanted lettuce the lady informed me that they were also out but again I saw them grab lettuce for an online order. Mind you they weren’t closing for another hour. The lady attending I didn’t catch her name but she was an older Hispanic lady and was being very rude to another employee who was nothing but respectful to her! The lady behind me wanted a quesadilla but the employee had said they were out of tortillas for the night which was strange when I could see the tortillas right in front of her. Won’t be returning.
I worked near here for a year and went to this chipotle dozens of times because clearly I’m a glutton for punishment. No matter what time of day I went, or day of the week, they would be missing items and have an additude when you would ask for it to be refilled. For instance, I like fajita peppers, they would not have these half the time. Sometimes they would be out of corn salsa, or rice, or chicken. This place is managed terribly and as much as I love chipotle, I have made a pledge to never go back to this location. Rude and almost nonexistent customer service and an incomplete menu… I’d rather starve than give them any more business!
I didn’t even stay to eat. Every table was dirty, the floors were filthy how you do one thing is how you do everything—and if the dining area is this neglected, I can only imagine what the food must be like.
Went to grab chicken tacos for my son to eat during his lunch. I waited in line for 20 minutes. When I finally got to order they tell me they are out of mostly everything. I asked how long the wait would be and he said 30 to 40 minutes. Wish they would let their customers know so they don't waste their time and have plenty of time to go elsewhere. Thanks God for Chickfila on University Blvd, if not my son wouldn't have eaten. Besides the service not being what it should the restaurant is always a mess. You will never walk in and see that place clean, well maybe if you go there when they first open. Tables have left over pieces of food from previous customers and are never wiped down for the next customer. Their own employees leave their to go bags and trash from other restaurants. I have seen them eat at a tables and when finished returned to work. At first I thought they had to go get something but they never came back to clean up after themselves. So cleaning up after themselves is not on their minds much less cleaning up after others. Unfortunately I have seen this happen multiple times. If it wasn't for my son loving their chicken tacos I would never go back. Until he finally gets tired of eating them, I will continue to go unfortunately. I would rather go to the Chipotle in Midland, either way I am wasting at least an hour each time. If anyone noticed I don't eat their food, gave it a try a couple of times and I don't care for it. Chicken is okay but I rather eat somewhere else. I don't like to give reviews but I guess the constant disappointment and frustration has finally gotten to me.
I ordered a bowl with steak, pinto beans, fajita vegetables, guacamole, and queso Blanca. It arrived with hardly any beans, 3 cubes of steak meat, way overboard guacamole, and a bit of queso. I'm not sure how to post a photo. I attempted to call the store but they prevent getting a human to speak with. Highly frustrating especially with the pric tag. I will never order from here again,nor will I ever recommend this ripoff place. If I could rate a zero I would.
Caution Stay Away at all costs!! I went back today 12/28/24 and it’s was the biggest mistake ever. My order was wrong and when I called customer service I think I actually call somewhere in India because I couldn’t understand a single word this gentleman said. Damn chipotle y’all have became a Trashy place! When you pay $21 for a bowl with two scoops of protein and the bowl is half empty and has rice that you didn’t want and you say something and get attitude from the young lady. The worst thing is the young lady starts mouthing off in Spanish saying some inappropriate things. The Manager fixed my order and I think him for his professionalism. The dining area is always dirty and the food is Way overpriced for the portions you receive. Worst of all if you call customer service (corporate) all you get is excuses and attitude. You can do better Chipotle!
Horrible chipotle I’ve ever been to, they close at 11 I walked in at 9:20 and all they had was carnitas. Lady was very rude. Did not smile or act like she wanted to be there. If they can’t keep up with the demand then they need to shut the store down. Will not be going back. Chipotle has taken a turn for the worst. Very disappointed
Save your money go to chick fil a instead. The worst service. Floors are dirty. Service was terrible and the way they handled the food was bad. Lied and said they didn't have queso cheese and we saw it in the online order section. They said only online orders get the option. It must be so difficult to take 5 steps and put the item on our plate. They never asked if we wanted more cheese or more meat they just threw it on the bowl and closed it up. Didn't ask about chips or drink. Just told us the total for checkout. Spend your money else where.
TERRIBLE customer service! Workers were rude. No veggies during the middle of the day. They had the attitude that they could not be bothered with it. Manger said it was because they were short handed even though there were more people working than there was people there to eat. Save your money and your time.

First time getting Chipotle today and I think this experience has turned me off of ever giving them another chance. My 10 year old talked me into finally trying it. We wanted to dine in since it was just us but once he looked he around he asked to go home because “the tables are disgusting, they all have food smeared on them and there’s trash everywhere.” To-go it was. Nearly everyone in line had to order regular chicken because all they had was that, sofritas, and barbacoa (I wanted chipotle honey chicken which I was told they weren’t cooking). They only had large cups also, which the cashier told someone they only had 1 sleeve left for the rest of the night. As we get to the drink station, I do realize that there is trash all over the floor I hadn’t noticed before, and I only notice now because I am currently in use of mobility aids and I had chosen the cane over my walker because it tends make things easier in restaurants with chairs and tables. I made sure to be mindful of my movements. The station itself though was nasty, the fountain shows signs that it hasn’t been cleaned properly in a while (spigots and trays), counter, drink condiment & plasticware holders, and the fresh drink dispensers were empty but running and also noticeably dirty. I probably should have called to let them know the carbonation was out but they looked so overwhelmed it was a wait just to let them know things were empty at the drink station. I really feel kind of bad being so harsh and critical but I’ve worked food before for quite a long time and I know how high some standards can be held even by “fast food.” I believe you can absolutely do better. Even the wooden walls when you first walk in are grimey. I don’t wanna even see the bathrooms. The crew looked absolutely miserable, there was no music. It looked, sounded, and felt like a truck stop.
Horrible service, the quesadilla was not even melted, I could not eat it. They had no unsweetened iced tea, the tables were dirty, and they got our order completely wrong. We're on the road traveling, and this meal did not feed us, as the bowls were very small in size. We were still so hungry after we ate and had many hours to wait until we could get more food. I do not believe that my family will ever eat at Chipotle again just because of this horrible experience. From an over decade long customer, goodbye!
The food is always good but the places looks disgusting 🤮 its always dirty they should hire more people or a better manager
Odessa has the worst Chipotle I've ever been too and it makes me so sad. They were out of brown rice. Grilled veggies. Steak. Serving area was a disaster, food everywhere, everything/one was chaotic. Chips were stale not seasoned. Seating area was dingy. place was well staffed but nobody had direction and staff had deer in the headlights look. I sure hope they can turn it around. Such a great location. Sucks the quality is so very bad.
Last week i tried ordering takeout and when i received my order I was missing multiple items. I went back and the lady with long black hair that was working the togo area was not only rude but made my order wrong again. I said never mind and got a refund. Today i went back to try again with takeout. My burrito was unwrapped and all over the bag and my other item was missing multiple things. I went back and wasn't surprised it was the same lady working the togo area that made my order wrong and threw my burrito in the bag without wrapping it. I went inside to get my order remade and it wrong again, sloppy and portions so small that it's ridiculous. I just took my food home because I was over it. I am beyond annoyed to be paying such high prices for poor quality, bad customer service and small portions.
So, I had an Uber order to pick up from this place just a few minutes ago. I get there and after waiting for 10 minutes, get told that someone might have stolen the order, that they will talk with their manager, and then proceed to be completely ignored for the remainder of being in there until I got fed up waiting and left after canceling the order. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this place either. The workers really need to pay attention to who is grabbing what order. Something needs to be done so that things like this do not keep on happening. This is messing with my money and income to be able to feed my family. That is now money that I am out of to take care of my family.
Bad all around asked them to rewrap it and lady gave me attitude and gave me this in return this place is very unprofessional dirty dishes everywhere and very ugly environment especially the employees there and seemed to be under the influence as well poor customer service and poor food service
I had to delete a previous 5-star review due to the complete shift in quality and service of this location. What was once friendly, inviting staff, became bitter. Always out of protein. On March 10, 2025, I ordered a Chipotle Honey Chicken bowl via the app. I waited about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by the mobile line employee. I finally got my food, opened the bowl, took a couple bites, and bit into a staple. I do NOT use staples at my home or workplace (fully digital), let alone near my food. I contacted Chipotle on their website, and have gotten no response or reparations. Sad to see.
First time I come to this location and the facility is super dirty tables are dirty floors are dirty no one cleans or restocks the straws forks etc they have long lines to order and only one person is serving and their is no help from other team member towards that person trying his best to put the line down (a white guy not sure of his name)
1. The manager and staff have all their Burgerking and Starbucks wrappers all over the tables—-if the staff won’t eat their own food…..should I be nervous? 2. ALL the tables, seats and benches were sooooooo dirty we couldn’t eat there—took it to go. I can only imagine how dirty the areas that aren’t seen by customers are. Ugh—disgusting! 3. First and last time at this location -I’ll drive to Midland where it’s clean and better good.
I love Chipotle but this location is awful. I waited for 20 min. in line and when it was my turn to order they were out of most everything. No white rice, no peppers and onions, no steak, and regular chicken was going to be an 8 min wait. I could understand if it was close to closing but it 8pm dinner rush.
