We had to wait a little bit longer than I would have liked but I love this place because I had my very first date with my wonderful hubby to be here. The food was amazing and the vibe was cool

Isac was the best waiter possible!! He was slammed and working a large section alone and he still managed nit to mid a beat!! We had several special instructions and everything was perfect. He handled everything with a smile at each table. Incredible personality!! The food is always great but if you have bad service it never seems to taste as good. Funny how that works!!!

Best customer service we have received in a good while. After having a bad experience with hosts at the Santa Ana location, we drove to this location. I'm so glad that we did, we were celebrating my nephews birthday, and we were a party of 10. Hosts was really friendly, and we were seated quickly. We had 2 servers (Chris and DJ) best servers ever!! We will definitely make this location our go to because of the service we received. If you're visiting here with larger parties, these two as a team rock, highly recommended.

It's best to go places with gift cards. I've been to this Olive Garden three times this year. All three times were great. Two times at lunch and one time at dinner. The servers were excellent. The first time , for lunch, my brother and I both got the Shrimp Alfredo the server threw in endless soups (with the endless salad and breadsticks) for us for free. We left stuffed. I counted the shrimps and I was given 15 shrimps. Shrimps were cooked well. We were seated on the south side at a table, by the window. It seemed a bit warm there, but ok. The server was attentive. The second time, we got a booth at the north side of the building, a bit quieter and the booth was a good size for the two of us. We went for lunch again. We ordered the Dipping Sauce with Breadsticks and Ravioli Carbonara, and endless soup and salad. The dipping sauces were pretty good. I dipped my ravioli in the cheesy dipping sauce and it gave the ravioli a little more flavor. The house salad is good. I don't eat much salad as much as I used to and the olives and goat cheese help bring out flavor to the salad. The third time, I took a friend for dinner. He got there first and preordered a Shrimp Fritto Misto. By the time I got there, it was only warm, but it still tasted fine. Dipping sauces helped, but it was ok without too. I ordered a create you own pasta, nothing special, but my friend recommend the 3 Meatballs. Those had good flavor and were filling. The rest of the dish was ok. They skimped on the meat sauce, but I didn't want to ask for more. You are able to take home freshly made breadsticks if you ask for them. If you do, follow the instructions on the bag to reheate. By the way, soda water is no extra charge. I ended up using all my gift cards with those three meals and enjoyed each meal. Worth going to. My friend said that the Irvine Olive Garden is better, but I can't judge since I haven't been there.

Place was quite busy when I visited, but we got a table really fast. The waiters and waitresses are so pleasant. In my opinion, service and quality went downhill after the pandemic at many restaurants, but not Olive garden!! They are my first choice when I go out to a restaurant. The food is always good, fresh, and delicious. Service A+. They still offer the same great food and service, no changes. Thanks for that!! 👍

The service was excellent. The young man was attentative, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to keep us happy. The food was fresh. Plenty of sauce on pasta, which can be a problem if food isn't fresh. Always had a full drink and unlimited bread sticks. This is the type of server you want to tip well.

We were here at 1 pm on Saturday. Not busy and the service is pretty good. Spacious and delicious food. Endless soup and Salas always our choices to pick. The kids meal is a great deal and y two kids ( 4 yr and 7rd) finish all the food on their plates. Definitely will come back again and again.

Our retirees group (18 of us) went here for our quarterly luncheon. The food as always was excellent. No complaints there. The wait staff did a wonderful job serving our group. One complaint. Those of us who ordered soup, salad, and breadsticks were served right away. Those who ordered an entre had to wait a long time for their food. Much too long.

My husband & I come in every Monday for their weekday lunch specials. Great tasting food and very reasonable prices. We always ask to be seated in Michelle's section since we've become good friends with her over the years. She's top notch & so friendly. I definitely recommend Michelle if she's available since she has quite a few regulars that ask for her. The managers here are also very friendly & social. They make sure to check in on you to see how your dining experience is going. This is my favorite Olive Garden location!!!

My niece surprised me today by treating me to Olive Garden. It was pretty busy for a Friday night, wait time was about 20-25 minutes. It took about 15 minutes to get our table. We were seated by the bar and Alex was our server. He was super friendly and helpful. Loveed this one server I forgot his name but he made my families experience really good. Because he was really funny I made a comment about not having my extra cheese that they usually ask you if you want some when your food arrives and he overheard and said "no cheese for you" and we all just found it funny. He was such a good server overall. He always made sure to check on us and ask us if we were doing okay or if we needed anything.

It was a take out. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Olivia got my order right away understanding that I didn't have too much time to wait and had to go to work asap. She was amiable and friendly. As usual our food was great! Our server was nice & efficient! Only thing I hope they can do is bring out more heaters in the outdoor dining area. They only have two small ones. Our hostess sat us at the back of the outdoor dining area. There was no wall to keep the cold air out. As a couple of tables became free & disinfected I asked if they can move us to one of the tables near a heater because we were freezing and she told me it would be a 45 minute wait! She was kind of rude when she responded. My husband and I couldn't believe it. There were about Four available tables and NO ONE WAITING IN LINE. We still had not been served our food, so we didn't understand why we couldn't sit there? Other than that everything else was fine.

Came here with my family and we enjoyed out experience. Nothing too special, had our meals, chatted, and then left. I ordered the "Never Endingl" pack and I enjoyed it. I was able to get 2 plates down, along with, 2 soups, and 1 plate of salad, and 3 bread sticks. I was very full at the end. Our server was kind and provided us with everything we needed. We did have a few things we would like to mention though. When we were seated, we were not provided with silverware. When we asked a different waitress for assistance, she responded "I know, they will be out soon" then she stopped talking to her colleague and fetched us some silverware. What didn't sit well with us at this moment was her saying "I know" to us not having silverware. We already had our entrees on our table and if she new we needed silverware, why wouldn't she go despite standing and conversing with her colleague right beside our table. Our actual waitress was very kind and attentive. She did keep bringing us small "to go" boxes and it made things a little tough to fit our food in there. We saw that the table right behind us was receiving the larger to go boxes and had the same amount of food to pack as us. It was a little odd. Despite these miniscule inconveniences, we enjoyed our time and will be returning.

Even though Olive Garden is a nationwide chain, or for that matter a worldwide chain, we always have good food at Olive Garden. Today was no different! The food was tasty. My wife ordered the chicken parmigiana, and I ordered the tour of Italy. We always fill up on the incredible breadsticks first, so never have enough room left to eat the entire meal, but no need to worry, they are happy to provide take home containers so you can finish the food later! Our server was so friendly and attentive! Very good experience! The only thing that I can say negative is the price of eating out of getting is getting so expensive, and Olive Garden is no different. For the two of us, almost $60.00, not including tax & tip. Still compared to other restaurants still a reasonably good value.

Lunch special is good. The price is between $10-12. You may choose one from soups or salad with the main dish. There are not that many people during the lunch time in this place.

I stopped by here and ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta, it was good and filling, that's one thing about olive garden, the dishes are always plentiful that I usually take home leftovers. The pasta was cooked just right, the Alfredo sauce was rich and creamy, and the chicken was tender, server was friendly and attentive, food came out promptly even though the place was fairly busy.

If you're not sure where the Italian food this is always fairly safe bet. It might not be the most authentic but overall it is good. I do find that sometimes you have to ask for extra sauce because some of the dishes come out slightly on the dryer side. You cannot go wrong with unlimited soup salad and breadstick for $12.99 during dinner time and $9.99 during lunch time... the kids meals are an amazing deal overall. The portions are large in the price is unbeatable. I think that all the kids meals are $6.99. That price is cheaper than most fast food meals for children. The wait at this location happens to always be super long and so definitely plan to go during an off time and if you do plan on going at dinner rush or lunch rush then make a reservation. I did over here at the the host tell people that they do not take same-day reservations so just plan ahead. I was a party of three and came in around 5:45 p.m. and still ended up waiting about 15 or 20 minutes. The restaurant was not even half full at the time but it still took a very very long time to be sat. Once we sat down the service was great so no complaints.

Tried to call in a reservation because you can't do it online if it's a party of 7 or more. I was told we couldn't do it. My party size decreased so I put our name on the 'Wait List', online. When I arrived at the restaurant, they didn't have our name. The host began to argue with me as if he didn't believe I checked in online. I asked him just to put our name down. When I asked how long the wait was, he said 25 minutes. We went into the bar, sat down, ordered drinks and an appetizer. As soon as the appetizer arrived, our pager began to flash. When we told our server in the bar, she just dropped the food and dishes onto the table and left. Ordered pasta fagioli soup by the gallon x2, received it and it was missing many of the components and key components. Called the restaurant wanted to send me a gift card, I wanted a refund in the way I paid they refused if I did not go back tonight to receive it. She needs some training on customer service and needs to train the chef and remind them that pasta fagioil has kidney beans and flavor in it. Proceeded to get violently ill and started projectile vomiting within minutes of leaving the restaurant, and also had not eaten anything else that day. Waste of money, and you get a miserable experience on top of that.

having to wait over an hour for my drive up order is insane. I understand a 15-20 minute delay it gets busy sometimes but even that is pushing it. “All we can do is cancel it” is a horrible offer. I’m never one to complain but I was super disappointed in the service. Being told “a few more minutes” for over an hour is just not ok.

I was with my partners and we were working and we wanted to have lunch and we decided to go to Olive Garden. We were wearing work clothes and our blouses were stained with bleach because we use bleach to do some work in our company and we were going to have lunch and return to finish the work. When we arrived, the person who served us gave us a strange look and sat us at a table. I noticed that some employees at the restaurant treated us with a certain prejudice because we were wearing work clothes that were completely different from when we go to this restaurant in a suit and tie. On several occasions, I caught employees looking at us and making comments and laughing. We ordered meatballs and they didn't bring us any dishes, and when they did bring the food, they gave me an uncomfortable look. I was very sad because whenever I can, I go to this restaurant with my employees and partners, and this time, because I was wearing less formal work clothes, we were treated in a very embarrassing way. One of my partners was so uncomfortable that he said he would never go back to this restaurant.

Got food poisoning last Thursday and been too sick to even review , the food looked drab and I should have known from the sour taste of the Alfredo , I'd say the microwave food olive garden makes is better and safer than this location . The deco feels old outdated and the atmosphere is quiet and just boring like those mundane spots from the 80s . Highly recommend going to a different location because I've been to others and did not have this experience

Serious Hygiene Issues: Two Hairs Found in Two Separate Meals I am writing this review specifically for the Olive Garden location in Orange, CA. My recent dining experience was extremely disappointing and concerning due to significant hygiene failures. The issues began when I was eating my unlimited salad. Towards the bottom of the bowl, I discovered a hair embedded in the mix. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff. The manager promptly came over and offered to bring me a replacement salad, which I graciously declined. While I appreciated the quick response, I was already quite put off by the discovery. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. Later, while transferring the leftovers of my Fettuccine Alfredo into a to-go box, I found a second hair tangled in the pasta. Discovering contamination in two separate dishes from the kitchen on the same visit is unacceptable and suggests a severe lapse in food safety and hygiene protocols. The staff's attempt to address the issue (offering a replacement salad) was noted, but the fact that a second, entirely different dish also contained hair—even one packaged for takeout—is deeply troubling. This was a highly unsanitary and disappointing experience, and I hope management takes immediate and serious action to review and correct their kitchen cleanliness and staff safety procedures.

My daughters and I entered the restaurant. We were four people. I spoke to the receptionist and told her that I wanted a booth seat for four people. She told me that she would give me seat 27 and told me to wait for 5 minutes to clean the table. I waited for more than ten minutes. After that, she came to me and told me that other people had taken the table. She told me that there was a table with four seats. The table was uncomfortable and I was sitting and uncomfortable.and the food was cold and the service was bad
