As for the food, it is "good" when they took our order they did it wrong, ok. There was no service upstairs, the screens were off and the worst and most annoying thing is their music, the excessive volume hurts - apparently they do it on purpose and turn up the volume so the customers leave 🥴🙄😤 very unpleasant and we will not go back.

The staff served me appropriately, they even brought the food to the table, but the place was very hot, we sat at the top and when we went up the stairs we found a chicken bone on the stairs, the lighting was poor/non-existent and the bathrooms are in poor condition, the food was delicious

The food is reasonably priced. The quality is good too. It's not bad, but it's not excellent either. For the price you pay, you get what you pay, and the flavor is decent. The concept of the place is great, but unfortunately, it's been neglected. The bathrooms are dirty, there's no soap, and the roof is broken and smelly. There are TVs, but they're not turned on, and there's no music. I imagine they're trying to cut operating costs. Also, being in the city center, it tends to be very windy, and the entrance gets dirty very easily. Since the staff is young, they seem to be neglecting that aspect. Management should be more present, and even the owners, if they want to increase their income without cutting or neglecting important expenses, because it seems they're only concerned with the financial side, not the aesthetic or hygienic aspects. Without being disrespectful or insensitive, it's difficult to eat and feel comfortable when, in less than an hour, children come in selling crafts and adults ask for money or donations. I know the situation is sad, but I'm also against child labor. Six children selling avocados, sweets, and crafts, and asking for money, followed by their parents. It's difficult to enjoy your meal without feeling guilty about the situation, but it would also be difficult to help everyone who comes in asking for help, and that changes the experience.

I liked the service, but not the food. I had a pizza combo, chicken wings, sausages wrapped in dough, and two sodas. Perhaps they neglect quality because of the low price. Also, the tomato sauce and hot sauce containers are reusable, which poses a health risk. It's in an excellent location; if they improve their product, it will surely be more successful.

My wife and I went there to buy something for the first time. We sat there for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to serve us, but the guys who were there just stared at us. They weren't even polite enough to ask what we wanted. It was our first time there, so we decided to leave. The service was terrible, from everyone, absolutely everyone. It was awful, and it's a shame because we couldn't try the pizzas. They looked delicious, to be honest, but the service was terrible. I hope they fix that.

Today I came and asked if I could eat upstairs and they told me very rudely that they did not have services upstairs and they did not want to serve me. Terrible service. The girl who takes your order treats you with a bad attitude. I went to eat with colleagues and she served us reluctantly, didn't explain their combos, and gave us a sour look. The facilities are 3/5; the bathroom looks old and a bit dirty. Plus, they charge extra for takeout food you buy yourself. It's okay for a quick meal, but not very pleasant.

The young lady named Miriam kindly asks the owner of the place to take action on the matter since he is a person who treats people badly and apparently with his colleagues as well. I hope the owner does not ignore the issue.
