They are both absolute sweethearts🥰 The food here is always freshly made and quick to receive after ordering. My daughter and I frequently come here when it’s been a long day and I don’t feel like preparing a meal. 9 times out of 10, I’ll ask what my daughter is in the mood to eat and it’s always Golden Chick🤭 I think what makes this location special is bc we are frequent customers here they recognize my order, maybe even my voice and repeat our usual order back to me by memory. The employees make it the best location, hands down.

Order accuracy and food quality has dropped significantly since its opening in late Janurary 2023 early February 2023.

Came here on its second day of operation and I got a stale chicken. Hopefully they'll be better the next time I go.

It was a Friday night and they were completely out of shrimp and cocktail sauce. It appears they need to be more aware of their supply and demand for Friday nights. Got the Catfish instead; it was undercooked and tough because the membrane was still on the catfish. Did not like the Catfish at all!

This was my first time ordering from this location, ordered wicked wings cooked fresh with easy spice, they were good, but I got so sick later that night with that being the only thing I ate...it could have been me or the food...IJS

New chicken hot wings were cooked to hard unfortunately but all other was 5*

Drink machine is always broke down or mess up on mixing the drink.

For my 6 piece tender I only received 1 sauce, which definitely didn't last for my whole meal. There's no seating indoors at this location.

If you’re looking for a place to sit down and eat, this is NOT the place for you. Their food is pretty good though

Made online order hours in advance … order was canceled as soon as I walked in the door… had to reorder ..pay again.. wait & then paid 32 dollars for two meals ! The fish filets were the size of a french fry !!!! Never coming back I only gave 2 stars for the manager for being so kind.

This location has to be the slowest location I’ve ever been to u never seen so many cars turn around and the location is actually small you would think it would be faster service

I was happy because they put one near where I live, but the attention is horrible, I didn't want to do it because of the drive thru so I went to the restaurant there were two guys I was there for 10 minutes and none of them attended to me one of the guys looked at me and didn't I didn't care, so I went to another of their restaurants where they treated me well, I don't know why they hire people who don't want to work, horrible experience

Was told to pull around and would bring food out 45 minutes later we got our food really bad never going there again. This happened at the Golden Chick on Carpenter & Galloway Mesquite Texas.

Tried to call to ask what time their lobby closes and they hung up twice, I called again and asked for a manager, they say quiet, and then hung up again.

Just a bit of advice. Don't premake the corn nuggets and okra!! You can definitely tell when it's not fresh

They need to be more organized on drive thru orders tell this pll not to block the exit way

Whoever was working on Friday July 26th at 9:14 did not want to work. Pulled up ask for a 12-piece they told me they had no chicken available. That it would take 45 to 50 minutes to make the chicken. This location closes at 10:00 they should have just closed at that point. Lazy employees 100%.

What happened to this location?! It used to be so good, the new people are terrible. I never had to wait for my orders and the lady is rude

Very rude listening skills poor, overcooked chicken and okra they shouldn’t be hard as a rock when you bite into it. These people at THIS LOCATION need RE-Training or don’t work in food services or anything dealing with customers.

They gave my pregnant 6 months sister raw chicken. What the hell. It was straight up not cooked right and so chewy this is nasty and not safe at all. Very unsanitary, if she ends up feeling sick, it might escalate

When I ordered the 4pc tenders,take out there was a tender that was SO HARD and like it was old or still frozen it ruined my experience at this location and as a pregnant woman this made me scared I will not return but their customer service was good 😊

The food was not good at all. I was missing the gravy for both meals and a mashed potatoes. The chicken strips were cold and tasted old. For this place to be fairly new the food is horrible. I will not spend another dime at this location.

(Strike 3) this time I tried to go during the day and order around 2:30pm. Went through my whole order and went to order extra rolls…”sorry sir…we’re out of rolls.” Huh? How do you run out of rolls at Golden Chick during the day on the weekend? Now…I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and it’s only in the last few months they’ve had these problems so it definitely a managerial/employee issue. What they don’t realize is bad customer service in this area will shut a place down. Will be surprised if they last 1-2 more years in this location if this continues
