Every single time I arrive to this location it never takes too long get attendant. One I get my order I'm it take ruffly less than 2 min to get in my hand they are very quick with their service. Would recommend this location.

Every time I come to this Golden Chick, the experience is top notch! The food is always hot, fresh, and made just right—crispy chicken, perfectly seasoned fries, and the rolls? So good. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. Carlos, the GM, is clearly doing an amazing job running this place. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and his team. He’s super professional, friendly, and keeps everything running smoothly. Definitely one of the best fast food spots around thanks to him!

Every thing was great!! The manager, I believe his name was Carlos, attended me & my family. It’s my first time here since we just moved to the neighborhood near by and we LOVE golden chick!! Hope it won’t be the last!!

I had to come back and edit my review to add another employees name. It’s always a pleasure coming here honestly. I love all of the workers especially Claudia and Gabriel. They are both absolute sweethearts🥰 The food here is always freshly made and quick to receive after ordering. My daughter and I frequently come here when it’s been a long day and I don’t feel like preparing a meal. 9 times out of 10, I’ll ask what my daughter is in the mood to eat and it’s always Golden Chick🤭 I think what makes this location special is bc we are frequent customers here they recognize my order, maybe even my voice and repeat our usual order back to me by memory. The employees make it the best location, hands down.

Visited this location 30 minutes prior to closing. Arrived home & realized my order was not prepared as requested. Contacted the restaurant and spoke with Angel (the name provided) who continued to state “if you bring the order back we will see what we can do.” Angel continued to state “we can’t give you free food,” as if that was the request. A female employee was overheard stating “they should have checked their food,” as if they are not paid to ensure the accuracy of orders. I explained to Angel that if I have to drive back to this location tonight the response will not be “let me see what we can do” as that response is unacceptable. Needless to say, we will contact the general manager to rectify this issue & update my review.

Order 2 surf and turf combos and this is what I got only 2 small pieces of chicken And very unprofessional staff lady at front complaining about us not going thru the drive thru. Not recommended.

I thought it was just unmelted cheese.. lost my appetite real quick.

(Strike 1) Tried to order a chicken sandwich at 9:30pm after work “all we have leftover is fried chicken.” 🍗 asked if it’s been sitting under the heat lamp “well sir, it’s 9:30 and we close at 10 so this is what we have. Ok…bye….sill take my money elsewhere (Strike 2) Went back a week later and same thing except ar 9:30 they were out of chicken “all we have are chicken patties left…we’re about to close. (Strike 3) this time I tried to go during the day and order around 2:30pm. Went through my whole order and went to order extra rolls…”sorry sir…we’re out of rolls.” Huh? How do you run out of rolls at Golden Chick during the day on the weekend? Now…I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and it’s only in the last few months they’ve had these problems so it definitely a managerial/employee issue. What they don’t realize is bad customer service in this area will shut a place down. Will be surprised if they last 1-2 more years in this location if this continues

I go because it’s local. But I’d rather travel 15 minutes down the road for the next location. Food is one or the other, cold as ice, or missing. Evidently everybody there is the “shift manager” so be prepared for the run around when you want what you paid for. This location is poorly managed, poorly operated, and not worth the space it takes up. I’d rather it be some dinky Chinese spot than a golden chick. RETURN AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

This was my neighborhood chicken spot, but after tonight. Not again. I ordered a 16 piece tender and got a 6 piece combo. Had to go inside, to fix my order but Ms.michelle gave me and my daughter attitude because she didn’t hear us correctly on the mic. I tried to ask for help twice, but ignored us in front of another customer. This my second incident this year with yall, and still same basic service, and it’s very disappointing.
