The service here is exquisite, the staff is super friendly and I love the food and coffee! Today my wife and I got the chai tea latte and charcoal vanilla latte and a açaí smoothie. A 3 were yummy and worth trying out. Parking is street parking and it’s only an hour long but there’s 2hr parking on the nearby streets and it’s only a short walk away. Give Republik Coffee a try its quaint cozy shop with a good amount of seating but it fills up quickly because this spot is so popular!

Republik is an amazing spot for breakfast! My wife and I stopped in for coffee and a bite to eat, and everything was delicious. She had a regular latte, and I had a matcha latte both were rich, smooth, and flavorful. For food, my wife had the smoked salmon bagel, and I had the chorizo and potato breakfast burrito both were fresh and perfectly made. The flavors were well-balanced, and the portion sizes were just right. What really made this experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. My wife is allergic to a certain garnish, which was on her plate, and we hadn’t known to request its removal. When I took it back, the manager was incredibly kind, immediately replaced the dish, and even apologized despite it not being their fault. Her warm and friendly attitude made all the difference. Great food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere I’ll definitely be back!

Came here for the first time . A lot of people already seated eating and hanging out . Hard to find parking but we scored a spot in the front . We ordered a flat white and a honey latte . ( coffee flavor was great) the honey latte wasn’t sweet very subtle but towards the end we saw why . All the honey was sitting at the bottom of the cup and it was super sweet! Still tasted good though just wish they mixed it more . We ended up ordering chilaquiles- and it was delicious ! They started playing live music and we weee sitting right next to them so we ended up leaving anyway but there’s plenty of seating outside - don’t know how the band was 🤷‍♀️ but everything was enjoyable

I recently visited Republik Coffee Pasadena and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I tried their Sea Salt Hazelnut Cappuccino and it was absolutely delicious – smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. The avocado toast was a hit too, with fresh ingredients and a delightful flavor. The outdoor seating is a great bonus, especially on a sunny day. I'll definitely be coming back!

Their toasts are delightful and overall breakfast items. They’re actually much more filling than expected. The lattes are very tasty but very sweet so I would definitely ask to limit the sweetness. Parking is difficult- if you can’t park directly in front of the cafe, I’d just keep going down on Green St. Dog friendly- 5/5: very dog friendly. A lot of outdoor seating.

I was doing research on where to get good coffee in the neighborhood, and I found this place. I was able to find a street parking on Sunday morning. This coffee shop was busy. I love the decoration of this place. Every section seemed to have their theme. I was waiting in line, and the line was moving pretty fast. I ordered pistachio almond latte and salted caramel latte. I like both coffee, but I prefer the pistachio almond latte more because of the nutty flavor. The coffee was strong. I did not try their food item, but I would like to give them a try on my next visit.

The food was good, but I only give a 4 instead of 5 because our food didn’t come out for 45 minutes. I had to remind them only to find that they were missing my order and there were no apologies. The indoor is too loud, so if you are looking for a chill, relax environment, I would sit outside, which is great!

Popular café and a bit hard to find an open and sometimes clean table. Having said that, the outside cushion seats are pretty comfortable and the back support angle excellent for me. Had a flat white, happy to see it was served in the right cup but this being the first time visiting, unsure if their espresso is always this sour or someone forgot to adjust the coffee grinder to a finer grit leading to an underextracted espresso TBD next visit. My wife commented on her Matcha latte with "it tastes like a matcha latte to me" and what I heard was, nothing to rave about. The chilaquiles on the other hand were flavourful with a unique tasty and yet not traditional sauce. Mildly spicy a bit pasty but not dry sauce. to me it tastes like some sort of achiote based sauce, the crisps were crispy and with a great texture. Topping were good but the eggs slightly overdone. French toasts tasted excellent, my only recommendation would be to dip the toasts a little longer so the batter makes it to the center so it's not dry.

I particularly like their rose latte, which has a wonderful rose flavor. The food was served very slowly, perhaps because it was already cold by the time I ate it. The food was average and not worth the price.

The food was ok. We liked the flavors, and The drinks were not bad at all. The only issue that I had is that my mom tripped over the carpet next to the door. It was a whole mess. They had an Artificial Grass Carpet next to the door outside. It was raised and she tripped and fell from it. No one even called me to ask about how she’s feeling, not pleasant at all. She is recovering in a rehab center , After surgery on her right knee Even though the waitress took my phone number, no one called me My mom is 78 years old walking with a cane. She can barely walk now. No one cares about 78 years old lady that was injured in their coffee shop.Sad.

I spent close to $60 for two Avocado toasts, one slice of blueberry bread, and two iced Americanos. One of the avocado toasts came with HALF an egg. That is just unfair for the amount of money you spend. It was also just ok. I had the Egg Toast and was disappointed. The blueberry bread was dry but had decent flavor and the Iced Americanos were alright as well. The espresso is maybe just a tad bit too acidic for my taste. Visually, all the items looked 10/10. Taste and value wise was 3/10. I felt bamboozled.

I was shocked to see a fly sitting directly on the cake (Orange Polenta) on display. I politely informed the staff, expecting them to take action — but they did nothing. The fly stayed there, and the cakes remained on display as if nothing had happened. This is a serious hygiene issue, and the staff’s indifference made it even worse. For a place that serves food, basic cleanliness and customer concern should be the minimum standard. Definitely not coming back.
