I enjoyed choosing my pizza from the prepared selections. The pizza was so good! I had a salad that was colorful, fresh and crispy. I visit every time I'm in the New York area for business.

The best pizza in Mohegan Lake, Shrub Oak, Peekskill, and Cortlandt Manor combined! They are always packed but there is never a wait because they are fast and efficient and have a great reputation. Do yourself a favor amd try their eggplant slice or salad slice.

Our go-to for pizza, wings, salads, eggplant. Staff always remembers by name when picking up. I like everything I've tried except for the fried calamari, inconsistent taste so that's off the menu for us.

I have been ordering from Nonna's Buchanan since they opened. I can't say enough about this place. Their food is incredibly delicious. They pretty much do a good job with everything. However, they do a superior job with their seafood. I'm always hesitant to order things like shrimp, fish, muscles, etc. at an Italian place. However, you can't go wrong ordering seafood from here. 85% of the time their shrimp is so tender and succulent you can cut it with a fork. It's cooked to perfection almost every single time. I ordered the seafood paella for new years and they nailed it! Don't get me started on their pizza. Their crust for many of their specialty pizzas is so crispy and light. It's just all around one of the best places around to get Italian food. I'll admit no place is perfect and there have been times that I've been disappointed. It's bound to happen when you order there at least once or twice per week. But those times are few and far between and it's usually nothing major. I have at least one to three dishes catered for all of the events I host at our home. Everyone raves about their food and that makes me the hostess with the mostest!

We are just down the street and order there frequently so I was very pleased with how things were handled. The food is always good and delivery is always fast. As a community we are so happy to have them in Buchanan! And they deliver down to Montrose, and Crugers! Their salad pizza topped with grilled chicken and mozzarella was amazing! Second only to their other location in the beach Shopping Center in Peekskill!

Decent pizza a bit better than the one in beach shopping center since they don’t burn the pizza. The typical prices with the food from the kitchen the chicken salad was alright nothing really to complain. The service was adequate decent food to get once in a while when in the area.

Their pizza is fantastic, but good luck if you're planning on ordering appetizers, sandwiches, or anything other than pizza. If you're ordering anything fried, expect it to be soggy and unpleasant. Also, whoever they have answering their phones for orders sounds like they hate themselves, you, and everything else in the world.

Very popular but pizza not great

I am so very upset! My daughter moved to California and wanted some NY pizza on her visit back home. We were told 42-45 minutes for delivery. After an hour, we got our pizza cold!! We are less than 10 minutes away. What was that delivery boy doing? Joyriding with the pizza?

I’ve been eating here during lunch time for years. Unfortunately when new ownership took over recently the customer service isn’t that great. The owner is very rude. The staff however are great! Will not eat there again.

Lasagna was way too salty!! We ordered half a pan for a party. Usually the pizza is good so we wouldnt expect otherwise but the lasagna was so salty no one could eat it!!

Everytime I've order my orders were wrong or greasy.. .... the pizza's are soggy... I hate when i buy a slice and it folds because the bread is thin thin thin... unbelievable the Nonna's in Peekskill is way better.... sorry I don't ever do reviews but had to do it... 4 different orders and all wrong.... this was in a years trail... Worst pizza ever! Undercooked, uncut and super small-medium feeds 1. Horrible!

Food was ok. Owner was abusive to young male worker. Pushed him and ripped pizza boxes out of his hand while yelling obscenities. Will not go back.

Hour long delivery, lies from the staff about the delivery status. Never again.

Son ordered pizza at 530 told 40/ 45 min. 43 minutes called to to see if I could pick it up . I was told the order had left .22 minutes after my call the driver shows up . I live approximately 3 minutes away. My son now has the option of cold pizza or wait for another. Thank you for your lack of service. we are regular customers , not any longer !

I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt numerous times but I can’t seem to get good service from this place. I do like that they offer vegetables as a side when I order the chicken francese which is why I did decide to go back after bad experiences in the past. I’ll speak on the last 2 experiences because I can recall them specifically. I called in to place an order for delivery. I Waited an hour and got a call from them asking if I was planning on coming to pick up my food anytime soon. The order was placed for delivery and I provided my home address for them when I called. Not sure what happened but whatever. We decided to order from Avellino even though I have to pay extra for my vegetables from them. No big deal. Today, I suggested Nonna Buchanan again for my fiancées birthday dinner. We ordered for delivery through the online ordering system they use. The delivery was received, but the order of fries that my fiancee wanted to eat with her wings was missing. We decided that we were going to complain because if we aren’t informing them of their bad service, it will only get worse. The girl on the phone apologized and offered to have them delivered right away. We were not happy with their remedy for the situation and felt that we shouldn’t have to pay for that item specifically. The manager was summoned and he tries to tell us he can’t issue a refund because he doesn’t know how to use the system in that manner. He wants to offer us a credit for future orders. We don’t plan on ordering in the future after this fiasco. We simply want a refund for the item. He tells us he will deliver the fries and provide us with cash. He proceeds to come to my home with a big smile on his face as he hands me my fries and a 5 dollar bill. The fries went right into the garbage and I decided to write a review. This place provides bad service, the food is decent but the staff including the manager need to figure out a better way to run that pizza shop.

Horrible experience. I ordered a small cheese pie; they delivered a small pie with anchovies and would not compensate nor deliver a new pie. Never again. This is was my second try with them after receiving a fly in my salad 4 months back.

First and last time. We had it delivered, the pizza was undercooked and chef salad had egg shells in it. Sorry, never again! First impressions are everything!
