The food was excellent, I felt bad for the worker behind the counter the owner of the store said you can only have two people working on a Sunday mother's Day. A cook & one person, the owner of the store needs to get it together that poor worker was doing a wonderful job even though she was so short-handed. I mean if you're going to make her do the job of 2 people at least pay for two people.

I did an online order for our staff of 14 people. We went to pick up at the time we we're told and they gave away our entire order to other customers. We had to wait an hour for our food and it still wasn't correct. They did nothing to make it right! Updated review: they gave us some extra deserts and apologized for the mix up. The food was good

Slowest service. There isn't a drive thru. The parking lot is small and filthy. The restroom is disgusting. It smells like pee. The toilet is so loose, someone could steal it. The dingy sink is so small and awkward to use.

Got a family order to feed the kids. They didn't give me any Mac & Cheese that was ordered. They replaced the Mac & Cheese with a Cole slaw without telling me. They shorted me an entire side. The Chicken was dry. They gave me extra wings to short me on other pieces. Had left a good tip before finding out how they shorted me. Paid way too much... I was well and truly beyond mad.

We called in our order, so there was definitely a read out of what was ordered. Instead of my husband's favorite coleslaw, we got potatoes and gravy. We also ordered 3 different sauces for our son, and got no sause at all. Now, mind you, they are only $.29 cents apiece, but he really loves them! Soooo, I will chalk this up to maybe a very busy evening, and make sure that I check the bag before I leave!

We just asked for feast which we thought it will be delivered in 5-10 min but we had to wait more than 20 min. Also inside was too hot to sit and eat. They first said we needed to wait for extra 6 min for biscuits. Later they said they can not give crispy but we may only have originals and so on. It was not a good experience at all.

The staff was 5 minutes late after they were supposed to have opened. It might just be one employee working here but I would still expect a job to be treated seriously.

The chicken was undercooked, they forgot to include cutlery in my order, and several items were missing from the order. The customer service from most of the staff was poor, unwilling to help the customer even though the missing items in my order were their mistake. I do not recommend spending money in this place.

I saw the ad on TV for the Tuesday special of 8 pieces for $10, so I decided to give it a try. The chicken was so disgusting that I will never go back to this particular KFC. It was as though they took it out of the hot grease and put it into cold grease for six hours. Not hot, not crispy, not fresh at all. I ate one piece then threw the other 7 pieces away, and that one piece alone upset my stomach. Furthermore, the lowbrow woman working the counter was going on with another customer about some ridiculous right wing conspiracy theory (toxic fog ??) for several minutes before she shut her mouth long enough to acknowledge me standing there. If I could give this place a negative number of stars I would.

I came inside at it was freezing - like only 50 degrees inside freezing!! I ordered online from the airport after traveling all day. My food was supposed to be ready but I've now waited over 35 minutes and its still not ready. I'm hungry and exhausted and tried to save time by ordering online so to make sure it was ready. They said their cook just got here so everything is late. They didn't realize apologize and just acted irritated at I was irritated. This is my first time here. Needless to say it will be my last! Definitely rethink ever coming here!

Awful, if I could give less than one star I would. This location has been going downhill for a long time, but they've hit a new low. The employees could care less about the store or customers. Always understaffed, out or low on food, and the cleanliness is lacking. Maybe pay your employees a livable wage so they are happier and want to work there. Tonight I placed an order on the KFC app. I went to the store to pick up my order where I was told that they did not have a cook to cook the chicken and had no chicken for my order. Several employees standing around but not one can cook? I asked to cancel my order and was told by a very apathetic looking employee that they cannot cancel orders in store and I would need to call a 1-800 number that he did not know and I would need to look up. I left and found the customer service phone number and called it. I spent probably 10-15 minutes giving all my information to the first representative only to be told I need to be transferred to the refund department to process my refund. After being transferred I was asked to give all of my information over again and then was told my order was still in "committed" status and my refund could not be processed until it closed so I would need to call back in fifteen minutes and talk to another representative and start over. By this time I am getting really frustrated, it should not be this hard to cancel an order, especially one that needs to be cancelled through no fault of my own. I'm just trying to pick up dinner and go home to my kids. I vented my frustrations to the poor customer service representative and she took pity on me and stated she would take ownership of my refund case and that she would personally keep an eye on my order for it to close and then process the refund so I wouldn't have to call back. She ended up being the only good interaction for me during this whole experience. I wish I remembered her name. I ended up picking up food at a different restaurant and paid more money for less food, just to add insult to injury. I'll not be using the KFC app anymore as not being able to simply cancel an order in the app or at the store is ridiculous. I'll also not be returning to this location anymore, that was the last straw for me. I think years of poor management has really taken it's toll and I'm surprised it's even still open. Do not recommend.
