I haven’t been to Popeyes in a few years now, but I came here today and this has been one of the best Popeyes experience I have had. Food was fresh, location was very clean. Staff was friendly and very hospitable. Moosa took our order and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you! I hope other restaurants are taking notes!

I just want to give a round of applause to Jameer that was working on December 27, 2023. He was nice and friendly, and he even washed his hands before fixing the food, which a lot of employees fail to do at many restaurants that I’ve been to. I greatly appreciate the customer service. Good job!

The food at this location is always on point. Never have I gotten any soggy or chewy food from here. Popeyes food is amazing I think most people can agree. However, what people often forget to say is their incredible customer service. Everytime I come to this location they are welcoming and accommodating and provide 5 star hospitality everytime. This is from open to close! :)

I'm so glad this popeyes was built. We needed one in this area. I ordered threw drive threw and guy that took order seem to be the manger. He was really nice and our food was hot and fresh and we didn't wait too long on it either. Place looks nice and clean also from what I could see from my car.

I am shocked by these low reviews. Every time I've come here I've gotten good food and good service. The service has been way better than any other popeyes or KFC in the area and the place was clean. Not just new clean but actually regularly wiped clean. But the food has been fresh and on point.

A lot of Popeyes restaurants feel run down and the people could care less about the customer. But THIS Popeyes is amazing! And the manager (maybe Monsoor is his name) who is always happy and such a pleasure to be around runs that place like a machine!!! Everyone there is efficient and happy, making the customer feel special. The spicy chicken sandwich is always so meaty and when I ask for extra sauce, I get juuuuust the right amount! I love this Popeyes.

Loved the service!! I wasn't knowing this is a new outlet but after reading out all reviews, let me just help you with my experience. Staff was quite friendly (offered us extra biscuits and sauces), I saw so many ppl in kitchen, service was quick (dine-in too), well maintained and definitely the location helps to grab your food just on your way. enjoy! :)

Everything was excellent. From my greeting and welcome the customer service was super. The staff was attentive, friendly and got the order correct. To top everything off, the chicken was freshly made. It took about 8 minutes to get the food. And it was soooo.. "worth the wait". Perfection! Thank you all (staff & management) Loved the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant.

This corner has many different options for fried chicken but this Popeye’s stands strong. The staff is good, the service fast and the food delicious. We went twice in about a week and enjoyed both times.

Been coming to this location since it opened, after avoiding the old location at 15th & Custer bc of hygiene and customer service issues there. I've been going pretty regular and have enjoyed almost every time except once or twice in 3-4 years. Went there today and got the usual good service from the 2 guys that work there. Asked them to make the 10 piece family meal + a 2 piece FRESH even though they had some chicken there and they didn't cause a fuss about making it fresh. The newer one that opened next to Sam's in Plano is closer but I prefer to come to this location tbh. The layout is better and service is better imo.

Had spicy fried chicken here 3 times in the last few months. Every time the chicken was superlative, crispy on the outside not greasy, hot moist on the inside, absolutely outstanding. This was a Breath of fresh Air.... Good, Hot, the food u actually ordered for a change. (Not at this location) I sent my Daughter to get the experience I had and they didn't disappoint. Same thing.... Good, Hot, Fresh Chicken🫡🎯🚨👌 Side note..... Didn't see Mash potatos down⬇️ low to pick for the side I would like to eat with my chicken. Thanks in advance🫡

So I’m pretty they have new managers from when they first opened up because Mr. Aniken is completely different from the workers I experienced before. He was so nice, friendly, helpful. I went around the time they first started promoting that Freddy box stuff. I think this location is definitely worth giving a try now with the new management. My food was hot & fresh, they help me decide if I wanted to actually try the box or not!

I had an amazing experience at Popeyes, thanks to Laura (I think that was her name, i didn’t keep a receipt unfortunately, she was wearing a black shirt and a safety mask)! She was incredibly polite, well-mannered, and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was spotless, creating a welcoming atmosphere. On top of that, the food was absolutely fresh, delicious, and juicy—exactly what you expect from Popeyes. I’ll definitely be returning! Highly recommend!

Been a customer to this Popeyes location since October 2023, always been served great chicken; not sure where those older complaints have been coming from. Service is always nice, courteous, and quick to send out the meal, definitely never undercooked (possibly overcooked for spicy if you don't like harder crust). Will continue to come here while living nearby. Recommend using the app for better savings though, as most combos are cheaper online.

Second visit to a Popeyes this one near our neighborhood. 1st one was in TN. We got a coupon and split one of the larger meals which got us leftovers. Fast service after placing our order. Large number of people came in just after getting our stuff. And a number used drive-thru. SHE who cashes my retirement check says the the women's restroom had hot water to wash hands which she likes. I posted a number of photos of interior. Lots of competition at this intersection for chicken; Layne's, KFC, Chick-fil-la as it opened a few weeks ago.

I just went about an hour ago. The chicken was good and fresh but they forgot my cheesecake and the syrup was missing from my Sprite. They politely gave me a large sprite and 2 cheesecakes after I came back. I think they are just getting in the groove since it's a new location. They will work out the kinks.

Went to spring creek location in plano for dinner today. Quality not the same as before Last time chicken overcooked and this time not cooked well . Chicken was not well marinated and spicy chicken lacked the taste.Also the person taking order was not polite .He was only nice and generous to people who can talk there language.

Both sandwiches and fries were very greasy. They were working hard inside, but possibly short-staffed, as they were a bit slow to get the sandwiches out, even though I had ordered online. Very nice staff. Items were fresh and hot.

I used the drive-through, and it started off bad from there. The car in front of me was there already waiting. We both sat there for 10 mins, and then three workers got out of a car and went in. I finally placed my order and was told that it would be 15 mins and asked me if I didn't mind waiting. I told them sure I'll wait but the guy quickly told me you don't have to wait, weird. I get my order and go home. I opened my box of what should have been mixed chicken to find only thighs and wings, and the chicken wasn't even fresh as he had claimed it to be.

Service is always a hit or miss! Especially when you ask for a chicken sandwich with no pickels and you get pickels! Food is always hot and fresh when the order is correct! Just not understanding the communication from the front counter to the person in the back that builds the sandwich?

Awesome food finally close to home! BUT there are growing pains... Ordered twice, twice forgot my spicy chicken sandwich (second time we were close enough to go back and get it) Twice did not include receipt. Out of Red Beans and rice the second visit. After we dug into the tenders we did not get the 16 we ordered, but are not sure how many we were shorted, Son-in-law ate and went to bed but he did not eat 8. Will try again, but will count EVERYTHING! and insist on a paper receipt.

I ordered just two meals , my order was a 3 piece and a chicken sandwich. My order was repeated at the window and somehow I was still missing my chicken sandwich when I got home . I drove all the ways back (3 miles) . When I got to the window the guy at the window said to the kitchen “remember that chicken sandwich that was missing ?, she came back … yeah the one you said ….” It definitely gave me the impression that whoever he was talking to was hoping to take my “leftover “ sandwich home (it was 9pm) .. 10 min later I had a fresh one …. Guy at the window didn’t apologize or anything 🤔

Customers shouldn’t have to struggle to communicate basic requests or deal with incorrect orders due to language barriers. I have just been to this location and gave my order one of the employee was not at all welcoming and when we told her that it’s the first time we are ordering the combo and asked if she can suggest something she dint and just stared at us and and when I asked her about the dippers that I never had them before and may I have one before I place the order she with weird expression said no it was really unpleasant made us doubt ourselves please a humble request please talk to her once and train her atleast to be nice to customers

When I got home I was missing my 5 biscuits and got bone in wings when I ordered boneless. The bone in wings were the smallest wings I've ever seen. This was not the popeyes I know.

This is the second time I have gone to this location. The first time I ended up just leaving because they were apparently out of chicken. This time I ordered a #3 12 piece. The nuggets were good, but they forgot to put in my side and they gave me a regular coke when I asked for coke zero. For the price they charge I am upset that they didn't get my order right, but more upset that we were the only ones in the drive through....if the two at the window could have stopped flirting long enough to do their job maybe my order would have been correct. And since when does a restaurant allow workers to leave their shirt unbuttoned to the middle of their chest? Flirting or not it is very unprofessional.

So disappointed. I ordered a large red beans and rice and a biscuit. They were out of large containers, so I was handed three small containers of mostly rice and very few beans. I paid over six dollars for rice and a biscuit. On a positive note, the girl working the drive through was friendly.

I asked for a 3 piece dark and I guess someone does not know the difference between dark chicken and white chicken. The chicken is cold and I also got a very small amount of kinda cold fries. I have been here twice and both time has been mediocre to poor service.

It's in a good neighborhood, easy access from 2 different streets. The service...they called me sir, I didn't correct them and they didn't apologize when they clearly saw I'm female. Then they act like they couldn't hear me because I wasn't talking through the headset when I got to the window. It was so unnecessarily rude, I wouldn't be surprised if they'd spit in the food. Speaking of the food, the fat deposits are directly under the skin. I've never seen it congeal under the skin & in the meat. It looked boiled rather than fried. As you're reading this, you may wonder why did I go? Children. They ate it and the kids are alright.

Went through the drive-through here early Sunday afternoon. When I pulled up to the drive-through speaker, I waited because nobody said anything. When somebody finally did come on to take my order, they acted like they had been waiting on me and sounded impatient. I gave my order very politely and said thank you & they rudely just said pull forward. I go up to the window to pay he rudely put the food in my hand. I very politely say thank you so much, have a nice day and he just shut the window on me like he was annoyed. I don’t expect anybody to ever suck up to me or be extra friendly but I was very polite, paid quickly, only ordered 1 small side item of Mac & Cheese, so I don’t see any reason anybody to be that rude.

Need to always acknowledge customers, they leave them just standing there with out saying hello one minute please. Secondly, need to always provide fresh food to customers. No one wants to be sick after having food just sitting there. Folks will wait for fresh food. We pay too much for fast food, we want quality please every time

Made an online order. They forgot a drink, forgot the WHOLE deluxe box I ordered (for the fnaf 2 release), and mixed my sprite with water! Tasted absolutely horrible! If youre looking for a good popeyes experience, DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE IF YOURE GONNA MAKE AN ONLINE ORDER!!!

Whoever was on staff tonight at 9 pm we’re absolutely horrible and extremely unprofessional. 3 guys at the drive through window just talking with their back on the window. Took 5 minutes for them to even take our order or say welcome, not speaking loud enough on purpose when we kept asking to please speak into the mic. Get to the window and not greeted, these 3 teens just talking ignoring us. We decided to leave and not even get our order because of how disrespected we felt. This isn’t the first time we have had bad customer service in this new location!

The guy taking the order at the drive through was extremely rude. I asked what sides can I pick form, and in a heavy hispanic accent he rudely replied with, "you tell me." I was disrespected and encourage others to avoid this place.

The training manager working on the evening on 11/24/21 was very rude. He gave us an attitude when we said we would like to dine in and said we had to take it out if we wanted food. We walked out and he accused us of cussing at the workers when he was the only one who even talked to us. He shouldn’t be a manager and definitely not a training manager. The real manager apologized to us about him. All the other employees seemed friendly. They need a new training manager.

We ordered a family 10pc combo meal that comes with 2 lg sides and when we got home we only had 2 reg. Sides and in the chicken box it only had legs and drums no thighs Popeyes ought to be ashamed It would have been different if we were told before hand that's all the chicken they got but we wasn't

I have waited in line for over 15 minutes (on my one hour lunch break), I paid at the window and then they tell me I have to wait another 8 minutes so that it can be fresh. I get that they are busy at lunch time, but because it’s lunchtime, maybe prepare ahead? Disappointed.

Newest Popeyes in the area...and easily the worst in my decades of eating at them. Waited nearly 15 mins to order with only two customers in front of me. I asked for maahed potatoes with no gravy, as I like to put butter - which they have in the back and use on the biscuits - and the guy I was ordering from seemed happy to give it to me, until the manager came over and tried to claim they don't have butter. I explained to him that I know for a fact they do, and he then seemed to acknowledge it, but simply WOULD NOT give me a little bit to put on my potatoes...something that literally every other Popeyes Ive eaten at since I can remember has been happy to give me. When my order came...i was given no spork, and no napkins. (I eventually had to go to the counter twice to finally get some paper towels from a roll from the bathroom), and of course, no butter. They had to search for salt when I asked for that, so I could at least have SOME seasoning on my potatoes. Ironically, the chicken itself was great..but when the customer service is so poor, I'm more than happy to drive a bit farther to a location that better understands how to serve their customers.

This is the newest Popeyes and they are terrible! Every time we go there isn’t Dr. Pepper or they give us the wrong drinks. Didn’t have enough apple pies, we only ordered 2. Just about the whole order was wrong. Don’t bother going at night either because you can’t get any sides other than fries. Ridiculous! We’ve tried this location more than once, thinking maybe it was a fluke but no, they legit suck!

Even by the remarkably low standards set by other Popeyes restaurants, this place has absolutely failed. I've come here 3 times and haven't gotten anything remotely close to what I ordered each time. I don't like leaving reviews typically but this last time I bit into my sandwich and it was partially raw. Big problems here and it's sad.

Very deceitful system of delivery. I made a large order and paid delivery tip. Only 1/3 of the ordered food was delivered. They only refunded the price of undelivered food. No refund on service, tax, or driver tip. The driver had who cares attitude. I would never have ordered the large order if I was only going to get one item delivered. Ended up paying $22 for a $12 meal. If they could not deliver the complete order, they should cancel the entire order from the beginning. Never going there again.

Really disappointed with dinner this Sunday. Ordered via mobile and the pickup experience was terrible and the food tasted awful. This used to be our favorite spot, but definitely not anymore, at least not on weekends. The chicken was undercooked, so we ended up having to throw it away. Total waste of money.

Was super excited to have one of my favorites so close to our house. Won’t ever go back. Service is sub par, orders are incorrect, they run out of the basics and I haven’t gotten a fresh hot meal in over 5 (less than 10) attempts. Management has to make some swift changes or this establishment will be closed in 5 years, or less. The level of food quality that’s given to customers, who are already paying an arm and a leg for fast food these days, is despicable.

Constantly get orders wrong every time I’ve gone here and tonight was a reminder of why I shouldn’t even entertain this location. I don’t expect a lot from Popeyes but somehow they’ve managed to bring the bar even lower. Won’t remake an order they made wrong in the first place and can’t refund me because it was an online order that I had to go up there to try and get resolved. Offered for me to come back “tomorrow” for them to remake it. They weren’t about to close so not sure what the issue was besides not wanting to just fix their mistake.

I have tried and tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but I just can't continue! I was excited when I saw this store coming before they even opened. 85% of the time that I've visited, what I received was not what I ordered or there's something missing. Don't normally visit at lunch time, but I did today. Drive-thru line was long, which I was prepared for. 3 piece spicy combo is what I ordered, received a thigh, a breast and "2 chicken strips" which was covered in batter and fried too hard for anyone to eat unless you're an animal. Not spicy AND my sprite was carbonated water. Since it was lunch time I didn't have time to go back up there. Phone calls went unanswered. PLEASE BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS OR YOU MAY END UP MAD or FRUSTRATED LIKE WE HAVE!!!

Came through the drive through and they didn't tell us they couldn't take card payments until we ordered and got to the window. No posted signs. We ordered spicey and got regular and in the 4 piece (that has ALWAYS been one of each piece of chicken) but this time I got three legs and wing.... None of the food was hot. $30 wasted and I will never eat at this location again. Don't waste your money or time going here.

Inside the store is a freezer. I have asked the staff several times that the air conditioner is too low and too cold, but they never change it. All the customers in the store have complained about being cold. None of the employees give me anything but unfriendly looks, especially the Hispanic employees, they are so unfriendly and loudly call someone in the store....... I ask them to take the pickles off my sandwiches every time I come here, but they have never done so. None of the employees or managers seem to realize what the problem is. Staff training is desperately needed.

This place is good if you want to pay for food, but not be given it to eat. I Ordered a banana desert with meal. They charged me for it. But didn’t give me it. I was 10 min down the road when I realized it was missing. Went in and asked nicely if they would help me out. They said there is nothing we can do. Live close by and dine frequently. Won’t anymore! They charge you but won’t feed you! Chick fil a is next door! Go there! When they make a $2-3 mistake they fix it quickly!

Nice while it lasted. I swear each time I visit this new location the amount of effort from the employees drops. You have to always double check your order...it's usually wrong. At least one item will be forgotten. I went yesterday for lunch, and the employees were too busy joking around that they didn't say a word to me. Just handed me my mobile order (which was wrong), and when I asked for the missing item it was tossed at me like I was an inconvenience. Then, I got home to find out I had a bowl of gravy minus the mashed potatoes. It's a shame because the food is pretty good, but it's not worth the rude behavior or constant mistakes.

This is the worst Popeyes I have EVER been to and it sucks because now I will go out of my way I stead of going to this one when it is closer to me. Their customer service SUCKS and it doesn't matter what time of the day you come they are always out of something!!! The guy who works the drive through is the worst. When I asked for the supervisor's name he got smart and told me to Google it and then asked me if I want his Social security number! You are going to lose a lot of business if you keep people like him around, because you have already lost mine!!!!!

Not happy with my experience here. Walked in an hour and 20 minutes before closing time. Ordered dine in, got our food, and then the "manager" told us they were closing in 10 minutes. Had to shovel food down and race out the door. If you are going to be closing early you tell your customers that BEFORE they order. I would not advise anyone to go here. The KFC up the road is a better bet.

Avoid at all costs. They have never once gotten an order right. They do not care one bit about the customer and make absolutely no effort to give you the food you paid for. We have tried on multiple occasions with the same results. Especially avoid ordering via delivery. This location is terrible and the people who run the joint should feel terrible. For the record Uber eats always makes it right with a refund, but you still don't get the food you ordered.

A few chicken nuggets were raw, and the small pieces of chicken tenders were not fresh. They felt like leftovers from yesterday, which was very unsatisfactory. Strongly not recommended.

Don’t waste your money here. I went back because they screwed up my order the first time. I went back to return the chicken legs I got for the chicken strips in ordered…. I ordered mild both times. They gave me spicy out of spite. Both employees seemed annoyed I was exchanging my food, which was for a special needs child that is picky by nature. I did not taste test the food and my child is beside himself with the spicy chicken they PURPOSELY gave me. Your employees are horrible for this. The name of the employee in my receipt is YENNI

I went a few days ago ordered online. The manager said “I don’t do online orders” then said “I don’t know how to work that” I showed him my recipt asked if he can just make it because I clearly paid for it! He said “no, talk to corporate” He was rude about it and was incompetent. I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets fired soon, but they do not deserve your business if that’s how the treat you. Go to cfa next door!

Ordered a chicken sandwich without pickles, the cashier repeated the order back correct. Even my receipt is correct. When I arrived home, it still was incorrect. I gave this location several tries. Last night my order was $30.30, the young lady in the drive thru, stated only dark meat is available. The time was 8:30pm, I asked how long for white meat, since the 11 piece was a mix meal. She then stated white meat was available. I was bit confused. I waited for my order about 10 minutes. Opened the box and it was one breast and everything else was dark meat. I requested a full refund. I'm very disappointed in this location. Food is either cold, out of white meat or order is incorrect.

was told it would be 10 min wait for wings. it was 24 min and only had 10 wings total instead of 12. had already told myself id never return to this location but i did anyway. 100% refuse to EVER return.

This location is worst even though they’ve only been for a little time my food isn’t always fresh the taste of it is disgusting 🤮 like it’s organic no seasoning and teenagers could use more professionalism training! The only fresh food that I could get if I visit the one in McKinney or Frisco there’s franchisee is way better! I’m very disappointed about quality and service at this location on spring creek.

0/10. Messed up my order twice. First time we ordered strips and you gave us bone in and the second time, gave us SPICY and not MILD. Now I wouldn’t care if it was for me, however it was for my kids. And they are extremely picky eaters. It was already late and then we had to drive back and you messed up again. 0/10

There should been another category for app quality . Such a bad app . I placed 2 orders and it went through but won’t show in the store system. The only way to cancel or get a refund is to spend hours with the lowly trained bot and it won’t resolve until you are training the bot to understand .

The worst food ever.. I ordered the new flavoured chicken wings. They were so hard, definitely not chewable and the dipping sauce we ordered was just thrown in the box with the wings. What a poor way of packaging. Then when I had the ghost pepper burger, all I could taste was oil. It only had one flavour and that was flavour of oil. It was so disgusting. I threw away the entire box of wings and now I am trying to puke after having half of the burger. I knew the food will be bland but god it was horrible. I feel terrible after putting such food in my body. Just eeewwwww!

This location is absolute trash. Waited over a half an hour for blackened tenders and then the guy at the register told me they hadn’t even started on them yet. Seriously, working in fast food isn’t that hard. I’ll never go back.

i never give bad reviews because i don’t believe one bad experience is enough to warrant a rant on the internet, but here i’m going to abandon my beliefs. i really like the food at popeyes and i do get popeyes pretty often, but not at this location. when i first got to the drive thru the guy seemed pretty annoyed when taking my order but i didn’t care much for it because everyone has bad days at work. same when i got to the window. when i was handed the bag it was HUGE. my order was pretty big as i was getting it for a bigger party, but i also expected the food inside to be proportional to the packaging. when i got back home the food portion was TINY. i got 24 wings and some sides. the sides where probably half full each and found the wings were also smaller than other locations. the chicken itself was also was not the greatest quality. it was 80% breading 20% meat while the meat was kind of undercooked for some pieces. idk if that is the fault of corporate or the location but i’ve never personally had a negative experience with the wings at other locations. the guy at the window was also very stingy with sauce packets. when i asked for more he flat out told me no. overall experience wasn’t great and i probably won’t come to this location again.

I know it was Christmas Eve but if you're open, you're open. We sat in line several minutes, pull up to the speaker, the lady said "can I take your order" and then anything we said, they didn't have. No chicken, no chicken strips, no sandwiches, nothing. The least they could have done is sent someone outside to say something to the several cars in line instead of wasting everyone's time.

POORLY MANAGED! I ordered 10 pieces of classic Popeyes chicken at 4:50 pm and didn't get my order until 5:25 pm. I was told that the chicken needed to be cooked. REALLY? A 35 minutes wait for a fast food restaurant that is specialized in fried chicken. Also, when I first went in to the restaurant, no one greeted me and I just stood there and waited for 10 minutes before someone took my order, but the funny thing was there were a lot of employees working there at the time. Luckily, there are other Popeyes or fried chicken restaurants in the area so I don't have to visit this restaurant again.

Guy on the speaker didn't sound all that happy when you order food. I didn't realize the reviews until I ordered and got home. Portions are terrible . Probably won't be coming back.

We purchased the shrimp tackle box, an 2 piece large meal, and a 4 piece large combo. My husband, son , and myself were ALL sick and did not even eat all of the food. When I say sick I mean profoundly sick! Spoke with Yessenia the GM who offered to remake the food, however if I advised we purchased the food at 4 pm yesterday and almost 24 hours later we are just know feeling better to where I could call why would we want to have food remade. She then just advised to go online and call the number online.

UPDATE: This week, they ran a special - 12 tenders for $12. Now I have had quite a few tenders in my life, but the ones I paid $12 for, were no larger than a french fry in width! Even my dogs that love chicken (but not the fried parts) refused them because there was so little actual chicken meat present. It was a total waste of money! They are completely overpriced and you will NOT get your money's worth. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When you order wings covered in a certain sauce, aren't they supposed to be like rolled around in that chosen sauce? I just got some sauce drizzled on top ... Very disappointed! 😔☹️

Had to comment on the worst Popeyes chicken i have ever received. To the owner. If your employees won't eat it then don't serve it to your customers cause if you do they won't remain your customers. Purchased this overcooked, dried out chicken on Friday evening 12/13/24 at about 5:40pm. This batch should have been trashed. I know cost savings are important but if you keep serving this type of quality you won't be in business much longer because you will ruin Popeyes reputation.

Took so long, rude workers, lack of attention, food was terrible. Sandwich was made horribly no sauce or pickles on my spicy chicken sandwiches. The chicken wings were not even fully covered in sauce. Then I bite into my wings and it’s just discolored. Worst meal ever.

Not good. I love Popeyes but this one is NOT IT. I ordered spicy chicken tenders and these are what I got... they look (and feel) 2 weeks old, shriveled up, chewy and not even lukewarm. I guess I have to do this here, since Popeye's contact me page requires all my personal info to submit a complaint. While I was inside, a customer who was eating inside brought his order back up and said that he ordered dark meat. The man behind the counter took the tray, turned around and PUT THIS MANS CHICKEN BACK ONTO THE TRAY OF CHICKEN THEY WERE SELLING. This man couldve spit on the chicken, could've sneezed on it, could've had his hands all over it, and it got put back onto the tray of chicken they were serving. I am glad that most of the food I ordered had to be made fresh (the rest of it I will throw away.) Absolutely disgusting. My order consisted of french fries, which had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes (cold and stale and greasy), chicken tenders that were undercooked and had blood inside(also lukewarm and greasy), and some popcorn shrimp, which had to be made fresh, since the tray was empty when I ordered it. Y'all charged me $30+ for this mess? Unreal. Worst Popeyes I have ever been too. Will not be returning.

Have you ever been to a restaurant and when you were done eating you made the decision that never again would subject yourself to eat at that restaurant again? Well that would be at Popeyes at this coit and spring creek location . Red flags everywhere but we decided to eat here because the Popeyes reputation is known for good crispy fried chicken, popcorn shrimp and French fries . That was not the case and We did NOT enjoy our food . The fries immediately eaten once we got the food was LUKE WARM and almost room temperature. Mac and cheese looked like reheated left overs with curdled cheese and the chicken was hard and dry. The entire meal tasted like reheated leftovers . My kids didn’t even finished the Mac and cheese and fries they were served . On top of that food tasting bad, they didn’t accept my Popeyes gift card and told me it needed to be activated. That is not needed when it’s a purchased gift card . They couldn’t give me my receipt because their printer wasn’t not working according to the girl at that drive through . So I couldn’t even make a complaint if I wanted to and return my gross fried food . This restaurant affirms that eating at home is the wiser choice if it’s between Popeyes.

Worst Customer service I’ve had in a while and the chicken was horrible. One piece was dry as hell, one felt like it was soaking in grease and they forgot to pull it out, and one still had feathers. LordJesus, where did good customer service and pride in your pride go? They say that we can’t get wings and breasts in spicy until next Tuesday, 9/6/22. Even though they are making spicy chicken apparently none if it can be spicy breast and wing🤷‍♀️. Save your time and money and go somewhere else where you can get want you want and the food may taste good! The best thing we had tonight was the biscuits with strawberry jam I had at home.
