Excellent restaurant. Staff very friendly. They were able to accommodate multiple requests and orders in a very particular way. Luis Leos, the waiter, was the best, absolute star. He recommended the "Midori Sour" drink (sweet cantaloupe licor, lime juice, and sour mix soda). Since I'm into sweet drinks (I.e. Pina colada, Margaritas, Moscato wine, etc), I really liked it. Can't say enough about the experience. Thank you all very much!!

Went there back in 2010-2011 loved everything in that hotel. The food here at El Pescador Restaurante food is out of this world. Not sure about now havent been able to travel. The tortilla soup that ate there up till now im still looking a receip that get close to the one made back then.

Ingresamos únicamente al saber que se podía reservar con el privilegio que teníamos de ser My Barceló. La comida es buena pero puede ser aún mejor, lo más rescatable fue el aguachile.

I thought this would be my least favorite of the restaurants at the property but was pleasantly surprised. Again the steak was cooked to the temperature I ordered and they even made my picky eater some buttered noodles and steak. During the day this is the pool top buffet, I say skip that upgrade to Royal level and eat lunch at that restaurant. But definitely eat here for dinner at least one of the nights.

We arrived very late and this was the closest restaurant from our room. I was very pleased with the dish I got but wished there was more rice. I also wished they had better appetizers as you get it yourself (buffet style) there wasn't much left since we came late. All the desserts were okay tasting. Nothing special.

Service is excellent! Food is good. We liked almost everything we tried. Lobster, surf n turf, quesadillas, carrot coconut soup, sword fish, were amongst the best things. The only things we didn't like we're the shrimp from the buffet & the shrimp from the menu. They were overcooked and lacked flavor. The Grouper from the menu also was pretty tasteless. Other than that, they make up for these few items w the wait staff's kind demeanor & attentiveness. Every waiter we had went above and beyond for us. Drinks & food all included except the lobster. Make sure u wear bug spray when you go, it's dark and near water, mosquitos are out!

Muy lindo lugar y super tranquilo sobre la piscina. Es el que resulta más fácil acceder ya que va poca gente y casi nunca tuvimos q anotarnos en lista de espera. Los mozos son los únicos amables de todo el hotel y el único resto en el resort del caribe en el que no exigen pantalon largo (como si estuvieramos en los años 50, actualicense).

Hay que llegar a la apertura del restaurante para probar de todo, servicio muy bueno
