Had an amazing dinner!! Guacamole, Aztec Soup, and Carnitas were amazing. Really kind staff.

Really great experience. The margaritas were really good. The guacamole was also fantastic. You cannot ask for more than that. However the carnitas and ropa viejo were also excellent. Took me almost a year to convince my wife to come try this place and now she can’t wait to go back!

Kafe is inspired by Elora's definition of a family restaurant. Good Vibes great food and good service, you can't ask for anything else.

SO GOOD!!! I lived in Long Beach, CA... Newport Beach ...Costa Mesa... Fountain Valley ...for 7 1/2 years and visiting the other half of my family out there for 35 since the 80s before that... this is the real deal. I've never been to Mexico... but a Friend of the Family from Chatsworth came to visit (who had been to Mexico many times) and we took him here... he said this was the real thing. Great space too!!!

LOVE LOVE Elora's!! It's going to become a new "routine" place I have to stop on my visits toLOVE new work. I went there with a friend and we had such an amazing time we ended up coming back later that night for coffee and dessert. In addition to the complementary chips and salsa we ordered the guacamole, which I happened to watch them hand make on my way to the bathroom (and which comes with wonderful corn tortillas in addition to chips), flautas al diablo, a side of rice and beans, and the black bean and cheese burrito (which also came with rice and beans). Somewhat ironically, given that I'm a carnivore, my favorite thing was actually what my vegetarian friend ordered, the bean and cheese burrito, and I could easily get two meals out of it even without apps/chips. All of the food was fresh, authentic, and the portions were extremely generous. We also got a half pitcher of frozen margaritas and my first horchata, both awesome. The staff of this multi-generational family-owned business are so friendly and welcoming. They even remembered my friend who had only been there a few times before. We found parking less than a block away for free on the street with no time limits. Outdoor shaded seating was perfect and it's on the cutest little corner. We saw lots of people walking their dogs and kids, very neighborly atmosphere. We came back at night for flan (my friend had never had it before!) and coffee, which were both fantastic. Can't wait to come back and try to the coconut flan next, and also their sister restaurant - El Viejo Yayo 2!

I’ve only eaten there once but the shrimp quesadilla was fantastic (I moved back here from Mexico City so I’m pretty discerning about Mexican food). I want to offer a sincere thank you to whoever is playing the music during these trying times I am unemployed due to Covid-19, but you guys are putting a smile on my face every time I go to the end of my bock. Thank you SO much and well WILL all get through this together ❤️❤️❤️

Brunch special is amazing. A great deal for delicious and vast food as well as strong drinks for an hour. Would love to go back!

J

All the food is very good and fresh. What I want to remark on is the guacamole and the FLAN. Excellent guacamole, but the flan is usually to die for. I have eaten flan at a number of Spanish places, and this flan is the best I have ever had, and my husband agrees. We compare every other flan to Elora's.

The best Chili con Carne you will ever have in your life. Cooked with homemade tortilla chips that soak up all the flavorful juices. Phenomenal. Stay away, it's mine.

Delicious food, friendly staff, great service and the prices are very reasonable. We've been eating at this place for a few years. We have shared our experience with many others and they love it too.

Family, friends, whoever will have some of the best mexican food in BK. I was born and raised in Brooklyn and have had a lot of Mexican food, this is and always be one of the places I go. Great staff, happy hour is legit, you will leave feeling happy and full.

I love Eloras! The food is always fantastic! The chips and salsa to start are delicious, the margaritas are a must, the chicken fingers are addicting, the chilaquiles, chimichangas, and fajitas are all amazing! The atmosphere and service are always 10/10! My favorite spot in the neighborhood 🩷

A

Affordable prices and very delicious food! The homemade tortilla chips were really crunchy and delicious. The live musician was really great. The service was good, too. My friends and I would definitely come back.

Came on Thursday for a dinner. They had a life music playing and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Service is fast and kind. I had a red sangria and burrito and I absolutely loved it. Good local place worth visiting

Love this place before the pandemic my family and I went here alot. Now we order to go and it's just as good. The staff is kind and quick. A real family vibe. We order threw direct because it's close enough. But I've also ordered threw a good app and there menu is exact. So it made ordering easy. Again a very good place to order from. I believe you can eat outside there too.

At Elora’s you truly feel as if you’re family. The live bands that play on Thursdays are great and you get lost in the music as you enjoy well seasoned food that tickle your taste buds. Get there for happy hour. The chicken is amazing, the burritos are so filling, and you won’t regret getting the chips and salsa fresh. Everything on the menu is delicious and don’t forget your frozen margarita pitcher!

Solid neighborhood spot! I particularly like the Baccalao Stew but there are a breadth of options here including several varieties of Paella. Service has been consistently good.

The staff is great and helpful. I only went there for the first time a couple days ago. The food was phenomenal! I got it to go,almost everything was cooked and seasoned perfect. The rice little bland but once you put the beans on it was very good. They have a huge menu. And everything i had was awesome!

I found this place to be quite nice. We had dinner out side dress warm. Yes they had heaters but a little on the weak side. The drinks and food were great no issues at all. Service was on point a nice Sunday dinner.

T

Elora's food is amazing. However the best thing about the place is the staff. The staff make the restaurant, they are the best I've come across in a very long time. They are very pleasant and accommodating, and great to talk to. I will drive all the way from Jersey just to come here again and talk to them. And of course have some great drinks and food.

C
Christina

Great food, great prices, great service! Had a wonderful dinner here with friends. Got in early enough to enjoy the happy hour half price drinks ( which we had 3 pitchers of!). Waitress misunderstood our first order and brought over unfrozen margarita pitcher but was kind enough to take away and replace with Frozen! Food was on point. From the free chips and salsa when you sit down to every single dish ordered. All were amazing. Flautas and chimichangas were filled with tender fresh ingredients and came with sour cream and guacamole on the side. Chili con Carne was a cross between a stew and fajitas and was so tender and tasty. Best night, would go weekly if I lived in the area

S

Really good value brunch: $20 for a main and unlimited drinks like mimosas or frozen margarita. Nice patio with heaters if, like us, you're still nervous about indoor dining.

S
Stephen Trotman

The service was amazing. From the person who greeted us as we walked in, to our server and even when I saw the chef eating on his break; everyone was very welcoming and personable. My wife loves pork chops and their fried pork chops did not disappoint. She got 2 servings of the rice and beans. I personally do not like guacamole, but their spicy guacamole was one of the best I've ever had. Their eloras burrito(shrimp burrito) was also very delicious. We were there during their happy hour, so we got $15 half pitchers of margaritas (roughly 4 glasses per pitcher) I would recommend the passion fruit flavor if you want a hint of sweetness to your margarita. My only complaint? They wouldn't tell me what they put in the sauce for the eloras burrito!!! Idk what it was, but it tasted very familiar, but I couldn't place the secret ingredient they used that made the garlic cream sauce so tasty. I asked our server and even the head chef, but none of them would spill the beans. Am I mad? Yes. Am I aggravated? Yes. Am I full though? Also yes. Will they share their secret recipe??? Find out on the next episode when I make my eventual return....

Live music, good food and drinks. Sounds like a fun night out to me. Our waiter was friendly and well versed in the menu. And reasonably priced too. It turns out on Thursday they have a live musician. He played numerous selections from many genres, but always at a nice level that we could still have conversation with my friends. Update :tonight we had the Mixed Salad. It was really something different as it came served in a fried tortilla bowl. Loved it.

Chilaquiles were so good, tons of meat in them. The cafe de olla is on point. Everything we ordered was better than good, would love to go back if I'm in that part of BK again!

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place. This is our go-to restaurant when we come from the movies. The food, the staff, especially the beautiful female Waitress, is so amazing. We definitely will continue to go to Elora.

This place is AMAZING. The flavor IS OUTSTANDING. You can’t go wrong with anything you order. If you like a little heat, the la Placita was out of this world. When it came to the table you knew instantly it had some heat. We also ordered enchiladas, fish tacos and pepper steak which I can’t tell you which was my favorite because they were all delicious. This place deserves more than 5 stars. The staff is also so so kind. For sure coming back. Loved it.👍👍👍

Great food with a comfortable atmosphere. Margaritas can and will knock you out, but in a good way.

C

Great spot for Latin food. If you come during lunch hours Mon-Fri 12-3 you get great food at a great price. 8-12 bucks for a large plate of food. Outside those hours prices really do skyrocket to 20-25 per plate. And drinks are costly too. I would definitely recommend this place for an occasionally lunch or dinner. They have live music sometimes and the place gets full during the night. Do come in

P
Paul Pavlinovich

This place is amazing. Act like a local and ask for the back room which has more room. The staff are friendly, chatty and lovely. They're really helpful to explain the dishes if you need it and are conscientious. The food is absolutely delicious with amazing uses of spices and textures. There's the common staples and a lot of specialties. We loved the entire experience especially the frozen margarita. A grand experience.

Now, I have not been here in a while, but I'm making plans in a few weeks. Back in the day (two year ago after our lock down) this was the first place I went to eat, and I love their food and the margaritas. The outside setting is great, too. See you soon!

This place is absolutely my favorite! The Margaritas are amazing, Guacamole is made fresh and is amazing as well. Eloras has authentic Mexican food totally delicious. Customer Service is Amazing they treat you like family. It’s mostly crowded because it’s a great restaurant. The best seating is in the front of the restaurant so wait for a seat there rather than sitting in the back of the restaurant, it’s to close to the bathroom.

G
Gloria Lewis

Staff is friendly and they remember you when you return. The margaritas are the best. Guacamole is made fresh when you order it. I've tried several dishes here including the pork chops, seafood enchiladas, and shrimp in green sauce and they have all been delicious. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is festive.

We went to Elora’s last night. Great food, great service, so reasonably priced. The avocado salad was huge, the sauted chicken in white wine and lemon sauce was out of this world. I loved my margarita. Such a great Mexican restaurant. We will be going back soon!

Great food, great margaritas, great vibe, great service, and really generous portions! This was the perfect spot to have dinner before a movie at the nearby Nitehawk theater, and the food came out very quick, so we were able to relax and enjoy our meal without stressing about getting to the movie on time. I used to live in this neighborhood ~30 years ago and wanted to go to Elora's for old times' sake, and I was delighted to find that they have remained an affordable neighborhood restaurant with a warm low-key vibe after all these years—not an easy feat in Brooklyn!

I came for the amazing weekend brunch special. I am returning because of the delicious food. But, my life was changed by the amazing service from Nikki. She provided amazing recommendations, let us know when our hour of bottomless drinks was starting and when it was ending. The vibes were immaculate. Played Maria by Ricky Martin. She is a community gem and knows how to keep folks happy. Looking forward to going back.

I had a family high school graduation dinner here for my nephew yesterday and since I can't speak for anyone else's food and this is my review, this review will be based on my meal. Started off with chips and salsa while our other guests arrived. I always order the Elora's chicken fingers with rice and beans and the chicken fingers are to die for. Even better when dinning in. I forgot to take pictures of them but they are my favorite and best chicken fingers I've ever had. I only like them skinny and crispy which they were. Customer service was amazing and the staff cartered to us very well. Great staff and cooks.

I came here with the family on Saturday evening. I called ahead to notify the restaurant that we are a group of 9. I was told they would have my table set up for us, in which they did. When we arrived, they had just put chips and salsa on the table. For drinks, I ordered a pitcher of the strawberry margarita, and for the non alcoholic drinks, we ordered shirley temples. For appetizer, I went ahead and ordered my favorite the guacamole in molcajete. I ordered the boneless chicken chunks as an appetizer. The guacamole is always on point. It's always delicious. The chicken chunks were completely gone within seconds. Everyone went in on those and raved how good they were. Moving on to our main entrees. We ordered breaded chicken cutlet, steak with onions, churrasco skirt steak, la paella marinera, La Placita, Chicken Fajitas, Shrimp in garlic sauce, shrimp in spicy devil sauce and a side order of tostones. For dessert, we ordered the vanilla flan and the fried ice cream. All the dishes that were ordered that night were delicious. Everyone loved their meals. The margarita was so good. Seems that their margarita pitchers are a hit. Everyone at the restaurant mainly had a margarita pitcher. Super great vibes in this place from staff to customers. Everyone in my group was enjoying their time, and so were all the customers dining in around us. I absolutely love how family-friendly this restaurant is. Overall, our night was amazing, full of laughs, great food, and conversations. FYI, the margaritas creep on you. I highly recommend you try this restaurant out! Can't wait to go back with the family. Thank you, Elora's, for the great service.

Hands down one of the best Mexican 🌮 restaurants in NYC. Please try the fish tacos. It's warm, soft, delicious and has the right crunch. Additional their guacamole and chips are top of the spectrum. Our waitress Crystal was amazing and knew her stuff.

First time eating here, was recommended by a friend. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious ! Definitely can share an entree as they serve you large portions. The staff was beyond attentive and so polite. Sorry that there are bad reviews for Elora's but I write mine based off our experience at the time we dined here. Will be going back for sure ! A great little find with outdoor seating, and a surprisingly great brunch deal! Not sure if the brunch is offered during the week (we went on a Sunday) but you can choose a main plate and get unlimited refills for an hour on a margarita, champagne, bloody mary, mimosa, or sangria for just $25! The food was great, especially the huevos rancheros and chilaquiles de huevo. The guacamole is a must-have: it’s incredibly fresh and flavorful and served in a molcajete.

I visited Elora's for the first time today and I was very impressed with this cute little mexican restaurant. Everything from the service to the food and drink was spot on. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive and the food was plentiful and full of flavor. The Aztec Soup and the Shrimp Tenampa was absolutely fantastic. There were no issues with salt/seasoning on anything I ordered. My Mango Margarita also hit the spot as well. They have a very extensive menu with reasonable prices and the establishment was very clean. I will definitely stop in again in the near future.

Great deal on the sangria during the happy hours, and great sangria! I took the Cuban sandwich:toasted bread on point and really good quality of ingredient! My usband took the tacos al carbon, Pollo, the guacamole and salsa were really good and tasty! On the side we took a small portion of sweet plantain, and my God the revelation! Caramelized banana, a delish'!

The food was very tasty, definitely a bit above average. What really stood out was the hospitality, all of the staff was ridiculously friendly and accommodating, our bartender Junior was phenomenal. I live on the opposite side of Brooklyn but I now have this place bookmarked so I can visit whenever I'm in this part of town. Oh, and the fajitas plate was way more food than we expected which is awesome. But again, Junior & everybody were so nice my gf & I had wonderful evening here and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The staff is great and friendly. I like the large selection of Mexican food and the portions are very large. I usually get the chicken burrito and never finish it! I also love that there's a great option for sitting outdoors when the weather is nice.

I've been here a few times and enjoyed the food here. It's a simple Mexican food spot with a bar and flat screens. I've come with groups of people as well and it was very accommodating. If you enjoy simple and just want to go out and enjoy good food and drinks then i'd recommend.

Nice place for a large group. Happy hour margaritas are an excellent value. If you're a vegan, stick to the free chips & salsa, guacamole, and side dishes. Outdoor seating. Nice staff.

This small but cozy restaurant should be called the Jule of Brooklyn, because of its wonderful food and great, friendly service. The food in my opinion is a Latin fusion cuisine, which I love. The portions were enormous; my date ended up taking home half the food we ordered. Oh! The live music was excellent. The performer sang a mix of pop favorites, that really really hit the spot.

Wonderful place. The waitress was so nice and my baby loved her. The margaritas are great not watered down at all and my burger was so fresh. I was pleasantly surprised. You can really judge a place off of the burger. Trust me

I've been a customer here for over 15 years. Of course things have changed with regard to the menu and prices, and we no longer go as often. But, for a simple weeknight out, the food is on point. I recommend eating here, the margaritas alone are worth the trip lol...

R
Roze Dautova

Came here for my friends birthday dinner we were group of 7 people we were sat right away and were given glass of water and chips with homemade salsa. I noticed that the outside sitting besides the restaurant is nicely decorated with plants and flowers but the one down the street where we were sitting looked plain no decors whats so ever I think they should definitely put same effort with decorating on every section, and thats why I'm giving 4 stars. Besides that the food was good, everyone ordered different things and they seemed to enjoy it. I ordered Chilaquiles which was delicious and full pitcher of piña colada. Definitely would come back to try other dishes.

Elora's is a true gem for Mexican food enthusiasts! This outstanding restaurant serves up authentic, mouth-watering dishes that not only tantalize your taste buds but also genuinely capture the rich essence of Mexican cuisine. Tucked away just off the main road and around the corner, its location is surprisingly convenient, making it almost impossible to miss. Our experience was exceptional – we had the pleasure of sampling some of their signature specialties, and every single dish was expertly prepared with precision and care. The flavors were rich, the presentation was impeccable, and the portions were satisfying. We're already looking forward to our next visit, eager to explore more of Elora's culinary offerings and indulge in another delightful Mexican dining experience. If you're a fan of authentic Mexican cuisine, Elora's is an absolute must-visit destination that promises to leave you craving for more!

In the price range of this restaurant, it’s a great place to eat. The staff is friendly. The surroundings are clean and basic. The food is good. Things are a little on the salty side which is the one downside. The portions are hearty and I did overeat but that’s what food is for. Every once in a while I crave some salsa and chips and this place is a great little local spot.

N
Nikki K.

The server was lovely, and we enjoyed the queso fundido, but everything else was disappointing. The rocks margarita was like drinking straight mix. The chilaquiles were sour and mushy and the churrasco was dry with very little flavor. The service was so great I want to give it another try... Maybe it was just a bad night.

This might be a Spanish restaurant, but it's not a Mexican restaurant. I know this, because I know Mexican Cuisine. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The service was mediocre.. the salsa was absolutely horrible!! Some sort of watered down, salty, pasta sauce .. this restaurant was recommended to me.. but obviously, the person who recommended it, was a relative or friend.. but I must say, the frozen margarita was nice & strong.

Food is not that good. I had the chicken salad and my friends had steak n eggs and a wet burrito. Went for brunch special $20 with sangria or champagne for an hour. Sangria was good and will get you right by 2nd drink if your not a heavy drinker. Atmosphere is casual, bathroom is not very clean though. I always look at the bathroom when I go to a restaurant!

Great guacamole for sure! But our table was uneven, had splinters and the boards were popping up so our plate didn't even lay flat. Margaritas VERY weak. Service nice but not attentive. Neighborhood spot and we haven't been in a while and sadly won't go back.

The food is mediocre and has noticeably declined since the last time we visited. The space is uncomfortably loud - lots of families with kids and zero sound absorption. What really sealed it for me is the extra charges: a credit card fee plus a “kitchen appreciation” surcharge added before tip. Not worth it, and I won’t be returning.

It was ok, nothing to write home about I asked for a burger with nothing but the bread and pattie still they managed to put cheese on it. The tacos were subpar and the chile relleno was ok as per my sister said. The restaurant has a tranquil balanced great for families. And Service is good.

I’ve visited two times- both occasions were because I was invited by friends to hang out and have drinks. Both times, I was disappointed. I wouldn’t consider the food as Mexican, Tex- Mex, yes. They use yellow and white grated cheeses on their dishes- excessive amounts at that and for a Mexican restaurant, that’s already a step towards the wrong direction. I didn’t enjoy the food, there was no real flavor to any of the dishes. And the dishes that did have some flavor- were salty and dredged in yellow cheese. Oh and both times I visited- I was served by the same waiter who had some serious attitude problems which made my visits even less enjoyable.

So this was my first time here. The service was great the people working there are very nice. Whoever is in charge though could have been more accommodating considering it was our first time here. We went there during happy hour by coincidence and they told us about the deal for half a pitcher that serves about 4 drinks for $12 and a full pitcher for $32. We didn’t hear him clearly; we had thought the pitcher was $32 overall and my husband didn’t want to drink that much so we just ordered 2 drinks at $5 each. When we did the math in my head before I started drinking I made my husband ask about the deal again and it was the half pitcher for $12 so I asked if we could have a half of the half pitcher extra making it a 4 drink serving since we had already ordered 2 single drinks and our waiter tried but they said no and the drinks were good so that was a loss for us over a simple misunderstanding. Then we ordered the chicken quesadillas that had the chicken shredded and it was great. It wasn’t the same as cubed chicken which tastes better to me. Then my husband order the chicken shrimp steak and pineapple entree and it came with rice and refríed beans I tried some of his food and it didn’t have much seasoning to taste and I could not for the life of me find a piece of pineapple or even taste it. The rice was old and the food overall was subpar. Btw I am Hispanic and for that being a “Mexican “ restaurant it was lacking a lot of taste. The drinks were good though !! Just listen to the deals well or make them repeat it so you don’t make the mistake we made.

The image for their chicken tenders looks great: large, breast-meat looking pieces. what you get is little strings of overcooked something. They're seriously the size of toothpicks. Not ok.

I used to come here all the time and stopped going years ago because they were under new management. I decided to give them another try recently and regret it. The paella was not fresh, was very pale in color—the rice was bland, flavorless and unseasoned. The chicken was stringy and dry. The chorizo tasted questionable, the shrimp was overcooked and they were stingy on the lobster. Completely unacceptable for such an expensive dish. I also ordered flan which was inedible. The consistency was off; it was complete mush and undercooked. The only enjoyable things were the sweet plantains and the peach and strawberry smoothies. They need different chefs. I miss the old Elora’s.

We feel bad writing this (support local businesses, of course) but this place kind of deserves to be on kitchen nightmares. We think they microwaved our dinner to “cook it” … the guacamole was great, but when our entree arrived, I received the largest, most inedible burrito I’ve ever seen. Juxtaposed against the smallest enchiladas my girlfriend has ever seen. Real bad. I’m seeing a lot of positive reviews for this place, but y’all are crazy. Wouldn’t recommend before a date night at the nitehawk… or ever.

The food was ok. They stole my money. MUST READ!!! I went to this restaurant this past Sunday the 31st of May 2020. My order cost a total of 15 dollars. I bought my friend meal too which was a separate order and her meal cost 18 dollars. So in total my meal cost 33 dollars. I checked my recent transactions and I noticed a charge of 56.00 dollars from this establishment. I called the restaurant the owner asked if I had my receipt and I replied yes. He asked for the number on the top of the receipt and I gave it to him. He then replied and said yes I see a tip of 22.50 was added. I kindly said I did not write a tip of that amount. He told me that he will call his bank and refund me the 22.50. I then asked is he going to compensate me with anything else due to this circumstance. He said no. If I would have never checked my account they would have stole 22.50 from me. Better yet if I did not keep my receipt I would of been out of 22.50. This establishment steals people money so be careful and make sure you cross out the tip area in its entirety. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

It took close to an hour to get our food. Kids burger was a couple chunks of dry over cooked beef on a huge stale bun. Fries tasted old. People were nice and family like but the food was terrible. Not real Mexican food.

I went there with my family for a Sunday brunch and was completely mortified when a mouse ran across mine and my daughters feet. We instantly stood up and ran out. My husband spoke to our server and after asking him exactly how big the mouse was, she went downstairs to talk to someone. She came back a few minutes later and informed my husband that he didn't have to pay for his bill, like that was going to happen anyway. Pretty disgusting and upsetting.

3 of us ordered vegetarian dishes, not uncommon in 2024. Nothing more then "vegetarian" salsa (already on table) put in a buritto+enchilada. To owners credit, he did redo mine with some "real" vegtables.

This place is a joke! First of all when we were trying to sit the waitress couldn't even get the words out wether she could sit us in or outside. Then she comes for the order, this was 2:30 PM and she says the lunch menu is not available but, brunch menu is available still. There was a brunch special that we wanted to take advantage of, so we went ahead and ordered the drinks. However when we received the big container of margarita for the 3 of us she then mentioned that, the container of margarita wasn't included in the brunch special, which was not specified anywhere in the menu nor it was communicated by her before we ordered. Second, as she was taking the food order she fucked up the drinks, and then fucked up the food order itself. My sister is vegetarian and she only asked to switch chicken with mushroom for the salad that she ordered, first the waitress said they couldn't do that, and then she said that they will do it. Then she comes back saying they dont have mushrooms... and then we ordered another round of drinks and my mom asked for a frozen margarita, and she brought the wrong flavor and took so long for it to come... the list goes on but dont have the patience to continue. BASICALLY: NOT PROFESSIONAL, MESSY, NOT ORGANZIED AND SLOW. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!

Very unhappy. There was stuff in our water cups 3x. The first time we let it pass and ask for a replacement as there was something floating in my kids water. Then came back and there was an onion in the water when we told the waiter he laughed. So they bought a clean water. Thennnnn....they bought the soda bottle along with a cup of ice and the cup of ice had like a noodle or something in it. We just couldnt after that and left the restaurant all together. Sad, I really wanted to like this place.

The food was very bland. The margarita tasted like a store bought mix. Whenever a server tells you "careful, it's a hot plate", you know it's been microwaved. Basic service like bringing out appetizer plates had to be specifically asked for.

Yesterday I ordered $50 worth of food from this restaurant and waited over an hour for delivery which I thought would be worth the wait. Although when the food came I was sadly disappointed because my supreme nachos were old and looked like they were left out for hours. All the chips were soggy and cold. The Chilaquiles were not fresh either. The guacamole was brown and old as well. The food was terrible and I ended up throwing most of it away. I am very saddened by this experience because I have ordered from here before and really enjoyed it. I understand the restaurant was busy but I expected better food quality because now I do not want to ever order from here again.

So I am very disappointed about this place. This is my first time ordering from this place and it will be my last time. The food portions were small, and the food breaded steak was very salty, the green plantains were undercooked, the quesadilla was cold. If this was not bad enough the restaurant forgot a order. When I called the restaurant back that guy over the phone was a rude and didn't offer to reduce the price of the meal for the inconvenience. This could have been a bad day for this restaurant but they will never get my money again.

Literally disgusting. Service was slow and absent. Food is microwaved. Drinks taste like mixes from a bottle. No idea how this place has such good reviews, but you should skip it entirely.

I was so embarrassed because I was so hungry. I went with my hubby and step son. We decided to stop by. We had baked clams really salty and the seafood linguine also salty. My step sons Cuban sandwich looked bad and the fries was salty. I wouldn’t go back and the funny thing my hubby knew the previous owners. I would suggest your chef go easy on the salt.

Appalling food, heinously overpriced. Our party of 4 were charged over $120 for a single plate each of barely edible, flavorless slop that had, at some point, heard of things like enchiladas and sopas. Two people ordered "cocktails" that has definitely never met any liquor. We were so appalled when the bill arrived that all we could do was laugh.

Amazing service by Wilbert! He always made sure we were taken good care of! The atmosphere was great as well. What needs help is the food. The beans were too salty and rice was extremely dry. Overall the food was very bland. The only thing we liked were the churros. They are a must have!

Tastes and seems like microwaved food under heat lamps. Couldn't finish a drink, bottled margarita mix. I haven't left food on a plate in a long time but I did here sadly. The salsa was incredible somehow despite everything else. Disappointing.
