I had an urge for chicken parmesan one night and Google lead me to Patsy's. I was a little nervous about entering because I didn't feel like I belonged. Good thing I did stop in because the food and service was amazing. The restaurant was packed so I decided to sit at the bar. The bartender greeted me with open arms and made me feel comfortable. He was very attentive to my needs. The only thing I'd suggest is for the bartender to add a fork and knife inside the to-go bag. I didn't give the food a chance to make it home. I ate the rest in the car. 😁

My son loves the pizza. Food is good. I love the mussels. They also have been very accommodating, especially not giving me issues with my service dog. There are places that still do.

Got a white pie to go. It was about $23 total and it tasted very good. We heard service is slow here so we called ahead to place the order. The quoted us 20 min, we got there after 15 min and a few minutes later, we saw them make our pizza. Total time from calling was probably 30 min so not terrible. There was another guy there being a passive aggressive jerk about his order so that may have held them up.

Excellent pizza, excellent food and great staff. Also, if you're lucky enough to meet them, owners are a wonderful, friendly couple! You won't be disappointed! One of my favorite dishes is the Scarpiella Wings. They're delicious!!!

We hosted an intimate bridal shower here and we're very happy we chose Patsy's! There are several party menu options to meet your groups needs and prices were reasonable. The food was delicious and the service was great! They were attentive and provided enough portions for the entire group. I also purchased a pizza pie to go. If you love thin crust pizza, definitely try Patsy's! Highly recommend and would certainly come back if I'm in the area.

Feels like a comfortable family restaurant. I ordered shrimp scampi style, and it's 10/10. Normally, for myself, when I ordered pasta in another restaurant, I packed up in a to-go box where i couldn't finish it, but here I finished my whole plate. I've been looking for a descent neighborhood pizza place, and I think I finally found one. Ordered their 4 top pie. It was just perfect for me. The pie wasn't too thick or doughy, and the crust was crunchy on the outside yet chewy insdie. The toppings and the sauce were rich in flavor that I could tell the ingredients were fresh. I liked how it was sprinkled with a bit of pepper seeds, but some people may find it spicy. Will definitely be ordering from this place again.

This is our go to neighborhood place and they never disappoint. the best chicken Francese I have ever eaten. Hosted a retirement party there last year and many attendees ordered food to take home because it was so enjoyable.

Took my Mom here Saturday 7/5/25 early evening and it was delicious with good service. The riceballs were baked nicely and the Philly Cheesesteak Rolls were extremely tasty. The garlic "chips"/bread to start had a nice crispy texture. I had the chicken parm which was coated really well, tender and paper thin. The croquet with it was just as good. My mom loved the eggplant parm with a side of broccoli rabe. We were told clearly the broccoli rabe would be extra. Their red sauce is sweet and tasty with no acid issues afterwards. That is how you know the sauce is fresh. We had capuccinos for desert that were made well and the cream at the top actually had taste unlike most places. Highly recommend coming here. Good local ambiance too with tv's showing the baseball games and mlb network. I do also recommend making a reservation thru their site. We did not as we went on a whim but will make a reservation moving forward. They also have parking in the back which is really nice in that area of Whitestone/Bayside.

So I picked three pies, we drive about 3 blocks and I had crushed 2 slices already. I immediately busted a U-Turn to get another pie. Lol, I live in Pennsylvania. So this pizza is next level from there. I’ve been to a lot of states. This place is definitely in my top 3. we got the buffalo chicken, plain, and a Prosciutto and Arugula pies. Patsy’s is always a hit! I’ve visited a few times now, and every single experience has been excellent. The food is outstanding and the baked clams are a MUST-have, absolutely delicious every time!!! Tonight I enjoyed a glass of Cabernet with the baked clams and their linguine with mushroom cream sauce and truffle oil (it was todays special) , and wow… so good. Everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. It’s truly a hidden gem tucked away in a residential area, which makes it even more special. Bonus: parking is easy, whether it’s street parking or their rear parking lot, which is always a plus in Queens. Thank you to our server Cruz, he is always attentive, professional, and consistently great service. 10/10. I love coming here and look forward to returning.

The Fried Calamari was crispy and perfectly seasoned, the Traditional Pizza had a wonderfully balanced flavor, and both the Fettuccine Alfredo and Baked Ziti were rich, creamy, and comforting. The Chicken Parmesan was also outstanding—crispy on the outside and tender inside with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Dessert was fun and delicious... S'mores Pizza! Our servers, Dean and Cynthia, were attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The ambiance was charming and cozy, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. After ordering our food, we were served with complementary garlic bread that was really really tasty!! It is essentially cut up flatbread with their garlicky flavor and I couldn't stop eating it!! We got our food after a fairly long wait but the food was solid. However, there are definitely places that would have better food for a similar price. After getting the bill, I saw that I was charged extra for the side of pasta that comes with their entree. I was not informed prior to ordering that there was an extra charge for certain sides given that the menu states "All entrees come with a side pasta, vegetable or potato croquettes." The word "come" means it is complementary and therefore not an additional charge. The menu should be more clear with the costs. Since the charge wasn't too much I wasn't too mad. Patsy has a really good pizza deal which is two 16" traditional pizza for $20!! This is ONLY for takeout orders and on Tuesday to Thursdays. There pizzas are one of the BESTT I've ever had!! It is thin and crispy and they have the perfect balance between the sauce and the cheese so that neither is too overpowering. I also love their brick oven gives the pizza an uneven char on the cheese and the crust. You should definitely come to Patsy's to get this deal! Overall Rating is a 4.3/5

This is a nice and cozy place to have dinner with some friends or a date. The wait staff are very friendly and helpful with recommendations if you ask. The food is excellent. We always have an appetizer and and entree though we do not need both. We usually have the mussels, calms and a salad for appetizers. Follows by a pasta. The portions are usually a good size and we have left overs. They have pasta night or wine nights. So look out for the special nights for extra savings.

This was my first time ever ordering from here and it was through door dash. I was surprised about how much I enjoyed the food. I ordered a vodka pie, cannoli chips, and fried calamari. I will say they are a bit over priced for the portions, but the quality was on point in my opinion.

Honestly a great experience. It may have been an early dinner and there wasn't too many customers, our waitress Catherine was attentive as ever. Orders came at a timely manner and they were all delicious. Had the calamari and a small red and white pizza for appetizer and you could taste the freshness of the food. Penne alla vodka with chicken cutlet for my entree and it did not disappoint. Overall it was for my moms bday dinner and the service we had along with the food made it 200 times better. Thanks to Catherine our waitress and Patsy's for everything.

The pizza is good and that's the real reason you go here and the service was good as well but if you're seated near the front tables on a cold day, you will need to keep your coat on. Seriously though, the front area was frigid to the point that it makes the food cold quickly. Also I feel $3.50 for a glass of fountain soda in a family restaurant is a bit much in my opinion. This is Whitestone not Midtown.

We had a retirement party for a long time colleague. Service was great as she was pretty much on her own and did a fine job. Salad was fresh and tasty, but the fried calamari a bit overdone. Eggplant rollatini was quite good and the selection of fish and chicken all served family style were good. Probably ordering off the menu might give one the opportunity to order what you liked so a real verdict on food quality can not be made. I did like the setting and relaxed ambience. I would go back if in the area; their pizza specials looked quite appealing.

Food here is fantastic. I stopped in last night and had the chicken parmigiana and penne. First time I’ve had a dish here. Pizza is what I usually have. I’ve tried four different pizzas since I moved into the neighborhood and once in the past.

Ordered the prosciutto and received something else. Wanted to give 1 star when I opened the box and realized it was not what I ordered but the pizza was delicious so will try the prosciutto next time and update my review

Patsy’s Pizzeria is a historical and local restaurant in the neighborhood. The decor is outmoded but it’s cozy and family style. The staff was friendly and attentive. They serve solid pizza and America style dishes. The food was overall decent with reasonable price and portion but not memorable. During COVID-19, they are still running with take out and delivery orders.

Fans of the thin crust pizza, will enjoy the pie., excellent Eggplant Parmesan.

I've been to patsys all over NYC. The food at this location was just as good. My chicken parmigiana with spaghetti was perfect. The drinks weren't too bad as well. The lights were a little too dim, my only knock but would 100% go back.

The appetizers and salad were great. The pizza at 14" was small and undercooked. Saw a staff member wipe a table but not spray with sanitizer. Disposable cups for beverages but glass for wine and dinnerware was not disposable. Took my temperature and guests upon arrival. Plastic partitions and 6 feet apart but everytable was packed with loud boisterous guests. We all ate our food quickly and left...

Listen, I'm not trying to hurt the business or be a obnoxious reviewer but I don't understand how this place is rated so highly. I went here with a friend of mine. The service was great but the food is another story. We had an order of the rice balls which were good but our orders of the penne alla vodka with fried chicken cutlet was not that great. The chicken tasted old and the flavor overall was bland. I was shocked because the prices are pretty high but what you get doesn't match. Maybe ill go back for the pizza but since I left a bad review I don't want the big guy to kick my head in and stuff me in a trunk like Billy Batts (joke).

A good standard Italian restaurant serving excellent thin crust pizza and slightly overpriced. But their pasta dishes are just ok, nothing special. On the Sunday night that we visited, the service was quite slow, the entrees took 20 min to arrived at our table, wait staff were courteous but inattentive. Brought other table food to our table. Maybe they have an off night. Will visit again to give them another chance.

First time here. OFood was delicious. Service was horrible!! Staff very young.- no one hustled. No one seemed to care. Waited at least 15 - 20 min before I could get a drink. Bartender talking to a co worker at end of bar. I had to say excuse me to get her attention. Than was seated. Waited at least 20-30 min to order dinner. No one came over during the meal to see how it was. I had to put my hand up at end of meal and try to get someone’s attention to tell them we were done and I wanted my food wrapped up. Sad, because the food was soo good but the service was not!! Will not go back. I will go down the block to the Rivera where they appreciate your service.

Overated.. Mediocre at best on everything from flavor to ingredients to atmosphere. Oil tasted like it had not been changed, cescar salad basically all lettuce, potatoe croquettes and mozzarella sticks tasted synthetic, like out of a factory box.

The food was good but the table service was horrible. If you get anything make sure it's to go! As an example we got our salad but no plates after waiting neary 20 mins after the order was put in. Waited another 8-10 minutes until I got up from my table to get the plates. When the entrees came they were put on the table with no sides. One side was wrong and again they took much longer than expected to make it to the table, we practically finished 3/4 of our dinner by the time they brought the sides out. To close out the experience when we asked for the leftovers to be wrapped up I had to ask for our leftovers several times after we were given the check. Still shaking my head over the whole thing, very disappointed.

Way too long of a wait for a pizza, especially considering that the restaurant was at least half empty. Fried calamari was like chewing on a rubber band. Considering that this place charges Manhattan prices, you would expect (and certainly can find) much better locally.

Sept 2021 update...our latest visit to Patsy's was truly disappointing. Although we always enjoyed Patsys, I'm not sure we'll be back. My Cosmo was very good, as were the cheesesteak eggrolls and the wait staff were as friendly as ever, but that's where the positives end. Tom had shrimp parm & rigatoni. I had the baked penne alla vodka with chicken. Both dishes were terribly underseasoned...the sauces were bland, the pasta, tasteless and overcooked. No amount of salt, pepper or grated cheese helped. Not worth the price ($132.23, not including a tip, for dinner, dessert & drinks (2 cocktails, 1 glass of wine & a soda) for 2).

I always order and enjoyed the pizza, but today is my last day that I would do that. I ordered the pizza with the special and I was told that if I want the special to be delivered, I would need to order an appetizer or a meal I I added a salad by the time they brought it here the pizza was cold and lettuce was not fresh

Very, very slow service, as others have said. Food took a long time to come out. My family was nearly done with their meal before I even got mine. We were the only customers and the waitress was very sweet, but could’ve been more attentive. For their high prices the food overall should’ve been better. Best part by far was the cheesecake, which was excellent.

First let me say that almost everyone that works there is like 17 and incapable of taking any order. When you go in to pick up they have an attitude. I almost always order to go and EVERY TIME I get there I wait an additional 10 to 20 minutes more than the time they told me. Half the time they’re just starting to make my pizza!! They allllllwwwaaayyyyssss get my pizza order wrong! The food is highly overpriced! The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is because the food is good.

The food was good but the bill too expensive. My husband and I went for lunch. We did the lunch special of $9.50 for small Pizza and soda. I ordered Margherita and he ordered meatball/pepperoni. They charged us $3 per topping, since when is Margherita a topping. The pizza cost us $16 for his and $13 for mine. The upsetting part is I asked the waitress while pointing at the $9.50 lunch special price if we could order any kind. She said yes. When I asked about it after getting this $40 Bill for 2 beers and 2 Pizza lunch specials, she told me, oh, I misunderstood you. Disappointing. The waitress was otherwise very nice and attentive

So i order in on uber eats, min you Ilive a mile away from the restaurant. I ordered a vodka pie, scapriello wings, and mozzarella stick. The delivery was shy of thirty minutes which was amazing. Problem is it was all stone cold from pizza to mozz sticks. The pizza was stone cold and each slice maybe had 1 blotch of cheese per slice. It was half meatball half pepperoni, while the pepperoni was ample the meatball was barely there. They might have put half a meatball throughout the half of the pie. The wings were soggy as well as cold. The mozzarella sticks which were $14 were horrible. You can tell they were frozen. The frozen mozz sticks you can but at stop and shop are miles better than these. HOW can everything be cold if it was delivered in 30 min?? Id rather buy wings/pizza/mozz stick from any frozen food isle and cook it in the oven than spend $70 here ever again

I had a terrible experience. I ordered off of grub hub and the meal never showed up. It was supposed to take 1 hour and I called when it reached 1.5 hours and the nasty girl on the phone told me another 20 minutes at least which would have been 2 hours and that they have a lot of deliveries. I cancelled it with grub hub and wasted another 20 minutes of my life. Awful customer service and I will never order from there again! Boo!

Have always loved their pizza; still do? Unfortunstely, we ordered the veal parm Dinner. Can you say "shoe leather". Not to mention it mysteriously taste like pork! Not uncommon in the pizzeria business. Extremely disappointed. Oh and yeah, they did send a delivery guy because they never bothered giving us our pasta!! Shocked!!!

I ordered delivery tonight which I have not done in a very long time. The reason for that being every time I order the food comes ice cold. So I told the lady that answers the phone that and she told me it would be hot when it got here it was ice cold. Not only was it cold two of the mozz. Stick had no cheese in them. Very very dissappointed. At least there are other good Italian restaurants in the neighborhood that deliver your food hot and complete. Some of them are also not as pricey! By the way I live 5 min away.

Ordered 2 large traditional pizzas. Picked them up myself and went straight home. I opened the box to 2 ice cold pizzas. They were as thin as a piece of paper and the sauce was bitter as can be. This was to feed 4 adults and 4 kids. I was so embarrassed. My guests were laughing at how small the pizzas were. I paid $40 for cold pizzas. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Fool me once but never again. You might as well close your store because after I ate at the parlor pizza kitchen down the block it blows your food away. Your food is nothing compared to this pizzeria. You will go out of business. Just shut your doors immediately there’s no point in staying open.

Terrible experience. We had a giant table jammed back up against us, who were screaming and vaping. It took an hour to get entrees, which all came out at different times. One got forgotten completely. We got one drink, twenty minutes after arriving and had to bus our own table at one point because nobody was doing anything.

God!!! This place was awful! The food was horrendously bad and the house wine was even worse. The only saving grace was the waiter was very nice albeit inept. We both got penne a la vodka and the dish may as well have been under the soup section on the menu; I've never had a vodka sauce that was watery until tonight and the flavor was non-existent....maybe because of all the water added to the sauce? Finally the check came and for the price they charged in this little hole in the wall pizzeria you'd think we dined at a fine Italian Restaurant in Manhattan. Stay away from this dump so you can enjoy a meal and save your money.

The pizza was so disappointment and I usually come here every other month to order most of the menu. Some of their pizza doesn’t come with pizza sauce so beware! Make sure to ask the servers for proper descriptions. The hostess could also be nicer sometimes the ladies are very standoffish.

12 inch margarita was the worst I’ve ever had. The dough was about a quarter inch thick and looked like it never had time to rise. The mozzarella cheese on top was sparse and hadn’t even melted. Maybe we just had an off Sunday evening? What a waste of 20 bucks.

I would not recommend this restaurant. A few months ago when my food was delivered the delivery person asked me to pay a second time in addition, was complaining about parking double parked I was told my appetizer would be compensated. I was reassured and said no problem I ordered from their online website. Food did not arrive. I called. A lot of finger-pointing on how I the customer did wrong. I believe what I did wrong was ordering from this restaurant. Immediate response was not maybe it was an error with the website an immediate. I can show you a screenshot I retarded back. I can show you a screenshot of how I added a tip for the delivery person how I typed in my address. This is not what I want for my dining experience -twice rudeness. I went with the offer for a refund which I am not clear why it was offered as opposed to how fast my food could be delivered or an apology for the inconvenience at that they truly do you want me to return since I’ve been ordering for years. I recommend no one go through this when they just want a really great meal the food is good, but not good enough for sure talking to in this manner . It is a shame the people I had over were going past there next week and we’re going to buy more food I encourage them to drive a few minutes further and go for a better treatment. This is awful.

If I can give no star for service, or lack of it, I would. Wrong food was delivered, instead of an apology I was told the food was correct. This wasn’t the first time it happened and decided to give it another chance. I wish I haven’t. The young girls working there wouldn’t rectify it. Wouldn’t send me the correct food and didn’t want to refund me, instead I was treated with such disgusting behavior. There’s no manger to speak to and owner not available. Order at your own risk! Don’t expect much from airhead teenagers working there, It’s a shame the owner wasn’t there to see his staff speak the way they do and chase away paying customers. The food isn’t even worth it.

Used restaurant to deliver to a corporate event for 45 people. Needed food delivered by 11:45 and provided clear instructions where to drop off food. Food never arrived. Called restaurant and rude worker stated that they were there, called several times and nobody answered the phone so they left instead of walking into the business and dropping the food off. They wound up delivering the food 2 hours later and cold. What a major inconvenience for me and the company I was having a lunch for as 45 people planned to eat at 12. Situation could have been avoided if delivery person used common sense and simply dropped the food off at the business instead of calling when they arrived and left because they didn’t pick up the phone.

Terrible. I honestly cannot say one good thing about this place. What Italian pizzeria/restaurant serves dried out pizza dough squares (looked like pita pieces) - in a little basket and only 6-8 pieces. I asked if we could get some Italian bread, young waiter says they don’t have any. Really? Do you make hero sandwiches? The pasta ($24.95 ridiculous) was hard, the sausage was very over cooked. The burrata with tomato and roasted pepper had no oil on it and the tomatoes were not even red - very unripe and hard. Chicken dish was edible but came in a brown sauce that was cold. The potato croquet was good. All in all the place is a dump - not a professional in sight. Do not waste your time or money.

Horrible 12” margarita pizza. They made the whole pizza in 5 minutes and the cheese wasn’t melted. The pizza was cold, floppy, and not edible. Very disappointed.

I’ve ordered from Patsy’s before and really enjoyed the food, which makes this experience even more disappointing. This time I ordered Penne alla Vodka through Uber Eats, and when it arrived, it had virtually no sauce, no flavor, and was incredibly bland. It honestly tasted like plain pasta. For a dish that should be rich and well-seasoned, this was a huge letdown—especially considering we spent over $30 on it. What made it worse was the response when I called the restaurant. Instead of showing concern or offering a solution, I was told there’s new ownership and a new cook. That’s understandable, but it’s not an excuse for serving food that clearly lacks quality. I even asked whether they check dishes for quality before sending them out, and I didn’t receive a real answer. If there’s new management and kitchen staff, there needs to be stronger quality control to maintain the standards customers expect. Loyal customers shouldn’t feel the drop in quality this drastically. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can’t recommend ordering from here right now. Do better.

Ordered fettuccine Alfredo with a fried chicken cutlet, the most bland food I ever had, chicken and all. Then to make matters worse The cutlet was cut up in little bite-sized pieces mixing an older cutlet ( chewy and dry) with a newer cutlet. Literally disgusting.

UPDATE OF COURSE BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME COLD SAUCE AND CRUST AFTER HEATING IT UP FOR 5 MINS ITS NOT CHARRED AND INEDIBLE! I need my money back after it going to waste that’s 30 something dollars down the drain! The slices in the photos literally have more cheese than I received on my entire pie! Please scroll down their photos to see my images as they didn’t allow them to be linked to my post I ordered a pie and mozzarella sticks at approximately 12:24. I received my food within a half an hour which I was happy about as I was starving. When I had taken the pizza from the delivery man the box felt as if it was empty which I thought was odd. When I went inside to eat I was greeted by paper thin pizza that was literally ice cold as if it was sitting out on their counter for a while and they boxed it to go. There is barely any cheese on the pizza on top of it being nonexistent in crust. The pizza was semi over cooked as well.i received garlic bread which I suppose was a courtesy, as I spent 29 bucks before a tip, for cold thin cheese less pizza and mozzarella sticks that too was cold but not as cold as the pizza. What surprised me was that the bread on the garlic bread was thicker than the pizza crust. The mozzarella sticks were lukewarm not hot, yet it was the hottest thing I received. I’m now eating cold mozzarella sticks as I wait for my pizza to heat up! I’m throughly disappointed in the food I received!
