We ate here yesterday evening for Labor day and we were immediately seated. Server took our order and meals came out fast. Two of us had the Blackened Salmon and the other member had chicken cesaer Salad. We all enjoyed it

July 16, 2020: inside seating was at 50%, shortened disposable menus, individually packaged plastic wear, food was tasty, had to ask for salt and water. 6/24/2022: 15 minute wait for 3 to sit and we missed the 1/2 priced appetizers window by 30 minutes. There were lots of empty seats. Food, service, and bathrooms were pretty good. 6/29/22 ~8:30pm it was so cold inside, my sweet bf went out to his truck to get me a T-shirt. The waitress and manager took care of our other needs.. Including gift cards to make up for my steak being dryer than I was wanting. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE🤩 9/27/22 ~4pm Was seated right away. We ordered the Bavarian pretzel bread sticks ($10 for 4). Totally worth it!! Coffee is $2.99 a cup (free refills). 6/30/23 ~8pm the food was good (I prefer Wendy's fries) but we could have walked out without paying because our waitress left us alone so long we felt like she must have left and went home. Plus there was a man at the bar that got loud a few times. It might be a while if we go back.

It was very busy the day we went. It was lunch time on a weekend. They were packed. Considering how busy they were the service was quick and we were in a time crunch so it worked out perfectly. We ended up splitting an appetizer tray.

My family was seated with no wait at 6pm on a Sunday. Waitress was quick to take our orders and bring drinks and sodas to the table. Then the time started dragging through each course. From the time we walked in until our entrees arrived it was 55 minutes. I had an 8:15 pm meeting so I figured that if we arrived by 7 that would give us an our to eat. I wound up leaving before my food got there and then I returned. I had also asked if this location gives a senior discount. The server said he could do something for me but obviously forgot when he prepared the check. I wasn't asking for anything special but a website indicated that Senior discounts are up to the individual restaurant. As far as the food goes, we did a $25 twofer. We went on a pretty quiet day. Our server was barely seen on the floor. Our drinks were empty and she never even came back to check if everything was alright for our meals. Applebee’s is one of my favorite restaurant and I was disappointed with this one. We waited more than 1h to get our appetizers, at least those were good. My husband asked for a burger with mashed potatoes and I asked for a shrimp and Parmesan sirloin. I got my sirloin that was ok but nothing more and didn’t get my broccoli but two sides of mashed potatoes, my husband got his burger with a side of fries, he finally got his mashed because he said oh no my mashed. The bone in wings are now embarassing. I'm now remiss, that I cheated on local businesses. They once had very good, meaty wings. Then theywent cheap, and offered what could barely even be identified as a small pigeon wing. Now they're not even in in the same league as thier competition. The packing is not even the same. It's literally one quarter of the size that held the previous chicken wing order. Applebeess, please let these chickens grow up! Your murdering baby chick's for your profit margin. Not cool. The Bullpen and O'Tools are much better places to get quality wings. This is the package for nine wings. It would work for four.

I'll start this off by thanking Cody for his above and beyond handling of what is to follow. None of which is any of his doing This adventure starts at 8pm when I decided to order from UberEats, this was my first mistake admittedly. My order was ready for pick up at 8:57. Some time after 10:20 my food arrived cold. Begrudgingly and out of sheer hunger I chose to open my plastic packaging only to be greeted by a plastic bag full of green beans. I'm not sure which is worse, microwaving green beans or forgetting to take them out of the bag afterwards. Either way I can't see myself ordering from Crapplebees again.

Honestly go anywhere else, you’ll get better service and food at McDonald’s for cheaper. The “AC” vents were dripping water onto the tables cause everyone wants to eat and drink water from the ac vents that looked like they were last cleaned in 1958. Food was mid quality and over priced, they charged for a sauce cup with chicken tenders. 60 cents for a sauce that comes with the damn things. There was hair in the pasta, waitress was just rude and uninterested which is fine I get it I don’t like being soaked with AC water either. Place smells like a health code violation. Go to a local place instead you’ll get better food. Whoever is 5 staring this must be paid or on something. Not to mention this place has had critical health code violations recently and seems to just be not fixing them.

Don't bother with this Applebees location because they don't have enough staff to cover and provide decent service. The staff becomes rude easily and its managed by a child-like young manager who doesn't care about providing good service. They will probably have to close in the near future because they have driven the bulk of their customers away!

We came around 11:30 pm on 7/22/2024. For my friends birthday. Front doors were locked. At the door and online says they are open until 12Am. We walked to the side entrance server and looked at us like a puzzle face. We told her we were only here for drinks, and the server said to go sit at the bar. We get to the bar, and the bartender Su or zue told us what you are doing here?! How did you get in ?! We told her through the side entrance, and they told us to sit at the bar. We'll doors are lock ?! And we told her we're only here for a drink. Su had an attitude from the start and bad service. And I told her is my friends birthday, do u guys offer anything? Su said it's too late for that!!. We ordered a margarita flight and then handed out the check after 10 mins in. She didn't even ask us if we wanted anything else. We were very disappointed. I wanted my friend to have a nice ending birthday. Maybe we should've gone elsewhere. We felt rushed out. Bad service Horrible hospitality.

Got our drinks made our order got our appetizer which was excellent, however when the main meal arrived my mashed potatoes were cold my gf ordered steak, mashed potatoes, garlicky green beans she got her steak 2 orders of mashed potatoes no garlicky green beans when the waitress was told she went back to get the beans but never came back the whole time then when I asked for the check she said were you waiting on beans cause they had a dish in the back they didn't know where it went with the garlicky green beans so we were done eating by then and the biggest thing is that we didn't get any knifes or spoons we were given 1 knife to share with 3 people no spoons either we were told the dishwasher was hard to keep up or it was broken but we won't be going back anytime soon

After calling in the order I was told be there by 950pm upon arrival at 946pm I was asked my name and order the server went back inside and almost 20 mins later a 2nd employee came and asked again my name for the order then 10 more minutes came back the order had extra food so that took more time to get situated I stayed patient with the worker she claimed she had all the correct food as well as changed the receipt accordingly I asked about the chicken to ensure there was not any mistakes we have a mushroom allergy. She assured me she packed it herself and it was correct so I get home and now its 1057pm and the food is covered in mushrooms I can not eat anything from that tray very disappointing when. I paid almost $50 for the order and I'm making cereal to eat this mistakes could have been prevented several workers went over this recipe and bagging of food as well as cooks that put the tray together 86 means No to whatever its calling for its listed on the order slip & recipe

Ordered carside to go and waited over an hour past our scheduled pickup time. Got the food and half our order was missing because they ran out of wonton tacos. I had ordered two orders of them. Was already charged on my card and they would not refund the money to my card. Told me to bring the receipt back next time and let them know I didn't get them and they will credit me the price if the two orders. Who says I want to go back there? How can you do that? Isn't it illegal to not give back money for items not received? Also when we got home we noticed that our 8oz steak looked like 4 oz. Sad that the broccoli was bigger than the steak. I've had 8oz burgers bigger than that.

Didn't want to have to write bad review but after calling and leaving messages 3 different times with no call back, here we are. Ordered a simple well done steak and fries drove home 40 minutes away, and this is what I got. this is for sure not well done.

It took forever to get service. Our appetizers took a half hour to get to our table. Overall I give the food a 7 out of 10, but I wouldn't go back there.

Went for an early dinner on a Saturday rainy afternoon. There was one couple ahead of us to be seated so our wait time for a table was about 5 minutes. Upon entering the restaurant we could see the bar was full and also the left side of the dining room was packed with families and screaming kids. I asked the host to seat us on the other side of the restaurant where it was very quiet with adults only and that seemed to be a problem to him. He really wanted to seat the two of us in the loud, packed dining area on the left side, but I refused to go there with him. The other (right) side had three couples, plenty of room and that’s where I wanted to sit, so he finally brought us over there. This was our first time at this location. It has been about 8 years since I last ate at the Latham, NY, Applebee’s location. I used to get “Car-side To-Go” once a week, but when they changed the salmon recipe, I stopped eating there because I did not like the newer version of the salmon dish they offered. We started off with a Whiskey Sour which was delicious. I ordered the Salmon fillet with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The salmon was so dry and overcooked! It was horrible! The mashed potatoes and broccoli were underwhelming and tasteless. They were barely warm! 👎 I only ate half of my entire meal. Friend ordered the 2 for $26, which ended up costing 2 for $29 because the choices he picked had an additional charge. He ordered the Mozzarella sticks appetizer, the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, Garlic mashed potatoes and Broccoli along with the Glazed Baby Back Ribs, 1/2 rack. He couldn’t eat the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. It was too spicy and the Chicken was too blackened for him. He ate 1 bite. The ribs he enjoyed. He didn’t order fries and didn’t eat them. He was also underwhelmed by the taste of the mashed potatoes and broccoli. Our server did not come by to check on Us/our meals until we were already done eating what we wanted. Meal cost with tip was $75. We will not be dining at any Applebee’s anytime soon.
