I had a great experience here and felt compelled to leave a review because of the staff. Our server, Sam, was absolutely fantastic, attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of without ever being overbearing. Sam checked in at all the right times and had such a warm, welcoming attitude that really elevated our meal. I also want to give a shoutout to Anisa, who wasn’t our server but still went out of her way to help and be incredibly kind whenever she passed by. You can tell she truly cares about guests having a great experience. Lastly, the general manager Charlie was amazing. Charlie was present, personable, and clearly runs a great team. It’s rare to see management so engaged and supportive, and it really shows in how smoothly everything runs. Between the excellent service and the welcoming environment, this place truly stands out. We’ll definitely be back.

Sam & Anisa are wonderful servers!! Love them both. Charlie is a fantastic gm. Favorite bar tender is Doni during the week. Fantastic crew members long before IHop!!! Thanks for all the fun & wonderful service!!!!

Our kids love to go to our local Applebee's so we often take them. Always such a fun experience since the staff is so friendly and accommodating. We often get sat with Viviana and it never fails that she will go above and beyond to accommodate our family. We always hope that she's working when we go! We appreciate her and all the staff that ensure our experience is a pleasant one.

Sam was a wonderful server. He was super friendly and funny. The GM Charlie also visited our table. Also a super friendly guy. Overall it was a great experience! The food was fantastic.

Sam was a fantastic server. There weren’t many vegetarian items on the menu but he suggested some accommodations. I had a grilled cheese “burger” with onion rings in place of the meat. It was really good. I love coming to Applebees to have Sam as my server!

Franklin (not sure if he is a busser, food runner, or what…..hardest worker in the entire restaurant). When we asked him what his role is, he just expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to earn his way. Wow! Joey was our bartender/server. He has a personality that I would come back for regularly. Not sure who was on the station that cooked my steak perfectly but to be honest I had low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised. Best experience at a chain restaurant that I have had in a long time. Even the manager, Charles, checked in and poured me a glass of wine. I will be returning, likely as a regular very specifically because of the staff though the food and drinks were good as well

Our waitress was super friendly, very attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Food was alright, must have been an off night, but the the restaurant was clean. Overall a pleasant experience. Thank you Viviana!

Server was nice but not very good at her job. I ordered an extra dirty vodka martini, they brought me a dry martini. When I sent it back to fix it they charged an extra $3.50 for olive juice that they forgot in the first place. Since this location added the IHOP, it isn't the same. Won't be going here anymore. This was our 3rd try, we're done.

So unfortunately we didn't like the food, my wife's noodles were soggy, it was some chicken sause dish. My mac and cheese (side) tasted very bland and just unflavorful. My Steak and Green Beans were good, and we usually get the same appetizer every time anyways and that was good. We were just shocked and very disappointed about the quality of our food. We've never had an experience like that at Applebee's where what we ordered just didnt taste...good?! :( Somethings changed, 🙏 im hoping our next experience with the food is better. Our server was amazing and the environment was great
