Gotta love that chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy 😋🤤 Now, i know this chicken isn't fancy, and maybe someone could make better biscuits... Not that i know anyone. Lol 😅 however, it is nice to eat it once on a while. My doctor would probably disagree, so ... Don't tell him 🤫 the atmosphere here is very quiet and peaceful 😊 I'm heading south, back to the central valley. Thus i thought to myself, "Why not stop and eat ? No one here knows me. Lol 😅" Overall it was a pleasant meal stop and it feel like a nice little town. Well i gotta try to get rid of the evidence before i continue on my way. Enjoy 😁👍

Tia was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail really stood out and made such a difference. First stop to get a quick bite after a long drive. The young staff members were all very energetic and super nice! Food was great! Clean spacious restaurant with clean restrooms. Plenty of parking.

call in order. went to pick up. Ashley was pleasant and personable and professional. order was just made and asked to come inside. wanted to make changes and Josephyne was quick to help and professional and kind. Nicole working the front was quick to check my order and was prompt to assist me with all questions. All the staff was working quick, efficiently with a positive attitude. They appeared to be a well oiled machine

KFC is at 135 lake blvd east by walgreens. So happy to have KFC in town. And as the lines at the door and drive thru, so is everyone else. Holding back on the five stars in hope they add the all you can eat buffet.

I am a bit upset. Everytime I order for pickup they omit items. This time they ommitted the biscuits. I typically spend over $100. Last time it was sides. The time before that it was biscuits. It is also my bad for repeating visit. And for not checking more thoughly. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM

Lobby was dirty food was old and cold, update one. I decided to go back after a while. Just had that chicken craving so I thought why not. It is definitely cleaner but the portion size have shrank humongously. Check the pictures below. No one helped us or even told us that they weren't taking orders. So we use the digital machine and afterwards someone got their order taken at the counter which was kind of ridiculous. The service sucked, but the food was okay. If you're just looking for a chicken craving, it's a decent spot, not completely cheap for the size they offer.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this KFC. We placed an order at 4:00 PM for a 5:00 PM pickup, giving the store more than enough time to prepare it. Despite that, our order wasn’t ready until 6:00 PM, a full hour late. Even worse, they actually ran out of cooked chicken in the middle of the dinner rush, which is the last thing you’d expect from a chicken restaurant. When my husband called the store to find out what was going on, the female manager on shift was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or offering any explanation, she told him that if we didn’t like the wait, we could go somewhere else. The poor preparation, the excessive wait time, and especially the rude customer service were unacceptable. We won’t be returning to this location for quite a while.

Arrived and placed a mobile order, I waited, then went through the drive thru to pick it up. They said 5 more minutes. I waited again, go through the drive thru and they even said they had my name. I get to the window and the girl said there is no name. They gave it to someone else. Then I had to wait another half hour INSIDE. To get someone attention I had to yell at her, she didn’t acknowledge I was there. I asked for a supervisor and told him my complaint and all they could do was give me extra food. Definitely not coming back here again.

I've never seen chicken so bloody raw. I better not get sick because I ate some! Not cool at all, the $25 refund dosen't make me any more happy. Would you take a bite for $25 bucks??

I simply give it a 1 because I do not eat from there. I've watched the 2025 KFC commercial haha. I no longer go to fast food period, after realizing the truth my entire life, and I choose not to eat their choice of meat/s. eeeeekkkk! (no I'm not a conspiracy theorist, it's just simply the truth).

Went there tonight to get dinner got all the way home to find out my 5 piece was some ripped up chicken made to look like more than it was my 3 piece was also the same way. They also said they were out of the fries I already paid for. The food was cold and stale you can tell it’s been sitting. I will be going back first thing in the morning for a refund this is absolutely ridiculous and horribly unprofessional.
