Never been to a Five Guys anywhere. Basically my first time here and I have to say I quite enjoyed it and so did my husband. I would definitely return again. The meat was good, had good flavor plus I love that the add all the toppings you want at no extra charge. Since I'm not a big eater I opted for the little burgers instead of the regular burgers. The little burgers come with one patty and the regular with two. According to the manager the regular would be 1/2 pound meat which is alot plus your toppings. We also got the regular size fries for the two of us but cajun. They were so delicious. The large fries feeds 4 people. Oh and forgot to add they also have roasted peanuts by the register which you can grab as many as you want to snack on while you wait for your order. Second visit on: 2/2/19 They sure do know how to train their personnel. Everyone is really nice and willing to help you out if you are confused about something. Plus and a big plus for me is the speed of their service it never ceases to amaze me. Literally waited no more than 5 min for my order.

Best burgers ever! Great service! The bathroom and tables were not so clean and one of the drink machines was OOO. It was no big deal because the food was hot and scrumptious. The burger is juicy, cheese gooey, fresh veggies with whole tomato slices not ends like every other place. The fries are Five Guys style, a bit flaccid, but they are hot and there are a lot of them! There is an overpriced veggie sandwich--they could be more generous with the cheese for that price. It's just some veggies and a slice of cheese. Still, until something in the universe changes, this is my go-to for the great American Cheeseburger.

Good burgers but prices are bit on the higher side. I get a double with fries and a drink for $12 when I can get some In N Out for a lot cheaper.. For a fast food joint im trying to get a burger combo under $10. Still I recommend the burgers, they are always juicy and cajun fries are delicious. (Updated) Now for a double burger cheeseburger with small fries and a shake your going to spend around $22

We all had stomach pains the next day. My partner threw up a few times the next morning ☹️

Burger was trash my daughter thought the same. Fries were ok I rather my In and out much better quality this may be just us but we won't be back.

Establishment has a unique kitchen vibe. Stacked potato bags by register. Clear view into cooking area. Great customer service. They have a decent variety of condiments to add into burger. They don't have a meal option and instead everything is sold separately.. which was their disadvantage because it's pricey! Hamburger size is average.. nothing special. Shakes don't taste as flavor preference picked. Fries however are tasty and depending on size ordered, you'll get a decent amount. I love the concept of the restaurant but not executed properly.

I got the patty melt. The bread used tasted old and the sandwich itself was the size of a slider. I paid just shy of 10 dollars. What a disappointment. The service was just ok. For an additional 5 dollars you can add a reg drink and a tiny fry🥺

I’ve been to this location several times and the food was always consistent. But today they gave me burnt fries cooked in dirty/old oil. My burger was dripping with oil and mayo, and they barely used any lettuce to wrapped it (literally one piece was used on one of the sides of the burger). The lettuce they used was also super flaccid and gross. Absolute waste of money for a disgusting meal.

Tasteless food. I asked for no tomato,I got 2 thick slices of tomato.Bun was very soggy and fell apart as I picked up the burger.One bite was all I could eat, soggy lettuce ,soggy bun,very pink meat! Shriveled over cooked fries,looked like the bottom of the fryer crumbs. Sorry I gave them 1 more chance ,never again!! In n out has more flavor and you know you are actually eating a burger.

Leaving a negative review because this is probably the most stingiest, slow, and dead five guys I have ever stepped foot in. Came in to get an order for takeout on a Monday afternoon and included in my order was 1 large fry. The large fry cup was barely filled to the top and no fries visible at the bottom of the bag, not sure if the big smart fella who packed the order was giving me attitude or a certain kind of treatment. The fries I ordered were so pathetic and comparable to small fries, that I ended up having to order another large fry, and the woman who packed my order this time gave me a more acceptable amount of fries. In a nutshell, I will never be coming to this location due to poor customer service and slow service. Other five guys locations in southern California hook you up with more fries that is up to the standard of Five Guys as a company and provide speedier and friendlier service. I highly suggest that everyone avoid this miserable joint, I would rather go eat at a cemetery.

Had a poor, poor, experience at FG today. The lady who took my order was rude and didn’t listen to me even after I asked 2x to make my fires well done. I also ordered an (Extra Patty & BBQ sauce) which was forgotten on my burger. So by the time I came home I only had 2 patties missing my BBQ so I ate a plain burger which didn’t taste well. My fries were undercooked & I asked for well done 2x The lady who took my order was an older Hispanic late 30’s with arm tattoos, she was rude. Lastly, my Large Fry and Burger was thrown into a Small paper bag super greasy and the bag could barely hold all the food. Two patties in order. I left my receipt in the Car but I could post a photo if someone in management would reach out and possibly give me a refund or a free meal.
