The bacon ranch fries from here are fire! The chili dogs chillied and the corn dogs corned! I ordered a shake and a drink and the associate gave me two different style straws and let me know which each one was for. Shoutout to Gabriela for A+ service!!!

The chili fries were great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The shakes are very good too. Insider tip: the restroom code is at the bottom of the receipt.

Service was good, order was correct. The only thing I would gripe about is the hamburger. Now I'm someone who has gotten pretty healthy and don't eat out very much. But I do enjoy a good burger and junk food. However, the burgers here had a very salty taste unlike other fast food places. So I didn't enjoy it very much. Might just be me but it was very salty.

The dog house was clean but the price of a hot dog has increased since I last visited, I had sticker shock. After I got over the price of a 2 chili cheese dog combo it tasted fantastic. The fries were hot and the dogs had easy onion as i requested. Other than the price the only other down fall was the the counter girl wasn't very friendly.

Food has gotten better but my experience tonight reminds me why I drive out of the way to other locations. They cater to rude and disruptive customers at the price of the rest of the customers. They got our drinks completely wrong. When I went inside to exchange them I was i heard them say "get the pitcher" they proceed to pull out a water pitcher telling us to dump our drinks into it and used that same pitcher to refill our drinks. I was so shocked by this process I can't confirm if they cleaned the pitcher in between us dumping our drinks and them refilling them. I don't see why we couldn't just throw away the cups and get new drinks in new cups. If not for customer service at least for health reasons

This is my first time ordering chili cheese fries from wienerschnitzel. I usually order chili cheese fries from bakers. I was so disappointed. They gave me the cold cheese so they put it back in a microwave. omg. The fries doesn’t have enough chili and enough fries. I rather go back to bakers from now on that I’ve tasted wienersch’ chili cheese fries. While im sitting Down I can smell I weird scent. It’s so funky, the place is clean the staff are politie. But the food never again I’m not coming back.

I am not satisfied with their service & especially with the portion & preparation of the orders. I'll never go back again. It looked like they just threw stuff & made my orders. Not interested in the job & how to make it look good. Our order of chilli bacon ranc fries looked like a sunny side up omelette ! All the sauces and bacon were given in one tiny spot. Even the fries gone limp & detest. Anyway, I will go to their other locations but never here. Management please take care. It's one of the Wienerschnitzel chain restaurants for hotdogs, fries, and ice creams etc. Located in a good but very busy area of Redlands. They kept it clean & have many free parking.

No chilli what so ever ,and hotdogs didn’t even seem cooked wasn’t even asking for a refund just to remake my food but I couldn’t come back to store so they wanted me to keep the food in my fridge until I was able to come back. This is the first and last time I’ll be coming to this weinerschnitzels.

Friday at lunch, horribly wrong order and they treated me like I was lying and it was my fault. I go in after driving thru to terrible customer service. They correct it I thought they even take food out of my bag and put it back on the rack. We get home turns out my husband's order they corrected and got right. My kids mini corn dogs were taken and the incorrect order of jalapeno poppers we didn't order is what came home. Rude employees. I won't be back.
