They close the place early by locking doors 30 to 45 minutes early. Impossible Whopper was awesome, it tasted almost same or even better than the original Whopper. The only difference was missing saltiness but overall better than the original. I will definitely have it again.

Placed in order at the Lobby it was very clean and well organized. The food was so good and hot asked for extra topping s and was very pleased. Will keep going to this location.

Great value on the 5 for 4 combo. Got to combos. One of the burgers was made incorrectly. I took it inside and they remade it no questions asked. The drive thru has limited drink selection. If you want to have lemonade or other choices then go inside.

Not much to say about this Burger King experience, except our order was exactly what we asked for, the service was quick, and the food was good! I would recommend this particular location and I will probably go there again in the future. Good job guys.

This place rocks. The food is pretty consistent all the time, fast and hot. Today my mom and I stopped for a fish sandwich and I wanted coffe, Brisa quickly started a fresh pot. The place is kept clean and neat, something that competitors are not very in terested on, but not here. Brisa runs this place pretty well. All in all great experience allways. Kudos BK at Campbell rd.

Ate with my kid and food is great, burger is big and juicy and breakfast sandwiches are soft and flavorful. Fries and hash browns are done perfectly. With bottled 100% oj and apple juice as drink options all are pretty premium. Kids meal also very good and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly drive through is fast.

I also really enjoyed the new menu items — it’s always great to try something different. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a late-night craving, Burger King hits the spot every time. Highly recommended!

Went through drive thru. Service was amazing. Carolina helped me with my order and when I arrived at the window very welcoming and respectful. The food was fresh and tasted bomb couldn’t have been better. Thank you to the cooks and to Carolina for the great experience!!!

Who doesn't enjoy the flame broiled taste of a Burger King Whopper? Lot's of people must because this place always has a nice crowd and the drive through is BUSY! But that doesn't mean a long wait. Service is fast and they always get it right! Do you want ranch dressing to go with your new fries? YES! Have it your way! Want extra mayo! Of course precious..... HAVE IT YOUR WAY Refill your drink 10 times. No problem toots! Have it your way! Clean bathrooms and abundant seating!

It was still very hard to hear from their drive-thru speaker. Another person got on the speaker and we did somewhat better. A coupon was used and they could have packed more ketchup. It looks like a very nice clean place. The thousand island sauce was runny, however, it was a nice warm day. The burger and fries were good. This restaurant is on Campbell Road near Central Freeway and is much nicer than the one on Coit Road.

BK is one of my favorite burger joints, but I haven't been there in a while because most of them (at least in my area) close too early. I came to this particular one many times before, and though it should have been open, no one spoke back to me at the drive-through. The atmosphere is very nice, but I gave a 4 ⭐️ because my table was not cleaned up. I had to do it myself. The servers were friendly. The restaurant was very empty when I was there.

Ice cream machine was down. I was asked to pull back away from window so that they don't get get dinged for not having fast service and when I put my truck in drive to pull back up I accidently knocked my drink over and the top came off. The entire drink spilled in my cup holder. The guy replaced it of course, but if I had not had to back up it wouldn't have happened. Then I get back to my job and the damn fries were cold. Burger was mediocre.

Ordered in the drive thru. Ordering was fine, the display showed what I verbally told the cashier (two double croissan-wiches, one that's bacon, one that's sausage, and one order of hashbrowns). At the window, we were handed a bag that had only one sandwich, then the cashier caught themselves and gave us the second one. We didn't check, but they handed us a single instead of double. I should've checked my order before leaving. Tried to call them after, but wasn't able to connect.

The problem with fast food joints now is all the ways they are trying to cut back. A lot of hamburgers at these eatablishments have either gotten smaller or taste entirely different. Burger King though rather tastes the same, still bland. My complaint was that for the second time in about 2 months, they refused to give me a receipt even after I asked. I write meals off and don't appreciate a place I support being plain cheap. Put the napkins back on the tables and quit asking me how many ketchups I want when I request some. Cheap!!! Probly won't be back.

Both employees I dent with clearly wanted to be somewhere else. Also, dining room was closed because they were short-staffed. On the upside, food was great. Check out the Ghost Pepper Chicken Nuggets, currently free with purchase when you order in the app.

The food was okay, drive thru fast burger. This trip the stand out was the drive thru attendant. I was not getting my regular order so needed information on the Whopper Jr. The attendant was knowlegable and patient, but more, he was still smiling and engaging when I got to the window. No teen surliness with the normal side of disdain for his cutomers. It was a refreshing change.

I am Usually a fan of burger king for their vegan impossible whopper. I have gone 3 times in this location. Every time they didn’t even read my order. I asked no tomato and pickles inside my burger. Me and my husband are allergic to pickles and tomatoes. But every time we found it inside our burger after coming home I usually did not give bad reviews. But this time I couldn’t resist. The employees should be more careful. also their impossible patty is smaller than the other burger king.

Kids meal was a great value, cookie was good but nuggets are only alright compared to McDonald's or Wendy's. Honey mustard was a bit too sweet. BOGO chicken sandwich is a scam, just get the 2 for $5 or 3 for $7.

I didn't receive everything that I ordered, and I didn't receive a receipt so I have no idea if I was charged for it or (for that matter) what I was charged for. I paid cash and the total seemed high for what I ordered. The sandwich was a bit sloppy and not put together in the way the Burger King I usually go to does it.

I don’t go to Burger King often. Every time I go to this Burger King, they get my order wrong. Literally every time. Today I ordered two whoppers with extra pickles and an 8-pc of their Jalapeño bites. Lady at the window even asked if I wanted sauce for my Jalapeño bites—how nice! Open the bag, and I have ..nuggets. And whoppers without extra pickles.

This place messed up my order. Left out a whopper even though i told them my order over the intercom and then told them again at the window specifically what i wanted. They still left out an entire burger for my order and when i got home we were minus one whopper and not at all pleased. They constantly mess up orders. Its not the first time its happened.

Place is a mess. The man at the register clearly needs more training. Staff in the back obviously dislike him. Food is what you’d expect it to be, so that’s good. Ketchup dispenser is always empty or has old ketchup. Do better people, this place receives a lot of customers; dont take them for granted.

Person at window, very rude and hard at hearing. Was told to drive forward after I placed my order because he couldn't hear me. After arriving, he proceeded to roll his eyes at me, I would assume because it was a Friday night and the clubs were calling him. I ordered the new cheese bacon tots, well, I should have listened to my sister when she said, make sure you ask for fresh ones. Long story shortened, they were cold! My burgers, a whole other story....

I went to the burger King in garland and was told to go somewhere else when I waited almost 30 mins in the drive thru. I did go to this burger King and spoke with the manager Arthur. He's was awesome and completely made my family as soon as he heard what happened. This is a very respectable location. Thank you Arthur...

Person at the window was low key rude. I went to BK specifically to get a kids meal for my son who was really invested in the toy they were giving out for the boys. When I ordered the guy didn't ask me if the meal was for a boy or girl. I wanted to make sure he gave me the boy toy so I told him that it was for a boy. Pretty sure that he and his co-worker mocked me for this as they were laughing behind the window. And I heard the window person say to whomever in the back "make sure it's for a boy!" In a mocking tone and then open the window to hand me the food. My son wasn't with me (thankfully). But the whole experience was just rude! I have worked fast food. There is no reason for such behavior. Never coming back to this location and probably never going back to BK after these toys go out. I don't like BK so I didn't get anything to eat but my son ate it so I guess it's passable. Although I did get a sweet tea and it was the worst sweet tea I've ever had and threw it away when I got home.

I didn't get a receipt, so I can't report this on the website. The drive through employee was rushing my order and ended up forgetting my fries. Not the end of the world but still poor service. Food was good but the service is not. Burger + fries; how can you not get that right?

Maybe it's the time I go (7-9pm) but they always ask me to pull yo the trash can as my food cooks. No matter what I order I have a 5-10 minute wait. Not to forget the many times they seem to have issues understanding my order, have not had what I wanted in stock, or the time I spent 3+ minutes waiting at the drive thru speaker but was never acknowledged.

I like this location it's modern and convenient, however they must not have the best shift management or lead manager because during my visit the lobby trash was packed full and the spas machine area needed serviced cleans and the ketchup needed refilld. To top it off I went to get something from the staff at the order counter and ALL the staff was missing for a good 5 minutes. Shape it up y'all I see you've recently had a remodel.

I've worked over 10 years in fast food. I know how it goes. But it's not cool. I just got served some old nuggets. I always feel like, if you wouldn't eat it yourself due to the quality or temperature, then don't serve it. Also, the cashier was rude. The manager never smiled, only stared. Very rude staff, slow wait time to order. Didn’t ask if I wanted everything on the burger. If I had known it had mayonnaise on it I would have asked I would have told them leave it off. When I went to ask if that is how it came automatically the lady said yes. And I told her I don’t eat mayonnaise and had no idea it came on it. She told me it was my fault and I should have asked.

This review is edited and I'm dropping the star level because I hate poor customer service! I went for breakfast the day before this review. And lunch the day before that. The lunch was good. The customer service started off bad but improved. I looked online to see what time they opened. 6 am. I got there and no they don't open at 6 am they open at 7am. I waited till 7am. Still nothing. By 715am it still wasn't open and there still wasn't a single sign of an employee to be seen. I was forced to go over to McDogcrap. Around 730am I noticed a car that had used the drive thru also confused as to I'd the restaurant was open. I don't see the absolute difficulty in offering good customer service and correct information especially based on what they charge for whatbthey serve. Management get it together. This is why you lost and keep loosing the burger wars! The customer service was mediocre. The atmosphere was dark and depressing. The store was fairly clean. The food was finally catching up to the quality it used to be. Hopefully next time I can give 5 star

On my way to work this morning, I decided to stop at burger King for some French toast sticks. I ordered #4 with a side order of bacon . When i arrived at work, to my surprise no Bacon. I tried calling the store to notify them, but have been unable to do so. As a customer all i ask is that they double check the orders before passing them out. Its very upsetting to pay for something and not receive it.

On top of waiting in the drive through for nearly 20 minutes, and not even a "hello" when I finally arrived, my breaking point was when I got home to find that he had gotten my order wrong. (At least it was the same price... :/) They may have remodeled the store, but they haven't improved on their service. Never coming to this location again.

If I could give negative stars I would. I asked for my change and she responded with “you want 7 cents? Really?” With an attitude. YES I want my change because you assumed I didn’t want it thinking you’re entitled to keep my change because it isn’t a lot. I’ve let people keep chang before but you’re supposed to ask not just take it. Regardless if you think it’s petty or not, keep it to yourself don’t give a customer attitude about THEIR money. So I asked for corporate’snunber and she grabbed another lady. That lady came to the door and said she’s angry because she’s hungry. What?🤨😑 So I’m supposed to excuse her behavior because she’s hungry? She also walked away. The first lady came back and asked what I wanted I said I want corporates number. She walked off close the door. I sat for several minutes. I saw her walk pass and she waved her hand telling me to go and kept walking. The other lady also walked passed about a minute later. I sat for several more minutes and she came back to the window to tell me she was CALLING THE POLICE!!! Seriously you’re calling the police because I asked for corporate’s number and you don’t want to give it? Mind you I RECORDED most of this for proof and protection. I even waited for the police so that I could show proof that she did this. I honestly think that was because she sees what has happened with police and black people in the past and wanted to get me hurt. It’s the only reason I can think of for why she went as far as calling the freaking police. Mind you I have a child and baby in the back. She didn’t care about any of this. So now she needs to be fired for going to that extreme of calling police on a customer when it wasn’t warranted. This is EXTREMELY inappropriate and unacceptable. I am upset, distraught, appalled, disgusted and some more. And I won’t stop until I’ve exhausted all ways of getting her fired. This is very dangerous game to play calling the police. If he were like the racist a***oles we’ve seen on tv, this could have gone very badly. Regardless of that, it was just simple unnecessary. Coworker also needs to be fired for indulging in the behavior. She also refused to give corporates number and came up with a lie to excuse her behavior. I see other reviews for lady in the drive thru and I’m sure it’s the same lady. She needs to be first.

The hours say open till 12. Its 10:42 and the lady says they are closed. Yesterday they closed early because the speaker was broken? Again, your hours say drive thru open till12. Change your signs or hire professionals that can honor your posted hours. Whataburger and McDonalds are too easily accessible to waste my time and give up your business. If a manager or corporate cares enough they could easily check the sales records from March 28th 2021. Ask yourself why there are no sales from minimum 10:40 - 12 midnight.

Where to begin? They got one star since none was not an option. On Sunday, September 6,at around 9:30 AM went there to order breakfast sandwiches. Asked for two of them, was given a price of $4.32 and tendered $5.35. No change offered. "I think that you owe me a dollar." "No I don't," came the reply. OK, we'll let it go, there are only two of them and the employ clearly does not want to be at work, nor does the other employ. Twenty minutes later, they manage to have the order ready. It was the right one - I would have probably have taken it anyway - and the food was good, but surly service, under changed, and SLOW has made me reconsider how another store might not be that much further away.

I refuse to go to this location anymore because frankly I don't know whether they are screwing with my food or not. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an A1 Bacon Tendercrisp. When I got home it was just a regular chicken sandwich. I drove back to get the correct sandwich and I was served attitude like it was my fault they got the order wrong. If you happen to get the rude, morbidly obese hispanic c*nt as your cashier, the one with the phone attached to her head, the one that has to look at the menu to see what an A1 Bacon Tendercrisp is, you may as well just turn around and walk out. That goes for the skinny, rude transvestite manager, too.

There is a McDonald's across the street. Go there! The employees don't care and are dumb as a bag of rocks. Waited 30 minutes for my order. Then I get half a slice of bacon on my ultimate bacon burger!? I'll be going to a different location next time, and I suggest you do the same.

Filthy dining area and disgusting restrooms. Three staff just standing around and cannot be bothered to take anyone's order. There is no point in this place even being opened. It is a terrible business with horrible employees.

If the system allowed less stars then it would be zero stars. I had a horrible experience at this location. The staff of all Hispanics employees and 1 black male completely ignored me. The manager kept running around sayin wait one minute. The other employees looked and kept speaking spanish to each other. When I asked one lady to take my order she would not get off the phone. The only black employee said customer at the counter. It was ignored once again. Getting upset I started to leave but came back and stated my displeasure at my nonservice . I asked the person representing his self as manager for the general manager name. He stated he didn't know his boss name or the manager name. Wow I was blown away by the disrespect from the person in charger. Needless to say I will be contacting the corporate office about this location. I was not rude or disrespectful toward the employees . The one lady wouldn't even get off the cell phone to take my order. DISAPPOINTED AT THE NON SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION.😥

The fries were so soggy and old that after 1 bite, I had to throw them away. And the whopper was barely edible. BK food is usually good, but it's very dependent on which location you go to. Don't go to this one.

This is probably the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The lines at the drive thru are always long whether you are waiting to place an order or waiting to receive your order. I've had more occurrences with order mistakes than occurrences without - ranging from entirely wrong order (though that may have been a mix-up due to the mobile orders) to missing items/incorrectly customized items. While most of my orders here are typically me driving myself, I have placed orders from this BK through both Postmates and DoorDash. Consistently on both applications, I have received incorrect meals, though I cannot say whether BK, the delivery company, or the delivery driver is at fault. I wanted to give this BK 2 stars, but it didn't feel right considering the amount of mistakes I've seen in all the times I've visited this location. My visits to this location are only if it is the BK on the way to my destination.

This maybe the worst Burger King Ove ever been. I’ve been here several times. Messed up order every time. Food is cold and have to wait for 5-10 min every time to get food with zero people in line. Workers also have zero personality.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman who took our order rushed us and did not allow us to complete our order. When we got to the window we asked if she usually treated customers this way and sarcastically answered "YES!" We then asked to speak to her manager and she ignored us. We asked again and she told her manager "they want to speak to you" when he asked her why she said "i don't know why." He was apparently standing there the whole time she was speaking rudely to us and when he came to speak to us we asked if she usually treats customers this way to wich he replied "no" and then stated "I don't know what you want me to do" to which we stated "well she shouldn't be treating customers this way" to which he replied " Well I need to talk to her" and just stayed there staring at us. His response sounded like he didn't care He was there the entire time she was acting rude to us so I don't understand why he first didn't understand why we wanted to speak to him and then didn't tell her anything before we even got to the window. After just staring at us he then told us to have a good night and we just decided to drive off. Also, I now can't do a survey online to this horrible experience because their receipt printer was running our of ink! All I can make out is the restaurant number and what I ordered. I WILL be calling Customer Care because of this terrible experience and I would leave less than one star if I could.

Got a few burgers and the danged buns are stale and chewy. Can't even eat them. The fries are a couple hours old too. I know this is a fast food place, but come on. If you can't take care of the customers then please shut down and let some other restaurant take your place that cares about the quality of food they serve.

Horrible customer service. And it all came from the male manager. Handing out wrong orders. Had customers walking out because nobody was taking orders at the front. Took 15 minutes to get a side salad and 10 piece chicken nugget. Then had to wait for ranch for my salad and acted like it was an inconvenience that I even asked for ranch and a fork. He told me go get a fork by the drinks he's trying to take orders. And this was a MANAGER! Get it together. I worked in fast food for yearsssss and I promise it's not as hard as he was making it look. They should be glad I wasn't a secret shopper.

In the drive through line, and both cars in front of us left...that should have been our first clue. When we got to the order place, we were told to wait or leave, it didn't matter. Wow. We asked to speak to a manager, and she replied that SHE WAS THE MANAGER!! Yikes. We're shocked at the total lack of customer service. I'm perplexed why burger restaurants that have been in business for decades can't consistently get this right. All they make is burgers, fries, and provide sodas. Not an elaborate meal. I came at lunch. I came for the food. All the food was at room temperature: Fries, burger meat and nuggets. Burger bread was stale, lettuce was browning. Management must know. They just don't care. This is a simple meal. The equation is simple. I pay the exact amount you charge and then you provide me with a quality simple burger and fries. I don't understand what the problem is with your side.

Their hours on their door says 7am for dine in. I showed up at 930 and they would only let me do drive thru. Not only that, the biscuit for my order was hard af so was the bacon. The hasntiwns tasted like cardboard cooked in old grease. I had to trash my entire breakfast

I've given this location plenty of chances to redeem themselves from the bad customer experiences I've had. Today, I decided to stop coming to this location. There was only one car in front of me in the drive thru and only employee vehicles in the parking lot, so they were not busy. After the vehicle in front of me moved to the next window, I moved to the speaker. No one came on immediately but I waited a moment in case they needed it. I then asked in a polite tone, "Hello?" and was greeted with a rude and annoyed, "One moment please." I chalked up their attitude to having a tough day so I waited. After 5 minutes of no response, I decided they didn't need my business and started drive off saying this out loud. The person in the other end heard me and then decided to acknowledge me and take me order. It was too little too late as I was already driving off to go to one of their competitors down the road. TLDR: Terrible customer service even when they're not busy. I wouldn't recommend going to this location.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever seen so far. The Drive-Thru is always slow even when it's empty at night. The nighttime shift manager is rude and always treating customers like he's doing them a favor. Caught them twice in action trying to rip me off by double charging me. Very Unprofessional, I wonder how this location is surviving with such bad employees. Waste of time and waste of money.

I went through the drive through tonight and ordered 2 meals and a 10 piece chicken nugget. When we got to the window (we were the only people there) we were asked twice what our order was. The guy at the window handed us the two drinks but couldn’t remember which one was which. Then we were asked to pull forward to wait for the chicken nuggets. 15 mins later the employee from the window walks out and asks to see our receipt. Then a female employee returns to our car a few mins later with our food. I get home and I don’t even have the correct burger. No offer of condiments, no napkins. I know everyone has an off day but after reading the other comments I see I’m not the only one to have these problems. Disappointing.

I came to this Burger King to get dinner for my family tonight, and was dropped off by my husband so he could go get gas while I was getting the food. Their “Open” sign was on, and it said they were open online, but I went to go inside and the doors were locked. I saw employees inside standing around, and they just stared at me.. So I just had to wait outside for 10 minutes until my husband got back. I don’t understand why this happened. That was extremely rude. Another man came up and tried to go in as well, and they just stared at him and wouldn’t let him in either.

04/01/22 - Pulled into drive thru at about 07:25 AM and ordered 2 whoppers with cheese, drive thru lady told me they only serve breakfast and I asked when they changed that, as I previously have gotten burgers since I work nights. She told me it's always been, and I corrected her that was not so (I was calm and was just curious) then she came out to check the menu which also had whoppers on it and ignored me until I left.

I went thru the drive thru on Wednesday 2-17-2021 and the attendant did not give me back my credit card. I didn’t realize it and he proceeded to use it twice at CVS. I discussed this a few days later with the manager and she was no help at all. I would not recommend this place and I’d be very weary to ever use a credit card.

What's pathetic is that there is an 18-year-old employee sitting outside and has been since about 5:30 this morning while the manager is at home late for work not just a few minutes late which is acceptable with traffic in the DFW area. But almost an hour late for work and had to be called by a junior employee to show up for his shift!? They need to replace that individual with this kid who apparently has better work ethic than most 30 some things that I have seen here recently. So unless there's some serious life-altering emergency, there's absolutely no excuse for this. I told that young man that with his work ethic he will go far and I wish him all the success in the world.

This was the pathetic place to eat for a burger king! Customer service was horrible and every table and I mean every table was dirty but yet you had this cook that was dancing by his/her station, cashier that was laughing with the manager about a private conversation but yet the dining room was filthy. Of course only 2 customers there besides my wife and I. My order was asked to be cooked to order and it wasn't, then my order was incorrect and the cashier wanted to argue with me....really burger king ! Save your money people! I'm still shocked that Customer service is not a priority but a distant memory of the past....

I don't know why I keep hoping things will change. Drive through consistently takes 15-20 min or more, which to me is unacceptable when your competitor directly across the street will have you through in 3 minutes. My order has been wrong every time, and then the food is luke warm or even room temperature! Today, after sitting in the drive through for 6 minutes, and I still had not even been able to pull up to order... I decided to go inside. At least I got to order immediately, but the cashier was clueless, and didn't say anything to me other than "can I help you?" Even though it was a to go order, it was brought out on a tray, which helped to see that my order was wrong AGAIN. 25 min experience, on an hour long lunch... and my food was cold. Go to McDonald's across the street, food is quick, hot, and they are very friendly. I've given this location enough tries, I'm officially done.

Placed an order on the app and it didn’t process correctly. Manager refused to give me a refund or to reorder and modify new order. All for a burger and small fries. Not good customer service. Update: I went to a different Burger King and the app did the same thing, but they went ahead and gave me my meal either way. Definitely not coming back to this location again.

The worst drive through service I have ever experienced. We got the wrong order 3 times ending with the shift manager yelling at us that what we are asking for is not what we ordered. We paid extra money because they said they didn't charge us enough then had to fight to get our second coffee and cream and sugar. They refused to give us a receipt and slammed the window after throwing the bag of cream and sugar at us. I will never go to that store again.

It was terrible. I ordered a grill chicken sandwich small size. $8.0?. I got it to go. The chicken was thick and chew like steak. Tomatoes were slimy. The lemonade drink was flat. I was took two bits and threw it in the trash. The fries were good.

Never once have received the right order, and I live one block away. Burger King as an establishment is great, but avoid this one! The nightime crew is atrocious. If they even answer your call at the drive through around 10pm then you're one of the lucky few.

The food was typical, service was good. But the atmosphere was dreadful. Employees looked nervous and sure enough, bossman sitting in the back with his air pods in yelling through out the whole restaurant for an employee "NAYELI" IF I RECALL CORRECTLY. Not a proper way to act in an establishment, and also reprimanded the employee for her air pods. Last I checked rules applied to managers as well, if he's an exception, rest of employees should too. Needless to say, will not be going back to this location specifically.

Stay away from this place. Awful service. That employee if you can even call it that, made me scream my order and got it all wrong. Even at the window I tried to get it's attention and it completely ignored me. Gave me wrong change, wrong order, my daughter had a sever allergic reaction on the way home because they put pickled when I stated without and the receipt shows it. And they won't even answer their phone. Their manager should do something. Thank goodness I had an EpiPen with me. Stay away from this place.

This place is so unreliable. There’s a worker sitting in the dining area during operating hours with the doors locked and the drive thru closed. She’s just fixing her hair while the place is supposed to be open. I’d love to say this is the first time, but it definitely is not. Seems like a pretty big staffing problem.

Ordered Ghost Chili Whopper, Large Fry, 8 pc Jalapeno Cheddar bites and an Oreo Shake. Burger was fine but the Fries were all so burnt I couldn't even bite into them (dark orange, not even a crunch, they were just stiff until they broke in half), they gave me chicken nuggets instead of the Jalapeno bites, and Shake was so thick that I had to pour it into a cup and microwave it for 30 seconds to get it to the point where it could barely travel through the straw. Each of these issues on it's own I would have been like "oh well, I have worked fast food before, I get it" but all 3 is inexcusable.

Went in to try their new Grilled Hot Dogs. After placing the order, I notice that the cashier had rang up each item separate instead of as a meal, which cost me a $1.50 more, I asked to correct it. He said that he had to get the manager. The Manager could barely speak English and would not give me my refund. Said he was too busy. The cashier offered to give me the money difference out of his own pocket. I refused and got my order, stated that I would never eat here again and left.

Change the info on the app so you don't confuse anyone. My kid was already disappointed that I was taking him to Burger King instead of McDonald's but I was in a hurry and McDonald's is always busy. In hindsight there was only 3 cars in line at BK and it still took 10 minutes to get the food so I could have gone through the McDonald's across the street I guess. Anyway the app was giving me a free kids meal so I was like this is win win free food and should be faster. The app says there is a toy, I mistakenly said this to the kid and so I was stuck when there wasn't anything in the bag. If you just take that off the app, no one will need to know if there is one or not. If there happens to be something extra then it is like a surprise! The food will be terrible like a microwaved burger either way so my kid isn't going to be like "well that was great food no big deal about the toy." If any of you parents take a bite out of the kid's meals you'll know what I mean. If you are getting one free from the app, then no big deal. But if you are paying for it, just know don't tell your kid cuz who knows if they will put anything in the bag.

If I could give zero stars I would. First was not given a receipt. Then ordered 10 nuggets that had the consistency of bricks. Our Pretzel Burger tasted flavorless. Hadn't been to Burger King in years. No reason to go back. Burger King should give up. This fare isn't even edible anymore.

Imagine being so inept you can't even remember to give someone sauce that they ask for at the window. Ordered food that requires sauce, wasn't asked what sauce I wanted. Notifies the person at the window and they said they'd do me one better and give me two. Got home with no sauce. Bums. Like y'all's job isn't hard, I do a much more complicated version of it and never forget sauce. Pretty depressing thinking about the people that work there that hate their job so much they can't even manage to respect a part of their brain to do their mindlessly simple job.

Lets start with the service, went through the drive thru and ordered 2, 12 piece chicken fries with 4 Buffalo sauces. They gave me 2 BBQ, went into the store to ask for 4 Buffalo and stood there as the only customer in the store for 5 minutes before receiving any service. Then she handed me 2 Buffalo and proceeded to ignore me when I asked for 2 more. This is not during a rush, I can see the order screens and there are only 3 orders In total. Now for the kitchen...... It is and absolute night mare. There is food all over the floor, not crumbs of food, large chunks of food. And the fryer grease was so old that even though my food wasn't burnt it was still almost black and completely inedible. Couldn't even get a refund because I was still being ignored by the lady at the counter. On top of that the only other lady in the store is sitting on a bucket by the back door smoking Inside the building with the door cracked open. These 2 employees should be fired immediately. There is absolutely no way this place would pass a health Inspection and that Is due to a complete lack of cleanliness by these 2 employees. Absolutely unacceptable.

Whenever I have been able to order from here they definitely haven’t had the best tasting food compared to other Burger Kings but the biggest issue is that their hours are so inconsistent. They allegedly stay open until midnight but never are. Most of the time I’ve noticed them closing an hour before they say but tonight they were already closed at 9pm despite the fact that there were multiple workers inside just hanging out. I definitely won’t be back because it’s always a toss up whether or not the people inside feel like working and being open.

It is my worst drive through experience with this store. It was already past 9am and the staffs seem not start to taking order yet, they were busy organizing things, topping up cups and they told me have to wait 4 minutes to get food ready and actually they took 10 minutes to get things done! I was in such a hurry for work so I drive through, it turns out I have to park outside and walk in to get my drive-through order myself! Guess what my frenchfries are half cooked without any salt. Don't go there if you expect a fast and smooth drive through experience.

Brenda at this location at 12pm November 27 decided to bring me a impossible whopper instead of a regular whopper witch I orcered and when I brought it to her attention she laughed at me and started speaking Spanish to the customers in front of her asking them what did I expect her to do. This is wrong is absolutely disrespectful. This location needs better workers instead of ones that put the orders wrong and when they are brought to their attention they laugh at them and talk to other guests about them. Terrible service.
