Coworker suggested this restaurant for a client meeting and I am game to try anythign new. First thing when you walk in is you notice how CLEAN it is. This place guneniee super clean from the tables, counters, food, and bathrooms. It is awesome. This is a buffet and it is one price. There is a nice warning that tells you if you get to much food and you opt not to eat it you will be charged a ‘per pound’ wasted food amount. I thought that was nice as it is never cool to go to a place and someone loads up on food yet never eats what they select. The variety of food here is HUGE. There is something for everyone’s tastes here. I enjoyed all th meats and the rice. They had good na’an / pita bread that was freshly baked, i did make myself a small gyro. Everything I ate was delicious. It was some of the best Mediterranean food i have had in a bit, especially from a buffet. You could tell how popular this place was as it was PACKED by the time we left. I also really liked the desserts, they all tasted great, and they even had a soft serve machine. Overall this place is awesome and the staff is super friendly. Will come here again!!!

I love the selection of food. Soft serve and root beer isn't really on theme but I mix it up every visit. Unlike Andalous, the baklava is included in the buffet. Good coffee, excellent lasagna, terrific salads and all the other goodies. Sadly the chicken seems to always be dry. More reason to ask for a huge leg of lamb!

If you're tired of brisket, pasta, tacos or all the regular foods found around the Dallas area, and you open to something different, then this place is for you. It's a buffet, which, after COVID can be a turn off, but they make every effort to keep things clean and they want you to wear gloves while touching the utensils. The food is excellent. If you love Arab food, you will love this place! The service is not good because there is none. There aren’t even napkins on the tables. You have to make sure, you pick it up when you get your food at the counter. The bathroom was clogged up and couldn’t use it. Only go for the food when it’s not busy. Then you will probably enjoy your time.

The food was always good!! This location is a bit run down compared to others. they need some interior work esp the structure of the building. we went for Sunday dinner so it was $25. our favorites were the lamb on rice, pita bread, beef kebab, fried chicken, of course the sides and veggies, the rice pudding wasn't too floral so it was good and overall service was great. also parking lot is small.

The salads were average. I would've liked greek dressing to go on ny greek salad. Falafel was overcooked on the outside and difficult to bite into. I enjoyed the yellow rice and chicken biryani. I also liked the lentil soup.

My go to place when i just want to eat a lot! Dimassis is a big buffet with many items. Mostly Mediterranean. The salad bar is amazing. Kids love thier rice pudding with cinnamon and ice cream. It can have good and bad days but i prefer evening times for a better experience.

We have been coming here since they opened. We enjoy the variety of food and the customer service is always on point. Of all the Dimassi's this one is on my top three!

This is the second time here at Dimassi Mediterranean. Tried a few other places Mediterranean buffet in town, but they lacked cleanliness. This place is clean and well kept. The buffet was amazing. Excellent salad, hummus, and other great veg options. The meats were very good, baked chicken, fried chicken, boneless chicken, fish, lamb, kababs, and all the Mediterranean favorites. A little tip, try the Lentil soup, it was very good. Kids get ice cream! Food was very good, but most of all the place was clean, can’t say it without relief. Clean plates, glasses and utensils is absolutely important. Hope other Mediterranean buffet places take a hint.

This being my first time trying this style of Mediterranean food was overall a great experience. As per other reviews the good is fresh full of flavor and of great quality. All though I want not able to try some dishes (didn't see them out) for what was there was excellent. It is loud but no different than when you are with family gatherings. The music the atmosphere I would say feels family friendly for your dining experience. It is a seat yourself and according to their sign it is "price based on exit time". They do have signs placed right above the food informing you the dish name at what it consists of (I going very helpful). Overall it was a great experience.

Yeah, I don’t like Mediterranean food. It’s fine. But it’s great for vegetarians and vegans. The selection is great, lots of options including fried fish and fried chicken. On weekends, you have to request for the lamb shank (large bone so best to share one for two unless you’re hungry). Price is $23 on weekends or $20 on weekdays (Nov 2025). Kids are about half the price. The lentil soup and other soup is homey, earthy. Sweets? I’ve had variations before m and never enjoy it that much—that’s more of my problem than here. There is an ice cream soft serve machine as well as cantaloupe and pineapple. Friend likes their Cinammon milk tea (chai). They had a special offer of 10% off if you write a review but I chose not to bc my review might not be strong enough. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. I can see if you grew up on this type of food or vegetarian, this might fancy you. Enjoy.

Prepare to loosen your belt or bust! It’s a quaint Mediterranean buffet with LAMB! Lamb shanks were braised in a tomato-based sauce. You have to request for a serving of lamb though, it’s not on display. The salads were good, other meats were average, hummus and baba ganoush were ok. The best ones are somewhere else. Don’t expect a classy dining experience…it’s more like a cafeteria with serious eats. If it’s classy you’re looking for during lunch, don’t go to a buffet 😆 Music is not what I’d want for lunch either, not a fan of extended play guitar solos. PS just as I’m writing this review, my pants got splashed with water from the guy clearing out our table. 🥹

We visited this restaurant based on a friend’s recommendation, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The food quality was poor and didn’t seem fresh. The restaurant also wasn’t very clean, especially around the buffet area. We were really hoping for a good Mediterranean buffet experience, but sadly it did not meet our expectations.

I recently visited Dimassi’s for the second time. While the food was decent, I feel the buffet price of $21.50 per person is a bit high for what’s offered. During my visit, I noticed a couple enjoying lamb shank and asked them where they got it. They mentioned it’s available upon request from the kitchen. Assuming it was part of the buffet, I asked one of the staff members for two pieces. She brought out two plates with two lamb shanks each, totaling four pieces. I told her I only wanted two, but she said, “It’s okay,” so I kept them. I ended up eating three. When I was leaving, a man who identified himself as the manager approached me and told me I had to pay extra for the lamb shanks. I explained that I didn’t know there was an extra charge and that no one had mentioned it when I asked. Unfortunately, instead of explaining politely, he was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with his manager, he sarcastically told me to “look outside for him.” In the end, I was charged $42 for the lamb shanks in addition to the $21.50 buffet charge, bringing my total to over $60 for one meal. While I was willing to pay once I understood the policy, the way the situation was handled was very disappointing. I sincerely hope the owner reads this and takes note. The quality of the food was not the issue — the lack of professionalism and poor customer service was. I won’t be returning after this experience.
