exceptional chicken finger basket We kept talking about how do they do this... a whole bunch of fries coleslaw and chicken fingers and it was all hot if you can believe that; not sure I've ever had that before . The chicken was tender and juicy... what?... yep, for real... not that dry, chewy stuff like the other chicken joints. And to beat all that, the staff was actually friendly.
Always good always fresh! I do they wish they had more selection when it comes to sides.. and different french fries.. however the chicken is always a hit!
Who doesn't love Special Cane sauce? Excellent fries and Texas toast too. The fresh lemonade is delicious. The staff here is very friendly and welcoming.
My wife loves my pecan battered fried chicken tenders: Cane's is my fall back when I can't cook. Bought the 25 finger tailgater...Cane's Sauce is included. Added Deb's Texas Toast and her Sweet Ice Tea. Great staff here. Good food. Thanks for helping me out!
Omg the fries had the perfect amount of salt, the chicken was fresh, and so was the bread. I 100% recommend because It is so good and tasty!!!
Great food! I wish they sold hot sauce or Jalapeños though
Delicious, quick, and very friendly!
This place is very friendly and the food is very good!
Chicken fingers here are always good at every location. Staff is friendly and helpful with a good attitude. I like the business model for this franchise. I get a couple of extra cane's sauces because I like dipping my fries in it as well. Can't go wrong ever with raising cane's.
The best I have had in a long time. It was delicious.
Received 5 star service from Jaden 8/17 in Drive Thru. I like my food extra crispy and thats what i received. food was very fresh!! Checked my food before pulling off and i didn’t feel rushed to leave he stayed there to make sure i was satisfied.
I had my order after midnight because it was the time when I started my order and few minutes before they close. The food was still fresh and tasty. Thank you!
I love King's chicken because of the box combo which is fairly simple but four pieces of chicken and wonderful bread and so on you can have a great meal for a good portion of the day. I really like the staff they are very friendly and courteous to your needs and always ask you what you need before you ask it. to all people who are very interested in having some good food this is a great place for you to go.
Do you like your chicken tenders...er, tender? Give Raising Canes a shot then! They have some of the best tenders around coupled with crinkle fries, buttered toast and their signature sauce. Unlike other Cane's, this location has plenty of seating. Service was quick, food was hot and good. Overall a great spot to get your tender fix.
Staff here is always quick and friendly! I come here pretty often as it’s close by, but every time I come in I feel like family. I’ve ordered 50 tenders for a get together I was having as well as fries and they had it ready to go! To this particular Raising Cane’s: You are amazing!!!!
Simple menu but very well prepared. The fingers have unique crispy breading and dripping sauce. I like the consistency among the different store locations. They are a great value for families.
"I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible service provided by Erica and her team. Every time I step into the store, I am greeted with warmth and welcoming smiles. Their dedication and professionalism truly stand out, making each visit a delightful experience. If I could give them more than five stars, I certainly would!"
You can spot a good store outright as compared to other franchises. Been a while going to this type of restaurant, nothing to regret. The cashier was worth praising as he accommodated w pleasure my inquiry abt the raising cane sauce. Keep up ... his interaction w customers well noted. is amazing. 👍
I love Cane's. Their chicken always tastes good. It's always fresh, hot and good looking. Their special sauce tastes awesome and really like it. Make sure you ask for the sauce when you order food because some of their plates come without the sauce. The place is usually clean but you better clean your table before seating and eating.
A kind employee held the door open for me and my son, who is in a wheelchair even though the door and entryway is very accessible.
Absolutely love everything about this place! Highly recommend it!
Yes, I enjoy the Chicken Strips with the sauce and you get there delicious garlic bread, you can order other sides too, drinks are good too.
The best. The garlic bread is sooooo good. The chicken fingers soft on the inside crunchy on the out. Fries yummm. Great experience
It's a great place to eat. Sometimes, the drive-thru and customers waiting service line get too long. It's a busy place.
Fast service everytime I've been here day or night. Bought the Caniac Combo and enjoyed a Hi-C Fruit Punch cup with it. Their hand-squeezed lemonade is sweet and enough citrus, well balanced acidity wise. Gotta pay for lemonade refills. Ice tea and soft drinks are free to refill as much as you want. Their signature Cane Sauce is tasty with the chicken. But yummy chicken without as well. Asked for a 2nd toast instead of the coleslaw, a personal choice, nothing negative to say about something I have not eaten myself.
I went through the drive thru in a hurry but it was such a pleasant experience! There was not a long line for starters but what really stuff out is that the person taking my order did it while rhyming! It put a smile on my face during a busy day. Also, because Easter is this month, they offered me an Easter egg filled with candy after I payed for my order. As for the food, it's always delicious at Raising Cane's. You can't beat their chicken and that sauce goes great on everything!
Of all the Raising Cane's this one is by far the best. They get out your food quickly and are always very friendly. I wish the other locations would take a note from how they operate. The spring creek location always struggles to prepare for the rush but this one has always been great!
Honestly, I just came for Tea and some toast The toast was perfect & freshly made🥰 the service attitude & smiles were impeccable 💗 . Whoever the manager is they know what they're doing if there's no difference in the whole staff's attitude (I think the manager was the(blonde) woman I was talking about lemons for my tea☺️) you're doing a great job.
Was gd service n great food truly worth your $
This location is one the best locations I have visited in all the years it has been around. The place was clean, my food was warm and hot. I was missing 2 extra toast and a sauce that I ordered but I went back in and immediately, a blonde woman took care of it. She seemed to be in charge there. I had a great experience visiting this location.
Raising Cane's cares about our community. They have hosted a spirit night for our school, sponsored our YMCS soccer events, and supported our Cub Scout pack! The team members at this location are always friendly and polite. The food comes out hot and fresh. Great chicken and love their Texas toast!
Very good service, food was ready fast, hot and delicious.
Drive thru is always quick & staff is friendly. Never really have a problem with my order here whenever I go.
Amazing food and staff. Came out before I even sat down. Shoutout mark he was so nice and gave me an extra sauce. Awesome food and service. Good job canes
Hospitable staff, I came here with my dad a lot but tonight it was just me. Chicken was hot, sauce was the boss. All Star by Smash Mouth played, it all went well. Speed was unbelievable, I left the order counter, filled my drink, went to my seat across the dining room and they called my name. I like this Cane’s a lot. Also cashier complimented my fit
Dee took our order and was very friendly! It was obvious he enjoyed his job! Great experience because of this employee :)
I had a good experience in this place yesterday. Very goog customer service, the lady in the register was welcoming and smiling. Th food was good. Keep up the good work!
The food is always exceptional! I always just go through the drive thru so I can't speak about the inside of the restaurant. But I have never had anything but outstanding food there!
Raising Canes serves the best chicken fingers for a great price. I got the 4 piece Chicken finger box combo that comes with fountain drink, coleslaw, frieds, and bread all for less than $12. There chicken is moiste and tender. There dipping sauce is perfect. This location has friendly staff and is very clean.
Great food and great community support. I love seeing the local high school football helmets displayed. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Food is fresh and I’ve never had a complaint that it was not fresh. Lots of families frequent Canes which gives a really nice wholesome vibe. Plus, I’m a ticket P1 and love to hear the commercials from the Musers.
I have always observed Raising Cane's Chicken whenever I drive by. I decided to go in today because my son got a gift card for a Graduation gift. We were marvelled at the exceptional customer service we received. Staff were so nice, friendly and receptive. I am hooked and will definitely go back
Really good chicken tendys and crinkle fries.
Always have the freshest chicken tenders and the most delicious Italian bread ever! I can tell sometimes my French fries are not the hottest or freshest, and this is my only issue whenever it happens. When the dining area is open, the place is always clean.
It’s good place although they gave me the wrong order so next time I’ll check before I leave, otherwise we love the food
Got the kids meal chicken tenders and was really surprised with how many fries they gave me! I was expecting just a small amount due it being a kids meal but no it was a good anount i wasnt even able to finish the fries! I went through the drive through and it was a steady flow which was perfect since I was on my lunch break 😊😊
Second time to eat here. The first time the chicken was a little dry, but the second it was good. The fries were ok, but I have had better and the lemonade was weak. The sauce is amazing though. Might go back and see if I can buy just the sauce.
Best to avoid the lunch hour if possible! They’re so busy they tend to forget people’s orders. Also, The lemonade is the best and worth paying extra for! This would’ve been a perfect rating but unfortunately the bread I received with my orders were all dry and stale :(
Decent location. The breading on the chicken tenders was usually mushy whenever I went; like they were soggy or doughy/undercooked and the breading didn't adhere well to the tenders. It just sloughed right off which made it a little hard to pick up and eat. Everything else was fine though.
this place was pretty decent, but could use some improvement in looking clean. our table the last time we ate there was pretty dirty, with a lot of crumbs and dust. I could have asked the employees to clean it, but they were very busy and couldn't help. the man with the ponytail at the counter is very enthusiastic about his job, but this place still could use some improvement. the raising cane's Texas toast is way to buttery, it just tastes like a piece of bread, toasted, and put into a bunch of butter, and the tea tastes way too bubbly. other than some minor food issues, this place is just fine.
Everything is great about Cane's, the reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because they ONLY HAVE chicken fingers. If they took the recipe and applied it to something else it would be fantastic. I'd definitely eat here again when I wanted Chic Fingers!!!
Usually I love canes but this time the sauce got all over my chicken and fries. I don't like the sauce. Don't know who did it since my husband picked it up for me me.
Just pick up an order thru drive thru. The girls taking orders were really nice and friendly even greeted with a smile.. when got to the window the girl in a PURPLE HOODIE in another hand was rude she gave a nasty face, she handed out food almost throwing the order at me.
The food its self was good but was missing the coleslaw in all 3 meals. The sauce was either not mixed well or more bland than the other canes we have been to. And there was hair in the food. Service was fast. Honestly could have just been an off day for them but unsure as this was our first time going to this particular location.
My meal of four chicken pieces and one order of "extra crispy" fries was less than $10.00. I also ordered a large glass of ice which they forgot. I received an order of 15 crinkle cut fries. They were very fresh and hot but not crispy at all. My four chicken pieces were very consistent. Each was fresh, hot, and crispy as well the chicken was stringy around the edges and contained a lot of water. Each had no flavor. I had never tried Raising Cane's before & was excited to. Perhaps I'll use some seasoning or another sauce if I ever decide to try Raising Cane's again. Three stars for the freshness of the foods. The staff were nice.
Hello Canes… I recently came through the drive through to wait behind another person for their meal to be fulfilled. I waited about 5 mins which felt like 10 but was glad to get up to the window and get my meal. My meal was ready to go which meant that all items were in the packaging getting cold until it was handed to me. Getting home to cold fries is disappointing and could have been avoided by having the car in front pull into a parking space to keep the flow moving. Canes for me is new and I really enjoy the flavor of all the food you have. This time my chicken pieces all had missing batter that had fallen off most likely after they were cooked. I love the coating and to have it missing meant my chicken was partially naked…. I called to chat with the manager in hopes of explaining these things but after letting the phone ring for over a minute-I knew there’s a problem here. Out of all the Raising Cane’s restaurants unfortunately you’ve earned the title of being the one that needs the most attention to get things right. It seems like the staff taking the order and giving my order to me were great and I suspected that most of the staff are great too.
I truly can't understand the appeal or how this company stays in business. Restaurant was clean, staff was nice and chicken was cooked well. But thats it, cooked well... but has no flavor... not even salt. Its staggeringly flavorless and bland.. might as well be cardboard. As far as taste. Also.. that "cane sauce" cant redeem it. Mediocre at its best... definitely not unique or good.
Food is good no doubt about it. I've been here three times and every time I go i go through the drive-thru.. first two times I went I said thank you I said appreciate it and I said have a good night and not one word was said. Tonight just now I went and asked if I could take my order three separate times and sat there for 6 seconds and then got a response waiting on you. I will be going to Chick-fil-A from now on when I want Raising Cane's because it's right across the street.
The coleslaw was rank, chicken/fries/toast were great. Just called the store and cannot get anyone to answer.
I went to the drive thru and ordered a caniac, two box combos and a kids meal. They had me pull into a parking spot and had me wait for over ten minutes. After several cars got their order I went in to check and they had my order on the counter but no one brought it out to me. When we got home we realized they didn't get my order right. The caniac didn't have 6 fingers but only 4 and we got it for two kids to share never going back. I came to revisit my review. I haven't been back to this location but I have gone to others. I reread my review and maybe I actually over reacted the first time by giving it 1 star so I'll adjust it to two.
I first experienced Cane's in Ohio...was awesome. I believe it is when they were new and were trying to impress. Fast forward to Texas...Cane's is older and definitely lacking in the quality I was used to. It was just bland...even their house sauce tasted like mayo and ketchup blended together, but more bland. Food was mediocre, chicken tasted old and the fries were like wet noodles. There are better places to eat at. Would not recommend taking the family there unless you want to see your kids get halfway through the food and just push half the meal away from them like they were eating green bologna in prison.😆
Don’t get me wrong the chicken strips are good but I always order the 6 piece and it’s like clock work they give me like the smallest strips they can find like the employees are trained to give the smallest strips when you order a bigger order and this combo is like $14 this is ridiculous I think the only fast food place that sells good size chicken strips is Williams chicken
It's nice in there but chicken has no flavor.
I eat at raising canes several times a week while I'm out working. I stopped by this location today and ordered the same meal I get every time I come in. Told them the order was for here but they made it a to go order like they wanted to get rid of me really fast I opened my to go box when I sat down and there was hardly any fries at all. I will continue to eat raising canes because I love there food but I will not be coming back to this location anytime soon.
Most of the people who work there have a horrendous attitude and the food is very over-priced (though it does taste good!). I can't imagine why anyone would want to go there let alone work there because I doubt they treat their employees well. Maybe if you hire someone who's not an edgy, tired teenager you'll have better service. Until then, 1/5 stars (would have given them 0 but it was not an option). 🤷♂️
The lemonade was good, didn't mind the 80 cent refill charge so much, but there were still several guests, and myself eating and they started going around dusting ceiling fans, window trims and lights right over our tables. Don't worry, i like a little extra flavor in my food. Won't be back.
I think there’s only one person working here because they are slow on everything. Taking orders. Fixing food and the place is dirty. Hope this place gets fully staffed someday
Not even deserving of one star!! The customer service is non existence. My friend ordered a 3 finger combo extra crispy and they told us to drive forward to park and the food would be brought. 10 minutes later we're still sitting there and when I go back to the window to ask where the food is the manager was less than friendly. The girl who brought the food with pink hair a small Hispanic girl with glasses was rude walked away while we were speaking to her. And it gets worse.. the bottom of the bag had frozen fries. I guess they put those in to be petty. Idk. But I plan on calling corporate!
Hot Cole slaw where they do that .. oh canes chicken.. you're going to make someone very ill.. just put it in a separate little small sack .. or you eat it hot .. it's not meant to be hot and especially. From the refrigerator to French fries and hot chicken and toast on top of it... Got to be crazy. Something's are call common sense...
I suffer from Propecia and developed extreme depression because of it. This particular Saturday, I was feeling good and decided to take my Mom to Cane’s in Richardson. I put on a hair system to make myself feel “normal” and as soon as I walked in, I was ridiculed. The white lady with the cap and pony tail, I assumed she was the manager, sitting down and training two employees, was staring at me the whole time, I then place our order and as soon as as I sat down, she kept staring at me, then got the two employees to look and they started laughing. I have never been so embarrassed and felt so worthless my entire life. I will NEVER set foot at this or ANY Cane’s restaurant ever!
The manager here needs to be fired. I came here doing a DoorDash order. Their card reader was not working. They told me to confirm an order that I did not have. I explained why confirm an order that I did not have, but he said that was the only way that the card reader will work. I confirmed an order that I did not have the card reader still did not work. He refused to give me his namevery unprofessional. He needs to get fired.
Spent 29 bucks in stood there for over 15 minutes..why they got the drive thru orders out first... I came in because the line was wrapped around the corner... So what makes the drive thru orders more important than the person standing in your face... Then the kid wants to take his sweet time looking through each box .. very pissed... Sir don't breathe all over my food just let me get it and go 20 minutes later...
Not too happy with my last 2 visits. Inconsistent. Chicken and fries were soggy so I request for extra crispy on both chicken and fries. The breading is soggy and just falls right off. Very disappointing because I’ve requested this the last 2 times I’ve ordered just to avoid this.
I payed for a 4 piece and I got 3. Gave me no ketchup after she herself asked me if i wanted any. Also, they gave me all 3 drinks without ice and they tasted super flat! I’ve never had a bad experience with canes until today.
Toda when we come on divertido thru they dont gicw us back the card that is bad
Lines are crazy and they be hiring people not enough hours but still hiring mmm y’all need that extra help make it make scence for some reason they hiring not giving ppl hours what ashamed with these restaurants
⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at this Raising Cane’s location. I went through the drive-thru and ordered one meal, but the next day noticed **two separate charges** on my debit card. I called to speak with a manager, expecting a simple fix — instead, I encountered some of the **worst customer service** I’ve ever received. The manager seemed uninterested in resolving the issue and told me to dispute the charge with my bank, rather than taking responsibility or even attempting to investigate. I had to explain the situation multiple times and even found my original receipt in the trash to help verify the correct charge. Still, she insisted I needed a second receipt for the charge I didn’t authorize — which obviously I don’t have. When I asked for her name so I could follow up with corporate, she refused to give it, claiming she wasn't allowed to share her name. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to help was incredibly frustrating. What should have been a quick, honest mistake turned into a drawn-out process with no resolution or apology. **Double check your charges** if you go here, and don’t expect much help if something goes wrong. Very disappointed.
Ordered a caniac combo and they only gave me 5 tenders. They are rushing to push you out the line then can't even get your order right.
When someone says “add honey mustard” and you charge them extra for it, why in the world do you think that means replace the Canes sauce for honey mustard? I want both! Is it that hard to understand? This has happened twice and I’m not going to this Canes again.. everyone knows Canes is only good with Canes sauce! Fix it!
Pulled up to the drive thru, could clearly hear the employees shooting the shit but no one answering. Pulled back around to try again only to see a thicker girl with black hair wearing a headset just chatting with her coworker, not a care in the world about the three cars waiting for her to take our order. Yes, just because it's 30 minutes to close doesn't mean you're closed. No excuse to blatantly ignore customers in hopes that they'll drive away. Gross behavior from this location.
So sad: I wanted to try this place and I did. It wasn’t that good. They don’t even have ranch dressing. They only have one sauce and it is so disgusting and taste like expired mayonnaise on a summer day. The tenders breading was falling off and it was super greasy. I don’t know how you sell chicken strips without ranch or even bbq sauce option in Texas.
Not sure if someone messed with my food or didn’t wash their hands or what but I’ve been sick since I ate here. I ordered a Caniac combo and the napkins were inside the box not in the bag. I was sick later that night and it’s been 3 or 4 days.
Very frustrating experience. Both of my combo boxes were missing strips. Instead of 4, I received 3 tenders in The Box Combo . I also only received 5 tenders in The Caniac Combo. Not receiving what I paid for is not ok. Looks like somebody ate some since there is no seal on it from my delivery.
I visited this location with a cousin. Via the drive-thru window, we ordered a "Box Combo" and "3 Finger Combo." When we received our food and drinks, we parked in the Cane's lot with the intention of eating in the car. My cousin opened her order and found a pretty noticeable strand of hair. Since we hadn't opened the straws, drank, or ate anything, I took everything back inside and requested a refund. (We decided to just go elsewhere.) When the manager attempted the refund, he forgot to hit the refund key, so I was charged an additional $22.00+. He caught that error, apologized, and processed a second refund for $44.21. (I was provided the pictured receipt that states "REFUND.) I checked my account today, and at this time, the $44.21 is showing as a pending debit, not a pending credit. I called Raising Cane's Corporate office and was advised (1) it can take 5-7 business days; (2) we have to allow processing to complete; and (3) it still shows as a debit in 5-7 days, I must call back. As of the writing of this post, I've been charged three times for meals never consumed. Additionally, neither the store manager or nor the phone rep offered anything to rectify this. While my experience at this particular Cane's was not good, I typically enjoy the restaurant. Nothing has been done or said in the direction of service recovery. I am more disappointed by the multiple charges and nonchalance than I am disturbed by the hair. I did not photograph the hair because I did not plan to make this a big deal. $80+ later, it is more than an annoyance.
Proportions are very slim and the price is outrageous! I got the box with four chicken tenders which were very small, the fries seem different also and I traded my coleslaw for an extra piece of bread. Raising Cane's was my favorite, now it's my least favorite due to the prices are outrageous and portion size for the price you pay is skimpy...
