Raising Cane's Richardson Reviews
Amazing food and staff. Came out before I even sat down. Shoutout mark he was so nice and gave me an extra sauce. Awesome food and service. Good job canes
Hospitable staff, I came here with my dad a lot but tonight it was just me. Chicken was hot, sauce was the boss. All Star by Smash Mouth played, it all went well. Speed was unbelievable, I left the order counter, filled my drink, went to my seat across the dining room and they called my name. I like this Cane’s a lot. Also cashier complimented my fit
Dee took our order and was very friendly! It was obvious he enjoyed his job! Great experience because of this employee :)
I had a good experience in this place yesterday. Very goog customer service, the lady in the register was welcoming and smiling. Th food was good. Keep up the good work!
The food is always exceptional! I always just go through the drive thru so I can't speak about the inside of the restaurant. But I have never had anything but outstanding food there!
Raising Canes serves the best chicken fingers for a great price. I got the 4 piece Chicken finger box combo that comes with fountain drink, coleslaw, frieds, and bread all for less than $12. There chicken is moiste and tender. There dipping sauce is perfect. This location has friendly staff and is very clean.
Great food and great community support. I love seeing the local high school football helmets displayed. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Food is fresh and I’ve never had a complaint that it was not fresh. Lots of families frequent Canes which gives a really nice wholesome vibe. Plus, I’m a ticket P1 and love to hear the commercials from the Musers.
I have always observed Raising Cane's Chicken whenever I drive by. I decided to go in today because my son got a gift card for a Graduation gift. We were marvelled at the exceptional customer service we received. Staff were so nice, friendly and receptive. I am hooked and will definitely go back
Hello Canes… I recently came through the drive through to wait behind another person for their meal to be fulfilled. I waited about 5 mins which felt like 10 but was glad to get up to the window and get my meal. My meal was ready to go which meant that all items were in the packaging getting cold until it was handed to me. Getting home to cold fries is disappointing and could have been avoided by having the car in front pull into a parking space to keep the flow moving. Canes for me is new and I really enjoy the flavor of all the food you have. This time my chicken pieces all had missing batter that had fallen off most likely after they were cooked. I love the coating and to have it missing meant my chicken was partially naked…. I called to chat with the manager in hopes of explaining these things but after letting the phone ring for over a minute-I knew there’s a problem here. Out of all the Raising Cane’s restaurants unfortunately you’ve earned the title of being the one that needs the most attention to get things right. It seems like the staff taking the order and giving my order to me were great and I suspected that most of the staff are great too.
Ordered a caniac combo and they only gave me 5 tenders. They are rushing to push you out the line then can't even get your order right.
When someone says “add honey mustard” and you charge them extra for it, why in the world do you think that means replace the Canes sauce for honey mustard? I want both! Is it that hard to understand? This has happened twice and I’m not going to this Canes again.. everyone knows Canes is only good with Canes sauce! Fix it!
Pulled up to the drive thru, could clearly hear the employees shooting the shit but no one answering. Pulled back around to try again only to see a thicker girl with black hair wearing a headset just chatting with her coworker, not a care in the world about the three cars waiting for her to take our order. Yes, just because it's 30 minutes to close doesn't mean you're closed. No excuse to blatantly ignore customers in hopes that they'll drive away. Gross behavior from this location.
So sad: I wanted to try this place and I did. It wasn’t that good. They don’t even have ranch dressing. They only have one sauce and it is so disgusting and taste like expired mayonnaise on a summer day. The tenders breading was falling off and it was super greasy. I don’t know how you sell chicken strips without ranch or even bbq sauce option in Texas.
Not sure if someone messed with my food or didn’t wash their hands or what but I’ve been sick since I ate here. I ordered a Caniac combo and the napkins were inside the box not in the bag. I was sick later that night and it’s been 3 or 4 days.
Very frustrating experience. Both of my combo boxes were missing strips. Instead of 4, I received 3 tenders in The Box Combo . I also only received 5 tenders in The Caniac Combo. Not receiving what I paid for is not ok. Looks like somebody ate some since there is no seal on it from my delivery.
I visited this location with a cousin. Via the drive-thru window, we ordered a "Box Combo" and "3 Finger Combo." When we received our food and drinks, we parked in the Cane's lot with the intention of eating in the car. My cousin opened her order and found a pretty noticeable strand of hair. Since we hadn't opened the straws, drank, or ate anything, I took everything back inside and requested a refund. (We decided to just go elsewhere.) When the manager attempted the refund, he forgot to hit the refund key, so I was charged an additional $22.00+. He caught that error, apologized, and processed a second refund for $44.21. (I was provided the pictured receipt that states "REFUND.) I checked my account today, and at this time, the $44.21 is showing as a pending debit, not a pending credit. I called Raising Cane's Corporate office and was advised (1) it can take 5-7 business days; (2) we have to allow processing to complete; and (3) it still shows as a debit in 5-7 days, I must call back. As of the writing of this post, I've been charged three times for meals never consumed. Additionally, neither the store manager or nor the phone rep offered anything to rectify this. While my experience at this particular Cane's was not good, I typically enjoy the restaurant. Nothing has been done or said in the direction of service recovery. I am more disappointed by the multiple charges and nonchalance than I am disturbed by the hair. I did not photograph the hair because I did not plan to make this a big deal. $80+ later, it is more than an annoyance.
Proportions are very slim and the price is outrageous! I got the box with four chicken tenders which were very small, the fries seem different also and I traded my coleslaw for an extra piece of bread. Raising Cane's was my favorite, now it's my least favorite due to the prices are outrageous and portion size for the price you pay is skimpy...
