I ordered a vegetarian crunch wrap. I asked for no cheese or sour cream and add guacamole and rice. So excited they actually got my order right. This may be because the cashier asked me to use the self serve kiosk because I was talking on my phone. First time Taco Bell got my order correct on the first try!

I started going to this Taco Bell because it was right next to my workplace for a quick bite to eat. I don’t eat animal products and I get my food here made vegan every time since Taco Bell has certified options. Out of every Taco Bell I’ve ever been to this one has never messed my order up! They are conscious and know how to make the proper substitutes and they greet me every time I come in.
Yenine took amazing care of us at the end of the night on a Friday at almost 3AM. Food was hot and the service was fantastic. Def coming back here for late night eats.
This is the best Taco Bell in Richmond, hands down. I have been coming here for several years. They’ve never gotten my order wrong, and the people who work the super late shift always have a smile on their face and are super sweet. I used to drive 20 mins out of my way at 2am to come to this location, and thankfully now I am just down the street.
They were kind enough to serve me from the drive through line. I didn't know they had closed their dining are for this new COVID surge. Very nice. My meal was terrific as usual - tacos & a drink. When you get an urge, nothing but the Bell will do!
Best experience I've had at any taco bell. Joshua was very friendly when I walked in like I've been a customer for years! I made an unusual request and they had no issue helping me out. Would visit again and would recommend. Better people then who they had here in the past!

The line is usually a bit long, and maybe a teeny slower than some other Taco Bell's, but my order always comes out right. Edit four months out. Lines are moving far better than before, and the food is still great. Employees are super nice, too! Best Taco Bell in Greater Richmond Metro area!
Seems to be clean and well run. The food was exactly what you should expect from a good Taco Bell experience. What really made the stop pleasant, though, was the lady who took my order. I wish I could remember her name, but she was exceptionally friendly and personable. If you need a quick, cheap bite, you could to much worse than this place.
9:15 on a saturday night and we pulled up to a long line of cars in the drive thru. I was not at all worried because I knew from experience that we would not be waiting overly long. Sure, there was an extra few minutes, but nothing like the 30 + minutes I've waited at other fast food restaurants. I never have to worry about the quality of the food, either. It's always the best.

I went to have a really quick meal during moving process and ordered 3 boxes, but mine came not as I ordered. In the other hand, I will say Brittany B and the other 2 guys working on 10/20/2024 at 9:02pm ( info per my receipt ) they were all amazing. Super kind, friendly and they handled the situation super fast. Keep up the good work. Working as a team speaks volumes and all of you guys jumped in your own ways to handle the situation. This is probably one of the best and cleanest Taco Bell locations I've visited. The staff were very warm and kind. You can tell that they take pride in what they do. I love this Taco Bell.
This tacobell at 5811 w broad, They have one of the best night crews at this Taco Bell any other location I been to bad service and crew never ready to serve I come to this location very often and I can say they get better and better I love eating at this location I highly recommend this tacobell outta any other one. I came in 1/4 and it was this person named Jakai that served me he was one of the best he helped he greeted and he made sure everything was right and fresh and made sure I resived my order within minutes this is the type of places I like to motivate and keep supporting.

2/26/26 Late night staff was perfect. I went about a half hour before closing and they were nice and the food was good.

New look, who dis...okay Taconna A. Bell! When I come to this location they're always kind, patient and efficient. My only complaint is with Taco Bell as a whole... Y'all wanna bring back every thing but the volcano taco and burrito.. And (raises my hand in a threatening way) stop taking the nacho fries off!! It's a safe food for my autistic child, aight I'm done
For a quick dinner taco bell was the perfect treat for my kids and the lovely lady st the window was so upbeat snd friendly not often you get this from drive thrus keep it up!
5 stars compared to other fast food restaurants, it's still a Taco Bell. Unusually friendly staff. They have digital ordering in-store, staff expect you to use that, and it works well. Drive thru is a bit tight.
The night team deserves credit. There are only two people, the person taking orders/doing drinks/sauce and the person making the food. The line gets long but it's because they take about five orders then stop, make those and clear those cars out, then takes the next five. They deserve to be making more than minimum wage because even with the wait, we continue to go because the system works. Just wish they would put the food in more than one bag. Hard to make sure you have everything with the bag stuffed full as occasionally something is missing. Had to take one star off because of missing items, and not just at night.
Good taco bell, food was hot, plenty of fillings. Been to ones that is all taco and no filling. This Taco Bell does a good job putting actual food in the shell.
This has been my go-to Taco Bell for years, but I’ve seen a significant decline over the past few months in overall quality. I hate to leave a negative review because I understand the hardships of working food service, but it’s been time after time of missing items, incorrect items, being left hanging at the intercom, and some really shocking and hurtful moments of poor customer service. I hope that the owners of this franchise can make needed changes to bring this store back on track. Thank you to the staff that have given me positive experiences at this store in the past- you make a difference! Edit: My original rating was 1 star, but I’m coming here to adjust it to a 4. I don’t know what was done, but the past few months the store has really turned around! The staff that I’ve been served by at this location recently are just fantastic.
The cashier service is always friendly and professional. The portions is usually good. I usually only get the three cheese melted chicken flatbread which has good portions. There's always room to sit and dine whenever I visited for lunch and it's pretty clean. The parking area is always clean, but parking can be hard to find as lunch parking gets pretty crowded pretty quickly doing the weekdays
This taco bell location has been a go to for my BF and myself for the past 4 years. They normally get the order right and I've never had any problems with the quality or hygiene. They are quick and the line goes by at a decent pace. I do not recommend coming here past 1am. The line gets huge. Like spilling out of the lot big. Otherwise, a great place!
My taco bell experience is admittedly non existing so I'm not sure what it is supposed to be like but it seemed fine. It is dirty and sketchy like fast food places usually are. I am impressed by the gluten free and veggie options. My 7 layer burrito tastes bland and those bizarre sauces. . .
I love taco bell, but this specific one was heavily understaffed when we got there. The line of the drive thru went all the way into the actual road. I ordered ahead and they completely lost our order. We had to remake our whole order again at the window while the line was piling up behind us. Eventually got everything except our 12 cinnabons, it took 50 minutes. They seem to realize their staff problem because they had for hire signs everywhere. Hopefully this will be a smooth running taco bell soon again. The food was good tho.
Fine if you go through the drive thru. No longer have cashier's and it's a 25 step order system. Staff wasmaking fun of an older gentleman that couldn't figure out the kiosk order entry. After all that, my order was wrong.
Can Taco Bell please start paying their employees a livable wage??? It’s one of the most overpriced, expensive fast food chains ever and for some reason, it’s also one of the most unreliable. Everyone is always polite but you can tell they’re miserable and underpaid and overworked. If a quesadilla costs 9 dollars without a side or drink, I cannot understand how it’s never right and how they can’t afford to hire above minimum wage. Anyways, highly recommend this location when it’s actually open and when they are actually taking orders which is about a 50/50 chance.
Visited this location about an hour before they closed one night since most everywhere else was closed. Ordered a Chicken Quesadilla, and I wanted double meat. I also wanted a Grilled Chicken Burrito and some tacos. I was told I couldn't have double meat on my quesadilla because they only had enough chicken to make both items. I get that it's towards the end of the day, but why not prep enough food to cover your day. Once I got my order, the burrito hardly had any meat in it, and the quesadilla was light as well. I don't mind paying for what I want, but to not get what I want and settle only to have what I settled for ALSO not prepared properly was really a let down. We live close by and have used this Taco Bell many times, and aside from one incident where the guy working the drive thru was say dumb s#!t when he greeted us, we've always had good experiences. Getting good food AND good service nowadays seems like such work. Very disappointed...
Almost every time I order Uber Eats from this TBell, they mess up at least one item. If you order a Baja Freeze, it never comes. I try to order from a TBell further away. However when I forget, I’m quickly reminded why I should take the time to doubt check which location I selected.
Getting annoyed when asked on every visit if I would like to "round-up" for charity.
I don’t know how good the food is during the day but late at night they’re putting the bare minimum in whatever they’re making. I ordered a few quesadillas and there was the smallest helping of everything in them. Barely any chicken, cheese, or sauce. There wasn’t a single one that they cut either. They might be good during the day but I would avoid going here at night.
Taco Bell in Powhatan is horrible! Slow service, old and unfresh food! Everytime I've gone, old chicken, old tacos and old meat period! The food is way too expensive for such poor quality!
I like this Taco Bell, but they are repeatedly opening later than their scheduled opening time. They’re advertised opening is 7am and even though I only stop here about once a month for breakfast, at least half the times I attempt to get breakfast here, they are still closed at 7:35am. Which I can only assume means this happens a lot. I can understand 5 or 10 mins late, but this is over a half an hour. Several times I have tried to go through the drive through, wait for a while, nothing happens. Then I’ll pull up to the window, where I can clearly see someone inside, as well as the clearly marked “7am” opening time, and get completely ignored. I’ve even gone so far as to park and try to go inside, but the doors are locked and when I get the attention of the staff inside, I am dismissed by a wave of the hand. Really frustrating when I’m counting on this as my only option for breakfast, and then treated like I’m invisible during clearly marked open hours. I’ve been here other times during the day, and have gotten good service and good food. But the opening times being unreliable really puts a bad taste in my mouth.
Pretty bad when there are only 2 people inside, one is a friend and me. Seven cars come, order and leave AFTER I started counting. Finally one of the ?assemblers? asks if I'm waiting on an order. Who would have thought a sit down would be faster??? Probably, just a wee bit better too!!!
Unfortunately this location has started to "cheat the clock" at the drive thru. They ask drive thru customers to wait at the order menu for several minutes in order to make their numbers look better as it makes it appear the customers are slow at ordering to the system when in reality orders are being prepared slowly. It's one thing to do this when there is one customer in line, but they've started doing it when there is a line of customers. Watched one person told to wait at the menu for 7 minutes while there were 6 cars in line. The service stays laughably slow and the "system" is none the wiser so it isn't going to be fixed. Started going elsewhere.
The food itself is usually good, but there have been two times where it took 45 minutes to get through the drive through despite being 3rd in line. One time they had to shut down and just told everyone to leave. The most recent 45 minute experience it was just 2 workers handling orders and making food. Also saw someone go in from the line and get their food like 15 mins before us but we couldn’t back out. We saw over 6 cars leave the line behind us. Staff your store appropriately!
⭐ 1 Star – Requesting a Refund Due to Poor Quality & Careless Preparation I visited Taco Bell at 5811 W Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23230, on Sunday, the 16th, around 7:30 PM, and had one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. My order included: • Mexican Pizza Combo (with a soft supreme taco) • Grilled Cheese Burrito with Jalapeños • Crunchy Supreme Taco • Two Baja Blasts The quality and presentation were absolutely unacceptable: • The crunchy taco was broken and falling apart before I even touched it. • The soft supreme taco was smashed and stuffed into the bag like an afterthought—completely inedible. • The Mexican Pizza was a total mess—it wasn’t even cut, just thrown in whole. • The meat tasted off, nothing like the usual Taco Bell flavor. For what I paid, this was beyond disappointing. I am requesting a refund because the food was simply not edible. I hope this location improves its quality control because this was unacceptable.
I was told at the speaker (at 0130) that they were closed. I asked to confirm that they close at 0200 and she stated that yes, but they have to have everything broken down and cleaned up by 2am. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager was busy. I asked twice more and was told both times that the manager was busy and couldn’t talk to me. After a brief silence, the lady asked “what are you trying to order?” I replied that I was waiting to speak with the manager and she stated “ya, she wants to know what you are trying to order.” I stated that I wanted two burrito supremes with nacho cheese sauce and a drink. I was told I could only have one and that the nacho cheese sauce was already put up. I had just worked a double shift at the hospital and was tired and hungry and had a 45 minute drive home ahead of me so I agreed to the one burrito supreme without nacho cheese. When I got to the window and handed over my payment I overheard someone say ‘yep, she’s white.’ Shortly after my order was thrown to the cashier and she barely caught it. After the way I was treated and the comment about my race, I felt unsafe and did not eat the burrito, I threw it away when I got home.
Very bad experience very bad employees very disappointed disrespectful the reason by the night delivery they send me around the building two times they says the order is not ready but the upp says the order is ready they have be very nice with people with castomer please train them please you will lose the business they need to be fired
Went to the drive through on a Saturday night, waited twenty minutes to reach the ordering point, got told that they wouldn't take our order and were only taking door dash orders. By then we were trapped between cars and couldn't leave, spent another twenty minutes trapped in the drive thru lane. No signs or any warning were posted that they wouldn't take orders in the drive thru.
Absolutely terrible. The service is consistently garbage any time after 6 pm, to the point where I had to ask repeatedly for them to add meat to my nachos (that they forgot) & was ignored by the drive-through attendant & ridiculed for asking for... the main part of the meal. The staff also refuses to wear masks or gloves even though they are handling food and money. Rude, unsanitary & unprofessional. Will never return to this location & I recommend you avoid it as well until serious changes are made.
Do NOT come to this Taco Bell. Locked me out of the restaurant as I was walking up to the door when there were other customers in there. Extremely rude. I waited to be let in for 5 minutes and I’m assuming the male manager refused to come speak to me as I was not trying to wait in the 10-car long drive thru lane. They had multiple signs up on both doors that the full dining room WAS open until 9pm, which was hours after I was there. New management would do this store wonders. And new employees. This whole thing just needs to close and start over. Embarrassing establishment. Do NOT recommend this Taco Bell at all.
Ordered take out.. Took a long time to make.when reached home found out, they Did not make all of it right. Had paid for 8 things, got only 7. Opted for meat free choices, gave me one with chicken. The food was wrapped improperly and lettuce and cheese were spilling in the bag. Also packed so haphazardly that could not even check if everything was received without spilling things all over again. Would want compensation for items not received or incorrectly prepared but would not go there again
They open at 10am. I was in the drive thru at 10:11am. They didn’t take my order. I pulled up to the window and honked my horn. Their was a worker at the window playing with the cashiers box. He clearly was ignoring me. I called them immediately and they said they were opening in just a few seconds. This incompetence and nonchalant attitude has been an ongoing trend at this location. I have been going to that location for a long time because of its Convenient proximity to my home, but no more. They have lost a Customer today.
if i could give them place 0 stars i would. not only was i missing half my food, but the bag was covered in food and got all over my car. they did not give me a receipt and grilled me on needing the food i paid for. service was horrible. do not eat here.
After sitting in a long line. I was greeting by a lady telling me that I could only order 5 things because she didn't feel like going back and forth to prepare it. I asked her to reexplain because I've never heard of this before and she replied to me by saying she didn't have time for this and I needed to hurry up and tell her my order. I understand that it was later at night and the line was long but I didn't care for her attitude or being told that I only could order a certain amount of items off if the board if I am not paying for the items. I decided not to order and drove away.
Worst food ever. I ordered the #2 supreme tacos. They were not made fresh. They had definitely been sitting. The lettuce was just as hot as the meet and wilted because of it. Avoid this taco bell at all cost!

This Taco Bell does not toast their chips or taco shells They are cold out of the bag and taste like it. We asked three times for salt to be included in our order and they included no salt but they put in about 20 hot sauces.
Don't come here. Don't place an online order unless you're at the location and can view the wait. Waited over 38 mins for an online order. It's always like that at this location...the line is all the way into the street and moves slow. They don't respect your time and act like they don't want to work. The food was barely warm They have workers in the lobby looking at the drive thru laughing and cleaning tables at 11pm with no one inside, instead of helping the other employees with orders. Go to the Taco Bell @ 7210 W Broad St. They're friendly, kind and fast.
Everytime we come here-they leave food out of our order. Tonight was no exception. This time they left out one of our family members entire meal. My boyfriend didn't check because they had the bag taped shut. Always check your order from this place. Taco Bell is probably make a ton of money from this location because they charge people for food they don't receive-constantly. We only went to this location because our normal one was not accepting app orders.
This has sadly become the absolute worst Taco Bell in Richmond. I’ve driven up many times around 6pm to be told they were closed or not taking orders. Why is a Taco Bell constantly closed at dinner time? The wait time is excruciatingly long. This is not a place to go if you need to be on time somewhere. You will not make it. I’ve witnessed the staff get in screaming matches with multiple customers on multiple occasions. These aren’t instances where the customer is being rude. Recently the staff have been extremely combative, unhelpful, and genuinely unpleasant. They are not nice. This is a stressful Taco Bell to go to and I have no idea why the owner is okay with it. It has been this way for months now. DO NOT visit this location.
Probably the worst taco bell I've been to in my life, and that's saying a lot. I usually go when I get off work, around midnight and the line is around the building because the service is so slow. And 75% of the time they're out of meat so they can't really make anything anyway. The staff are super nice, I just think it's a managerial issue or something. Overall super disappointing
The woman working the drive through last night was extremely rude for no reason. Also, they claimed to only take online orders but the app doesn’t work at all. Overall a really huge waste of time.

As a door dasher I shouldn't be waiting on a order, my first complaint is the staff did not acknowledge my presence them they said the order was already taken, when dd called them I asked them to bring the order out and they said go through drive through. Highly irritating and very unprofessional
This just like every Taco Bell location in Richmond is awful. I ordered two things and was asked to pull around when not a single other person was in the line. Then after sitting in the parking lot for 10 minutes, I go inside to find out I was forgotten about and therefore had to wait another 10 minutes. so I waited almost 30 minutes for two tacos, which I was literally the only person in the drive-through line for. Taco Bell is lucky somebody gave me a gift card because I will never be spending my own money there again. Every location is horrible. Stop wasting your money on this horrible food and horrible service.
Just don’t come here. Drive to another Taco Bell. I sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes to receive a wrong order. The dining room was locked, and the store was understaffed. I couldn’t cancel my app order so I had to sit and wait while my hungry and tired children cried in the car. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with fast food, and that is saying something since my expectations for fast food are incredibly low.
I ordered through the app but didn't receive my order. Upon getting to the drive thru speaker (after waiting 30 minutes), I was told someone else picked up my order. Apparently, they also had my first name, and the Taco Bell worker asked if they were there to pick up both orders for that name (why would the worker ask that??); the person lied and said yes, taking my order. I will never order food from this Taco Bell again. Trying to get a refund now, but apparently I have to do that through the app, and there's no direct way to do it. Awful location, awful company...
This is the worst Taco Bell in the United States. This is the third time we have waited in their line for 40+ minutes just to be told, they are out of food... are you kidding me? Your management needs to be fired. It’s not just your management, the lack of workers you have, should not have a job here. We’re done coming to this location. You do t even deserve a single star.
Terrible experience. Took forever to take my order. Charged me for queso and didn’t give it to me. After asking she rudely said they are out - then why did you charge me?? Then forgot the chips I ordered and put beans on my Mexican pizza. There was literally no one else there so them being busy was not an excuse. Terrible service!
This location has the rudest staff of any Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life. I was there about an HOUR before closing trying to eat my food that took them forever to make and this male employee kept staring at me and coming up to me over and over again rudely encouraging me to leave (the lazy employees just wanted to close early even though the website says they are open until 3 AM.) Additionally, they left certain ingredients off of my items, like sauces that come standard with it. The man who handed me my bag of food was very sarcastic and rude, too. News flash: customers are the only reason you have a job! You will lose them all if you treat people this way. I didn't appreciate being harassed when I am paying for a service. Avoid this location at all costs.
Waited in line in the drive through for 10 minutes with one car in front of me. Finally parked and went inside to see what was wrong. We waited for over 40 minutes for out food that we never received. I had placed a mobile order before arriving so realistically they had my order for about an hour or more. The wait was too long for just wanting a quick snack after a long drive. I really hate to be someone to write a negative review for food service because I understand it's stressful and they probably aren't being compensated fairly for their time and work. I just want a refund at this point for the food I didn't receive.
This is the worst Taco Bell ever, not once have they given me the correct number of items I’ve ordered. I was there two days ago and I ordered 15 items and they gave me 6, even after sending it back and having four people pull all the items out and check the receipt I thought there’s no way they still got it wrong? They still got it wrong, in total we got 9 out of the 15 items we ordered. This is the third time we’ve been to this location and the third time they’ve not given us things we ordered. I am not a fussy person, it’s Taco Bell, I just ask that they give me the items I paid for. Do not ever go to this location, go to a different one.
Asked for a large drink. Lady gave me a medium. Then when I asked she said it was a large when they clearly had a larger size below it and kept saying this is small this is large. Didn't have time to argue just won't be back. Here is a photo of my medium drink in paid $3 for. Clearly a medium 20 oz cup.
I have been going to this location since the 90s. Although there has been a revamp of the brand and food, the customer service at this location does not justify the price Taco bell is charging. Service is terrible. I ordered through the app and the amount was already charged, 45 min later, food was still not ready according to the app. I called the store, the rep said I called the wrong store without even checking, just trying to get me off of the phone. After I insisted on giving her the order number, she then claimed they could not start preparing the food until I am in front of store. Really? Not sure if it's a training or ethical issue. if you were trying to get me off of the phone and go some where else at least do a good job pretend you care.
Terrible experience if I could give no stars I would. Came by for 4 crunchy tacos. And at that time you you can only place orders in-app. So I placed one and proceeded to wait in line for just about 45 minutes. Once I reached the box the attendant informed me they gave my food to someone else. And when I asked if they could remake it because I had already paid online I was told no. Then when I asked how I could get my money back they told me to “do it on the app”. No regard for me being hungry, having to wait, or giving my food to someone else. They just don’t care at all! Even if you follow the rules and do everything right. And I’m still waiting on them to reimburse me.
The website says they are open until 3 am but I was kicked out of the lobby abruptly at 10 pm SHARP. Of course I was polite and cordial to the young man who kicked me out and I left right away without causing a fuss. However, I was very taken aback and embarrassed that this happened. At the other taco bell locations, the people who are already inside the lobby can stay after 10 but they don't let anyone new inside after that time. This was an embarrassing and upsetting experience for me. It really made me want to take my business elsewhere.
Ordered a 2 chicken chalupa combo at 12:30AM today and they forgot to include one of the chalupas??? Food was also very poorly wrapped and the extra taco had almost no meat + was upside down in the bag spilled everywhere
My friends and I went here on Saturday night and we experienced horrible food poisoning. I would not recommend going to this location. They also messed up our order and we had to go through the drive through twice.
There was a little confusion while at the drive thru while ordering food. I asked for a receipt and never received it. The food was so cold and barely had any meat in it. It was more lettuce than anything in the tacos. I asked for no beans in my burrito low and behold there were beans. I don’t see myself eating again from this fast food restaurant.
This location is trash. The food was old and dry. I will not be visiting this location ever again. I spent $50 and they wouldn't even give me a refund for the old dry nuggets. I was very disappointed with the food and service. The presentation was terrible
I was in the drive thru, oh lord. I heard two employees yelling at each other, one was yelling leave him alone. Is this a restaurant or a day care. Ill be notifying corporate about this. If you cant work then dont get a job.
I placed an order a whole hour ahead of time just to ensure it would be 100% ready when I get off of work late night. I wait in an insanely slow line that only has a few cars just to finally get to the window, and the “system canceled the order so we never made it”. Ok. System canceled the order but it made sure to still take the dollars lol.
I stay in drive through two or three times to pickup my order several times. The behavior of employees are very badly and rudely. I'm a delivery driver and I picked up orders from most of restaurant in richmond. I can confidently say that this place has the worst service in Richmond.
Unbearably long, 20 min. I also have to wait until they give me a glass for a drink.
They left their open sign on, on New Year’s Eve even tho they closed early that day. Ppl have been wrapped around the building all night js to realize they closed. We sat in line for half an hour before we found out.
They let you waste your time at the kioske (which functions normally until you go to pay) trying to place an order before telling you the internet is down and they can't take orders. They laugh at you behind your back about it as well.
Do not order ahead here. Yesterday night I got stuck in the drive through line. It was at an absolute standstill and they locked the doors when people were going inside to ask about their orders. This happened about a month ago too. I thought it was a one-off but apparently not :/
worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I can drive three miles up broad street to the next Taco Bell and get my food faster than if I waited here. I believe the only good reviews are from the employees because it's the same thing every time I try to give this place a shot. Pathetic unfortunately :(
Taco bell has become such a bad deal that they don't even give out complimentary water anymore. Penny penching while they charge $7 for a quesadilla. Just go anywhere else.
Lady rushed my order everytime I go and they never give me my entire order. One time it was even cold and tasted stale. Awful service and business. Will be calling corporate.
this drive through takes minimum 20 minutes every single time you go. food is fine as taco bell goes. just don’t go
About 6 pm. Entered. Nobody at the counter. Everybody busy preparing orders. Waited maybe 10 min. Nobody cared to take my order. Left. Found a Chipotle just down the road. They took and prepared my order right away.
The worst treatment with the delivery worker, very slow and his disrespectful manner in the morning period that ends at 3 am. They are two women who deal in a horrible way and tell you that your order is with him for 5 minutes and you wait no less than 30 minutes.
Taco Bell... More like Taco boo...I went to this taco bell and everything was going fine, placed my order like normal. When I got to the window and paid I saw the Cashier had heard the wrong item and charged me wrong, I had it fixed with no issues. However, after resolving the issue and getting out of line I realized they had forgotten an item. So, naturally I went to get the $3 item. Once in the store the manager was talking to me, a cook in the back yelled "You better check the bag" to the manager. The manager then proceeds to unwrap and check all my burritos, as if I was lying about missing an item after already being there 10mins. I have never, ever had an employee stick their hands into my bag after I've received it, especially in times like these. I don't know if the mistake they made at the window contributed to this behavior, but I sure didn't like it. Anyways, I got my burrito and went on my way. Sadly, once I got home... The three "Spicy Potato Soft Tacos" were missing their chipotle sauce.... The only thing that makes them spicy, Now its just a "Soft potato taco" Very Disappointed in the service tonight. I have never had a restaurant mess up three times in the span of 20 mins, and put their hands into my bag. The one good outcome, was a coupon for 1 taco.... with a purchase....
