So, let's call them out on this scam: new "refreshed" premium sandwiches at premium prices with belgiosso fresh mozzarella, fresh smashed avocado... Except, they NEVER have it. We're out I'm told. So they offer the shredded mozzarella and the lime colored bagged avocado slurry.... cheaper ingredients- at the higher price. I told them, "if you don't have the ingredients, you shouldn't offer the sandwiches. Ask... you'll see. Happens at all the locations.

So this place used to be great, service was finaminal, when barnaad was there, when he left the place went down hill. the one woman behind the counter constantly has an attitude no matter how nice I am, she is just always rude towards people and when there is a mistake it's your fault, not hers. She also just slaps together the sandwich and put a grand total of 5 banana peppers on my sub! not coming back literally just because of her. Been coming for literally years, never again! Awful!

Absolutely horrible experience. I went to try and grab a sandwich and eat but they stated no bathroom. I said oky no problem I’ll head somewhere else and the lady scoffed at me literally scoffed at me. I took horrible offense to this. I eat subway all across the island and most experiences are okay-fine this one just made me leave the place All together if your in riverhead do yourself a favor and try the other subway or another sandwich shop near by AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Always a bad experience here. I love eating Subway sandwiches. But, It never fails, I always have a bad experience here at the Riverhead N.Y. Subway. They refuse to honor Subway coupons without conditions attached. A $4.00 upcharge on a 12" sandwich if I use their valid Subway coupon. And, they would not honor some of my valid coupons. And, they overcharged me 1.00 for the sandwich. When I pointed this out to them and asked to speak to the manager (not in), they refused to give me the sandwich unless I paid the extra dollar. I hate going to this place.

This subway location is supposed to open at 8am... Even if it was 9am they should be open. Sitting in front of the subway right now at 9:03am and the lady just walked in to open it. This subway has really gone down hill. Also extremely rude lady.

I ordered two hot sandwiches at 12:56PM, didn’t get it until 3PM.. the sandwich was cold and soggy. They didn’t give me any cheese when I requested that. They put chicken on my boyfriends sandwich when he requested steak. On top of that, they disconnected their number after I called asking about the status of my order. Terrible service.

I was the only customer in the store yet I was completely ignored when I walked in and said hello. The employee was on her phone with AirPods in and seemed visibly annoyed that she had to make my food. A coworker was literally just sitting there and only got up to help once a second customer walked in toward the end of my order. When it came time to pay the lady tried to just walk away without giving me my receipt or saying a word. I had to stand there and wait until she actually handed it to me. Being treated like an inconvenience when you are the only person in line is a great way to lose a customer.

Also she called my girlfriend stupid because my girlfriend didn’t want to order anymore, due to the fact she was rude to me. My girlfriend asked for clarification and she addressed her as stupid again.

The lady made my sandwich so aggressively, and throwing the unused meat and toppings back. Like she took all her aggression out on the sandwich. Not friendly at all either. Will never go back to this location.

Horrible service. The ladies who work there are very mean. I feel like I am disrupting their day every time I walk in. Yesterday I had an especially bad experience. My younger sister had ordered two of the dippers… one with just cheese and one with cheese/pepperoni. She always gets them with nacho cheese as dipping sauce, as this is offered as a dipping sauce on the menu. Not only was the ordering process difficult due to the employee’s rudeness but it was also completely wrong… this has been a more common occurrence in my recent orders. On top of the dippers being incorrect (sister received one with just pepperoni and the other with chicken), she was told that she could not get nacho sauce as a dipping sauce for the dippers because it is ‘meant for other menu options, not the dippers’. Overall, not very welcoming.. the negative atmosphere and rudeness of the employees ruins every visit. This Subway used to be a favorite with the previous employees.

I ordered a sandwich and sent my parent to pick up the order for me to be told that someone had already picked it up and that they "checked" the name on the phone and without checking the orders gave it to them what kind of security method is this? So, if you have a generic name, someone can just take your sandwich, then they tell me to cancel the order, but the app already said ready so i cant cancel it and they wont give me my money back or my sandwich they told me they couldnt do anything until i mentioned calling my bank then they magically in a matter of seconds were able to make another one it just makes no sense. after this subway got their new owner, it has been terrible service.
