Tried the breakfast bowls 3 times. Absolutely the best! They should keep them on the menu permanently. And the best Buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich ever. Fast friendly drive thru.

This location is awesome! Today I ordered delivery from the Whataburger app and it transferred to Uber Eats. Long story short my food never got delivered and so the manager, Trevor personally delivered the food to me because due to some circumstances I could not leave to go get my order. He would not let me leave a tip so this is my way of thanking him! Everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful!!

I'm not a fan of whataburger because the the food alwaysupset my stomach. I had to use the restroom. It was the closest place to stop. The restroom was clean when I used it. On the door look like it was pryed open with something but the door still locked with no problem. It is a single restroom there are no stalls. So you have it to yourself. Did I say it was clean.🚽
Food is hot and fresh, great burgers 🍔 😋
They are working diligently to improve their service times in what used to be a very slow location. Of course they're still busy due to the excellent location. Food quality is always good.

Stopped by to pick up an online order and ended up waiting a bit, but the wait was honestly made so much better by Jessica. The place was visibly slammed; She was busy taking care of other cars and still made a point to keep checking on me so I never felt forgotten. Her bubbly, friendly personality made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming, and she even offered me a small shake as an apology, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It’s employees like Jessica that turn a simple food stop into a really positive experience. So grateful for her, and she absolutely deserves 5 stars.
Traveling through for the weekend and I have to say this is the best service I have absolutely ever had at a Wataburger. We mobile ordered and did curbside, it was packed and there was a wait for our food, but Jessica was absolutely amazing. She checked in, communicated the time frame and was just the happiest bubbly person! You could tell she LOVED her job. She knew regulars by name and genuinely wanted to make sure every customer was having a good experience. 10/10 would be back again just for her alone!
Shoutout to CJ and her amazing staff at Whataburger! I placed a mobile order and wanted something that wasn’t available online, and they went above and beyond to accommodate it without hesitation. CJ was so kind, professional, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted.
This location was very good. I ordered a bacon ranchero Bob instead I got a sausage one and they promptly fixed my order. They were super friendly. The dining room was clean. The bathrooms were very clean. The service was excellent.
This unit has new management that really seems to care and service has changed for the better. My husband and myself just ate lunch there. The food came out quickly, was hot and fresh and cooked perfectly. We will be back soon.
The location was very clean, and had a good atmosphere with decent music playing. They were super busy and got our food out very fast, we had just sit down from making our drinks and our order was out. The servers were very nice and friendly. The Bacon Wrangler Double was real good. We added grilled jalapeños and avocado to our burgers. Overall excellent experience, great whataburger location
Pretty good place to eat. Very convenient since I work right next door at the Walmart over night. Only thing is they don’t give nor ask if you want any ketchup. I mean it’s a given if fries come with my meal.
What has happened to customer service. The youg girl at the drive through didn't great me, just said my total and that was it. I ask for hot sauce and she looked me like I was crazy. Never spoke a word other than the total. TRASH!!!
I did curbside. I only had to wait a few minutes for my food to be brought out. The lady was nice & waited while I checked the food. Only complaint was lack of sauce on the 2 sweet & spicy's that I asked for extra sauce on.
All the tables in the dining area were not clean. I had to wipe down one just so I could sit and enjoy the meal. Food was fantastic and service was great...
The wait in the drive-through is pretty long, I work in food service myself so I can understand if it's because of low staffing or something similar. However, my food has never been cold, and when I modify my sandwich, they always get it right. So overall I'd say it's worth the wait. Just make sure you aren't in too much of a hurry if you choose to go through the drive-through.
I love Whataburger, my only complaint is the size of the hash browns keep shrinking. They are about the size of tater tots now, and you only get 4.
When we first arrived at the drive thru there were two cars in front of us. We waited 8 minutes before the first car even moved. But by the time it did move the other car went right through also. We were worried that is would be really slow but it wasn’t. I asked the lady at the order box if we could order breakfast, it was 10:57. She said no because it wasn’t 11:00. Okay by the time we finished ordering it was 11:00 so I should have just ordered the breakfast but was told I couldn’t. We got our food quickly but it still bothered me that by the time I had finished ordering it was 11:00 so I should have been allowed to order the breakfast. The food was good though and the guy at the window was really nice.
My breakfast sandwich was good but customer service was definitely lacking. I didn't realize when I pulled up to the window an employee had set my food at the window and walked off. Several minutes later another employee walks up looks in the sack then looks in the direction the other employee walked off to and opened the window repeated my total took my payment then handed me the sack and payment/receipt back without ever saying another word and with a look of disgust on their face. I'll definitely go to a different location going forward. A smile goes a long way.
Staff was so friendly despite the large crowd they had to serve. Very kind staff! We had a large crowd of kids after an event and I imagine that would overwhelm a business. But they did so well keeping up with all the demand.
Burger was pretty good. Service was very slow. Iced Coffee had zero sweetness and tasted like crap. Cinnamon roll was delicious
Restaurant was clean, people were civil that took my order. Unfortunately the food obtained from this particular location truly was disappointing! The burgers were all we got, and I was visiting someone who had spine surgery. She sent me out to find a whataburger for her and both of us had soggy cold burgers! The restaurant was only 5 mins away, so sadly I have to rate this one at a 3😶

Placed an online order for my pancakes to be picked up at 11:25 50 mins after my order was placed. Got there and there was no pancakes and it took them forever to find it in the computer just to say it was scheduled for 11:25pm? How does that even happen? So I left hungry and upset!
Only Whataburger I have ever seen that doesnt have lobby open waited in line for 30 mins for a pickup that was ready before I left the house. Slowest service time of any Whataburger I have ever been to. Was put on hold at box for 15 minutes. No excuses for such poor service.
Ordered two whataburgers with mayonnaise all the way got two double burgers with mustard. She repeated it back to me exactly as I ordered it. Am I supposed to have to take the hamburgers out of the wrappers to look at them before I drive off. Here lately every restaurant I order from screws up my order. The last four restaurants have not gotten anything close to what I asked for. I'm a caregiver and after working 40 hours at my regular job and taking care of somebody 24/7 I didn't feel like cooking. Very disappointing.
We ate here on a Wed night around 7pm, and waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru. There was a full line all the way around the building by the time we got to the window making it super hard to get out of the drive thru. After 20 minutes we were ready to leave, but in this location, you can't just pull out of the line once you have placed your order. When we finally got up to the window, she tried to hand us the wrong drinks, and had to make us new ones stating that the person in front of us got our drinks. She was making small drinks and I explained that we wanted Medium drinks, and she said they were out of medium cups. I said then I guess we need large, and she sighed, rolled her eyes and got large cups. It's not our fault you are out of Medium cups. I asked her if I could use my app to get my points and she said no, that you can scan your receipt or order through the app ahead of time. Then when she handed us our 2 meals, the fries were cold. I asked her if we could get fresh fries and she explained that we'd have to pull forward and it would be a 15 minute wait for fresh fries. I told her forget it. I even dumped the fries in the bag to see if the ones on the bottom were still hot, but it's like they had been sitting there in our bag since we first placed our order. We just ate our Honey Butter Chicken Strip Sandwiches, no fries and I left really aggravated knowing I just spent almost $21 for that! Then to top it off, I couldn't scan my receipt to get my points for the app. I understand everyone is understaffed right now, but hiring rude staff doesn't help matters.
I went to pick up my online order. They had the food part ready when i arrived and still had to make the drinks. The lady said she will make the drinks then immediately was distracted by another customers order and let my food sit and become cold when all i needed was drinks. I have also seen employees fight too. The food is good but that is overshadowed by the lack of customer service and the wait times.
I went here after a long tournament at LHS so I was pretty exhausted but anyways, the lady asked what I want I said can I get a Hibiscus Strawberyy drink and then she said okay pull up to the second window… mind you I wasn’t done ordering but she assumed I was, I said I’m not done ordering yet and she said oh okay and then I ordered a cob salad with spicy chicken and added jalapeños.. she asked me like 3 times if I wanted ranch and I said yes all those times.. fast forward hibiscus tea great, I get home and pull out the cob salad and theirs no freaking ranch like dude I’m not raw dogging that salad it tastes dry with nothing on it and It was too late to turn back. Now whaterburger do better with stuff like this like cmon…
3 large drinks ordered and no straws or cup holders to carry them. Burger was good but we were missing the side of ketchup as well.
Took 22 min for 2 sandwiches!!! And I stated that was one of the slowest and worst experiences I've had at a whataburger, and which the lady replies " we're doing our best" I then proceed to eat my food only to find the finger portion of a glove in my sandwich wrapper . Whataburger, its that's your best, please do better. Or get new people ...
Terrible service, slow and rude. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for a small order. I would have left but there’s no way to leave the line once you get blocked in. Then I finally got my order and left. I checked the bag about. 5 minutes later and realized they had given me someone else’s order. Called back to speak to the manager but this proved to be an additional waste of my time as she refused to refund my money and was rather rude. I will never eat at this Whataburger again.
Took forever for curbside. The food was ready inside however they didn't bring it out. We had to go inside after waiting for 15 minutes. The drive thru was going smooth because we watched multiple cars go in and come out while we were waiting
This place is a joke. Out of Swiss cheese, out of mushrooms, and can't make a fast food burger, it takes about 25 minutes to get your order.
We got there at 10:00pm and didn’t receive our food until 10:50. The food wasn’t great but edible and the bathrooms were disgusting. I decided to give this location another try after sitting in their drive through for 30 minutes a while back. I will not be back. Ever.
The manager Kosher needs MAJOR customer service training. I’m also shocked that Whataburger is apparently so bad off now financially that they can’t give a cup of water to a paying customer who buys food. Any restaurant that can’t provide a cup of water to a paying customer (or anyone, to be real) shouldn’t be in business. They wanted to charge me $3 for a cup of water. As a store manager myself, I can’t believe the poor customer service skills and judgement that Kosher exhibited. I would never let a cup of water cost me a satisfied customer.
Use to come alot and service was good. Now getting our food takes longer and longer each time. Been wsiting 40 minutes. They need to hire better workers. Or better managers. Maybe its just the new generation workers. Gonna be the last time coming here.

We usually love this location. But today as we walked in the Manager ( I guess) rudely yelled at us lobby is closed. If this lady is your manager I won't be back. She doesn't have the customer relations to be a playground manager much less a restaurant manager.
This place is Horrible. We won't be Back. We were treated Bad. The cashier couldn't get out orders right. The place stunk, the RR hadn't been touched, I didn't bother using it!! I am not a prejudice person,but we were treated badly due to our skin color. Our food was Cold, we had to wait 35-40 min. We are very disappointed
We ordered door dash and our order was ready but they would not let the door dash driver in to get our food and they would not let them come inside to pick up the food. The poor driver said there was a line of 20 cars around the block and that the door dash would have to wait in line to get it. That’s so not cool. Do better. Deliberately making people wait for orders that are ready? Wow. Just. Wow. Not cool.
Before I could even finish my order, the drive thru attendant was trying to upsell me on items I didn't want. We were in the drive thru waiting on our food for close to 20 minutes. They also failed to give straws with the drinks.

I went late last night around 1115. Manager said he wouldn't serve me for nobrrason at all. However. I watched several other people get served and pick up orders. Did give a reason eiether.
So we ordered the food and it said it would be ready in half an hour... we showed up like fifteen minutes after it said was ready, we check in and wait close to fourth five minutes and notice folks are pulling up and having their order brought to them in minutes. I walk in to just speak to someone wondering why a three burger order is taking almost a hour to receive I get welcomed by a few girls that act as if I wasn't speaking English about my order from the app and how it's still not ready. Even though they had people that were just walking in with a family order and in minutes getting their food. So a few minutes later and they hand me the bag and the food was all dried out and the fries were soggy as if they'd been microwaved or something plus they got my burger completely wrong and as I was braving through it I found a ball of hair which led me to throwing this disaster back up so there was two hours and a very nauseating experience. Coming from one who's worked kitchens for many years I've never seen such a disorganized and folly of a kitchen. Legit was a huge rush hour and had people just standing around talking and on their phones and some chick came from the back and stood there at the counter just talking to what I presumed to be a boyfriend for a while. This place is a huge step away from the whataburger I worked for for over a year and never seen my kitchen go as loose as this
I usually drive through this Whataburger but this one time I had time to kill so I sat inside. It was so gross and dirty! It was 11:00 ish before the actual lunch crowd came in. Tables were dirty, floor was filthy and I won’t mention the glass on the doors and windows! This mess didn’t happen in a short time! It had not been cleaned in a long time! Not going back! If the inside is this gross imagine what the kitchen looks like!
This whataburger really needs to work on their speed and quality of food. My fries were cold and I ordered an extra creamy pepper sauce and didn’t receive it.
When I go into a restaurant, all I need a polite and helpful cashier and that's not Desz (abbreviated from receipt) - argumentative, ignores requests for fresh fries, "light ice" request not documented on the receipt so obviously ignored. She has taken my order three times in the last 10 days - an agonizing and dishonest process where she takes my order half correct and takes no responsibility or care from that point on. I cannot trust anyone who intentionally and spitefully deceives me about the condition of my food. A manager will replace her on any future order or I will have to eat somewhere else. This can't be new to them anyway.
Waited over an hour for just a Chicken sandwich. That is ridiculous if you ask me. When the lady came out to take my card I asked how much longer on the wait she said it should be ready. (If it's ready why did I still wait another 10 mins?) They could of at least brought me my drink. She was very rude when she took my card as well.
Wait time was horrible in the drive thru!. Ordered 2 large milkshakes. Got to window to pay for order got my receipt and the drive thru employee handed two milkshakes before I took them I repeated 2 times I ordered 2 large milkshakes he then replied those are large milkshakes the small ones are this big imitating a smaller cup with his hand. So I grabbed the cups and couldn't wait to get home and investigate this crime Whataburger is commiting on a daily basis! With further evaluation I found out that online it specifically says Large 32.oz the two cups I received was 20.oz. I demand refunds for every time I've unsuspectingly purchased a medium 20.oz shake for the price of a large 32.oz.
Went thru the drive thru waited over thirty minutes only to get our food with cold fries, little to no sauce on our boneless wings and burgers weren't made the way we asked. We didn't realize how bad it was until we made it back to our room, it was already so late, it just wasn't worth going back and waiting even longer. I understand with a big order you can get overwhelmed and maybe a few things wrong by accident but where is the dignity in making sure what you serve is something you can be proud of? The service was fine they were nice but the food was not. I love Whataburger but this was the worst food I've had from there. Let's do better Longview!
edit 25 September. ...downgraded to one star. ordered ahead by 10 minutes and arrived a little after 6am. line of cars waiting as usual. 2 cars left without getting their orders. 15 minutes later still waiting. food arrived. no ketchup. had to go in. fries were at least hot. place keeps getting worse and it doesn't seem like anyone cares. avoid it if you can. I arrived at this location so early only a cat was in the parking lot. so I would say the food wasn't affected by an excess of customers. to be fair, this location would probably win "the worst job in Texas" on biscuits and gravy. the gravy is a consistency of a bottle of water and is flavorless. one could argue I should've learned the first time, yet I came back to be disappointed for a second time based solely on faith. the taquito was not horrible, but it wasn't the best I've had from a Whataburger either. if I were Mr Slim, maybe I may consider taking my name off of the numerous areas it's displayed about the store. probably a nice guy; you don't want your name on that...

I got there @7:40am to get breakfast why did it take 30 minutes for me to get my food. When I got to my destination I had the wrong biscuit. This place is ridiculous.
Even if there are 2 cars in line you will wait forever for 1 simple order. But they take your card and leave you sitting there for very slow fast food
Food was disgusting. Eggs smelled like plastic, massage patty was burned and hard as a rock, and my tea had no ice in it. Drive thru was used for online oder, they made me sit there and not forward me to the B lane. Drive thru was rude and unprofessional. This location has gone down hill fast. I put in for someone to call me back in their system big never received a call back. They don't care about you as a customer. All they want is your money for nasty prepared food that is not edible.
If I could leave lower I would. 30+ minutes in the drive through just to have stuff missing from the order when it finally did get to us. 0/10 take your money elsewhere.

DO NOT go after 10pm. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food. And still got it wrong. And when I mentioned it, I got serious attitude like I messed up. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
I ordered biscuit and gravy to go through the drive-thru. The biscuit is always wrapped, and the gravy is in a small cup. I set it in the passenger seat and I get to work and pick the sack up and the gravy is just pouring out all on my seat, which is not leather and down the side in the carpet and the seatbelt holder. The gravy was not even thick it was like water. It took me 30 minutes to try to clean it up. I could not eat the biscuit cause it was soggy, and there was no gravy left. It took me six hours calling to get someone to answer the phone at this Whataburger in Longview on fourth Street. I told the manager and she said yes they are supposed to wrap it and put the gravy in a cup. I told her to please tell whoever made that and gave it to me. She just apologized and never offered to replace my purchase. I will never returned this Whataburger again.
I went through drive through and just got two sodas. They serve sodas with 0 ice so I asked them "Are you out of ice ? She said Yes, sir, with no discount.No nothing and not even tell me in the drive through before they filled the order.
I walked in and Mrs.pat was typing on the Order screen hard with attitude and I went to order just a large cup of ice and she put the cup down and I thought I had to pay for the cup and next words that came out her mouth was to tell me bye with I appreciate I really don’t appreciate that when all I asked was for a cup of ice
HAS ROACHES 🪳 SEE PICS BELOW !!!!!! I used to get biscuits & gravy every morning on my way to work. One morning I placed my order via the app. They had 20mins to have my order ready for pickup. By the time I arrived, there was a long line and my order had no even been started. So I had to leave without my food so I would not be late for work. I later called and requested a refund. The next issue was a lot more severe. Once again I gave them another chance and ordered my biscuits and gravy (in person this time) and left for work when I got it. While eating, I normally stir my food to keep gravy even over the biscuits. Well this time I noticed a spot in the gravy that was dark and thought that “that’s a large piece of pepper?!”. So, I used my fork to pick it out and found that it in fact was NOT pepper but a ROACH!!!! Yes a roach. So after throwing up the contents I had eaten, I called the store and asked for a Mgr. The shift leader explained the Mgr was not in yet. Asked if she’d have them give me a call when they got in. Never returned call. Went into store to show them and Mgr looked at it and tried saying it “looks like something off the grill…” (which still is not good). To which I replied, while enhancing a picture I had taken, “it has legs and an exoskeleton. It’s not off the grill.” They took the food with it inside and said they’d get back to me about it. One week and still nothing has been done about this. They do have an older woman that works drive thru the majority of the time that is exceptional, but she’s the only positive I can give about this store.

Whataburger has always been my favorite burger place. But this location definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. My son and I went inside and looked for a booth to sit in. There wasn't a single booth that was clean. It wasn't very busy at the time we went in either so there was no excuse for the booths to be so dirty. And even if there had just been a rush, no one came out to do any cleaning the entire time we were there. Which was probably about 45 minutes. Half of that was waiting for out food. I paid an extra $2.12 for my son to get an extra chicken strip but the strip was so small I wouldn't have asked for it had I known the size beforehand. I ordered through the app and then went to the counter to let the young lady know we were already there. She acted confused like she didn't understand why I was telling her I had just placed an order on the app. I repeated myself twice more and then she finally asked what our drinks were. That's when I asked for the extra chicken strip. I had wanted ranch dressing with the strips but I was told I'd have to pay extra. I was surprised at this given the fact that everywhere else offers free ranch. It took forever to get our food. People came and went while we still waited. Finally it comes out and my burger was not only cold but the top bun was hard as a rock. But I know better than to ask to have it remade. So I didn't say anything about it. Before leaving I used the restroom which pretty much fit in with the theme of being unclean. Feces on the wall, toilette and floor. The toilet paper dispenser half hanging on the wall. Sinks were dirty too. If I had had my phone with me in the there i would've taken pictures. I was so disgusted I was ready to just get out asap. I came back from the bathroom and saw an employee sitting in a booth with a laptop in front of him, I assume he might have been some sort of manager. He seemed to be watching me like a hawk. Made my son and I very uncomfortable the way he was staring at us. Like we didn't belong there. Overall it was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Whataburger. Bad enough I won't be going back there for sure. And probably will skip over the rest for awhile.
I waited in line for 26 minutes. Didn’t get what I ordered at all and then when I told them it was messed up they were mad that I wanted it fixed… get it together
I was at the Whataburger on 4th Street at the drive-thru window I use a free reward so I assumed my burger that I ordered was free until the cashier said $0.66 cents realizing she is charging me for the cheese that I had ordered on my burger so I proceeded to give her the $0.66 and she ran to the back while putting the money in her pocket instead of putting it in the cash register considering that was the amount that I owed it took more than 20 minutes for me to receive just one Burger but when I finally received it I had asked for my change the lady tried to act stupid and pretend that she didn't know how much change I gave her so she gave me back $0.25 and I told her that was wrong and I was supposed to get back $0.04 she still acting stupid so I told her to just keep the money the moral of the story if my food was supposed to be free regardless if I had cheese on it or not she made up a price so I can pay something and put the money in her back pocket and not the register if she stealing from customers she was still from the company I will not be back to this Whataburger location anymore
Hello, weary traveler, welcome. Please, come and rest by the fire with me and listen to my tale of woe and misery from when I visited this Whataburger recently. Twas just passed sunset, not a twinkle of a star in the young night sky. Driving around the establishment I found that it seemed slow, few patrons inside the building, a mere 2 carriage ahead in the drive through. Upon pulling up to the order speaker I was greeted with the expected "Welcome to your hometown Whataburger" and placed my order; a Large #13 with a sweet tea and a cup of gravy. Given how quick I was prompted to order, I expected a quick read back of my meal, but alas, I sat in silence for almost 2 minutes, a voice crackling through air not with a readback or a kind asking of if I would like more. Nay, all that was uttered was a cold "What else?" Taken aback by the response I simply said that was all and was told to pull forward, no readback of the order or total given. The 2 cars were ahead of me almost 20 minutes. Halfway through the first car pulled off, and the black SUV in front of me seemed to be riddled with the same issues I had. I watched money pass hand to hand, drinks thrown to and fro, and after a long wait she was finally handed her food and drove away. I pulled up to the window, my cash ready in hand, when I was greeted by the 20 something cashier just throwing it back in the drivethrough, singing and dancing to an song unknown to me. I watched her do so for just over a minute when she finally took my money and walked away from the register for another two minutes. When she returned she gave me my change and drink. I was frustrated, as you could imagine, and didn't notice the size of the drink, I did notice that there was almost no ice in the cup. After taking a sip I came realized that ice does in fact melt when given the time, and my sweet tea was really slighly sweetened water. I waited a few more minutes and finally my food arrives. I asked her, "Excuse me ma'am, but my drink seems to be watered down. Could I possibly get a new one?" She looked at me and said "I can't take that." "What?" I responded, confused about the response, but before I could clarify she offered to throw the beverage away and make another. She did so swiftly and I pulled away, with not a receipt but instead a kitchen ticket. I checked my food and realized that it was all medium, and as I did not want to carry the cross that was going through the drivethrough, I parked and walked in. The building had 1 man at the counter who was ordering. He ordered his food and gave a coupon. The employee took the coupon to the back and returned with a pitcher and a gravy package. Utilizing hot water out of the coffee maker, she ignored the man for over 5 minutes while making gravy at the front counter. The man asked very loudly "What's happening?" and she responded saying "I need to put in the coupon." Finally, she asked for help, and my savior, my knight in orange and black armor arrived; a manager with a dry erase nametag marked "Alexis". Alexis approached the counter and had the employee clarify what she needed. Upon hearing it was a coupon she asked "You don't know how to put in a coupon? It tells you right there," and she pointed at the instructions on the screen. One awkward silence later and Alexis asked the employee to "Go back to the kitchen". Alexis cashed out the man and finally got to me. Kitchen ticket in hand, I was prepared to pay for the meal, but Alexis, the angel that she is, had other plans. I repeated the order, and Alexis, noticing the ticket in my hand asked very kindly, "Are you ordering that again?" I told her, "I ordered a large but got a medium". She looked at me, then the paper, then the screen, back to the paper, to the screen, then back to me and uttered the most glorious words I'd heard since I arrived. "You can just have it." I offered to pay but she turned down the cash. I took my cup, got my meal in 5 minutes, and was offered apologies by Alexis for the wait. Let this be a lesson for you; Don't eat at this Whataburger unless Alexis guarding it.
I dont like leaving bad reviews but however I have been to this place twice and received the same type of service both times with issue with their fryer and everything coming out the fryer so dark and you can taste old grease. I spoke with the Manager and she was very sweet and willing to correct the issue. Thank you!
Waited 14 minutes for order to be taken then another 12 for two drinks and never got the grilled cheese. Saw an employee wrapping her extremely long ponytail up by food prep then finally asked for my drinks when a lady came to window. Told her forget the grilled cheese because I knew it wasn't coming tossed five dollars at her and she said take it don't throw things at me. Can’t rate the food because I never got it. I have never done this in my life but this was awful. WTH???? Whoever owns this Whataburger you need to step up things. 7 employees and 8 cars in car line no one getting service and they saw the cars
We waited 44 minutes in the drive thru for 3 taquitos and a biscuit sandwich. They asked for our order 3 different times and still got the order wrong after 44 minutes of waiting. My hisband requested a refund and the manager, Chris, attempted to argue with him. Apparently this is how this location operates every day because everyone I've spoken to says the same thing. Long waits, wrong orders, and poor service. Wataburger deserves better than this representation.
what are y’all doing at night time? 530 am on a sunday I order ahead 5 min before I get there! when I get there nobody even has meat down ??? this location is so terrible
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We waited for like 30 min and food didn't not come out fresh. William (Slim) Matthew was absolutely trash with customers service and rude. One point entire crew was fighting out loud while customers waiting in the lobby.
How the hell do you have an app that you can order ahead with but yet manage to lose my order? Even worse, after I told and showed you my order, it still took almost 15 minutes to be made. Several people walked in after me and ordered at the counter and all of them got their food first. Ridiculous. For what's its worth, it was a BOB and a Taquito. That's it! How hard is it to make two items.
All around terrible. Went to get breakfast at 10:38 AM and they stop serving at 11 was told they stopped breakfast witch is a lie and then I ordered a meal and paid and the woman brought me just a sandwich and then walks away and when I tell her I had a meal she proceeded to shake her head and walk away I will not be returning to this whataburger anymore bad service all around
I always get horrible customer service at 5am when headed to work. My order is never correct and I never get the exact thing I ordered. Do better! And to the lady at the window with the blue trainer shirt on please have better customer service.
I often meet my mother for lunch because she works on this side of town. I've never been able to sit down and enjoy a meal with her here because they always get my order wrong. Last time they put tomatoes on my sandwich which I'm highly allergic to even after I told them. This time I asked fir chicken sandwich with no tomatoes and mayonnaise. I asked for large onion rings and large drink. I noticed immediately on receipt that order was wrong and told them. They still brought medium fries which I have never ordered here. They also put sauce instead of mayonnaise. They made us pay an extra 5 dollars instead up the upsize price for onion rings. Then manager tried to make me take my meal to go because they screwed up my order and didn't appreciate being called out on it.I will not be back here.
If I could, I'd give a 0 (Zero)- Stars. Between the hours of 6.A.M. -11 A.M., the Fourth St. location has the VERY WORST Horrible Service. I stopped by the drive- thru this morning. Waited in line forever just to place my order. I ordered a plain gravy ONLY, I told them I'd pull to the other lane. Because I didn't want to have to wait 2 hours just to get a side order of plain gravy. Which usually cost $.90 (last week it was) and I thought that was overpriced, now it cost $1.40 for less than 2 oz of Gravy. It's Ridiculous and Pathetic the way they are to their customers here. guess they can just charge whatever they want when you order. They have Horrible Management at the 4th St. location in the mornings. Pictures of Extremely Small included, and compared to a regular sized Alcohol Pad.
