When I need a quick meal, thr crunchy tacos never fails, tacos are well served un like the competing resturants. The cinnamon chips treat are a must too.

My Lord just recently moved here from California so was looking for an new fast food taco place. Let me tell you friends I am physically disturbed by how AMAZING this place is. How in the hell in a free country of Capitalism can junk like taco bell, taco bueno and del taco exist when there is food of this quality competing. Just wow I'd eat that taco lite they have of a public bathroom floor it was incredible and don't even get me started on that enchilada. Just WOW !!!!

It's a Taco Casa, need I say more? Always fresh and full of delight! They keep this place pretty clean and I've never had a burrito make a pre-emptive strike. If you need a Casa fix, this is the place!

Out of all the taco casas I've been too this one in Roanoke is hands down the best! The flavor is always on point and they always fill their tacos and burritos all the way up!! Y'all are the real MVP's!! 🤩🤩

The assistant manager was so very nice to us. I believe his name was Tifton. He made sure we had everything we needed and the store was very clean.

Their food is great. I love their sweet tea. I think it's one of the best places around to get sweet tea. I also like be the amount of cheese they put on everything.

I visited your Roanoke location a few days ago And was pleasantly greeted and welcomed in with a friendly smile by a young lady at the front register. I have to say that is rare these days. I think she said her name was Renee.

Great food, large portions, super nice staff, good Dr. Pepper. A little more expensive, but there's a lot of food for the money. My recommendation over all other "Taco ____" places.

Taco Casa was busy for Taco Tuesday, that's what we were there for and drive through. The timing was great as the staff worked hard to get everyone through, quickly. The order was perfect! Thank you everyone for your hard work and efficiency! The food was great!

This food is so good, however it is not nearly as good as the customer service, especially from the one worker named Andrew Fincham, he was just about the cutest man I have ever seen, when he asked for my order I just about blushed. When I had looked into his eyes I could feel my heart racing never have I met a man who worked the counter with such lovely intent in his voice. I unfortunately haven't been able to go back to this specific location, because I am to scared to see him; every time I think about him I start feeling something I've never felt before something so exotic and erotic.

Honestly the tacos have a lot of meat and cheese and are always crunchy. They have limited ingredients but what they have is good. The tortillas are always good and never dry or tough.

There was only two staff members but maybe that's all they needed. I did not find them to be any slower or less hospital so I definitely think they were the right two employees to have there. They were definitely top notch and we thoroughly enjoyed our food and experience

Such a friendly and caring staff at this Roanoke location!! They’re great about making exceptions to order such as leaving the toppings off the nachos (per my sons request) and the food always taste great!! Clean restaurant inside as well. Very impressed!

This is another go to, basic simple tacos and burritos, etc. But they taste so good! Of course not like going to a sit down Mexican restaurant, but this beats Taco Bell hands down!! So much better! And very reasonably priced as well. $1 large sweet teas!

Best fast food chain of tacos! I grew up eating tacos at Taco Bell and taco Bueno. When I would get a taco I would ask for no lettuce. That meant that there was a shell with a small amount of meat and a pinch of cheese. Not with taco Casa! There itemization is incredible. They spared no expense to make sure each taco is full and enjoyable. I have gone to many locations all over Texas and it is always the same. Their burritos are equally as awesome as their tacos. Also, taco salad’s, Chilada, other items… Are all great. I have never gotten home and open the bag and feel disappointed. I promise you if you order 10 burritos for another taco place and 10 burritos from taco Casa... The taco Casa bag will be three times heavier. Also they always have sweet tea for $.99 for a large. It’s a place to get great food for small amount of money where you get super full on less menu items.

So I know this is a chain restaurant but I've never really been here but twice. This is kind of like a Taco Bell but with less menu options (even though I'm aware they sent a copy and paste everything at Taco Bell) the flavor profile is a little different. One thing I will say is that you will never ever complain about lack of toppings. They truly pile it on! Both times I went to hear there were toppings upon toppings. The second time I went I got a super tostada. You know, that flat corn tortilla with some stuff on it. I could not get my mouth from the bottom to the top of the toppings and my mouth is kind of large.

I read through all these reviews and I see that many of the people that are giving negative reviews are griping about things that are done for a reason. (Super nachos come separate for to go orders to keep chips crispy and not soggy. One says that the fajita meat was no good, when Taco Casa does not sell fajita meat, but rather ground beef which is pictured on most items and the ingredients are listed.) Health code requires gloves in Roanoke and this is not something that is neglected to be done as city health inspectors come through as well as corporate quality reviews are done frequently. Find me a kitchen where people are cooking fresh food where they are not a little sweaty. Stoves and friars produce heat! Imagine that! Incorrect orders happen as they do at every restaurant I have ever eaten at. Due to this being a beginner job for a lot of the crew, this happens, which is why it helps to do a quick check before leaving, as my entire family does. All in all, the food and staff are a cut Above the rest. Especially when you compare it to the garbage that they sell at Taco Bell or Bueno.

My husband grew up eating here. He introduced us, so when we are in town or in the vacinity of a location we have to stop for him to get his spicy bean burritos. The menu is small but what they offer is delicious. I bounce between the taco salad and the super nachos when we go.

My food was fresh and both the man that took my order and the woman that gave me my food were smiling and friendly! I’d drive out of my way to come to this location!

Decently priced tacos. Regular and super, with the super being bigger. Nachos, burritos, and a chili burger are some other options. Service was very quick when I visited. My food was ready before I even finished paying. Drink refills available, but you have to go to the counter. It is not evident you can get refills which is why I mention it here.

The tacos are delicious but the shells were so thin, it Disintegrated in my hand after the first bite. I had to eat the rest cupped in my hand in pieces. Very disappointing

Good Mex fast food. If you like Taco Bueno you will love Taco Casa. Their portions are larger and the cheese seems a lot fresher. No added toppings unless requested. Usually get a Bean Burrito Spicy (green chili sauce). Soft Taco and large drink for under $5.

Prices go up and portions go down, the last couple of weeks when I order the $5 chilada, I get half of one. When I asked about it, they said corporate has been in setting new regulations. This thing use to fill these trays and now it's less than half the size.

We popped in for a quick dinner. I had the super nachos bowl and couldn't finish it, partially because the bottom is all soggy which is a shame. There was a lot of cheese and meat, no complaint there. I suggest an additional load of jalapenos.

I want to say that one of the only reasons I come to the Roanoke location is because of 1 lady. Her name is Renee. She is what made the experience great. And now she is gone. Service is good and quick. Whenever this place first opened they used to put a nice amount of beef in their tacos. Along with the cheese. The original store in Gainesville Texas was always known for putting a nice amount of cheese and meat in their tacos. It was really cheesy to say the least LOL but this one here in Roanoke it's like it's starting to get more like Taco Bell. Just a little bit of meat and a little bit of cheese and more lettuce than before. Disappointed in the Taco Casa here in Roanoke. Will probably try to pick up Taco Casa from other areas when I'm traveling around. I'd rather make my own tacos at home. Or go to Chick-fil-A instead.

The super burritos weren't filled up that much... It was about the size of the bean burrito..... Also there was no sour cream in them. Not sure if I will be back.

I am not overly impressed with this fast food chain. The menu is limited and service was average. If i have a choice, i would go to other mexican fast food restaurants over this one. I will say that the burrito was huge but had very little meat and was packed full of bland beans.

Taco Casa is a perfectly decent fast food restaurant. If you want something quick and easy, than this is the place for you. But if you want to eat good, quality food, I wouldn't recommend. Customer service was nice, although understaffed. The nachos are almost just like what you would get at a highschool concession stand, but the tacos were greasy and lacked depth or flavor, but the beans were solid.

The line was a-m-a-z-i-n-g-l-y slow. This not where you want to go for "fast" food. Very frustrating. Too long for a bean burrito which was disgusting with way too much sauce. 🤢

Ordered an order of Super Nachos and asked to substitute the chips for the salad bowl. Went thru 2 managers request, said no problem. I got home with the container of meat, beans, and cheese dropped into the box and no salad bowl to break up and eat with the mix. Called and recorder on. Live 20 min away, so couldn't go back to show them. Asked for a return call. 6.40 is alot of money for a small amount of beans, cheese and meat. Very nice employees but didn't check order before they gave it to me !! Very disappointed, but I should have double checked it myself.

First time at this new location ordered a super burrito with no olives. Get home to enjoy my tasty burrito and it’s full of olives! I ordered it with no olives, she called it back with no olives, when I went to pay at the drive-through window she called it out as no olives!

Just moved to Argyle from Ft.Worth and been to your location 3 times now but I don't know if whomever owns this particular store are manage it but the original Taco Casa's that I know of in these area are from Ft.worth and to make long story short your guys tacos etc. Does not compare there's not nearly the amount of meat are cheese on your tacos etc felt like i ordered from Tacos Bell

Just another place that used to be cheap/affordable and is now a ripoff. Prices go up, up and away. Makes the food taste much more gross than it used to.

They left out part of my order a couple of weeks ago. We live 45 minutes from this restaurant. I called and left a message about the missing items with the receipt number and the time that I had gone through the drive-through. Nobody bothered to call me back and when I asked for the missing items today we were getting other things I was grilled about who I talk to when was it clearly they were not going to make it right. No apology like I’m so sorry we missed that item; I’ll take card if it right away. Instead I have a person look at me as if I’m trying to get a three dollar item for free. Where is the customer service? Actually where is the quality of service?

My chips were stale. I shouldn't have to open my food and take a bite before driving off to ensure it's not stale, but that's what I'll have to start doing. The lady at the window was very pleasant.

We use to drive 20 minutes to go here, but their portions are like value menu size the last several visits. The portion no longer matches the price of an item. I will drive down the rode and get Taco Bell for half the price.

Took over 20 minutes to get two tacos and an order of cheese nachos. The cook spilt the cheese on his hand and spent so much time trying to scrape it off on the boat ...then he forgot to put sour cream on the taco lites so he grabbed the toppings, peeled them back and tried to stuff the cream underneath. So unprofessional in a food invironment. Had I not been on lunch,...I would have asked for my money back. Ended up being later 15 minutes for work.

The tacos are great and love the food. But will not come to this location again. The taco casa where we live you can get either hard taco or soft 12 for 15.99 and you can even mix it up. But at this location it is only hard taco. We could not do the 12 soft taco for 15.99 we were charge 22.68 for 12 tacos. Ridiculous

Cashier lied about change I gave them, didn’t give me receipt & stole my change! Will not return to this location, if I committed theft they would’ve called the authorities stay away!!!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a combination burrito and 3 meat burritos. Got home to find 4 bean burritos. I tried to call them to tell them so that they would have my order ready when I returned, but all I got was an answering machine. I drove back, went over my order 4 times with the employee, got home....no combination burrito. Taco Casa is pretty pricey for what it is, and this restaurant is slooow. On the plus side, the restaurant is very clean and the employees are friendly, just not very bright.

Ordered nachos got a box full of stale chips with cheese poured all over. Asked if I wanted the cheese on the side answered yes.

Make sure you don't dine here when it's bring your kids to work day. First I asked for a lot of hot sauce and was asked how many. I replied I don't know a handful. So 10. Sure I said. When I got to the window and had my order repeated back to me the items that had no tomatoes requested instead had extra tomatoes. Then my order somehow was given to another customer. Mind you this was the drive thru and dining isn't open. So they make my order again. I start to pull off and see there's no hot sauce. I didn't want to hold up the line that was already backed up so I pulled to the front and walked up and asked for some. The girl handed me 5. I just left shaking my head. But it gets better. As I'm writing this review I go to open my nachos and guess what. Chips only no toppings at all. Terrible experience. Wish I could take stars away.

Ordered 5 combo burritos. Got home and found 5 giant bean burritos. No meat, no cheese, and no spicy sauce. I feel like they had to do this purposely. How do expect 15 dollars an hour. This taco casa used to be pretty good. Not anymore. So disappointing. I think this comes from management. Maybe they can't afford meat, cheese and sauce. They owe me at least half of my money back.

Gross they don't seem to wash their hands. Or change their gloves. The lady wipes down the table and didn't wash her hands. Gross looking employees all of them. They are touching their face masks with the gloves on and then go fix your food. Very gross. The lady had the chemical cleaning solution in her hands placing my order. I would give zero stars if I could! We ordered food and got home to realize there was food missing. After calling to let them know, they argued with us accusing us of lying, yes the manager. I told them to check the cameras and they lied about not having cameras. I cursed them out and hung up.15mins later, I received a call from the so called manager telling me she's sorry and we could come pick up our food because they realized we were right after they checked the cameras they supposedly didn't have. This is not how you keep business. At least not our business!

Not my favorite location, but will pop in occasionally for convenience. They tend to always mess up orders. This last time I ordered a Burrito Supreme and it was missing all the toppings. It just had beans, meat, cheese and sauce...no tomatoes, no lettuce, no olives or sour cream.

Everything was going well until I went to get a drink refill. One of the ladies on the food prep line came up and got my drink cup. She was wearing gloves which was fine. Gave me my refill then went back to making the customer's orders with the same gloves. I'll bet she would've changed her gloves if she had been preparing her on food.

Went to the Roanoke location today and I had found an old taco buck in my car. Walked inside and placed my order and went to pay and handed the taco buck to the employee along with my credit card. Oh no, we can’t take this she said. When I asked why, they said it was from another location. I informed them that their address was on the card. Then they changed the story to the GM at the other Taxo Casa doesn’t work there anymore. I’m not sure how this affects me using the Taco buck but apparently it does. I told them that it should still be good. My order a while back was messed up and they gave me this in compensation and your address is on the card and there is no expiration date. This infuriated one of the workers, Michael. He immediately threw his hands up in the air and yelled “just give it to him then,” and walked to the back. This was so childish, all I was doing was asking them to honor a $1 coupon, their own coupon! At that time I asked to speak to the manager and spoke to Shannon. She said she could not accept the coupon or she would be fired. I asked her if they would rather lose a customer over a dollar or honor their own coupon? She didn’t answer. Just kept saying she could not take it. So after this and the guy Michael, that had stormed off over their coupon, I asked for the owners phone number or email. Shannon said it was against company policy to give that out. She refused to give me any other information. Really said because I come here 2-3 times a week and love their food, but I cannot forget how I was treated today. Too much competition to treat customers that way.

This location never ever ever has half gallon or gallon jugs to fulfill gallon orders of tea. Last week I came through and brought my own containers because I know how this store operates. They gladly took them and filled them up. Today I go by and the little girl on the mic says we can’t feel other containers. Even though one of the containers I brought is actually taco casa container. So just so I understand it correctly… You never have the stock to fill your own containers but won’t fill outside containers?!?! Make it makes sense! Has everybody lost their damn minds??? Everybody just gets by doing the bare minimum… I am so over mediocrity
