Prices go up and portions go down, the last couple of weeks when I order the $5 chilada, I get half of one. When I asked about it, they said corporate has been in setting new regulations. This thing use to fill these trays and now it's less than half the size.

We popped in for a quick dinner. I had the super nachos bowl and couldn't finish it, partially because the bottom is all soggy which is a shame. There was a lot of cheese and meat, no complaint there. I suggest an additional load of jalapenos.

Portion sizes are going down and the prices are going up. I don't mind a slight cost increase but do so while keeping the quality and quantity the same. No one wants to pay more for less.

Taco Casa is a perfectly decent fast food restaurant. If you want something quick and easy, than this is the place for you. But if you want to eat good, quality food, I wouldn't recommend. Customer service was nice, although understaffed. The nachos are almost just like what you would get at a highschool concession stand, but the tacos were greasy and lacked depth or flavor, but the beans were solid.

We use to drive 20 minutes to go here, but their portions are like value menu size the last several visits. The portion no longer matches the price of an item. I will drive down the rode and get Taco Bell for half the price.

My friend picked up food in the since through and the punk kid working the drive through dropped her food on the ground and then shut the window and laughed about. No effort was made to resolve the situation. Good way to get stomped, honestly.

Waited approximately 15 minutes to be given someone else’s order. When I took the incorrect order back to the restaurant, zero sense of care or urgency to correct their mistake.

This location never ever ever has half gallon or gallon jugs to fulfill gallon orders of tea. Last week I came through and brought my own containers because I know how this store operates. They gladly took them and filled them up. Today I go by and the little girl on the mic says we can’t feel other containers. Even though one of the containers I brought is actually taco casa container. So just so I understand it correctly… You never have the stock to fill your own containers but won’t fill outside containers?!?! Make it makes sense! Has everybody lost their damn minds??? Everybody just gets by doing the bare minimum… I am so over mediocrity

I ordered 8 tacos and 3 burritos for my family, cost 30$ ……. I had to wait 30 minutes…….. when the kid came back to give me food I just took the bag and left………… when I got home to feed my family the food we got was absolutely nothing we ordered. And was probably on 10$ worth of food. So we spent 30$ on food, got 10$ worth of stuff we didn’t want
