Food was great. Service was even better. So glad I found a good wing joint near me!

Food was delicious. Bartenders spend more time talking to one another and showing each other things on their phones then they pay attention to customers. They got drink order quickly but then never came back. I had to raise my hand multiple times to get their attention and I heard one customer ask for his ticket and the bartender responded…I heard you the first time but if she hadn’t been talking to the other workers about non work related issues he wouldn’t have had to ask twice. I will not be returning because of staff not food or drinks. Sad

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was amazing! The food came out in a good time and it was so delicious. The atmosphere was so inviting and friendly I will definitely go back. Also the bartender , Ryan, was so gregarious and added to the overall experience.

This is the best bar by far in Roanoke, Texas the food. The atmosphere are great. I love coming here. Come check it out. You’ll be super happy.

Loved the philly cheesesteak

Visited this burger spot recently and found the overall experience quite balanced. I ordered a double beef burger combo that was quite filling and well-constructed. Both patties were cooked evenly, giving a rich beef flavor with a slight grilled smokiness. The cheese melted nicely between the layers, adding a creamy texture that tied everything together. The vegetables tasted fresh and added a light crunch. Fries were crispy, golden, and served hot right after preparation. The staff managed the order efficiently, and everything arrived in good timing. The restaurant environment was clean, moderately quiet, and comfortable enough to sit and enjoy the meal without distraction. Overall, it felt like a reliable place for a proper burger experience.

If you haven’t checked out The Goat Tavern yet, you’re missing out. The food is amazing, the service is on point, and the place is always super clean. Definitely the best spots to grab a drink and hang out in Roanoke.

This place is SO great! Drew was our server and he knocked it out of the park. Chicken Caesar wrap was delish, some the fried pickles, and everything is such a good price!

I was skeptical at first but when I sat the host was very nice cool fun vibe the food was great!

The menu is nicely varied. I tried the Gyro salad and it was fantastic. I will be coming back to try more menu items.

Chicken Parmesan sandwich is so good and the fries are cooked perfectly definitely check out this place for lunch or quick dinner

My brother brought me here raving about the burgers and the prices… the bang for the buck. Like a diamond in the rough. He said he could taste love in the food, and let me tell you, I tasted it too. Place is like a good fishing hole you keep a secret

Staff is excellent and all work together which is a big plus. Haley is an all-star bartender and very personable. Will definitely be back again and again. Great job!

Salad was great but wish they made their own ranch. The bottled ranch taste messed up a perfect 10 on the salad. Burgers are great. If they get better ranch I would definitely go back more often. But don't reccomend the salad if you like good ranch.

Came for lunch with a friend. Found out this is owned by the same people that have Sport Tavern in Keller. I go there all the time. Our food and drinks were great. Nice to know I have another sports bar/restaurant to come to in the local area. Good menu and will enjoy coming back for a game. TV's and tables placed well for viewing.

First time at this place! Some of the best eggrolls ever. The (waffle) french fries are amazing. They have $7.99 lunch specials for burgers, sandwiches, and salads which is awesome. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich it was great but I asked for some chipotle ranch to add to it (needed a little extra sauce) - base sandwhich was good and crispy and just spicy enough.

First time to come here and will definitely be coming back! Great food and great service

We used to live in Roanoke (now in Trophy Club), and this used to be a Thai place .Then suddenly boom, The Goat Tavern appeared It’s only been open about a month, and the decor feels a little rushed… and smelled like Pine-Sol had a party in there 😂 BUT the food was good and the service was amazing! P.S. It was karaoke night, and trust me… nobody wants to hear me sing, so we left Hope they stay open!

Hard to say how the food was, we sat there ten minutes waiting for a server and decided to leave when someone who came in after us was served first.

Walked in the front door, no host to seat us... which is understood at a bar. Made eye contact with the bartender as we made our way to the patio to sit down. Two other tables with guests on an otherwise empty patio. We sat at the empty table, no cups, napkins, silver ware etc for well over 10 minutes as multiple waitresses walked outside and help other people while completely ignoring us. Finally we decided to just get up and leave seeing as we weren't going to get service anyways. Do yourself a favor, and find somewhere else to spend your money.. unless you enjoy being ignored.
