If you don't like the dress code then buy the place and let in all the bums you want to. What's wrong with having a dress code? Or you can down the road to a crack house where they don't care what you are wearing!!
Great atmosphere and incredible service. Even with such a large clientele for St Patrick's day our bartender Sarah I think her name was , extremely attentive
Great place. Was there for my niece's 21st Bday, they treated her great. Bar staff knows thier stuff and can handle big crowds. Its very clean, staff is great, and not expensive.
First time in Rochester and liked this bar. It's a beautiful wooden bar that wraps around the room. I would check out this whole area of Rochester if you're in town.
Great location and service but the customer service was a little spotty. I was in town for a week on business and frequent the establishment. I would diffently go back again probably much later of the day my visit were mostly mid day
This is one of my few travelled place but, I can tell you that they have great food and the atmosphere is very comfortable I would eat here more often if I had the time.
Good beer selection, good food, beautiful bar. I like the atmosphere but I generally go during off hours when it's not busy.
Didn't really soend much time here but the atmosphere and ambiance here is what I fell in love with. Just has that old rustic old-timey feel to it. Would definitely like to revisit here and edit this review in the future, given the chance. Recommend a visit here.
The server was very friendly and kind. The food was delicious! We are planning on going back. We've also recommended it to our friends.
Such a fun place! Q was a great bartender, the food and drinks were awesome, and I enjoyed the atmosphere.
Great any night of the week. Just a good vibe. Great staff. If Jill is working she is asking!!
Great food. Service was very polite and quick. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends.
Nice local Irish Pub. Good selection of drinks and the food is pretty decent. It's a nice place to hang out to watch sports or chat with the locals. Conveniently located near the Courtyard Marriott.
A fine Irish Pub where maybe your best intentions will be thwarted. However, your wish for a well poured Guinness and a decent meal will be fulfilled. The location on East Street proved to have many chances for bar hopping and people watching. Enjoy a pour on the patio, too, while you are enjoying the establishment.
Last time I came here I got drunk with my best friend and made a one-night-friendship with the owner's son that bartends, lol. I also made friends with the best security guard there, Ramos! We love Ramos. Drinks are great, service is fun and speedy. We love Muph's!
Nice Irish Pub with hudge windows opened when the tempature is good outside! The staff is friendly, the beer is good and the atmosphere great! I was able to taste few beers before to order them. The food was good, but it's a pub, so... it's not high gastronomy, but it's perfect for a lunch (burger, panini, etc.).
Enjoyable atmosphere. Delicious apps. Great drink options. Decent pricing. Nice on the weekends. Like the music. I’ve had some great times at Murphy’s!
Used to regularly come here, great place to hang out and watch sports. Even on nights they only have one bartender they still do a great job managing the crowd
I went here after seeing a gig at Anthology for a few pints while waiting for an early morning bus. Good selection of beers on tap and the bartender Dif is a great dude and knew each type of beer really well.
Had a great time in Murphy's Law in Canandaigua last night. Good food, excellent beer selection, nice vibe, and "Spencer" took great car of us. My only complaint is an easy one to fix - you're sound system is messed up....it's all treble, and really wears on your ears. Someone with minimal knowledge just needs to take a look and make an adjustment.
Travelling from Canada, popped in around 2pm or something on a Friday to see if my card was working or not (I used my Canadian debit in the states before but had issues earlier that day) while they tried my card, a wasted old guest with one red eye turns to me and asked me if I’m from China? Korea? Nam? (I’m filipino) I work in nightlife so I’m used to drunk dbags. The bartender (black guy) and a girl who I think was on break (pink hair) both jumped in to tell this guy he’s weird and rude and I appreciated that. Was directed to the atm, I took some cash out instead, I walked back in just to say thanks for helping me figure out the issue with my card and for being cool and the girl offered to buy my a beer. I was headed to something otherwise I woulda stayed and drank a bit, and if I did I’d of paid for it since I just took cash out but again it was just a really nice welcome to the city. Also as I was going in a family was coming out and they all said the food was good, so I guess the food is good too
Great Irish bar. Drinks are strong and the prices are fair. The service was also top notch for us, even when the house was packed. We will definitely be back. -02/2023
Great old school Irish pub with friendly staff and good patronage. Very hard to get a proper Guinness outside of Ireland. The tap here puts out a good Guinness
I had fun. They have a great selection of drinks, beer (looks like about 26 taps, and lots more cans and bottles) and liquor. The bartender is super chill, really friendly and so are the other customers. There's a good intimate sitting up top and in the back, the music is not that intrusive and it's in a really nice part of the city. If you're visiting Rochester or you live here this is a really good place to go to sit down and enjoy a drink.
Good mix on a Saturday night. It's more of a bar than a restaurant. Fast service, friendly staff. Not too pricy.
Well priced drinks and cool atmosphere to get drinks with friends. FYI $5 cover fee. Music was a little hit or miss but overall good experience.
Fun Bar for both happy hour and late nights. But a couple of the bar tenders can be over protective. Had the same bar tender ID me 4 times in one night...
First visit to Rochester, this was down road from hotel. Apps were good, only one bartender and it got busy, so slow to get served that night. Decent place.
Good food and drinks, but don't even bother on Friday or Saturday nights unless you like extremely crowded bars.... A little brotastic, but friendly wait staff and good provisions, especially for happy hour
Many here complain about the service, we got a decent one. Guiness was poured appropriately. Food is a bar food, matches expectations.
Wings are awesome. I highly recommend this place. I couldn't give a five-star rating just because there is zero parking.
We stopped in on New Year's eve. The service was scattered but adequate. The food was what one would expect from a bar. Generous portions but nothing particularly special. I'd try it again on a non holiday to see what it was like.
After our first evening at Murphy's, when we waited so long to be served, we ended up spending a few evenings enjoying the place. We didn't meet any locals, but the beers on tap were good and so was the food.
This spot is right across the street from the hotel. The music was good ,the Murphy’s burger was amazing and the fries were even better! The bartender, Q, was cool too.
My friends and I always start our nights out here at Murphy’s. Drinks are good, vibes are fun. They have a second floor bar for when it gets really busy. Occasionally you’ll feel ignored by bartenders but that’s usually when the bar is filled with people on a Saturday night.
Very laid back atmosphere my first visit few years back. Very nice to know that the business is still up and running. Had no clue that food was served at the time. I've done my research and might try a few items off the menu when I return soon.
This is a great bar to hang out in no matter what your reason for going. Catch a game, grabbing drinks after work, Friday night out, etc. The staff is friendly, there are TVs all the way around the bar, they have a great beer selection as well. My only complaint is the food. They just recently significantly decreased their food menu and I feel like it's lower quality than it should be. For example: last Wednesday I was there and ordered poutine (fries with gravy and cheese curds) and they served me fries covered in gravy and sprinkled with grated cheese, rather than the curds. And IMO the curds are the best/most important part. The least they could have done is let me know they had no cheese curds and given me the opportunity to get something else. My BF has gotten their burgers a few times and he said they are either over done or have a plastic-y taste. Long story short...awesome place to grab drinks and hang out, not so great for food.
Great bar to stop in before seeing a show at Anthology. Even better if you're staying at the Courtyard across the street. Can't give 5 stars because I asked the bartender if she could make me a "Snakebite" which she replied "Yes", but then presented me with a hard cider sans Guinness. I literally could have just told her how to make it if she didn't know? But overall, it's a great pub that we intend to visit often on our trips to Rochester.
Never really went here besides on a Saturday night, so here is a review based solely on that. Saturday's are very hectic in this place. Like stuffed to the brim and still more are coming in. Best to head in front the hours 10-11pm if you dont want to feel like a sardine. Great music to listen to, and they do serve food if you manage to sit down at a table. Dont expect very fast service though if the place is jammed pack, the waiters/waitress usually have a hard time seeing anyone once the crowd thickens. Only bad experience I had was with a bartender who was a newbie and didnt know how to mix her drinks well. Besides that, fun place to hang with a group of friends.
Went here for my cousins 21st birthday on a pedal tour and it was a blast! Staff was very friendly and drinks were great. Only downfall was the lack of air conditioning. All the windows were wide open which would be nice on a cooler day but 95 degrees made it a little toasty in there.
The service was excellent and the price of dinner and drinks was inexpensive. My friend enjoyed her soup very much, a tomato basil. The side salads my husband and I had were a good size. We all ordered the Shepherds Pie and while still tasty, it was not the recipe we are used to which has more of a brown gravy. This had a tomato base which as I said was tasty but not nearly as good as a brown gravy!
Security on busy nights is no joke. Thank you for keeping people safe
Been here a few times. Always decent beer selection and decent service. Disappointed to see food services was gone except for a few finger food items. Bartender was nice to recommend food choices nearby. Lots of TV's for sports.
This place is always packed on Friday and Saturday nights. I really enjoy that there tends to be a younger crowd. I've been here a few times and I can say the experience is never the same. Some nights, the music was so loud you needed ear plugs to hear anything. Other nights are pretty chill here. Theres two bar tenders that are really good at watching and working the bar but the others tend to forget there's two sides to the bar and the back side or far end of the bar tends to get ignored. The food here is amazing and honestly I'll probably be back to try some other stuff from the menu. Not all the bar tenders know about the Angel shot. New Years eve, a woman came running up to the bar and the bar tender didn't understand after she tried several times to explain. My friends and I ended up taking care of her. There's always cops parked outside the bar. I actually really appreciate this. There is a balcony here but it's never really open. There is enough seating and they have darts and games in the front corner. And of course, I can't express enough to how much we love Reggie. Reggie is such a key player in keeping the peace and keeping up a good vibe in the bar.
This is a great hangout. We stopped in on a Friday for a few drinks and a quick snack. The bartenders were attentive most of the time and the atmosphere was awesome. It was a nice night and the windows on East Ave were swung open to let everyone enjoy the random music as they walked by, and they did, it made for a great people watching event. We ordered a plate of fries and chicken quesadilla to share. The fries here are awesome and the quesadilla was ok, nothing special, but still good. One big mistake the bartender made was no utensils were given to us, we had to use our fingers to put sour cream on our side plates, she didn't check back in with us to see if we needed anything until we were finished. She was at the end of the bar speaking to a coworker with her back to us, and I had to take away a star for that.
Good selection of beer and drinks, smaller selection on food, but overall nice place to relax. Can get loud in the summer, since it's located at a busy intersection.
Murphys offers it all to whatever Bar goer is out there. Just make sure you're there at the right time. Young/college age people will love spending their nights here. For the older crowd looking for a relaxed drink stop in earlier for a drink, darts or food
old school joint with a lot of miles, and it shows. Service was excellent and we enjoyed our drinks.
Its an ok bar. Very packed, average drinks, encountered some racist clientele this past weekend tho. Some lady told my black friend "move out of my way monkey!" which is not a fault of the bar but it does give you an idea of the kind of people you might encounter there.
It was pretty good. Staff was friendly, food was ok, nothing special, but good. Portion size is good, not so huge that you can't eat it and not so small as to still be hungry. Prices are a little high, but they are in the East end area, so everything is a little higher.
No hats allowed in. The bouncers here always seem overly aggressive. They give people a hard time for the randomness of reasons. The bar staff inside is great and timely with getting service around.
This place is fine for a drink but nothing special. The menu has only a couple of Irish offerings, but I guess that is par for the course in the United States. What they do have isn't bad, although perhaps a touch over priced.
It's a great space to go drink in. The bar is beautiful. The front windows open up on a nice day. It's full of Bros. And there is a dress code for guys. I understand trying to have a clientele that isn't dangerous, but ... How would my flip flops make me dangerous. Every time I go there part of me dies inside. But I still go.
Only thing I would say I didn’t like is when I asked to make a song request I was told they only could play set stations before 9pm. They were playing country music. I wanted to request a country song. But it felt as if she assumed I wanted to request a hip hop song …
Murphy's Law is a nice City Pub. And has an open format and is spacious. The service was very good concerning the drinks. This was my first stop there and I can't speak to the food because I did not order food. I plan to visit again to see what happens later on in the evenings there. It's an attractive bar with a friendly staff and a great place to stop for a drink after work.
Wasn't a big fan being a customer. We walked into the establishment and it wasn't really that busy. But we sat down at the bar and another group came in behind us and was served before us. Another group came in after the group behind us and was served by the other bartender that was there. We waited about 5 minutes before the bartender came over to us after both of those groups had been served. I normally don't complain unless I have to but I've been behind a bar and I know how it can be and how busy it can get but I mean come on. The drinks were made perfectly I have no complaints about that. But as for the service the bartenders should be a lilttle more aware of the customers that come in. I get it they have regulars that come in. But at least make it known that u notice or make eye contact with them.
A good place to go if you want to watch a game without the crowd of people. Service was fast and the games were on for football Sunday. We had a few draft beers and they all tasted weird. Walked back to the bathroom and passed the kitchen. It was extremely dirty and looked pretty unsanitary… but it’s a pub. Grab a drink, watch a game, go on your way.
I've been here twice before drink were ok kind of watered down.. Music was ok also, didn't taste the food I was actually going to last night but I was denyed access because I was not following "dress code" apparently I was showing too much skin (never heard this at a bar) first time I ever experienced something like this I am a voluptuous women and I have no problem showing my curves, so I kindly exited the line I honestly didn't think it was a big deal but apparently there is a strict dress code when your showing skin and you don't weight 80lbs and wear a size 00 😊
Farthest thing from an Irish pub as you can get. Personally, this isn't my kind of atmosphere and I've had bad experiences here. Years ago, the guy at the door let the women I was with in and told me I needed another form of ID to get in other than my NY State driver's license. I gave him my SS card to collaborate my name. He continued to give me a hard time until I was angry enough to pull out my dog tags. He apologized and let me in after. I shouldn't have to convince a place to accept my business.
I truly don't understand the appeal of this establishment. Security is rude, the music is boring, and it's ALWAYS overcrowded. I miss the good bars that Rochester used to have.
They couldn't figure out a Tom Collins so I asked for a gin and tonic and they messed that up too... They can pour beer and they have TV's with sports on and food. So a star for each of those. Edit: I removed a star because I asked for a gin and tonic again to check and they still gave me a gin and Sprite.
The local watering hole for your typical college dude bro. Security takes themselves way too seriously. If you want to have a good night do not go on Friday or Saturday nights... or at all really.
We were here a couple of years ago and the awesome food made up for not so great service. Today we found a greatly reduced menu and equally bad service. Won't come a third time.
Last time I was here the bartender completely ignored my friends and I. After 15 minutes of no drink we left and walked to wall street. Then I went again and the same thing happened to us, but this time she looked right at us and walked to the other side of the bar. Then I heard her yell a co-worker, I'm cut so I'm leaving. After 10 minutes we do finally got a drink.
Bar a great. Prices are to be expected but the female bartender has an attitude. They make ordering a drink feel like I've burdened her. Slammed my drink on the bar spilling some over the top. Maybe it's just the one but made me not wanna get another drink.
Great place to go from 11pm to 2am Thursday through Saturday for drinks. Although if you want food stay away. My buddy and I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and a burger. The buffalo chicken was a 4 out 10. The chicken was burnt and I'm pretty sure that's impossible to do with chicken. The burger came with bread and meat. We requested onions but none came on the $12 burger. Also you would think a burger of this stature would come with lettuce and tomato nope. Murphys stick to drinks. We just ate to eat
Used to love Murphy’s until the bouncer started kicking me out bc I’m friends with a girl he had relations with and not because I personally did anything wrong. Super frustrating.
The wings were great. Service was great two nights in a row until the shift change the second night in which the female brunette bar tender sat staring at her phone for 15 min with out asking if I wanted anything. No idea of her name as she didnt even introduce herself to customers. I walked across the street and spent my money there.
Visited with a large group- female bartender served myself and another person in the group REGULAR coke instead of diet. This caused both of us to experience blood sugar issues since we are diabetic . They need to be attentive to what they are serving. Sometimes people ask for diet for a health issue not to cut calories. I gave 2 stars because the tall, male bartender (didnt catch his name) did attempt to make it right and seemed to legitimately care about my concern.
This is not an Irish Pub. It took them 15 minutes to pour me a drink after asking what I wanted. Guinness was poured like a regular beer and served in a regular glass. I was 1 of 8 people in this establishment, sitting at the bar, and it was early in the day. So, it’s not like they ran out of proper Guinness glasses. Also, they do not serve any food that is remotely Irish. Their kitchen is contracted out and they serve paninis, pasta, etc. I was definitely not impressed. If you want a real pub feel with excellent food. Go the Old Toad a block down the street. Service is better and the food is absolutely amazing!
Decent food and drinks, horrible service. Been several times and the bartenders are inattentive and rude. Constantly on their phones and not paying attention to customers. We were given no napkins or plates for our wings, no one asked if we needed anything, and when I asked if there were any hand wipes the bartender responded "feel free to use the hose outside". Plenty of other bars to spend your money instead
My son and his friend were there a couple of weeks ago and after waiting 20 minutes at the bar, the next time the bartender was close, his friend asked him if he could get a drink. The bartender grabbed him by the neck, broke the chain that was around his neck, and threw it on the floor behind him. He would not retrieve the necklace, told him to leave the restaurant. Who does this?? Even worse...we have left 3 messages for owners to discuss something that happened in their establishment. No call back. Wouldn't you want to know if your bartenders were assaulting customers? I guess, only if that kind of thing bothers you. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to frequent in the East End....show them that this behavior is not acceptable by spending your money at places not owned by these people.
Did not feel welcomed waited for server to take my order 15 mins decided to do Grubhub pickup get racist vibes don’t go here if ur black
I decided to visit my native city of Rochester, NY over the 4th of July weekend and went to meet some friends at Murphy's Law. I walk up to the front and the bouncer told me that I can't get in with the pants I had on. They were olive green, Ralph Lauren Cargo Style Joggers and he tells me that they don't allow "army style" pants. I didn't give a fight because it wasn't worth it. My friend and I walk off and when we look inside, among the t shirts, sweats, shorts and sneakers we see a white guy inside with camouflage cargo shorts on...drinking away. Lol. At that moment, I recalled a time in the past when this place discriminated against me on some bull. When I told my friends about it, they explained how this place is known for this. I will never go back there again.
Just stopped here as it’s across the street from my hotel. Terrible service. I waited for about ten minutes then left. No acknowledgement or anything. Clearly racist;I was wondering why everyone turned and looked when I walked in. Don’t waste your money here. Ending up going next door to the pizza spot.
Terrible experience. Rude bartenders , dirty unkept tables even after being “cleaned”. On TOP of it, 2 days after you visit here, they will charge your card for a tip you didn’t agree to pay. They stole more money from me by taking a tip that wasn’t authorized than my nasty $5 drink
I was overcharged on 2 different purchases here, within the same night. My credit card charges were each a few bucks higher than my receipt (including tip) said. Not a big deal.. I called them to sort it out. Every person I talked to was extremely friendly. However, overall, I spoke with 4 different employees (on 4 different occasions), each one of them took down my name and number, and promised they would call me back to figure it out. No one ever called back. It could have been taken care of in 5 minutes, but clearly they don't take their customer service very seriously. Won't be going back.
I would leave zero stars if I could. I brought a group of friends out to this bar and got a table to start the night with some bar food and drinks. We revived no service for near 10 minutes before I had to go to the bar and ask for someone to come get a drink and food order, another 10 minutes and nothing so I walked over to a group of 7 or so employees that I've been watching just hanging out near the front of the bar this entire time and asked if one of them could help us and got dirty looks and was informed that they were switching shifts. (Maybe have one or two people available to serve customers while you engage in you're 30-plus minute employee chill session/shift change) They stood there for another 15 minutes, the leaving shift just chatting with their friends from the incoming night shift. We got up and left with no beer or food. So if you need a place to just sit around thirsty and starving with your friends this is your dream pub. I'm not one to write reviews but after reluctantly returning a few weeks later with a different group and after the piss poor experience this time I have to say something. - - So after hitting a few other bars we ended up at Murphy's Law, there was a decent crowd not nearly packed as any pub (espessially in murphy's location) should be for on a Friday night but certainly full. A girl in our my group had to stand at the bar for 6-7 minutes trying to get drinks, so at that point we nearly had to beg for service from the bartenders that just rush around with stern faces. When we were finally "lucky" enough to be graced with their service they treated us like they were doing us a huge favor. I have met the owner of this bar a few years back as I used to service all of the facilities in the area for my job and it is clear that his staff is just a reflection of himself. I won't go be going back under the current management. They have been 0 for 2 and I don't believe I'll be giving them the opportunity to insult me for a 3rd time.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. your bouncer is a hardo I work for a hotel and recommended this place to everyone now I will tell every person who comes to this hotel that this bar is trash because the lack of respect your bouncer had blows my mind. I will never never spend a cent at this bar and will make it my mission to bring as little business to this bar as possible. Your bouncer needs to keep his hands off your customers.
Spent one hour and fifteen minutes waiting for a table and was seated for fifteen minutes and had no service and decided to leave the establishment. Will never return for dinner but may for drinks. I understand since i have been at both establishments that the profit is in the drinks.
Was first served a bum drink which I then had to wait 10 minutes to get it taken off my tab and get a new drink. Bad start sure, gave them a second chance and ended my bar hopping run here and had another horrible experience. Bar tender was extremely disrespectful for no reason and made me feel so out of place. Never going here agin. Horrible service and terrible attitudes.
Don't go here on Friday and Saturday between 11pm and 1am. Way too overcrowded and lines extend to the next street that seem to never move. Once you're at the front of the line 45 mins later, you get denied entry because you're a big black man with "loose clothing and chains".
Went in for a beer while traveling. Very small beer selection. Beer was piss warm. Bartender told me "So what?" Bouncer was selling cocaine at door which was comical like a bad 80s movie. Stay classy, Rochester!
Always bad service, and the staff is rude! The lack of follow up on these reviews shows that management does not really care, and it is clearly apparent in the way the bar is run if you go. Also their dress code is a great way to turn away customers, whether they're dressed like that or not. Will not be supporting this bar.
The service at this bar is as bad as it gets. We got more attention from the bar backs then the bartenders. The bar-backs were apologetic to the lack of service. The person next to us was checking on his food order and kept getting brushed off. After about four attempts of laughing it off, he was visibly upset and raised his voice at a bartender. She called security and tossed him out. I approached security after we left and explained the customer wasn't in the wrong and that their service was horrible and he told me to rate it online so here I am. If I could score it a negative, I would. I promise you this, I will NEVER be back
Over the summer they refused to let us in after a shooting had just occurred to wait for an Uber without paying the cover. We tried to use the atm and it was broken. 🤦🏼♀️ we told them this and had to wait outside on the corner while the police were searching for the suspect.
My girlfriend and I sat down at the bar, the place was barely more than empty, but the bartender walked by us at least twice and never so much as looked at us. We waited for 5-7 minutes before leaving unserved. I had drank there before; it was okay, and I do like the visuals of the place, but from now on I'll take my business elsewhere.
I got there around 7pm 15 ppl maybe at the bar, didnt even get greeted for 20 mins. Now i wouldnt complain usually but the bar tender that night just kept talking to the same couple non stop. Finally around 740 she came to take our food order. I said after i get my food i wanted a dessert. Didnt recieve my food till about 820 not bad i thought, But everything was cold like it had been sitting out for a while. 830 i said i wanted to get a dessert and need the menu again to see. Never brought me a menu actually got one from otherside of bar. Never came back until kitchen was closed. Also the overpouring really killed all of the cocktails if i wanted a flavored shot i would have asked for one. Would not recommend to anyone unless your tryna get trashed.
This place is comical. I am new to the area and heard about this popular bar. I came here and was denied access due to my attire. I had on a collard shirt, black pants with subtle rips (not showing skin at all), and casual shoes. After this ordeal, I was surprised to see the bouncer let two guys in with wrinkled white t-shirts and BASKETBALL SHORTS (keep in mind, white tees go against their dress code policy). I waited around and started to see that this was a "pick and choose" ordeal. Three ladies went in with ripped jeans. Another guy went in with a rip in one leg. I went back to say, "you are letting other people in whose attire goes against your ‘dress policy’." His response was "our rules are our rules". I hate to pull this card, but I do feel like there is some discrimination tied with making the “who is allowed to enter” decision because it clearly isn’t a dress code thing.
This place is hot garbage. These losers act like you should be grateful for being allowed to step on their sticky floors, drink their poorly mixed drinks and use their bathroom that was last cleaned 10 years ago. Bottom of the barrel establishment in this city.
No where near an “Irish pub” been a few years but the decline in that of east ave has turned me off completely and I’m in my 30s now .
Waited so long to get serves and the bartender didn’t know how to make my drink and horrible service
My husband and I wanted to try this place because it looked very nice. We went in and sat at the bar. We waited 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged us. We had 2 bar tenders look over and see us but never greeted us. A couple came in a few minutes later and they were immediately served. My husband and I got up and left. Upon getting up nobody said a word to us. We felt invisible. Won’t be going there again.
I work for a small brewery and they refused to give back our keg after it was empty. When I showed up in person to get it back, they wouldn't let me in the basement to retrieve it even after offering to repay the $30 deposit out of my own pocket. I ended up having to call the police to settle the dispute, at which point they had me trespassed by the police.
I went here after enjoying a nice dinner with my extended family. Much to my chagrin my adult daughter told me that the bartender "flipped" her off. When I asked the bartender if he actually did this, he smiled and said that he was "kidding". I couldn't believe that a man would flip off a young adult female and actually admit it thinking that this is "cute". I told him in no uncertain terms that showing double middle fingers to a woman is disrespectful. I can't believe that we paid to be so treated with such disrespect. Needless to say, I'll spend my time and money somewhere else where my family and I will not be blatantly treated so rudely. Definitely take your dignity and bypass this place.
The service was terrible… I had to keep asking to get my drink refilled despite them asking everyone around me if they were ready for another drink. I ordered chicken tenders and fries the fries were delicious but my chicken tenders were undercooked. I let the bartender know that they were under Cook and she looked at me crazy and said I’ll put another order in for you. I decided to leave so I asked to cash out and She slapped my receipt and card back on the bar table. I spent $25 on under cooked food in rude service. She did have them re-make my food but I left it right there because her attitude it was disgusting. I will not be going back.
