Went here for even meal on our second day in Rome. The waiter was so charming and sweet, very chilled and relaxed. Made ous feel very welcome, nothing was an issue and there was no rush. We had a pizza, which was nothing like we get in England and whilst it didn't look the best it was very tasty. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and food.

Stopped here for lunch, we ordered the litre of beer, pizza and creme caramel. The pizza was excellent and the beer went down nicely. The creme caramel was nice but very sweet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They also gave us a free lemoncello before we left. Highly recommend.

My brother found this place just walking around and I met him here, and the food was great. The service was great. I had zero issues. I ordered the pesto pasta and it was great. Everyone else was happy with their pizzas and pasta. The best thing was the outside seating on the sidewalk.

Mimo our server was so helpful and nice! The service was impeccable and you can tell he truly loves his job. We ordered, pasta pomodorro, a cheese tray, formaggi pizza, and a chicken Caesar salad. The Caesar salad was one of the best I’ve ever had. Just located outside of the Vatican the atmosphere is so cute and quaint and the fans keep the outdoor area cool in the summer heat. Definitely recommend stopping in!

Been in Italy 5 days and this place has the best pizza sauce I’ve tasted so far. Sweetest sauce and thinnest crust. I’d definitely recommend eating here. A pizza to share, bowl of chips (crisps), a beer and a Spritz was €35.50. Bargain I think.

After a long day of going around and exploring, we decided to give this restaurant a try and so glad we did! Not only we got awesome service from Kareem, but we got tasty food and delicious drinks and dessert! They offer both inside and covered outside seating. We sat outside and were comfortable with the heaters and Kareem even got us a blanky for mom to stay warm! Such a nice gesture. Kareem was nice, friendly, attentive and more than happy to answer any questions about the menu. He made our dining experience awesome and we do thank him! Our entrees were tasty, fresh and made to order. From our pizzas, salad, lasagna, campari spritzes and tiramisu, everything was delicious! A great find around the vatican for sure!

Very pleasant stay. Really nice staff, you can order something from the menu but we chose to get a custom pizza and fresh homemade pasta. The prices are reasonable around 10-12€ for pizza or pasta. The food was delicious and protions were big. You’ll also get a free homemade bread before your meal. On top of that we got free glasses of prosseco for moving our table cause they had to make another table for eight persons. No to forget one waiter spoke our language - which is rare!

Fire food Cristiano is so sexy pasta was ever SEXIER I definitely recommend coming here. The staff was so nice. I hope to come back.

We tried spaghetti carbonara and lasagna. Both of them were very good. Good ambience as well but a bit pricey. A bit touristic place.

In una zona tranquilla vicino a San Pietro, abbiamo mangiato una buona carbonara ed una buonissima amatriciana! Personale simpatico e disponibile, peccato per il carciofo alla romana scarso e gli spritz a 12€.

Ho portato la mia famiglia a cena dopo la visita al Vaticano. Posto turistico ma con qualche asso nella manica. Leggendo le recensioni ho visto che alcuni si sono trovati male. Devo dire che siamo state fortunate. Taglionino con tartufo estivo, Tonarello cacio e pepe, pizza e i straccetti di manzo da dividere più le bibite. In totale 78. Servizio veloce, sveglio e gentile. Il cibo era buono e i straccetti buonissimi, condimento ottimo.

Locale tutto sommato carino, con tavoli anche all’esterno, servizio molto buono, rapido ed efficace. Cibo buono, a pochi passi dal Vaticano. Qualità prezzo anch’essi buoni. Piccole accortezze potrebbero essere migliorate, ma tutto sommato un ristorante in cui tornare.

Ci siamo fermati casualmente in questo locale per prenderci una cosa calda e ci siamo trovati molto bene.. Cameriere super disponibile e simpatico, ci ha fatto accomodare ai tavoli interni senza farci pagare il supplemento del servizio al tavolo.. All’interno di questo bar c’e’ anche un tabacchi dove poter comprare le sigarette e giocare al superenalotto..

pizzas were okay, €2.50 charge per person which wasn’t displayed clearly anywhere, and also €5 for a small coke. Huge argument between the staff and another customer unfolded in the seating area, in-front of everyone, about the bill, which wasn’t very pleasant. The woman seating everyone was lovely, however everyone else was too busy arguing or slamming around in anger.

This is a nice little vibey stop on your way to the Vatican. Nice outside tables and friendly staff. The service is quick and a good atmosphere. But the food really isn’t great. Maybe just have a drink. The Aperol spritz was divine!

We chose this place because it looked cool even though it was pricier than nearby restaurants, but we left disappointed. The waiter was friendly but very busy, so everything took a long time. The restroom was poorly maintained, with no soap and broken fixtures. The pizza was fine but nothing special and worth the higher price, and in the end we were surprised by an extra service charge per person.

Is near Vatican City and of course is for tourist . Price a little on the high side with a EUR2.5 cover charge which really not sure what’s that for if you actually spending on food n drinks. Portion a bit small but nice ambience n seating area overall but warming : broken chipped plates

accoglienza sgarbata e cibo sufficiente. Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante poiché vicini ai musei vaticani durante una vacanza con amici. All’ingresso un cameriere (spero non il proprietario) ci ha accolti cercando di convincerci a prendere posto attraverso lodi al locale, ma soprattutto false promesse (es. ci aveva detto che avremmo potuto ordinare una pizza a 8€ attraverso prenotazione con theFork, per poi scoprire che il ristorante non era associato all’app). Ovviamente siamo venuti a conoscenza di ció solo una volta seduti. Noi abbiamo ordinato alcuni piatti di pasta alla carbonara e pizze. Queste ultime non somigliavano minimamente a quelle delle foto online e alcune sono arrivate o bruciate o crude. Entrambe le pizze sono state rimandate in cucina poiché immangiabili ed una di queste è stata sostituita con una carbonara. Le paste invece si sono rivelate abbastanza buone. Tengo inoltre a precisare che in un bicchiere, in una pizza e persino nel porta ghiaccio per il vino abbiamo trovato dei peli. Parte del personale si è rivelato disponibile per esempio rifacendo le pizze e cambiando due di esse in un piatto di pasta, ma l’uomo all’ingresso è stato opprimente e irrispettoso attraverso false lusinghe. concludo dicendo che prima di assumere il personale bisognerebbe accertarsi che sappia atteggiarsi con i clienti e con le persone in generale.

🙅🏻‍♀️ WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 👎🏼 First off, I’ll start by saying the Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli was very tasty and I did enjoy it thoroughly. Unfortunately, that’s where the compliments end. As you can see from the Pizza, it was flat and lifeless. In comparison to the pizzas you can get here in Rome, this one was a big bummer. But the salad was the absolute worst. As you can see from the pictures, they obviously don’t take much care as we had large chunks of the lettuce core as well as majority of the lettuce leaves being brown. The cucumbers tasted like they hated been sprayed with something awful and essentially both salads were left untouched. If you’re visiting Rome and looking for a place to eat, keep walking past this one 👎🏼

Mi fermo qui con la mia ragazza dopo essere uscito dai musei vaticani, decidendo di provare. Ordiniamo un antipasto di salumi e formaggi, da dividere in due, e come primi una carbonara e una amatriciana. L'antipasto per due persone è composto da due fette di salumi ciascuno (crudo, mortadella, capocollo, salame) e tre tipi di formaggi. La qualità dei salumi non era granché, la mortadella e il crudo sembravano vecchiotti; i formaggi invece erano davvero buoni. A metà antipasto arrivano i primi perché lo chef ha così deciso, quindi per non far raffreddare la pasta iniziamo a mangiare. La carbonara era piena di uovo e il guanciale non era molto cotto, la amatriciana invece era una pasta al pomodoro con del guanciale buttato li per caso, inoltre era piena di olio. In totale paghiamo 47€ con due bottiglie di acqua da mezzo litro ognuno e quando pago con 50€ non torna indietro alcun resto. Capisco che roma sia una città costosa e che se si va in ristoranti vicini alle principali attrazioni si paga principalmente la comodità di essere vicino al luogo visitato, ma il dover pagare un prezzo elevato per servizio e pietanze pessime davvero non lo accetto. Non lo consiglio.

Ci hanno portato questo tagliere per 3 persone. Quindi un aperitivo con questo tagliere per 3 persone per 30 euro. Alla mia richiesta 'come facciamo a dividere UNA pizzetta in 3?' Il cameriere mi ha risposto 'non lo so non le faccio io.' Mi ha portato altre due pizzette. La stessa domanda volevo poi porgliela per UN PEZZO di frittata, UNA TORTINA di pasta sfoglia e tutti gli altri prodotti dove era presente solo un pezzo. Non fatevi fregare i soldi andate altrove.

We went in because we were misled by the bouncer. Before sitting down, we asked if it was possible to eat toast and sandwiches, and we were told yes. Once seated, they were not on the menu and the place only served pastries, pizza, and plated appetizers. We ended up ordering two supplì that were completely poor quality—industrial, bland, and ordinary—and two terrible crostoni as well, all in extremely small portions. The food quality is more than mediocre and does not come anywhere close to authentic Italian products or cuisine. The price was outrageous for what we got: €50 for two people without having practically eaten anything! Absolutely not recommended — this is an outright scam. ——— Siamo entrati in quanto tratti in inganno dal buttafuori. Abbiamo chiesto prima di sederci se era possibile mangiare toast e tramezzini e ci è stato detto di sì, una volta seduti non erano nella carta e il locale serviva solo paste, pizza e antipasti al piatto. Abbiamo optato per 2 supplì totalmente scadenti, industriali e dozzinali e per 2 crostoni pessimi anche questi e tutto in porzioni ridottissime. La qualità del cibo è più che dozzinale e non si avvicina minimamente ai prodotti e alla cucina italiana. Il proprietario fin da subito era scontroso e continuava a contraddirsi da solo. La mia pizza era surgelata piena di olio e inmangiabile tagliata completamente a caso e si quando prendevi una fetta si spezzava un mio amico ha preso una pizza carbonizzata e fredda non chiedetemi come. Tutto inmangiabile personale pessimo. E mancavano tavoli lunghi ne abbiamo dovuti unire 5 per 12 persone. Non tornerei mai piú.

Bitter coffee. A waiter took away my menu without asking whether I wanted food or not; spoke to me rudely. I hesitated over whether to order a meal. The vibes were off, so I left to find another restaurant. I felt ripped off. I paid €5 for a coffee but was charged €2.50 for service. Ridiculous. The bathrooms were also unsanitary.

We stopped here after visiting the Vatican for a quick drink. We asked if it was okay to sit just for drinks and the host said yes and seated us. When the waitress arrived, the host explained in Italian that it was only for drinks, and her reaction was extremely rude. She scoffed, repeated “just drinks” with an eye roll, and walked away. When she eventually returned to take our order, the drinks arrived without any care. My limoncello spritz did not even have a simple lemon slice, and unlike most places in Rome, no aperitivo or small snacks were served with the drinks. The atmosphere felt negative and unwelcoming from start to finish. Rome has so many wonderful and friendly spots to enjoy a drink. This is not one of them. Avoid it.

Avoid like the plague! Walked right into this tourist trap. We were tired and looking for a place right next to this one and walked into this one thinking it was the same as the one we were looking for. Ordered a cacio e pepe and one of their speciality pastas. When I say store bought dried pasta tastes better than theirs, it's an understatement. The cacio e pepe was so dense rubbery and chewy, I hated every bite. By the end of the bowl there was a big pool of oil, that I'm 100% sure wasn't olive oil. Even the other one, which was a red sauce pasta that I forgot the name of was below average at best. Regretted taking a seat there the second I took a bite. You have been warned!
