The team they have working now is super. The workers are polite and quick. They make sure they have plenty of spicy chicken everything. The dinning room is a lot cleaner. The food is good and the orders have been correct ordering inside and in drive thru. Good job!

The best as usual. Real crunchy crispy fried chicken 🍗 never ever disappoints. I'm not a big fan of Popeye's. Love the assortment of sides. Popeye's doesn't have fried okra. Peach 🍑 tea, delicious. Very happy 😁.

I love this Church's! Staff is always on point with their service and the way they cook their food! I have never had a bad experience here! My favorites are the chicken strips, mac and cheese, and their signature mashed potatoes! Can't wrong with some really good chicken!

One of the cleanest and friendliest Church's I've ever been in. The wait staff was friendly, helpful and very polite. The food was mostly made to order, which was awesome as it was all fresh and hot. The tables were clean and there wasn't any trash on the floors. Will definitely be back.

Was there to pick up lunch, it was busy, but there were 4 ladies there. It was impressive the way the handled it. All of there multitasking without loosing the cool or the attention to the customers. Place was cleaned and food tasty as usual. My respect to those girls.

Always get the big family meals with the 3 sides and 2 ½ gallon punch. My kids don't care for the biscuits. Too us they seem hard and dry. They always mess up my sides, sometimes not in a bad way. Got Mac and cheese one day instead of the fries I ordered, but my son wasn't as upset as I thought he would be. Really love the sweet potato casserole they just added. Only giving 4 stars cause sometimes my sides are wrong but other than that if my kids eat it I'm a happy mom especially when I'm coming home to tired to cook. My kids prefer this over $5 pizzas any day

I normally use the drive thru with fast food so no real grasp on the atmosphere. The food was fresh and ready promptly. I always order the three piece mixed with peppers and an apple pie . I don't like the spicy chicken as much as the original with jalapeño peppers. I can't explain it , but it just works . I like to dip my biscuit in my mashed potatoes as well. Get a large drink if you go with my suggestion of original chicken and jalapeños. It's the good type of burn !!

We were drive-thru and it was busy. Our order was taken promptly and accurately. They were low on chicken, so3 of us (customers) had to park and wait. It didn't take long before all of us had our food. The only thing forgotten was my small drink. Hiubs decided he wanted to get a jalapeño so he got my drink at the same time.

The food was delicious. The only reason I am unable to give this location a 5 star review is sheerly due to the time I waited in line. It took nearly 30 minutes to reach the intercom. It took another 7 minutes to get our order taken and another 15 minutes for our food to come out. Food quality was good, but at this location prepare to wait a bit. The staff was amazing despite being slammed.

Food has always been good here and service is great. But this day she was salty 😞 attitude. Didn't give me the food I had ordered, telling me I can't get this if I get this but it was free in my app. But she added it so I left without my free food 😔. This why I go to Kirkwood no problem.

The first time I ate her the food was sooo hot and fresh. The second time it was not as hot and fresh..the first time I went inside. It's not many churches chicken still open... So I'm sure I will go back but I will make sure my food is hot and fresh before leaving.

Food was cold and crunchy like it had been sitting out for a while. Paid 31 dollars for a box of old chicken, "large" cold crunchy fries, old mash potatoes and some of the best damn biscuits in this world. Those biscuits made up for everything.

Food was great, wish I could say that about the manager. She's rude and loud. My husband walked up to her (she was on her cellphone) to ask for a refill and she walked away and told another staff member we needed a refill. While there she locked the door and told the employees that she wasnt to deal with the lobby and made people go through drive-thru. I guess she didn't know her employees name because she kept calling him Wuero (a caucasian male) every time she spoke to him. She threw her hands up at one point and would roll her eyes, unacceptable!! The rest of the staff was nice. She needs to be replaced asap.

I asked for gravy, and one of the Spanish ladies said in Spanish to the other ones just tell her that we have sauce. So I answered in Spanish, and I think she got mad but I got my gravy. 5/10!

Drive thru did not answer do we went inside. Despite the fact that the counter server had a foul attitude, the food was absolutely delicious. Dame ole greasy and mouth watering recipes. YuM

They are much better now that they have new management. I refuse to eat there before. Place looks cleaner. The people are nicer. The food is much more pleasant to consume. Just hope they keep it up.

The chicken was over cooked/fried too hard very dry. Usually it's good chicken but the last two times chicken was dry. I always order original.

Not my cup of tea... just went here with my parents and did not enjoy the time in there. You'll Def smell like oil when you leave lol.

They have a limited menu, but the chicken tenders & biscuit were chewy like they sat under the lamp for a while. The window server/possibly manager, never made facial or verbal contact as I drove up so they are possibly short staffed also.

I hate to say this but every time I go they forget something that I ordered . There was a black lady with glasses didn't catch her name she looks new and she was VERY NICE and when I went back inside her mouth dropped and the lady I talked to was very apologetic so I appreciate that . I will continue to go there BC my husband loves his chicken but you always have to check your bag before leaving. 😢 😢

It smells like sewage when you go in. It puts you off the food, so I left, went back a few days and went through the drive thru, you can smell chicken and sewage through the drive thru window. I still got the food, it was okay... But I'm not going back. The owners really need to invest in a total make over for this restaurant. With this area being built in up and all the other options we have, why still go to this place, it's a dump compared to everything else we got.

Country fried steak mashed potatoes with white gravy I asked for a blueberry cheesecake pie but they gave me some other pie the steak was partially cold it was not the manager's fault but they messed my order up somebody needs to give me a call or text message me this is so sad

The store isn't very clean and they Definitely don't cater to the customer. A young Hispanic lady who I have no doubt is a hard worker, is very matter of fact and gives you whatever the menu says. No alterations at all. I have been to more 20 Church's in my lifetime and I've never had a salesperson tell me that I couldn't adjust my order to all white meat, especially if I'm willing to pay the difference 🤬I wish I could call the corporate office to make a complaint .

The chicken was supposed to be all original, but they mixed in some spicy pieces which were WAY too spicy. The food was served hot which was good, but the mistake with the chicken makes me loathe to go back (I'm super sensitive to spice.) The young man who assisted us didn't seem to know the menu well, nor the computer system. We had a hard time placing the order. And the table we sat at while we waited for our food to be ready wasn't attached at the base on the floor and was wobbly along with a whole general disheveled appearance within the restaurant, it seemed really dirty and not well cared for. All in all I don't know if I'll be returning to this location.

Ordered 5-piece leg and thigh, 2 side orders ( mash potatoes, gravy on the side, Cole slaw, 2 biscuits). Got home chicken was very dark, looked overcooked, and was not hot. Looked a little burnt to me. Girl forgot gravy. Coleslaw was dry, didn't have much taste. Biscuits were dark, outside very hard, overcooked. Asked for fresh chicken, still a little dark. It was juicy but not their best.

Went after Church through Drive Thru as always since I'm disabled. I got home to eat & Chicken looked like it was cooked early this morning. Please do better with the quality of your Product. I will get out & go inside from now on.

If it were possible to give a Negative Star that is what they would receive. The manager of the restaurant need to be replaced immediately. She was fully staffed and the wait was still 20 mins for small orders due to her POOR Leadership. The restaurant is located in a very diverse area of Rosenberg,TX yet there was no diversity represented in her staff selection. They often spoke to each other only in Spanish when referring to customers standing at the counter. I drove 30 plus miles to purchase dinner for Volunteers helping with clean-up in our area because our local Church's in Wharton was closed due to flooding from the hurricane, but I will NEVER again spend my hard earned money at that location...NEVER!!!!!

Prices on menu not accurate and they added a “add cherry blast $1.00” to every item I ordered. I think that employee is stealing. When someone pays cash they can delete the add cherry after the customer pays and pocket the difference.

Changing from 3 stars to one, I went to pick up some chicken and was completely ignored until I drove past the drive thru only to get stared at. I looped back around and finally got an answer and was told three times that it would be a 30 minute wait (most likely in hopes that I would leave) but I agreed to wait for only 4 minutes, BUT the chicken was inedible. Absolutely horrible, I will never go back to this location. I would highly recommend against this churches chicken.

Hate this place they seem to always have old looking food and the employees are not nice at all. I had some hair in my food and the manager she SAID it was my hair. First of all I had on a head rap and second the hair was long and straight mine isn't so she was saying I was lying but why I drive all the way back for 1 piece of chicken if that was my hair.

If I could I would rate them a negative 100. I have never encountered the worst food and customer service in my life. I paid for my order, checked my order and then requested my money back. I was told no and there's nothing wrong with your food. I refused to take the order back so the asst manager threw it on top of my truck. I hope she loses her job and I was told by the police because they were called that they get reports like this from them all the time. Spend your hard earn money somewhere else. Had about the worst experience, in my life I love churchs but this last time I went was awful. Mashed potatoes were watered down && both batches tasted as of they had been refried for days already,, we added a large macaroni && cheese didn't get it either but after I saw how the mashed potatoes were it was probably a blessing in disguise we didn't get it.

Ordered 16pc spicy mixed chicken. My chicken wasn't spicy and they only gave me leg and thighs. For regular leg and thighs in the app is $20.99 I paid $26.99 for my food to be spicy and to have the rest and wings. This is the 2nd time I been to this place and they screw up my order.

The staff is extremely rude. Waited 20 minutes for two small items and when I asked “ for estimate time” the lady at the window told me to drive back around. The staff was arguing with a customer in front of us and just really disrespectful. Never going back to this place again. The front of the restaurant smells horrible and the inside.

Worst experience ever. The locked the lobby doors before 9:00pm. Then proceeded to allow other customers access to the lobby after forcing me go to the drive thru. I get the window and they tell me 10mins on chicken. I wait for 5 mins then I’m asked to leave the drive thru and wait in the parking lot. They then take over 30 minutes to complete the food for my order and refused to give me the order once it was finished. I had to physically wrestle the order from the manager… Never come to the location 0/10

VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! Either their mics don’t work or they are hard of hearing. Both time I’ve come to this location I’ve had to repeat myself LOUDLY & my order was still wrong on my receipt BOTH times. The manager came to argue with me that she swore I was the one who ordered wrong & then the lady taking order said in Spanish “oh you did hear her correctly?” I totally understand the business but there is no need to argue with a customer because you can’t hear correctly! Update: arrived at home only to find my MIXED tender meal was ALL original & instead of a fillet on my sandwich I received 2, HARD to bite into, tenders. The macaroni was trash, the only thing that could never go wrong is the biscuits. On top of that, I’ve been calling ever since to get the issue resolved and nobody answers.

I would come to this location often since being in the area. I have experienced poor customer service such as repeating complete orders more than twice and order is still wrong. This was a regular occurrence but I did not mind because there was a clear language barrier but my very last experience was both unprofessional and unsanitary. The woman usually working the drive thru in the evening had us pull up to repeat our order, we noticed her arm was bleeding and the crew member wiped the blood off with a dry napkin and proceeded to make our drinks. When we asked her to wash her hands, she proceeded to yell in another language and refused to prepare our order. Another crew member made another set of drinks and prepared our orders, before we left we checked to make sure everything was there. We then realized we did not receive biscuits with either meal we ordered, the crew member explained they ran out of biscuits but did not tell us until we realized our meals were incomplete....

I'm sitting in your drive thru right now and your staff is arguing with my daughter over the fries she never put in our bag. She repeated the order in drive thru right but when we got to the window the messed up the order. They gave us potatoes instead of fries and arguing over the fries she never put in our bag. I placed an order thru the app for this location, paid and received confirmation email. When I arrived at the location. They told me they did not get my order. I should them the email as well as the charge on my bank card with their store number by it. They would not give me my food and stated I don’t need to order on the app. This was crazy to me because I showed them multiple proof that I ordered and paid on this date and time WITH their store information in email. I not be going back and should have listened to my first thought not to place order and going the first place. I’m still waiting for a refund and have emailed for refund as well as on my experience in app and corporate email.

I ordered 8 pieces of fried chicken combo.But when I got home to eat, I only got 7 pieces. The service was terrible, no one spoke to me while I stood there for a few minutes.The first male who spoke to me, told me he needed to drink a lot of water because he was very thirsty and then came back to help me with my order.The food is even more irritating. First, he brought me 3 chicken wings, 2 chicken breasts, and 2 chicken legs, but my combination should not be like this. Never again ...ever. The person taking the order was really rude, didn't even ask what drinks we wanted with the meals we had to ask if they came with it. Didnt ask if we wanted sauce with our tenders. This is after the second time sitting in line cause the speaker didn't even work the first time. When we got to the window she still acted like she didn't want to be there. When we got home my husband didn't even have the right side. The food is actually pretty good but not worth her attitude or ineptness.

I rarely post a review when it's not positive because I feel there is more than enough negativity in the world, but this is one of those times that I'm making an exception. The meal I got today from this Church's location was absolutely awful. The temperature of the macaroni was so cold, it had to have just come out of the refrigerator. I always order dark meat because it is always so juicy, but the chicken thighs and legs I received today were dried out. It's like we were given chicken that had been sitting under the heating lamp for a very long time. The only item that was actually edible from this meal was the potatoes with gravy and that's why I gave 1 star. I've worked in fast food so I know how hectic things can be, but please do better and pay attention to how long that chicken has sat under the lights and make sure you're not giving someone macaroni straight out of the refrigerator.

I remember when they used to give you a biscuit with every meal just out of courteousness. The chicken made me sick and the macaroni was nothing but mush I was very upset and displeased and sick! thanks!! That was the last time I will eat there the time before that was very upsetting as well! I don't get to eat out much and when I do it's a treat and this was no treat it was just a big empty hole in my pocket!

The woman who took my order didn't speak english well and I speak little spanish this is why my orders were wrong. She did not understand what I was asking for. I'm not one to write reviews but I felt like this one was needed they dropped the tongs on the floor for the chicken and I believe if I wasn't looking right at him he would have picked them up and used them. Let’s began with rushed customer service! I ordered 2pc mix thigh & wing (THE WING WAS THE SIZE OF A BABY WINGETTE). Up charged Mac & cheese wasn’t fresh. Biscuit was hard over baked. I was up charged $1.00 for a medium drink THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR. I Immediately reviewed receipt and was refunded my 1.00. It’s not okay to just up charge meals. Please review your receipts from this establishment. In addition to I had to ask for a fork & napkins. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

I ordered the New Smoke 1/2 chicken but it was a hen instead. The pictures speak for themselves. I’ve had buffalo wings bigger than the drumsticks. Their jalapeño was actually bigger than the drumstick. The only good thing that came out was the laughter from the crowd around me. What a shame. They should be embarrassed.

If I could give a zero I would. Health department really needs to take a look at this place. I ordered the 3 piece special and tenders $18. Tenders were hard and dry tasted like super old grease. Okra and biscuits were hard as a rock. 3 piece chicken had no seasoning at all too one bite of each item threw it all away. $18 down drain they will not get a penny more of my money ever in life. I will be putting in a claim to the churches head quarters for a quality check. Times are to hard for paying spending hard earned money to get food like this.
