The restaurant with the best flavor in Sabinas Hidalgo. Definitely. The lemonade is perfect. The Swiss enchiladas are very tasty and filling, the appetizer of flambéed tortillas with their side of beans with roast beef is delicious, the milanesa Tampiqueña is very good, the machacados, the pachucos, and the fried empanadas, the pork roast, are all very tasty, the broths are very tasty, not to mention the Caldo Tlalpeño, the star of the meals at this restaurant, a delight. This restaurant's flavor surpasses that of other local restaurants that pretend to be more upscale and several chain restaurants from out of town. For example, at a VIP's restaurant, the Caldo Tlalpeño at VIP's doesn't even come close to the flavor of the one at Maná. Highly recommended.

It's a restaurant across from the plaza. We enjoyed a delicious roast and a meatloaf with rich mashed potatoes and spaghetti—mmmm, delicious! We also had a Coke with ice. It was 36 degrees Celsius (97 degrees Fahrenheit) with a heat index of 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit), haha! The soda with ice was delicious! The restaurant has air conditioning, which is highly recommended. They also offer ice-cold lemonade with ice, which is also highly recommended.

EVERYTHING IS VERY DELICIOUS, THE COFFEE IS OVER STRENGTH, IT WOULD TASTE BETTER IF IT IS MILD, THE SAUCE FOR THE SCRAMBLED EGGS IS PURE CHILI, THE ORIGINAL COOKED RED SAUCE WOULD BE BETTER WITHOUT CHILI OR WITH VERY LITTLE JUST TO GIVE IT FLAVOR, NOT ALL OF US EAT PURE CHILI, UNIVERSAL SALSAS ARE TOMATO AND WHOEVER WANTS CAN ADD PICO DE GALLO WHICH ALREADY HAS A LOT OF CHILI, THANK YOU SO MUCH! 🙏 I DIDN'T LIKE THE PACHUCOS, THERE IS ANOTHER BETTER RECIPE, PAPADILLO, MASHED POTATOES WITH GROUND BEEF, IT'S MUCH BETTER, THANK YOU!!

It's still a place with no great significance in relation to its food, and in terms of cost-benefit, it's very high for what it offers. What really needs to be said with great fanfare is the waiter service; a personality in that area is what truly stands out!
