Muy buen lugar,limpio, atendido y buen pollo.La hamburguesa de pollo son 2 pedazos de fajita medianita(harina el pan y harina lo de adentro,muy poco pollo),no recomendable para el precio y le falta sabor,mayonesa,queso,antes sí estaba buena,era una pechuga jugosa empanizada.

Es una molestia e incomodidad continua tener que pedir te den comida preparada en el dia. Pues te dan pollo recalentado o bisquets muy duros porque no ser del.dia. muy rico pollo pero cuando hacen eso. Queda uno decepcionada y molesta pues su costo es elevado

6 de enero 2025 hora 5:30 pm no tenian pollo se les habia acabado y no sabian cuando les iban a surtir , solo tenian tiras de pollo , una franquicia importante de pollo y que no tengan pollo 🤣🤣🤣🤣

El pollo algo seco el restaurante es limpio y el ambiente también es agradable pero de pollos prefiero el de Bonanza ese tiene más sabor c:

The fajitas are a bit pricey, and I've ordered them two or three times in a row, and lately they've all been reheated, both the spicy and original ones, whether I'm eating there or getting them delivered. The delivery service sometimes takes a long time; I suppose it's because they're overwhelmed with orders.

En los combos , ya no incluyen los panecitos de miel , ni la ensalada , solo incluye el puré. Y las porciones de pollo son demasiado pequeñas, para el precio que están cobrando. 270 x 8 piezas ,no vale la pena volver a ir.

El sevicio fue muy lento, y el gerente solo veia como estaban trabajando sin ayudar a pesar de que habia mucha gente por ser atendida más los que esperaban. Habia decido comer fajitas, pero al estar pidiendo una señora acudió a mostrador ya que las que le habían entregado a ella estaban en mal estado y el empleado solo las regreso a la charola para servir las a algún cliente más, al ver eso decidí cambiar mi pedido. Posteriormente mi pedido tardo casi 20min en ser entregado y eso porque tuve que pararme a pedirles que lo prepararán.

El pollo está seco y los panecillos duros como rocas se nota que está todo súper recalentado, la verdad está bien feo el pollito, tal vez sea por la hora o el día no lo sé, es jueves por la tarde casi noche y esta súper vacío el lugar y la comida horrible🥺

Terrible customer service. The staff says they don't have time to issue the invoice, even though the receipt clearly states that invoices are issued in-store 😤

We arrived at the restaurant, and it wasn't crowded. We ordered, and it took an hour for our food to arrive. We had to go ask if it was ready. When they delivered it, it was completely cold, as if it had just been assembled and the ingredients never heated. And the worst part is that the burger made me sick 😠😠 I don't recommend it.

Very bad service, bad treatment regarding the staff, they do not attend well, they take a long time and at the registers they do not have what they recommend and they are angry as if I asked for it for free and also they are not people who are trained for that type of business. I do not recommend the one located in Sabinas, Coahuila, it is a terrible service, apart from the drive-thru service, it took a long time, more than 20 minutes waiting for them to serve me, everyone just looking at each other and one marking the glasses with a pen.

I was really annoyed that I only went to order mashed potatoes and salad, and they left me until last to be served. I went up to them and apologized for interrupting, because they were just talking about their personal problems, which everyone waiting for orders could hear. Anyway, the point is, I said, "Excuse me, do you have my order?" and they asked, "What is it?" I said, "Just mashed potatoes and a salad." They said, "Oh, yes, this is the one that's been waiting for a long time because you forgot to give it to me when you made it." That really bothered me because it was something simple that, if they had followed up properly, I would have left a long time ago. It was the poor service that I didn't like.
