Possibly the worst Sonic I've been to. They are constantly understaffed every time I go and have yet to get my order correct.

Gotta be one of the worst run establishments ever. Always low-staffed and incredibly slow. I’ve had multiple employees complain to me, a paying customer, about how awful management is. Orders are consistently long.

SLOW...always painfully slow. This time I ordered ahead via the app. The app said it would be ready at 1:08pm. It was 1:30 when I got my food. I give up, Will never visit this location again.

Ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers, had no bacon on either. Onion rings over cooked couldn't even eat them. Ordered Sprite, only got carbonated water. I love Sonic, but this location was lacking for sure.

I stopped at Sachse Sonic today and all I ordered was a large cherry limeade. That’s it—just one drink. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for it. For something that should have taken only a couple minutes, this was really frustrating. No one ever came by to update me on the delay, and I watched several cars pull in before me, they ended up giving up and driving away before getting their order. By the time my curry limeade finally arrived, I was more annoyed than anything else!! If Sonic can’t get a simple drink order out in a reasonable time, it makes me question coming back. Definitely one of the worst drive-in experiences I’ve had.

Why does it show you are open at 8am if you’re not? I wasted my time and money putting in an order at 8:40 and when I showed up no one was there. So ridiculous. Correct your hours online or have employees that actually show up on time please.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I came here tonight, thinking that they closed at 1am (after looking on google), but it was an honest mistake. Unknowingly, I walked up there and pushed the button and was about to ask *respectfully* if they were closed or not just to confirm. I work in food service so I would never try and be a rude customer, but before I could even open my mouth to ask a simple question, the man VERY RUDELY said “um we’re closed” to which I replied “oh y’all are closed?” and right as I was about to apologize and walk away the man again VERY RUDELY goes “can you not tell?” with a very disrespectful attitude. There was no need for that rudeness and I will be sure to contact the manager/company to report him. Please never eat at this Sonic.

Waited 30 minutes with only a few cars and never took order. In past the service has always been terrible and slow. Go to another sonic.

I waited over 20 minutes for just three small slushes. Meanwhile, people who came after us with full meals got served before we did. I buzzed the stall multiple times — no one responded. Turns out, there was only one person working the drive-thru, handling order taking, pickups, and everything else by himself. On top of that, there was only one cook in the back. That’s overwhelming for them and completely unprofessional for a business. To make it worse, they forgot the mustard on our food. I was trying to make it to KFC before they closed, and this delay completely messed that up. Sonic needs to get it together — this kind of service is unacceptable.

This location is consistently bad. They are always incredibly slow for seemingly no reason. There will be one person running orders on a Saturday afternoon with multiple cars waiting for food. There will be long stretches where no one comes out at all to deliver food despite a bunch of cars in the parking spots. On multiple occasions it has taken over 10 minutes to bring out a single drink that I had pre-ordered on the app. On two occasions the drink tasted very watered down. Their food has also been delivered cold and/or hard after receiving it. I visit two sonic locations in Plano regularly that are SIGNIFICANTLY better than this one. Avoid this location at all costs!!

Food so hard and old‼️‼️ called back and talked to the manager and he asked the employee and the employee yelling in the background that’s their fault I dropped it fresh which was a lie.. also I ordered a side of queso that was so stiff the manager Jeffery said that’s because it was the last.. what a waste of time and money I would like a refund. $15 and I need a store manager or district manger to contact me asap please and thank you

As a new tourist visiting the great city of Sachse I wanted to try a sonic hotdog 🌭 but what I got was something different. Normally I never eat hot dogs like that but I know it’s not supposed to look like someone spilled green slushie on top and I never asked for extra reddish. Sonic has now lost a loyal and trustworthy customer and I will no longer be spending my money here. I will recommand In-N-Out tho down the street it’s amazing . And no I will not file this to your franchise owner because they don’t care about it that much and ur already sitting at 3 stars ☠️

Ordered 2 frito wraps for $5 and large DP. They gave me 2 chili cheese burritos with no fritos and watered down DP. Next time, let the customer know that you don't have the ingredient to make their meal.
