Came to this location fir lunch with a short time to get back to work. I ordered the chicken sandwich with a whole sausage link on the side. Not only did I get my order super quick but the food was really delicious. That chicken sandwich was so big that I could barely put a dent into it lol

Staff is nice and the food is fine, more on the affordable side for a BBQ place. The Wrangler plate is pretty good and filling, chicken tenders are nothing out of the ordinary.

Would have been a 1/5 if manager didn't offer two deserts. Waited for 40 mins for my order d/t mashed potatoes being freshly prepared along with a beef, sausage, rib plate. Tasty food overall. Sausage trumps all three meats.

Went through the drive thru to get my son and I the number 5 extra lean. This is what we got. Bread that looks like it was torn by hand and just thrown together, literally. We didn’t even get the trimmings.

Tenders were not hot and tasted like rubber. Added extra tender was literally a larger tender broken in half and added to the bag to make 4. To top it all off there was no jalapeno, and instead of a roll they gave me slices of one.... I'll give it to 'em service was quick if anything, but that's it.

The service was absolutely horrible. The manager BRITTNEY JONES you are unprofessional and should not be allowed to be a manager or with people. Yelling at your workers in front of customers is the last thing you should do. For your workers to look scared and overwhelmed while they are trying to do their job and you yelling in their ear is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. You deserve to be belittled and yelled at in front of people just as you yell at your workers. This bill millers needs better management and fire Brittney jones. Do better. And as a women you should want other women to succeed not tear them down.

The app timing was off saying that my order would be ready in thirty minutes. It was ready and getting cold when I got there in about fifteen minutes. It was cold by the time I got it after waiting for another ten minutes before being acknowledged by staff. I ordered a three piece dark; I got three legs. Two legs and a thigh is standard. The quality at this location went down.

Bill Miller's let me down again. I ordered four tacos and this is what I got. By the time I got to work and opened up the bag it was too far to go back and I had to clock in. What is going on with BILL MILLERS quality?

We had a group of people staying across the street at the Best Western.. stood at the counter over 10 minutes, couldn’t get anyone to wait on me for our Togo order. Finally realized that maybe the 4 couples eating at the buffet were able to pay this months bills.. I walked out quite, but being retired from food and beverage, made me see how people just don’t have good customer service any longer. Will never try eating at Bill Millers BBQ

Worst Bill Miller’s at San Antonio College location!! 😑 I was born and raised in San Antonio, so I don’t say this lightly. This location has been consistently disappointing — from wrong orders to being told to “please wait” in the drive-thru, only to end up leaving with someone else’s food. Today was the final straw. I got there at 10:50 AM and didn’t leave until 11:20 AM — and that was after I had to get out of my car just to figure out what was going on. No updates. No urgency. And zero consideration for people trying to grab breakfast before heading into the office. To top it off, I didn’t even get my food or my refund — something was wrong with that too. I left with nothing. I spoke to the store manager over the phone, who kindly promised to fix this next time — and I appreciate that — but honestly, three bad experiences is more than enough. This location needs major improvement. No one should have to wait forever, get out of their car, speak to multiple managers, and still leave hungry and empty-handed. Completely defeats the point of stopping.

Worst location I have ever been to, I waited over 15 minutes for 3 tacos, then when I finally got them the tortillas were raw and not cooked all the way through. Sent back and still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous.

Service was really good but the food was really bad, everything tasted old… the food seemed like it was pre made and re heated, I couldn’t finish the meal, and it made me sick… the “salsa bar” was not even clean, I wasn’t able to try that salsas… i’d rather pay a little more but to go to a place with greater quality
