I love to come here and enjoy my cup of coffee with an Italian cup under a olive tree. Since going dairy and gluten free I still have lots of milk options here and gluten yummy pastries.

Otto is so helpful and cheerful! His customer service is on point! The draft lattes are excellent as well as the baked goods here! I definitely recommend this coffee shop!

This was my last stop before leaving San Diego. I'm glad we stopped here for some caffeine. Although it was hard to find because we were unfamiliar with the area it was worth it. I got a regular iced black brew and it was honestly one of the best coffees I've ever had. It was so good I felt it touch my soul. It was very strong and it did its job. I also packed some coffee so I can try at home. I wish I would've gotten more 😪 Also with excellent coffee came excellent customer service. The gentlemen there were so kind and helpful. This coffee stop is a must.

We love this brand of coffee and get the cold brew fridge box delivered to our house monthly, so we were excited to go to an actual location. This is the only cafe in San Diego. The other four locations are in Los Angeles. The line is usually long but it moves rather quickly. There's no place inside to drink your coffee, think Dutch Bros, where you order and take it to go. I didn't try the pastries because that's not what they're known for. The coffee was excellent, smooth and delicious as the cans or boxed cold brew. I wish there was another location closer to me, but maybe this is a good thing there's not. This place can be difficult for people to find if they're not familiar with the area. It's at the Westfield Mall.

I always stop here when I arrive to the UTC mall. I good spot for a quality coffee. The staff is always friendly and th coffee is really good. Sometimes the line can be a pain, but overall, I like this place. Great for working remote as well with plenty of free wi-fi spots.

Delicious coffee in the beautifully designed place. Great milk alternatives, including oat milk from Oatly. Very friendly staff and vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cookie worth dying for. 😉

La colombe coffee roasters is a great place to spend time and talk with your friends and family. For the kids i would suggest the peppermint cardamom and for the adults i would suggest the golden turmeric because my mom really likes it and if you are more of a coffee guy my dad says that the espresso is really good. Let me start off my saying that if you’ve avoided trying this place because you don’t like their canned coffees…I understand, but don’t. The poison in those cans is 100% different from what you can get here at the physical locations. The oat milk draft latte has a texture unlike anything that has ever graced my palate, to say it’s “smooth” is a total understatement. My only complaint here would be that La Colombe needs to offer larger sizes. Because it’s a draft coffee, its about 30% air when you get it. By the time I walked down to the parking garage and got in my car, it looked like someone had guzzled a third of my drink already. For coffee lovers, it would be great if that could be addressed so we’d actually get a decent amount of coffee for the cost.

No lines or crowds like other coffee shops. Courteous and friendly staff. Convenient location in UTC mall with beautiful surroundings and ample outdoor seating. First added photo is La Colombe and second photo is the view and seating as you exit.

Colombe has become my favorite coffee place I have visited. Their drinks are delicious and there is a good variety of what you can get. Their half tan drinks are my favorite, with a strong coffee flavor while being light and smooth. The chai is also good but not too spicy. The food is my only issue with Colombe. It tends to taste good but is often stale and there have been times when there are gnats in the display case. The service is also great. It can be a long wait because they have a lot of customers but the quality and the kindness of the baristas makes it worth it. I like that they also have free water available with cups and wifi.

Got a cold brew with almond milk and chocolate, and my friend got an iced tea. Both were good, service was quick and friendly. Good spot to grab coffee if you’re walking around the utc mall!

I’ve been getting coffee here since they originally opened at UTC. Really delicious coffee but pretty ‘meh’ service. I come here for the coffee alone- DEF not to be treated like a customer. Haha. If you make the mistake of trying to converse with any of the employees beyond telling them your order and giving payment, prepare to be ignored or treated like an inconvenience. So, if you enter with a very low (or nonexistent) bar for customer service/appreciation, you’re not likely to leave offended. Like I said- I only come for the coffee (because it’s the best at UTC in my opinion)- not the service. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The coffee is good. Service leaves a lot of room for improvement. We asked the baristas to wipe off one of the tables around the coffee shop but she said that is not a service they provide. We had to clean the table ourselves....

Experience overall was just okay. Customer service wasn't great. What was wild though is the amount of coffee you get with a draft latte, it's practically all foam. I asked the baristas about it and they said that's how it was supposed to be...this picture is how much coffee actually came in the cup after the foam disintegrated (before I took a sip).
