This crew is WONDERFUL!!! Always friendly and they keep up on the food with prompt service. The drive thru moves at a good pace, so normally not stuck in a long line. COVID-19 rules are observed 👍

It was pretty good. They had the honey sesame chicken back, so I was happy. I got that and the Beijing beef. I loved the Szechuan chicken, but they do not have that amore. So I usually will get sweet fire chicken.

Great food, we love the family meal. Always ask for terriaki sauce. Just because you order terriaki chicken, doesn't mean they will give you the sauce. You have to ask for it.

My girlfriend and I love Panda Express. She introduced me to it a few years back but she's been eating in their restaurants for many years and in 3 different states. This particular location has a drive-through which is pretty unique to our area and we've always kinda assumed that this feature would detract from the quality, or at very least the customer service. NOT SO! There is another Panda Express in our area, and we will never eat there again. Not because they're lacking in any way that is notable, but because this location seems to perform above and beyond the expected. Nobody stops moving, however, they keep smiling. The food is incredibly fresh, and the tables and floor are amazingly clean. To say I was impressed wouldn't do this restaurant justice.

Over the years panda express portion sizes have shrunk smaller and smaller. If it was the same with the prices it wouldn't be so bad. However, last time I was totally disappointed, two bowls, large drinks and a couple egg rolls. The bowls didn't even have a full scoop of rice and the one scoop of beef and broccoli I received had , no exaggeration two small pieces of meat in it. The passion fruit unsweetened tea is wonderful.

I want to give a shout out to the manager Jazmin and her crew for doing an incredible job under challenging circumstances. Their drive through was packed her counter was at capacity and the entire crew was polite, unfazed and working diligently. As a customer I truly appreciated their hard work.

It's like IN & OUT, you know you're after a familiar flavor, and it's already constant, the only thing I have to say is the cream cheese Rangoons were stale, not crunchy and bland like they were from the day before. That was disappointing but everything else was fine.

I love going here, never overwhelming busy, even at their busiest the staff is very pleasant 😊 the food is always fresh. When spending your hard earned cash, it's nice to get your moneys worth in food and atmosphere. Highly-rated, I have visited many 🐼 panda expresses and this location, in my opinion, is the best I have been to hands down.

The only thing I eat there is the teriyaki chicken cuz I bring in my own half a cup of brown rice but I'm happy with it cuz I go with my church they seem to all be happy with it it's on our our schedule we rotate between about 10 little restaurants some of them are sit down restaurants some of them would take out like Panda Express but we sit inside Panda Express

To me this place is as expected.. Average to good quality Chinese food. Served cafeteria-style. Personally I see Panda Express as a good quick option compared to other fast food places

Great Chicken Teriyaki, Shrimp, + I do not remember a better Sweet + Sour Sauce. We are at the lunch hour. Many kids (2-12) there, but well behaved with moms, *NO babies crying. A pleasure. ★Hint: Order more entries with meal, they are very low priced after the initial base portion, + bring home some for later.

I really liked the food that I had, but the chow mein noodles were partially dry and either stale or undercooked. I couldn't really tell. Other than that, I enjoyed my meal. Other than chow mein, I had: orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and some spring rolls. I loved these sides of my meal. Honey walnut shrimp is my favorite dish here. And I love my spring rolls. Lastly, I loved the new wok-fried shrimp sample that I had. I will definitely try that next time!

Drive through was amazing. Fast and convenient. However food was not hot, but I love panda express so I can eat it cold.

This Panda Express store is always clean and the kitchen area is always well kept. The staff is friendly , courteous and helpful. However, this store does get slammed and wait times can increase during peak hours. It offers a very convenient drive through for those taking it home or back to the office. Or when the dining room is completely full. There are a few tables for outdoor dining too if you prefer that, just not during the summer when the flies are so prevalent.

Good food but they dont know how to chop their celery. there was too much CHUNKS of celery in my chow mein and i dont fw it. Not good. dont order chow mein if you dont deal well with disappointment

Panda has always been a go-to when craving chinese food. These last couple visits was poor service and extremly skimpy servings. It may be due to covid, but even then, no reason for rudeness/impatience from wait staff.

Orange chicken was a bit tough and some pieces were crunchy, parts of the fried rice were dry but besides that it was okay, honey walnut shrimp was good

The food is usually great, but lately it has been stale and cold. Sad, when the wontons are super hard and in eatable. Some employees are great with Customer Service but most are rushing and have attitudes like the Customers are a bother.

Lobby closed, my vehicle doesn’t fit thru drive thru, so we tried to call in an order and they didn’t answer. We ended up using app to order and hoping they would bring outside (which did work.) I would recommend better phone skills and signage for closed lobby. After getting food, entree was good… but my rice had a bunch of stale pieces making it basically un-eatable.

don't mobile order from here. always get really small portions, and whenever I order a large entree (i.e 12pc rangoons) I get home and they give me the small one and then don't pick up the phone when I try to see if I can go back and get what I ordered. paid $8+ tax for 3 rangoons and it's happened more than 3 times at this location

Waited for 26 minutes in drive-thru. Not worth it imo. They DO have better quality food than other places, but not so it's worth the extra expense. The did apologize for the delay, which was nice.

No teriyaki chicken ready, 18 to 20 min wait, so i end up getting what they have 1:37 pm Employees really nice and food is great is just that i really wanted teriyaki..

No almond shrimp! No chow main! Overcooked broccoli beef, dark brown orange chicken, gray green beans in the string bean chicken. In other words they didn't have much of a dinner choice. Come on no chow main? Really? And no discount? U hv no food abd u don't offer a discount? I won't be going here again. This is my 4th attempt to get a decent meal here. I gave them a chance. I'm done.

The shrimp was great and may be chicken was also good but the rest was bland... the rice was not that good... the same goes with the rest. It was tasteless... I can’t believe that I’m saying this but this is probably the worse Panda I’ve ever had.

Ordered online foe in-store pick-up only to arrive and find that the inside was closed/doors locked. So we had to get into the drive-thru line to pick up our food. I was irritated because the drive-thru line was very long, eight cars long, and we had to wait 22mins to get to the window to pick-up our online order. That wasn't the worst part, they forgot to give us part of our order. Then when I tried to call the store no one ever answered. Food was mediocre and service lacking.

Service is ok, not great. Atmosphere is almost non-existent because it's always deserted. The last few times I have been here I got the Angus steak which is charged at a higher price supposedly because it's top shelf meat. It's not. I have had to spit out 35 % of it because it was too tough with ligaments or too smooshie because of fat. It's very disappointing to get that kind of mix in a more expensive choice. Not only are portions too small now they are mixing in lesser quality ingredients. Panda used to be the In & Out of Chinese takeout. Now it's the dell taco of Chinese takeout. Sorry I am not sorry panda! Get it together.

The day I went in there was 5/29, OMG THIS place made me so SICK!!! I had food poisoning for 3 day. Threw up everything I had. Mushroom chicken, the mushrooms were almost black. Teriyaki chicken, the chicken must've been out too long before they cooked it. I think I had salmonella poisoning.

Don’t come here there employees are impolite and beyond disrespectful to me and my family I highly recommend you go elsewhere for your food. No matter how busy you are you don’t take out your frustration on your customers they support your business and your pay check.

My first and last time buying anything at Panda Express, at least this one in San Jacinto , I ordered a 3 Entry and they changed me other stuff when finally I got my order left the drive thru window only to find out that they only pack 2 entry napkins no sauce really bad service very small portions..

I ordered food from this location. When i got it home the beef tasted like it was old and just warmed up. The orange chicken was so hard and dry it hurt my teeth and scratched the inside of my mouth i couldn't even bite through it. The chow mein tasted like it was burned and the fries rice was flavorless. Will never be going back. Just wasted 10 bucks on garbage.

Poor service overall. Why is there a 10min wait for chow mein and orange chicken. Girl at the window refused to give me my drink because "it's not ready" and made me wait out front. Also who's policy is it to only allow one order per car.

Use to be a decent value when every other place's portions have been shrinking, now container and portion sizes have shrunk here too :( No longer worth eating here when you are still hungry after you eat.

I arrived at the San Jacinto store today, Sunday, April 14 at 9:49 pm, before they closed to order through the drive thru and all the employees, including the manager, hid so as not to serve me, I am aware that perhaps I was the last Customer, I understand that a Sunday can be tiring for the employees, but if the headquarters does not have DONATE AND HONEST staff to serve the hours it offers, I suggest hiring staff who are willing to serve customers during the hours it offers.

We love Panda but it seems like this location is always a pain. Today it was their vegetables. We got three two entree meals and requested fresh vegetables because the one's in the bin looked slimy. Sure enough the vegetables they served us were slimy too. Last time eating at this location.

I waited until 4 unsatisfactory visits before writing this review cant say I didnt give them a chance to turn things around every employee has been awful to deal with they definitely hate their jobs it's been obvious during every vist they dont smile they make sure they give to you the least amount of food possible and dont bother asking for sauces to go with your food 1 packet of soy sauce for a 3 entree plate come on I paid $13 without a drink you can at least be courteous enough to ask me how many I needed and dont throw a fit when I ask for more. I will not be returning here and i do not recommend this place to anyone.

Rude employees and especially the manager. Portions are so small compared to other panda express that it is insulting and not worth paying. As for quality of food it's not as terrible as the service but the rice is always burned and parts are uncooked. You be the judge or be smart by going somewhere else... I usually give fair reviews, but this one deserves a bad review. We went in around 3:30 PM and more than half of the trays were empty. They only had three or four entrees to choose from. My daughter asked for beef and broccoli; it was just broccoli and two pieces of beef. I asked the girl about the meat portion, she ignored me. I asked again, saying that I am only getting broccoli and no beef. She ignored me. Another girl whispered something in her ear, but she still ignored me. I took the food as it was. When asked for sauce, the container was filled only 1/5th of the way. Hardly enough to dip two or three pieces in it. Somehow, the portions are as small as possible. You go to any other similar food place and you get more than what you pay for. I don't recommend this place. Go across the street.

Today I caught their line cook using a spoon to scoop soapy water and scrub his dirty work station and then place that same dirty spoon right into the batch of orange chicken. Came through drive Jade took my order. I ask for a cup of water trying to charge a dollar for a cup of water. Like it's not like I didn't spend money already. That is super ghetto to be charge for cup of water.

I visited this location tonight and sadly disappointed with the service I received . I ordered two meals and was told there would be a wait for certain items . I agreed to waiting for fresher options . Once I got my order I saw that one of the items wasn’t fresh , I didn’t want to make it a big deal but I wanted the fresh food I waited for . I went back and I spoke to who I believe was a manager named “Jocelyn” . I explained to her and when she responded back it was very defensive and it came off as rude . she explained that the fresh batch she had , was the batch I received . I wasn’t going to argue with her because I knew it wasn’t fresh . She gave me a small portion to solve the problem which was awesome and it was noticeably fresh compared to the portion I had , but it was her demeanor and tone that sadly soiled this experience .

Go inside and DO NOT do drive through! Every time we have gone through the drive through (Over 5 times now) they forget something or mess up on something! If you do go drive through sit there and hold up the line looking at every last thing you ordered. Also, you get way more food when you go inside... Mainstream Chinese food is going down hill fast! The food tastes good, but when you get things you didn't order, what good is it!? I'm not driving 20 minutes back to PA day to hear "I'm sorry about that".... Get it right! My daughter & I came to eat yesterday & we both got a food poisoning. The rice tasted like soap & the chicken also tasted like soap. We stopped eating it & within 12 hours we started throwing up. I would not recommend to go here.

Check take out orders before departing. Not only did we get someone else's order but the food was not nice, the chicken was neither orange chicken or general tso's it was just nasty flavorless, egg fried rice was boiled and the chow mein was flavorless.

Website, hours outside of store, and the other location says they're open until 9:30 today and when we went at 8:55 the woman had the nerve to say they are closed and rufuse us service!!!! Horrible customer service and she's costing this location customers and money. She sent away 3 cars!!!!!! This is ridiculous. If this woman cannot be bothered to do her job, should she even have a job? The answer is NO!!!!!!!! We will NEVER eat at another panda restaurant again, the fact that they have employees more concerned with their own personal agenda rather than the integrity of the business they work for leads me to believe Panda doesn't even care about their customers!

We showed up right after someone with a massive order for their work. We placed our order and waited, and waited, and waited. All the while they served at least 8 customers after us with phone orders in between as well. We sat there for 45 minutes (I'm a patient man with nothing else to do today). But our food just needed one more item and that hadnt started it yet so I told them not to worry about finishing our order and that I was leaving. Luckily they didnt ask us to prepay.

This place sucks!!!! After 8pm they stop serving teriyaki chicken, string bean chicken breast, the list goes on and on, there is no offer of waiting for them to make it for you, they just say "we are out of this entrees for the night, this is what we have left for the night" they close at 9:30 this starts at 8pm! My family and I went from going 3 times a week to not going at all. This has happen to all of us at least 5 times, management doesn't care, we tried giving our feedback to Panda corporate and nothing either, worst customer service. Authentic Chinese food restaurants taste even better and give you huge portions, this Panda needs to be closed down.

I sampled all of it because I was hungry after a 10 hr day, and I literally just threw it out. That bad. I should have just ordered from a real chinese restaurant. . . . Never again. Either improve or go out of business.. . . Your choice.

So my wife had a chicken bowl today about 11 am. Now she feels like her stomach is turning inside out. Hasn’t eaten anything but that all day. She has been on toilet and puking all night. So thank you for getting her sick and charging for it. This isn’t the first I’ve heard of this actual Panda. I’ll be telling everyone and will never go there again. Please don’t go there people. It’s garbage.

I think this is the last time I order from this location. The food is not the same anymore, rice seems to be old and chow main comes with hairs on it. If it was only the rice, I could probably eat it, but I am not in the mood to begin eating someone's hairs and I waited outside to receive my order ready text since I ordered online and only approach the windows once I received it, only to have to wait because it was not ready. Again, everything I can live with, except fir the hairs. That is just gross.

Of late, I ordered but did not finish the food . It is always lukewarm even though I asked them if had just been cooked they can't seem to get it to a palatable temperature. The rice is still hard because it is not fully cooked. They always seem to be closing about an hour and a hours before they actually do close so much of the dishes are no longer available unless you ask, but then there's the wait for that. When you go in after 7:00. It looks unappetizing like the food has been sitting there all day. I've tried this location about six times but have decided to no longer frequent it. Be sure to check your bag at the go through window because at times they don't get it right or forget things such as utensils and fortune cookies. After all, the fortune cookie is most important.

Small portions of luke warm food and rice was undercooked, hard, and gross. Very little meat, but that's ok, it was like rubber anyway, both the beef and chicken and also gross. Has been like this many times and I'm done wasting money there.

EDIT: Had a doordash order dropped off and was disappointed to see an underserved portion of orange chicken that I ordered for my 6 year old. Worst place ever! Manager hang up phone when I started complaining about server Kiara C. On June 21,2925 at Panda Express #1500 Kiara C server forgot to put chicken, forgot to give me forks. I paid $43.94. And shrimp and vegetables are cold, disgusting fried rice. Sever also didn’t put cookies. This store should be closed.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Panda Express today. I ordered online then to find out the portion sizes were unbelievably small—not even enough to satisfy a child, let alone an adult expecting a proper meal. I paid for a full meal and ended up with barely anything in my tray. To make matters worse, I was on my lunch break and didn’t have the time to return to the store and get this resolved in person. It’s frustrating to spend money on a meal and still leave hungry. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning if this is the kind of portion size I can expect. Panda Express, do better. Customers deserve to get what they pay for.

So I ordered my food online at this location. I got there to pick up my food. And I had to wait an additional 17 minutes because they did not have my order ready. This is not the first time I've had problems at this location. First, they tell me the health department. Is there so they had to throw out all of their food? Then they tell me they gave my order to someone else. I was extremely mad. So do not eat at this location unless you want to spend an additional 20 to 30 minutes out of your day and be late to work like I was this location sucks.

I ordered the Family Meal two sides of noodles, two orange chicken and one beijing beef.Once my wife got home we were looking forward to having some of our Panda favorites, only to be disappointed when we started to look at our food. The noodles looked dry as well as the orange chicken and the Beijing beef was burnt and in no way edible you could smell it as soon as you opened the box! I went back to the store and asked the store manager Mark if this was acceptable to serve to his guest. He claimed that they’ve been having issues with the Beijing Beef and that he could refund me my money back. I then asked Mark if he does quality checks on the food and or if his staff is trained on how to deal with food that’s not acceptable to serve to guest. I told him as a previous employee of panda of 4 years this is not Panda Express’s Mission statement. I then asked Mark if he could provide me with a store number where he refused and told me to go ahead and complain, but he would not provide me with that information.

Ordered a plate with chow mein, fried rice, beef broccoli everything on my plate was awful except the orange chicken. The rice half done, the chow mein dry. Beef broccoli was over cooked.

EDIT: Had a doordash order dropped off and was disappointed to see an underserved portion of orange chicken that I ordered for my 6 year old. Unfortunately I wasnt quick to take a picture of what she says was only FOUR (4!!!!!) Pieces of orange chicken on her plate, but i took a picture and you can see the spot where the orange chicken was served is basically clean as in, My daughter isnt lying. My first experience went well, but every time since, there's something. Either food tastes burnt, undeserved portions, and I dislike leaving bad reviews, but y'all made my 6 year old daughter sad. So probably not going to be ordering from this location again. WAS, Probably one of the cleanest Panda Express stores I've been to, and the crew was fast in assisting me.

I don’t even eat panda . Got there was about to place my order they took out all the chowmein in front of my face and said there’s no chowmein , that they sold out. When there was a big bowl of it . Didn’t have rice either. Not sure what’s going on here either the cooks or the manager that’s in charge of inventory . But this panda got me disappointed

Ate yesterday around 5-6 pm and got food poisoning from their shrimp, chicken, and rice. I attempted to call multiple times and phone wasn’t answered. :(

Worst place ever! Manager hang up phone when I started complaining about server Kiara C. On June 21,2925 at Panda Express #1500 Kiara C server forgot to put chicken, forgot to give me forks. I paid $43.94. And shrimp and vegetables are cold, disgusting fried rice. Sever also didn’t put cookies. This store should be closed.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Panda Express today. Small portions of luke warm food and rice was undercooked, hard, and gross. Very little meat, but that's ok, it was like rubber anyway, both the beef and chicken and also gross. Has been like this many times and I'm done wasting money there.

Of late, I ordered but did not finish the food . It is always lukewarm even though I asked them if had just been cooked they can't seem to get it to a palatable temperature. The rice is still hard because it is not fully cooked. They always seem to be closing about an hour and a hours before they actually do close so much of the dishes are no longer available unless you ask, but then there's the wait for that. When you go in after 7:00. It looks unappetizing like the food has been sitting there all day. I've tried this location about six times but have decided to no longer frequent it. Be sure to check your bag at the go through window because at times they don't get it right or forget things such as utensils and fortune cookies. After all, the fortune cookie is most important.
