Terrible online customer service. I placed my order online from Mexico City. From that moment on, they gave me nothing but misinformation (lies and runarounds to "buy more time") about shipping dates, tracking, and finally, the refund process for undelivered merchandise. It seems they collaborate with a very low-quality logistics service called Teiker; they don't provide any tracking after shipment, much less resolve the problem properly or on time. What was infuriating was that I had to beg for tracking information, and then plead for several days for a refund for undelivered merchandise. Logistical problems are one thing, but that has nothing to do with their lack of professionalism in customer communication, and even less with their failure to keep their word (without making excuses, pretexts, or trying to stall). In the end, the refund was issued—but wow, what unnecessary stress for the customer due to their unprofessionalism.

They don't deliver what's ordered; the items arrive in the wrong size, they send the wrong furniture and make you pay for return shipping, we repeatedly requested the mechanical guides and they didn't have them; delivery times are very long. Overall, a very bad experience.

Terrible foreign service. They don't pay the logistics company that provides the service and they charge their customers for something that is already included in the voice of the sales promoters... apart from that, things arrive twice as soon as stipulated.
