TL;DR Excellent service and great food. We visited on Christmas morning while traveling. All of the staff were in pajamas, and even though they were working on Christmas, they were extremely friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious. I had the chicken bacon cheddar waffles with blueberry pancakes and really enjoyed them. They even gave us a free dessert as a Christmas present.

My great grandson bring me here place had very good wheelchair settings but the hash browns got stuck in my dentures one of the waiters had such a gyat I dam near had a stroke and also my grandson grabbed some dudes but and stole his wallet

We went for breakfast on Sunday at 10am. The place was almost empty and we were seated.right away. It took the server 20 minutes to find us and take.our.order. Then another 20 minutes to get.our order to us, cold. It was fairly obvious she was fairly new there, but there is no excuse for.our meal to be served cold. It wasn't a good day for IHOP that day.

Vegan experience- I told the waitress I was vegan, she then got the manager. They ended up making me rice and veggies and it was amazing. Didnt even taste like it came from an IHOP. I was concerned being a vegan coming here. 5 stars for excellent customer service and being able to accommodate a vegan traveling.

The waitress we had was so sweet and kind. She was small with long braids. Very attentive but not annoying I would go back and ask for her every time. My omelet was to die for.

Have been to this IHOP a couple of times. The food has always been good and the servers are very attentive and never let you cup run empty. The construction around it is horrible but don't let that deter you from stopping in!!

Very clean, very friendly! We ordered ham, bacon, eggs, pancakes, gluten friendly strawberry banana pancakes, double decker BLT, and onion rings between the four of us. All of the food was perfectly cooked and it got to is quickly. Our server/hostess, Nene, was great and kept up on us to make sure we had all we needed. She's very hard working and you could tell she was happy to help the guests and make us feel valued. She had multiple tables and treated each one with respect. The manager was also friendly and helpful to get my parents a military discount. With wonderful, smiling faces, good food, and quick service we will surely stop in next time we're in the area.

Great stop on our trip! Excellent food (great chicken sandwich & pancakes!) and correct order, but something above and beyond the norm happened that was a wonderful surprise that you don’t hear about very often. We were walking our dog behind the restaurant and he was having a lot of anxiety during our trip. The staff noticed that our pup wasn’t having a great day and they came out and brought him some bacon to help his mood. This was such an awesome experience and I’m grateful for their kind and thoughtful gesture, thank you!!!

We were traveling and needed to eat. we stopped at this. I HOP at 4:30 pm on Saturday, July 27, 2024. The server Tianna was very gracious she met us with a smile and asked where we wanted to sit. Gave us menues brought drinks took our order and all with care and kindness. She made our day!!! The food was excellent hats off to the cooks during this shift!!!

By far the best IHOP I have visited! While taking our youth group to camp, we stopped here for a late lunch. We were greeted by the manager who upon seeing us drive in, had pulled tables together for us and even held the door. Our waitress was very nice and managed to get everyone's orders perfect, while dealing with chatty teens. The food came out quickly! We expected with a large group to wait a while, but they were fast and the food was great! We greatly appreciate their service and hospitality!

I wasn't really hungry, but went over with my co worker to keep company. I looked over menu and the banana strawberry french toast caught my attention. It was soo good, that it did not need syrup. My French toast looked picture perfect, better than the menu picture. Good service.

Been going here for a long time. Mostly when I was on call and wanted food on the way home. The night staff is polite and makes the meal enjoyable. Hardly every have an issue with my food and when I do they are quick to help. Yall are doing a great job.

Best IHOP experience in years! Well run restaurant with helpful, courteous staff and good cooks. Maybe because the whole staff was Latino(a)! Thank you for serving us on Memorial Day as we traveled.

Jan 25 2026 second day of winter ice storm every place we drove and called was closed due to weather and road conditions except IHOP where two girls were working that day. One on the grille the other to set customers in. They tried their best and did well. I never saw any frustration or negative attitude of disappointment for having to work while everyone was closed down due to 10 deg temp. These ladies deserve more than a raise. They need recognition and I hope customers that evening left a bit more than normal tip of gratitude. (PS. Check your makeup air it could be why the entrance door feels sucked in and hard to open also forcing the cold air through.)

Best IHOP I've been to in 30 years. Reminded me of why I enjoyed it as a kid and I was happy that my kids got that experience for the first time too. Kids meals were decently proportioned and the $6 meal pancake set was just right for light brunch. Bathrooms were decently cleaned too. Good job team 👏

They had very good glutin free pancakes. Most glutin free pancakes taste like cardboard, but these tasted really good. They also have the best hash browns. Our waitress was very friendly and got everything right.

I can only speak for myself but I had an amazing experience with the server Ana checking up on my table making sure if I needed anything to let her know that’s what service is all about everything was fresh and hot just amazing food. The manager I believe Viviana was her name was super nice too letting us know to come back again & wishing us a goodnight! The place was clean and kept together so nicely would come back again and eat and would choose Ana to be my server all over again!

Very nice bfast. We drive 30mins to eat here. Oddly the same restaurant in longview isn't half as this one. We like Nate, a very good server. Always friendly and full of smiles. Definately return again.

We had a BIG crowd and everyone cleared their plate! Food was delicious and our waitress was so kind and patient and did not miss a beat! All the staff was so friendly as well! Fantastic service!

Ginormous omelets! Very fast and friendly service. This is for-sure above average for a typical ihop. The only improvement I would recommend is cleaning the tops of hot sauce bottles when topping off. It’s kind of awkward opening a new looking bottle and having built up residual hot sauce from pervious uses.

We had a good experience here but were seated at a table and then had to get up and move across the restaurant to another table. My fork was dirty and the waitress never brought me another one. I got up and got it myself after our orders came to us. The food was good and they did a substitution for me.

Went in with a large party of about 20 people. The waitress was super friendly & all things considered did the best that could be expected from a single server. It did seem odd that management only had one server for our whole group which led to a few delays but overall the food was great and her service was even better.

We we on a long trip. We stopped to dine in rather than try to eat and drive. The restaurant seemed to be doing a good job observing the social distancing recommendations. It did not appear overly busy. However 30-45 min later we still hadn’t received our meals. I was getting a little frustrated and happened to make eye contact with a female employee. (Not our waiter) we hadn’t seen him in a while. The lady (I failed to get her name) immediately started looking into the status of our order. She politely explained they had a very large group in the back dining room and the kitchen was backed up. I asked our waiter when he brought a refill and another update on the food to go ahead and bring my husband’s food. He had been traveling for many hours through many airports that are no longer providing food. The lady once again walked by. By now I have figured out that I think she is the manager. She was so nice and offered to comp my meal as their way of apologizing for the unusual wait time. So thanks to her actions she turned my frown upside down lol. The food was absolutely delicious.

Sadly they stopped Harvest Grain and Nut pancakes main reason i stopped by to eat (been a few years due to no IHOP where I lived). Had good breakfast of tortilla bowl, pancakes and coffee. Also got take out. Helpful and friendly staff.

I have lived here for about two years and have to say that while the food and service at this IHOP have always been good, recently they have updated the menu with some really great new choices. IHOP is one of those food chain restaurants where you can get a nice meal - as healthy or as decadent as you want - without breaking the bank. It's not fancy, but it's welcoming and dependable. Food was good, my biggest problem was the waitress. She decided, even though I had a very colorful credit card out for about 20 minutes that she was going to talk only to the two gentlemen in front of me. And instead of bringing me a regular coffee cup, she brought me out a to go cup saying she was bringing me a bigger cup. I'm sorry. I came into a sit down restaurant to eat normal. I felt like I was eating at a truckstop.

Our waiter was awesome, but this is the first time our pancakes was a little hard and we didn't have time to argue the issue. IHOP is known for pancakes that are light and fluffy. Sorry, y'all didn't meet our exceed the expectation.

We had a decent experience on the night before Christmas. It was busy but we received our food in a about 20 minutes. Everything tasted great, but a few of us were missing some items that the waitress brought out the the table within minutes of asking. Service was awesome even though the place was packed! My bf and I were on vacation and we went to this Ihop for breakfast. From the beginning we had amazing service. The food was great. The downside was that there was no iced coffee, but our server was so kind and went out of her way to get me some stuff to make my own iced coffee. The food was soooooo good. I asked for spinach on my eggs and my eggs looked almost green from how much spinach they added, which you don't get in a city. Our waitress always made sure we were good. She gave exceptional service and even wrote a little note for us, which I found so sweet. You really don't get this kind of hospitality in the city as it's so fast paced. Great service and great food. Definitely coming back!

Our server was very kind, but a bit slow. She took quite a bit of time cleaning up another table while we waited to put in our drink orders. She immediately forgot when we asked for more napkins, and brought us Cholula when we asked for Tobasco. We were in town visiting Caddo Lake and honestly it seems like pretty much every fast food joint in town has slow/lackadaisical service. I guess it’s just the norm for the area? Food was cooked well and we enjoyed it anyway.

Food was decent, typical IHOP nothing over the top. I hate to say anything negative but our waiter just seemed to be out of it or overwhelmed. Had to ask for things multiple times, wife said he may ne new and its possible, he was definitely doing his best, which is why I hate to mention it, but if nothing else I am fair with my ratings.

Service was a bit slow getting beverages and placing our order...we were the only ones there. Food came out fast and hot. None of the staff knew how to sell gift cards. The waitress even called someone else. Management didn't know how. I explained the process, but to no avail. As long as you're just getting food, it's a good place to go.

It took nearly 45 minutes to get food however the manager did come out offer an explanation and make it right. The waiter could have been better in keeping us abreast of what was going on with the order. Great service recovery 👍🏾The food was ok...the pancakes were tough and spongy and you could tell the bacon was precooked.

The place was freezing. A/C was on even though it's cold and misting outside. Even the food was cold. Food was expensive as well. Bo way breakfast should cost more than a big dinner somewhere else. Not coming back!

The food was great. We stopped in for a non-traditional Thanksgiving lunch and waited 5-10 minutes to be seated when there was only one customer in the building. We then waited for about 30 mins for the gentleman to take our order and another 30 minutes to receive the food. The waiter was pretty bad. We had to request refills repeatedly and we watched him stand around a lot. But as I said, at least the food was really good and I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee.

Food is always great, but service can be hit or miss depending on how many people are working and how busy it is. Pretty good with COVID menus and condiments, and if you want to distance just tell the hostess when being seated and they'll find a spot for you. However, you'll need to look online for the full menu - the COVID safe menu doesn't include everything.

Second time in a row that they had no coins to make change. They short you the balance. Food is decent, service friendly. You just get Ted scammed on your change. Next time I'll take it out of the tip.

Order the strawberry, blueberry Alvacado fried chicken salad. Once I starting eating realized there were no blueberries in it. Asked waitress and was told they don't order fresh blueberries therefore they don't put them in. Why would the menu say its part of the salad if you are not going to order them? False advertising.

The waitress was real nice and attentive. But my t-bone steak and eggs was not right for $14.99 you would expect a nice juicy steak. The state was about as thick as a piece of bologna and my grits that I ordered I could have used my straw. The service and my pancakes were good.

Took 7 people in (2 adults and 5 kids). Kids meals drinks are an extra charge and are not included with the meal .That needs to change. $1.99 for milk for kids plus $5.00 per kids meal is outrageous. Food was good but waitress never come back around .Some food wasn't even delivered and when we asked her to take it off the ticket she said we could take it with us. I explained that we ordered it with our meal and it wasn't ready when we were done then she said she didn't think it could be taken off because it was in the window waiting for it to be delivered....we were already done and paying for our meal! Won't be back

THE menu has changed, and it's not for the better as far as breakfast goes. It's as if someone from the East Coast is making the menu for people of the south. They have removed just about anything I like from the breakfast menu. I've tried the new options, but they stink. We've been going to IHOP for almost 40 years, but not anymore. Keep your new menu, we will go elsewhere.

The waitress was just wonderful. My turkey melt was okay but could have been better. It just had no flavor but the tomatoes on it were awesome. It took an extremely LONG amount of time to get our order. Almost 40min and that didn't make me very happy.

Visited this establishment a few days ago, the floor was not swept had to ask the waiter to do so…the waiter he only came and took order then brought food that did not look very presentable in the least and did not return until he brought the ticket. I had an issue with my ticket wanted to make waiter and manager aware neither one was very receptive nor kind. Truth be told had my grandchild not wanted pancakes I would have left before ordering (did not have a good vibe at all)! I-hop it’s not always about the food customers seek, kindness is what rises above all!!!

To go order sat for about 20 min, until I asked if I could get my food. They seemed really short staffed, so the waiters were ignoring carrying out to go meals. No tips, I guess.

Server was GREAT! Like being invited to my cousin's for lunch. Friendly & glad to see me. Burgers were good. But bacon was nigh on to raw, and not one table anywhere had one napkin. Silverware was 8n a crumpled paper bag, without any napkin. I hated having to wipe grease on my handkerchief.

I’m not sure the names but the short Indian man was very rude. He was also treating the waitress very unwell. She was clearly trying her best while waitressing alone and he was being very impatient and treating her very rude. Our waitress was very sweet and very clearly trying her best to make it a good experience

Ten to fifteen minutes into sitting at the table i had to go ask if we had anyone to help us. I interrupted two waitresses dancing to ask where my server was. He was up against the wall looking at his phone. He was very new and mumbled. He didn't know how to put the food in and had to ask for help. The food was OK, Luke warm. It was very awkward with his mumbling. Not a great experience.

After being greeted by the Manager, and then seated...we placed our order... Biscuits, bacon, ham, eggs and fruit. When the server brought the plate and I saw that HAM!!! OMG! And when I asked her what was that at first she couldn't respond but then said that was a piece of ham. And that's how it is since she started. I asked for the manager and he came over because the servers attitude was terrible! This was NOT a great visit! The food was okay. And for the most part the restaurant was clean.

To say this place is bad is an understatement. Waited for almost an hour and never got my food. Asked for a refill on my coffee and got cold coffee. I out 5 dollars on the table and went to leave. The manager demanded that I pay for my food, I was not happy about it but I did and when I check my bank account they charged me an extra 10 dollars.

We went in Sunday night bout 12 am. It wasn't busy. Just one table. Waitress told us when we walked in that it would be 30 minute wait cuz she had to clean tables. We waited. Waitress took our drink order. They were out of Dr pepper so she offered me a shake for Dr pepper price. I ordered a Oreo shake. Brought out everybody's drink but mine. Finally came and said I know u ordered Oreo shake but I made this one(strawberry shake). And left it an dmetal container on table. Didn't even hand it across to me. We ordered our food. I ordered ham and chz omelette with 2 pancakes and we ordered cuz sticks for appetizers. Brought out app but still no drink for me. When I mentioned I don't have my drink her response was I know. Finally after bout 20 minutes she brings out other people's food at my table. Still don't have my food or drink. She cashed other table out and finally another table came in. I am still patiently waiting on my drink and food. Bout 15 minutes later she brings out the other table food that just walked in. I finally lost it and said can I get my damn food and drink. Sh eran to kitchen and told cook u need to wait on them. Finally cook cake and asked what happened. I told her and she asked what I ordered. (Guess waitress didn't put my food order in). Finally cook go tmy food and shake. Only reason for 1 star waitress never came back to table. Made cook cash us out. That waitress doesn't need to be there if she doesn't care bout her customers. I won't be back

Our server seemed new and like she didn't know what she was doing. Clearly didn't know the menu or how to talk to customers. It was really awkward and made me want to walk out. I'd say some people here need some more training on how to take orders and how to be more friendly.

There was hardly any people dining in. Yet still took 10 mins to even get acknowledged to be seated. Once seated took another 15 mins to be greeted for drinks and order. Once we got our food they didn’t bring any hot syrup. Didn’t bring the dip that goes with the melts. NEVER got a refill or acknowledged again the entire time there.

Poor Customer Service!!! Stood at counter for apprx. 5 minutes watching a worker make laps through the kitchen before she lapped by and acknowledged us. While lapping by us, without stopping, she told us we could have a seat wherever we wanted. Very poor Customer Service! We left.

Not a review of the resturant it's self but of the manager. This man had an employee who's parents died a week apart. Said employee took not even a week to get things arranged and grieve, then contacted the manager to see about a schedule and was told that he could take all the time he needed to grieve and to bring a proof of funeral. The manager said he would think about it but it would probably be a no. I leave this information not to reflect badly on the resturant or staff but just that one person whose name is Ferrari. Do with this what you will.

Took my kids here on valentine’s day and simply put, the server forgot about us. In the most non-judgmental way possible I will note, I think he might have had a learning/social disability of some sort. But we never got our drinks and I was on my own with 3 kids who were starting to cry and bicker amongst themselves. What bothered me most is that the manager seemed unbothered and unhurried as he just slowly bussed tables. I’m sure he noticed us sitting there for a while without drinks at the table as well as another woman who kept asking when her food was coming out. Ultimately, my kids and I walked out after waiting 35 mins with no drinks. The place was clean, but you can’t make money on bussing tables. You make money on keeping your customers happy and feeling attended to. 1 star for food because I never got a chance to taste it.

Service was bad she didn't tell the manger /cook that we ordered food and we sat there for longer then 40 mins waiting for food. The manager /cook then got a attitude and told us god bless you as assuming we are Christians and forcing his beleifs on us. ... I don't know why he is gifted this establishment to run literally he and his staff have no idea how to run a proper business.

This needs to be a zero star. We were a group of family and friends after a graduation. 15 people to come in the restaurant that was pretty much empty. We over heard one of the servers say “I’m not doing it one of yall can.” The menus and silverware were left as a pile on the table. We waited to be served then the hostess came to us and we told her we were leaving because of that. We couldn’t trust to be served or served properly. We called the Waffle House and we told them we were a large group and they told us to come over. We were served promptly and very kind service. How can a restaurant say they are not going to serve us?? Unbelievable!! ….. I just read some reviews and it seems to be repeated treatment of not wanting to serve customers or leaving them to wait. Do you all need to hire new staff or people who have good work ethics?

Was ok, but the snide remarks of us being displeased with our food being incorrect multiple times and our waiter not understanding hardly any English was unnecessary. More team work is needed and more communication between staff is definitely needed. Would come again if that is improved, we actually got what we ordered, and we were actually listened to and not insulted.

Night Manager is extremely rude and nasty! No skills in dealing with issues. October 8, 2025 Came in again to pick up an order and the night manager was super nasty in his tone to me and unfriendly. I canceled the order and left. The day shift it always awesome and friendly.

We will not be back this location is a sorry excuse for an iHop!!! The man running the store was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. The order was mixed up. Tables were dirty if there was more help might have been better. Took 30 minutes to be waited on. Very disappointed.

My mother and I walk in and the girl cashing people out walks away. Nobody seated us for 10 minutes. I grabbed 2 menus and seated us myself. Server did not bring silverware to the table after being asked so yet again I did their job for them. Manager was very rude and non communicative. Will never be back.

Today was one of the worst experiences I've had at an IHOP. I felt like I was discriminated against. My companion and I sat for 20 minutes and no one spoke to us. Finally someone came to take our order, was gone for another 20 minutes we never got drinks. never got food. left very very unhappy. Marshall IHOP should be ashamed about customers walking out feeling like they treated us like trash.

Took over an hour for us to get our food (3 people). They had one chef in the kitchen on a Sunday. We were never told there would be a wait on food and there was only one other group in the building. This is unfortunately the third bad experience we've had out of the three visits we've made since moving to the area. Maybe if you catch them on a good day their food will come out in a timely manner, fully seasoned and hot. Still yet to have that good experience. The orange juice was good.

It took 20 minutes for anyone to even come to our table and take our drink orders. It took 10 more minutes for them to come back and take our food orders. For some reason we had different servers for our drinks and food orders. And then took another hour before we actually got our food. So an hour and a half since we walked in until we could actually eat. The food wasn't bad but definitely not worth how long it took. Another man had also waited an hour and a half and just left before he ever got his food. Such a wait time might be normal in Hell's Kitchen, but not IHOP. Frustrated customers, frayed servers constantly asking where people's food was, and dirty tables made it a miserable time. The kitchen staff needs looked into if not outright replaced.

I just stood and waited 8mins at the front just to see if I could be seated or how long the wait was. No one ever came, even though they were fully staffed. I ended up leaving. I'd rather spend my money where I can get timely service.

My wife and I came here to eat breakfast. When we arrived, there was a long line. No one was at the greeting station to sit. We looked around and there were a lot of dirty tables that weren't cleaned. Still had dirty dishes on the tables. When we heard one of the waitresses say there were still 4 tables that hadn't got their drinks, we knew it was time to go. Will not be coming back.

The food was not what I am used to or expected From this place. The waitress sucked! How can we confirm hash browns on our order and you say yes its included then bring the food then we ask you why no hashbrown and you say doesn't come with any. Then why lie and why does your menu lie. I will never come here again thank for horrible service.

If I could leave 0 stars i would. Me and my family went into the restaurant tonight and was treated horrible. First we were told the wait was 40 mins and the restaurant was no where near full. Then the hostess comes 2 mins later to say our table was ready to then pass up all tables and take us to the back of the restaurant to a dirty table. Of course I made the decision for my family and I to not even eat there tonight.

Service by Mary J was subpar. She was rude when she came by the 1 time she did come by, after delivering our food, to refill our drink and snatched it off the table and then we never saw her again, wasn't even busy. Waited for my check but never got it so I stood at the counter to check out for 5 mins before someone finally came to see what we needed, I needed my check or my waitress, who was not to be found. Never did see her again so idk where she went, tipped in cash and then found out she wrote an extra tip in on the credit card receipt. Absolutely do NOT recommend. Been calling for over 10 minutes to speak to a manager and no answer 🙃.

This IHOP is rough. When we first arrived, no one was here but it did pick up a little while waiting for our food but only about five more tables. The waitress had a difficult time taking the order as far as paying attention to details which is ok but she read back the order which was correct. When they started bringing the food back, everyone’s was right besides my daughter’s food. They brought out the wrong pancake and a cold scrambled egg that looked like it was maybe half an egg. We told the waitress that it wasn’t the right pancake and she had someone else come over and tell us it will be awhile because they have a lot of orders in front of hers which was a kids protein pancake. The pancake arrived when the rest of the table was finished with their food only to find out that the pancake was not all the way cooked. Unfortunately I wish the rest of our meals were great but most of the food tasted like it had been cooked way earlier. The hasbrowns were actually terrible. Sad experience, my kids love IHOP.

Store 2004. Occupancy low. 15 minutes before order was taken..we almost got up an left at this point. Some technical difficulties that caused the service person to take order without writing anything down...shortage of pen and paper i suppose. Cook comes out and says its going to be longer than usual because of some issue. Food was not bad but it was not exaclty what we ordered. Before we were finished, some one radioes our service person asking if we were paying by card or cash. We got up to go pay...that took way longer than it should have. Because the register was down. I hope you get your technical difficulties worked out....it caused issue s for the staff and the customer. One chance to wow the customer and you blew it.

One of the Lazy Staff . The Girl who work Abigail . I ask her 1 Sandwich clearly told No Bacon No Chicken No meat . And plain Pan Cake. But unfortunately when the food arrived after 30 min . It came with Bacon inside even after given clear instructions. I was expecting Pancake but that never came when finally I took a leave after waiting for 1 hour to pay and ask the another girl she said . They never mention Pancake and all . Basically their own staff blaming each other instead of taking care of the Customers . It was my Last time I visited to I Hop . I will never waste my time and money on such people and place l. Whoever visiting here make sure check your order twice because people who work here are little hit deaf.
