This Tender Greens knocks it out of the park all the time! The women working front of house (sorry I didn’t catch you name!) truly provides exceptional service every single time and is incredibly welcoming. The kitchen staff is constantly delivering delicious meals! I often order catering for our office from here and the entire team loves the food. Highly recommend!!

My favorite faster food type place. I think I live off the Pacific Bowl with Katsu chicken cutlet. I eat at TG as often as I’m able. Great staff in Santa Monica which is my home/local area. Great cooks/chef and always greeted like a welcome guest. Maria is my favorite but tbh all the staff is great.

My Favorite Lunch Spot As a local worker, Tender Greens is my go-to. I love the Happier Vegan — fresh, flavorful, and just what I want in the middle of the day. One of the big reasons I keep coming back is because they let me get multiple sauces — and as a sauce lover, that means a lot. I can’t stand when places upcharge for a little extra something, but here, they get it. The staff is incredible. They feel like a close-knit team, and it’s always a joy to interact with them. Maria especially brings such kindness and warmth. I once asked her where her happiness comes from, and she said, “It comes from the heart.” That says it all. As far as prices go, I’d love to see a lunch special — then I could eat here every single day. Tender Greens isn’t just where I eat — it’s a place that makes my day better. OK, I had to write a second review too!!! I love Tender Greens for so many reasons. People like Carla and Josue make it feel like more than just a place to eat — they treat you like a person, not just a customer, and that really means something to me. Every time I walk in, Carla actually seems happy to see me — not in that “it’s my job to smile” way, but like she genuinely enjoys saying hi and connecting. She’s bubbly, social, and always down to chat, even if it’s quick. You can tell she really wants Tender Greens to be a place where people feel good and everything flows smoothly. I even told her she should teach a class on how to be happy — I’m still trying to figure out how she does it with so much going on in the world. And Josue — he took my order over the phone today and was super kind and accommodating. When I came in, he greeted me with such a warm, genuine smile. Everyone here feels so present. It’s wild to find that kind of energy in a restaurant — it honestly gives me more hope in people. The food? So good. Super tasty, fresh, healthy — and they even recognize my order now, just from how I say it. That’s honestly adorable. Tender Greens isn’t just affordable and vegan-friendly — it feels like a safe space. A little pocket of light in the day. I’m grateful these people I don’t see them as staff I see them as my community.

Had lunch here today with my daughter, I love the grilled chicken and brown rice, the arugula salad is really good too. My daughter had the grilled shrimp, we shared.!

The customer service by the lady was amazing! She was so kind!!! They brought out food in 4 minutes like how?! I got my Nonnas Pasta and it was so good! My mom got tuna with mashed potatoes and salad. My brother and my dad got the Mediterranean steak salad and they both loved it. We all got breads with it which was wonderful! The bread was kind of cold but good! There was a booth chair in the corner kinda that was ripped. Overall 5 stars!

As soon as I hit the door I felt the "good energy" ...the atmosphere and physical decor were great the food of course very good and the portions compared to other locations seemed a bit more plentiful ! 👍. I received excellent service from cashier DAMIAN-MICHAEL & food runner TINO ...I will definitely be back in the near future !

Friendly staff, prices from $14 per serving, medium portion size, hot soup - guests should be warned, 20 minute wait, plenty of seating in the cafe. I recommend.

Place with a wide variety of salads and mediterranean dishes. The quantity of food per plate was good and the relation quality-cost very nice. The staff was okay, they were quick. The only improvement could be the place itself, it was a bit dirty and basic. It's located just next to one of the main streets of Santa Monica, so the location is perfect if you are around the area. One of the few healthy food places you can find.

Just tried this for the first time, and I am unfortunately really disappointed. My chipotle chicken sandwich tasted like I was licking a salt block. I think there was too much salt on the bread, the avocado, and the chicken as I tasted them all separately. I couldn't eat it. I'm pretty sure the manager handed me my lunch, and she gave me a few desserts. The pumpkin muffin was delicious. Not sure if I will try it again.

My issue isn’t with the employees, it’s with the management. Change your pickup times. I don’t think you have ever had a pickup ready at the time that you quoted and it’s not even close. Add 15 to 20 minutes and maybe you won’t have everyone with a pickup leaving your store angry. If you don’t have the staff or kitchen to handle it, don’t offer the service. Honesty is the best policy.
