This location was quick, fast, and friendly. Was on a road trip back from San Antonio, and my kids really wanted something to eat. So, we stop there and they were completely satisfied with the experience.

Look, they were definitely slower than usual and packed beyond belief, but the crew working tonight got my order in 10 minutes. I’m not mad at all, they were working and I seen they going through an entire screen and pile of receipts while I waited. I went inside to wait on my curbside cause I admit the crowd going in and out scared me. My food came to me hot and fresh. All the staff was kind, and all the customers were kind as well. I never had to ask for my order, it was made. No complaints from me

My daughter left her phone in the restroom. We were 45 min away when we realized and turned around. There was such a nice gentleman cleaning the restroom when I got there and let me know he had already found it and gave it to the manager. I hate i didn't get his name but so nice to know there are still honest people in this world. He is a blessing. Thank you

It IS McDonalds, so full disclosure I do not ask a lot from them. I tend to come here in the middle of the night via drive through and 95 percent of the time its a very effortless experience. Theyve been accomodating, they get my food out fast and it always tastes good. Only 4 stars because I have had instances where the person taking my order got pissy once or twice, but otherwise no problems. They do exactly what they need to do.

Pretty much all self serve. No ice in the drink dispenser, and the tables were all filthy. Sad part is what it cost for two adults and a child, we could have had a decent sit down meal. 🤷🏼‍♂️

The manager of all people likes to leave the drink out of the order as a power move. After a few times I stepped behind the counter to grab one instead of asking and you better believe she was ready to chew me out for it. If you don't get your drink. Get it yourself.

Ordered and sat in the drive-thru for 35 min waiting for my food. Then when I got it, it was horrible. Bun was burnt, it had so much ketchup and mustad I couldn't eat it and the fries were old. I don't expect much from a McDonald's because hey it's McDonald's. But this location is by far the worst I've been to. Total fail. If I were you I'd drive a few miles to the next one if you want McDonald's.

The drive thru is an absolute nightmare. Sit in a circle line to wait on a med fri and double cheeseburger. Get it before the other cars before you and have to sit and wait.

We stopped at this place on our way to San Antonio. The restaurant was not well maintained. The toilet was dirty. There were long delays. They didn't even include half the items on my kids' happy meal.

Ordered two burgers paid for it and when I got to the window they wanted me to pull up and wait for my order, normally that would be okay but there was no way to pull to so I told her no she slammed her little glass window brought my food didn't say thank you or anything handed out the window and shut the glass door. Needless to say I'm done eating junk food at least there. Update February 9 2026 thought I would give them another chance and to my surprise it was no surprise. Is this the quality of food that McDonald's aspires to serve to the public? Needless to say, I threw the burger in the trash. Of course I had the fries and my drink, but that's an awful expensive fry and drink at $10. I won't be returning to the store ever

honestly i stay coming here just because i like mcdonald’s but the people that work here (not all) but most don’t care about doing shit right 😀 every time i come here im always missing something and have to go back (ofc im still nice when i tell them im missing something) but it irritates me cus i wanted them to do better lol maybe its not even their fault maybe its others that dont try or i dont know but they suckkkkk always forgetting shit i also asked one time for ranch and ketchup they gave me ONE ranch and no ketchup 😂😂😂 lol!! . right now i ordered breakfast and they forgot to give me on of my mcgriddles, then the lady goes and says they’re out of something even tho we payed for it , anyways yeah !

Something needs to be done about this operator for putting his staff in bad situations. I visited this McDonald’s on a Saturday 12/6 and they were very busy. I followed McDonald’s new model of ordering at the self service kiosk and when I was finishing my order I realized there were no table tents and the station was out of receipt paper. I quickly realized there were several people under this situation. Several people in the lobby started complaining about the situation, but the manager said she couldn’t add more receipt paper because they were out. Another employee phoned somebody who appears to be the operator to ask if they could bring some. Apparently the operator had known of this problem and had done nothing to address it. Several people were yelling and being rude to the staff due to the delays and confusion, but they are not at fault. The operator needs to be more responsible and respectful to the employees that work hard to earn a living.

I know stopping at a fast food place you don’t expect “the best food ever” but I stopped at this location and got two double cheeseburgers, both burgers were dry, luke warm, and both buns were stale. Defiantly NOT worth the 4.09 I paid. Go to wataburger instead.

Today I went in and ordered a Carmel Sunday and fries with extra salt. They didn't put the extra salt on the fries and it is so hot inside that my Sunday melted before even walking out the door. Who ever the owner is must not care to much about that location because it just keeps going on a downward spiral. The two times that I've gone to this location I've had to wait for a or fries that they didn't give me with my order. Neither time did anyone come and tell me sorry we are out of this can we replace it for you. I'd normally say something about the youngsters working. But at this location, THE MANAGERS ARE HORRIBLE AND NEED REPLACING. Trust me the location on I-10 and 359 is a lot better than the one in Sealy if you don't mind the.

It simply takes too long for food to come out, it's very evident from the look from the staff and the way they all speak to each other, no one cares to be working there and have no sense of urgency, it takes 20+ minutes for an order to come out during a lunch rush, that just isn't acceptable

My best friend and I went yesterday. Poor customer service. I went to order on the kiosk, but it wouldn't let me select what I wanted (20 piece nuggets and 2 medium fried for $7.59+tax) so I went to the cashier. He rang up EXACTLY what I put on the kiosk, but he was trying to charge me almost $12!! 😤 he then proceeded to tell me that what the kiosk was telling me was wrong and I had to go back to the kiosk and order it over there because I was wrong. So, I went to the kiosk and it eventually let me order and it was only $8.22. Very frustrated with the whole experience. I would NOT recommend !!!!!!

Dirty staff, dirty managers and dirty restaurant. Also with terrible attitudes. Update: went in, and the wait time was unreal. Also heard the cashier/team lead call the customers “stupid people” under her breath. Saw three baggers, one couldn’t care less about speed of service and was legit leaning over the counter as if the restaurant wasn’t packed with people waiting on their food, another one looked completely lost, and the manager was handling food and money at the same time without washing her hands. This place needs to replace ALL of their staff, starting from the very top.

Had problems using the ordering machine. Kept declining my card. Used another machine and it worked, but no receipt was given. Had to debate the rep behind the counter, because he said my charge was declined. Told him which machine it was declined on and which one it was approved. Even showed him the transaction on my bank acct. He threw his hands up. Unprofessional. Told him I wanted to speak to a mgr. Had to go through the whole process of explaining again. Eventually, they understood the problem. A lot of people other people shared their frustrations with this location.

The service needs to be better. No attentiveness and lacks communication to customer. Employees too busy horse playing and chatting with other customers (maybe their friends who are visiting them?)and not paying attention to other customers. There were numerous customers who were missing things out of their order and had very long wait times. Our mobile order took way too long and they forgot our drinks. Had to go back inside for them and had to wait another 5-10 minutes just for that.

Went through the drive-through for a second time here. This is not a fast food establishment, in my opinion. They tell you to move forward after your purchase. Then you wait 20 minutes for one freaking value meal. Never again! Just go to Dairy Queen instead. It's next door.

The food was fine overall. Service was horrible they completely ignored everyone and had a lil party in the back while people were waiting for them to attend them. It looked filthy like nobody swept and cleaned the tables in a while. Get a new team already pookies. Get your money up and not your funny up. Also they got my order wrong.

This store gets a 0 out 5 stars. Their customer service is very disappointing, they are just standing around talking. The employees also seen the customers standing there and they didn’t attend the customers right away. They waited for a while to tell this girl to attend the customers in the front. She looked at the manager rolled her eyes and asked what can I get you. There was a tall old guy that told the girl that the lobby was a mess, there was no one cleaning the tables, the floors weren’t swept or mopped, there was no receipt paper in their Kisok machines. Then a lady told them there was no hand sanitizer in the woman’s rest room. There was no table numbers at the kisoks either. Overall, experience there was horrible. It was so shocking I’m surprised they don’t have bugs in there.

This is the atmosphere where you see the hard workers working and the lazy chatter box ppl standing around doing nothing while you wait for your food. The place where you will find a piece of a literal roach in your drink cup from the ice machine. The place where you question why your frapee tastes weird and wonder the last time they cleaned the machine. I have been to many locations over the years and this by far is the most poorly managed and maintained locations. Corporate might as well just clean house and start all over. I would literally rather drive and extra 30 mins to get my child a happy meal than to come here.

It was 30 and there were tons of kids with no parents extremely dirty dining area, the restroom was disgusting the employees were preoccupied the food looks slopped together with one Burger even poorly wrapped falling out into the bag food was given and then took 5 minutes to make the Frozen frappe that was ordered with the food but not handed out with food luckily I don't live close and won't be visiting this location again . On the bright side the food was warm when it was given to me.

Stopped here to get a quick burger during lunch. Full staff and ended up being here 40 minutes. Had cars waiting for their order around the entire location. After getting my food, it was barely warm. Like it had been sitting there awhile. This location definitely needs a new manager to correct everything there. Awful experience.

The food is absolutely disgusting. The managers lie. It’s sad. I love my town, but it seems to me that these restaurants are just gross. I called for a week to complain and the calls always go to voicemail. Being my order was 40.00 it should have at least been edible. Also every time you go thru drive thru the cars are wrapped around the building waiting. Someone needs to do something about this. It’s wrong in todays economy when you want to treat your family and are utterly dissatisfied!

Every time I come here there’s an issue with the ordering process. The speakers are either too low or they can’t hear me when I’m talking at full volume. Most of the workers have an attitude and fail to get a simple McDonald’s order correct 80% of the time. If there’s more than four people in line, don’t even bother it will take them at least 30 minutes to do those orders.

I’ve done a few surveys now about my experience at this McDonald’s and clearly whoever is in charge here doesn’t read them. Every single time I come here there is an issue. Last Sunday I came and waited 25 mins for a curbside order that I eventually went inside for only for the guy to give me an attitude, walk over to the counter, grab my food then hand it to me with no apology. My food was cold. There’s not telling how long it had been sitting there. This morning we go through the drive thru, the girl taking orders rushes us while ordering , parks us (every time you go through the drive thru they will park you even with no one behind you) then they give us our food that’s wrong then the kid gives us attitude when we tell him we are missing food and his response is “so you want it or nah?” OBVIOUSLY if we paid for it we want it. This manager and owner need to get it together.

Pulled up on a Saturday at around 2:00 p.m., put in a simple order and ended up waiting almost half an hour for the food. We had to pull around and wait for someone to bring it out. Once we received it, it was missing one of the items and ketchup was not provided even though they said it was. I asked them to bring ketchup with the missing item, they said they gave us a ton of ketchup, which ended up being four packets. Some of the items we received were covered with mustard all over the outside, and they only gave us one napkin. If you're going down I-10 like we were, I suggest you just keep on driving.

Stopped at this restaurant on our way to Austin. This place was so disgusting!! All the tables were extremely dirty! The service was very poor. My husband used the bathroom and stated the bathroom was very dirty and had an awful smell. At this point this McDonald's should close.

I normally don’t write reviews especially FAST FOOD places! But this is hands down the WORST place. The food is great the atmosphere is hit or miss and cleanliness is good never had issues! But when it comes to SERVICE if you have no plans and don’t mind sitting in the drive thru line or even waiting at the front counter for 15-45 mins I recommend NOT COMING HERE! I come to this location DAILY cause of my kid. But I’m refusing to do that anymore after 5 years it wasn’t terrible back then but within the past 3 years the service gets SLOWER!!! Also they have 2 lines why skip the outside lane and let everyone on the other side keep going ! If that’s the case then don’t have but one lane! I have experienced super friendly people and lazy, rude ones as well…. I don’t know if it’s new management or just lack of don’t care! But numerous times I have waited either inside or drive thru and it’s the same time frame they walk past you like you’re not even standing there for 10-20 mins ! When other customers complain about how slow they are you would think they would fix it! Also you get large fries you basically getting a medium! Why not fill it up like it should be I waited 25 mins for fries why not give me what I paid for since I was waiting on fries!!! Like I said I never write reviews but personally this is becoming such an issue/ pain especially if you’re in a hurry or on time frame! Shouldn’t be called McDonald’s more like MCSLOWANLDS!!!

No amount of words are in the dictionary that can describe how bad this Ms Donald's is!!!! We waited 25 mins for a 20 dollar order. The service wasn't even that good. They refused to refill the ice tray when they were informed it was empty, and they didn't give any Napkins. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to!!!! If your ever driving down I-10 and plan to get a bite to eat; I suggest you avoid that McDonald's!!!!!

I went in to get an iced coffee. I ordered a medium with one shot of caramel. The gentleman put in order. When my drink came out it was very light. I asked how many shots in coffee to which a lady replied “two”. I told her I only wanted one. She took my coffee turned around and tossed it in trash and said she wants one shot. No apology or eye contact, as if I was in the wrong. I waited and again it came out light in color and not even filled to top of cup. I left. I am writing this review because I have NEVER received my order correctly here, EVER! I’m done.

The service at this McDonald's used to be top notch. I don't know what happened, but the drive thru is slow as molasses and half the time forget to give me my order right.

Man I’ve been coming to this place for nearly 4 years now and over these last past 2-3 months the service has been terrible the morning crew the little Hispanic lady short chick with glasses she works the drive through and I guess she’s a new manager or something idk but her name is Lupe man she and the whole crew they have in the morning bro are terrible and they are gonna lose my business man this is ridiculous my coffee is never right I get the same thing every day

Another terrible experience. Came back again cause I forgot about my last experience..I drive bakc ans forth to Houston and the closest food stop is in this area.. so decided to make a quick stop at McDonald’s since it wasn’t so busy, and just as the last time..it seems like their objective is to only give you half of what you pay for…shiesty w the fries Lol. I ate about 6 fries before I took this picture.. And cheese on my burger not even melted..please do better w your team McDonald’s in Sealy Tx.

Absolutely horrible!!! The manger is super rude we waited 45 minutes for a food and never got it Then we did a refund and the store manger stated it would take 5-6 days!! Like really!!! I have never in my years!! Super rude management!

I ordered a whole meal, paid at 1st window. Never got a receipt. Got to second window. Got a coffee. The gentleman asks, do you need anything, yeah my whole meal. He says oh they never charged you. What. He takes my card. I get charged. I tell him my order. then it miraculously comes out. He says I need that code back. I gave it to him and he says this is the right one. So I ask for an empty cup to give my kid a small version of the drink that was given with the meal and I open the cup and it’s smells rancid. I look in after I started pouring the power aid and it’s been used. Possibly from the trash. I am shocked. Don’t eat here. You health is at stake. I never got a receipt only a charge for a coffee. I can’t deal.

Everything was good at first but they forgot something with my order waited a good while to get it and while I waited at least 4 workers looked at me and the line behind me shrugged their shoulders and proceeded to do what they were doing

Always take long to give you the food and i always order ahead on the app and they never have it ready and so they dont look bad they make you wait at curbside and then bring the food . you are always waiting 15 mins plus for your food .

Get your stuff together !!! Very rude people work there waited 10 minutes just to order food when we were at the the drive thru guy finally says what you want tell him what we wanted then he says is that it So rude 🤬 then waited 8 minutes to pay 🤷‍♂️ get our food fries cold and burgers were cold WTH 🤦‍♂️ had to wait another 5 minutes to get fresh food time was 3:20 Pm Just Sorry People Work there with no Care for anyone but themselves 😡

Made an online order went through the drive through and was sent to sit out front order came and it was someone else’s order our order finally came about 15 minutes later and we had ordered apple pies but they didn’t have any we were told for a credit we would have to go through the drive through again after another 15 minute wait we asked for our money back so we could just leave and were told that the food had been prepared and we couldn’t get our money back. We finally got a credit for the apple pies and got our food want be going back don’t know what happened but the service just sucks

This has got to be the worst service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant, I've never seen a group of people move so slow. Everyone in the back is standing around gossiping and on their phones and one lady up front in the worst mood tossing people their food, been standing here for 40 mins now and still haven't been served.

The staff treats customers as if they are incompetent while talking to them in a condescending manner. 99% of the issues that revolve around this particular location could be solved by having staff go through training and learning how to deal with unhappy, frustrated customers!

They focus more on drive thru than people in the lobby. Dosent take 30 plus mins to make a frappe. Wastes my lunch time and didn't even get my food. Employees were talking among themselves and not focused on the orders. Not going to this location again. Owner Its your fault maybe you should give me your location and make sure people actually get serviced well. Dont reply with a link that dosent go anywhere. Incompetent some people dont deserve to own franchises.

The absolute worst McDonalds I’ve been too in a long time! Every worker I encountered seems to hate their job and reflects that to the customers. The wait time is ridiculous for the drive thru no matter the time (so plan ahead). I would rather drive to Katy, TX McDonalds and back before coming here ever again.

We live in Sealy and this is the only McDonalds for miles. It is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. I even use to work for McDonald’s. Every time we come here we wait in the drive through line for on average 30-45 minutes. Sometimes we will wait for 30 min and they will then have us pull up. I have been inside the restaurant a few times and it’s absolute chaos in there. No one looks like they care one bit or have a bit of pep in their step. This is a fast food restaurant but I get my food faster and sometimes cheaper at Texas Roadhouse.

Updated review: This is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. I sat in the drive-thru for almost 40 minutes waiting for a simple breakfast order. When I finally got to the speaker, instead of explaining anything or apologizing, the employee just said they “couldn’t make it” and that I needed to come inside for a refund. They refused to say anything else over the speaker — completely unprofessional and honestly just ghetto behavior from staff who clearly don’t care. I went inside like they told me, and then the manager said I had to drive all the way back home to get the card I paid with. So I wasted even more time and gas because of THEIR messed-up process. Then the general manager I emailed told me I was “never supposed to be refunded” in the first place — meaning the entire run-around and trip home was unnecessary. And somehow I was told that I now owe THEM money, which is absolutely insane. To make it worse, when I asked the general manager to provide visual proof or any documentation showing how I supposedly owe them money, she completely stopped responding. No follow-up, no explanation, nothing. This location is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly not trained. Zero communication, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. If you value your time or your sanity, avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Previous review: I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this location, but today was the worst. I placed a mobile order for breakfast and waited nearly an hour in the drive-thru. When I finally reached the speaker and gave my mobile code, I was told they couldn’t make my order because breakfast was over and my only option was a refund. I went inside as instructed, and the manager was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She told me they couldn’t issue a refund unless I either switched to a lunch order or drove all the way back home to get the debit card I used in the app — which defeats the purpose of ordering through the app in the first place. I ended up driving back home and returning again just to get my money back. While I was inside, I also witnessed two other customers walk out upset because no one was helping at the front counter. The store seems consistently disorganized, understaffed, and poorly managed. This has happened several times to me, and it’s very frustrating. I hope corporate steps in to address the lack of service, communication, and professionalism at this location. Customers shouldn’t have to go through this type of experience.

We visited this location to grab a quick breakfast and they were indeed busy. We love McDonald’s breakfast and truly don’t mind waiting. However, the location was severely understaffed. There wasn’t any receipt paper in the kiosk so the guests had no idea their orders were being called after waiting a long time already. The team members communicated to guests that they were short handed and that the manager could not issue any refunds. The guests became angry and started demanding refunds. The team’s safety is my biggest concern. They were not set up for proper success and safety and that’s not OK. They kept saying “the owner knows” which is even sadder when the employees work hard. Where was the owner? Why wasn’t the owner here if the team was this short handed? The manager on duty was doing her best, but it sounds like upper management is the problem here. Appreciate this location having Coke Zero though because the food quality after waiting was not up to McDonald’s standards.

This McDonald's is the worst. The manager is rude and dont know how to talk to people. The front counter is slow. I ordered a hot and spicy small fry and a basket of fries. We waited for 35 minutes. Gave them another chance the other day i sat in the drive thru for 48 minutes. If you do stop plan on sitting awhile.

Stopped here over the weekend. The workers they have in here suck. I had a big order that did not have everything in it. When asked for the rest of my food it became a problem. Trying to charge me for sauces that come with the meal. Then the guy goes and gets the manager and she wasn’t any better. That was my first and last time ever stopping there. It took everything in me to keep my cool. If you don’t like your job get another one

I went through the drive-thru late one night (around 11:30) and noticed that everyone working seemed to be minors. It honestly didnt sit right with me these kids looked exhausted and were clearly doing all the work with no adults around to help. This was on a school night too, which makes it even worse. No teenager should be working that late, especially without proper supervision. Whoever is running this McDonalds really needs to be looked into, because its not okay to have minors working those kinds of hours. Ill be reporting it soon to the local authorities if it keeps happening .

The woman at the front got our order wrong and then acted inconvenienced to get it right. Got my coffee and threw cream and sugar in it and did not even stir it and acted totally annoyed when we tried to tell her what our order was.

My expectations aren’t high, because it’s just a McDonald’s. But the management at this location clearly doesn’t care and it shows on the entire staff. Half the ordering machines don’t work, and the other half are having issues (the first one I tried got stuck on an endless loop somehow, the one I eventually ordered from was unable to print a receipt). The restroom was absolutely disgusting, and the food was flavorless. Unfortunately it was impossible to even try to get any of these issues taken care of cause the staff was all busy in the back.
