Order to burgers at the drive-thru and got a very friendly and patient person who had to explain to me that there is no Ch'King burger it's a Ch'King sandwich LOL. I was ordering for a friend. Burgers or very hot which meant or felt very fresh to me.

Ok so this girl named Lesley I think she's a manager yesterday she did an amazing job at doing stuff, she was so patient and nice she just took my order seriously and amazingly if I could give her a raise I would and she was so nice to my. Child she gave him a crown and candy a lot of candy and he couldn't afford a costume and she gave him a crown to and she was so nice so if u see this thanks! 🫶🫶
We had a great experience this morning because of Lizette. She was so sweet and patient with me and my ever changing order. As we were receiving our order a man pulled up to place his order. She politely asked him to wait one moment so that she could finish up with me and this gentleman proceeded to yell at her so loudly that I could hear him through her headset. It was completely uncalled for and she handled the situation beautifully. She stayed calm and polite in the face of a totally unreasonable and irate person. Please treat everyone with respect. You’re not better than anyone else, just talk to people like you would like to be spoken to.
The bathroom is Cold and drafty with no baby changing station. So this lady was just changing her baby on the ground! My Purple Aid Kush had my munchies on hit so I sat at The high diner style tables a With my bae and grubbed, little windy by the back door but I enjoyed my meal even if I have to measure my portions on this new diet! Parking lot was pretty nasty though, needs some work asap!

I'm serious, every time I go to this location, I'm amazed at, the employee serving me, attitude & the way they seem completely joy-filled as they work.

I went in on Valentine’s Day around 7:50 PM, the two gentlemen that were working, upfront greeted me sweetly, and Took the time too make sure I was happy with my order! Very hard-working, definitely Will be a Repeat customer! Food was hot, and made in a timely manner, and they made sure I had all my sauces!

I had an experience where I over heard the drive thru cashier by the name of Kerry and she was double checking the food asking the cook how long ago they made my chicken fries cause she didn't want to serve me cold food ..felt nice someone actually caring the quality of food being served in drive thru fast food . Her personality was very friendly and bright .

It's great been eating for years, so the taste isnt as good anymore. I still love it! Burger restaurants are my favorites.
Great place for a quick bite - usual fast food, nothing special. Decently clean looking location and probably one of the last few Burger King in the area.
It's a well kept restaurant. It's clean and orderly. The people who work there are also friendly. The food is just like every other BK.
This location always gets my order correct. The BK app makes it even easier, plus the app coupons always saves me$$$!
Other than the wait was more than 15 mins, every thing went smoothly, as far as fast food restaurants goes! My burger was tasty and freshly prepared, our orders was correct 👌 and we were ready to chow down!!
It's a fast food place but they're very quick in the parking lot and the inside looks very clean. I give that credit to the workers and to the managers. You wouldn't think people pay attention to clean parking lots, but I do.

Line of 5-6 cars outside so I decided to go inside to older. Order was taken right away, but food took a good 15+ minutes. Fries were hot, burgers were lukewarm, so must have been sitting around waiting for the fries.

This Burger King has been amazing since the new GM took over, food is always hot and fresh. The reason I’m leaving 4 stars is because of ketchup. They HOARD ketchup packets like they are gold. I never get them with fries and I feel like I have to BEG for extra packets. Like come on man, I love ketchup with my fires and giving me one packet for a large fries isn’t gonna do. Been faithfully going here and even compliment them. But the ketchup man, give people the ketchup.

One person cooking during a breakfast rush if I was her I would have been mad. She made our order wrong the first time so it took her 20 mins however, when it did come out it was delicious.
We have gone through several times and because of the size of our truck, we always have to go in. Tonight we stopped for a couple of ice cream cones and they put them in a cup. When we asked for spoons, they said they did not have any.
Drive thru was broken.... the back staff didn't seem to have it together.... all in all they were upbeat..... eventually got my order right..... hey....what would I expect for $1.00 menu
What can I say, greasy delicious food at a decent price for the last minute quick snack or dinner idea. Have to say this place is less greasy than the other competition that surround it.
If your in a hurry don't go here it took 20 minutes to get our to go order if they had been busy I could understand that but they weren't
One of my favorite fast food chains. But they don't take American Express anymore. I like earning points on it. The restaurant is probably tired of the credit card commission. I could be eating here more often if it weren't for that. I guess it's good for my wallet and waistline.
It's what you would expect. Sort of clean. Fast service. I give it the 3 stars because almost every time I order I get a cold burger, the large fries are more like a large small. It a fast food place don't expect much and you'll be ok.
Friendly, but slow service due to not enough workers present. Food was satisfactory, but it was definitely not worth the wait time. I really do understand that it's not always the staff's fault 😕
It's Burger King. That's it. They're doing what they're supposed to do. Place looked clean and the order was correct, service was fine and staff was not rude. If you haven't tried it yet you should give the Impossible Whopper a shot.
Service is far more focused on the drive thru.. waiting in the lobby is often way took long.. boone ever seems happy to be there.. no one is talking, no music,, But I have always been a Burger King fan so I continue to show my loyalty..
The food is always the same, so is the drive through employees but why does it take so long. The line was blocking traffic on the main road. 25 minutes in a drive through to get cold fried is a bit much. A sit down restaurant is faster. This isn't the first time its been slow. I am probably going to take a break from BK for a while. I'm not a fan anyways, I have to cave for my husband occasionally.
My burger was served hot but not my fries. I believe every table was dirty so I sat at the cleanest one available. Someone eventually came around and clean table in the dining area. I enjoyed the food going down but it gave me an immediate case of indigestion as I approached finishing my meal.
They forgot to give me my two desserts last night and by the time I got home, I was pissed. I shouldn't have to check my bag to make sure what I paid for is already in there. That's ridiculous. It ruined the rest of my meal for me. Come on guys. Maybe you should hire someone that's exclusively for fulfilment to check all the orders so they all have what they are supposed to have. It's seriously dumb that this is a thing (that at most fast food places you have to check your order before you leave and take everything out of your bag to check and make sure you got everything you paid for). You should be fined every time you screw up an order. In any other business setting, if they were to accidentally short orders as many times as it regularly occurs in fast food places, it would be criminal.
To get in and out of the parking lot is a challenge I don't understand why some of these fast foods are at the worst locations especially with the traffic they draw in sometimes the automobiles trying to get into the parking lot lineup and cause a traffic jam by blocking the lane of the Streets, trying to get into the fast food drive-thru or parking lot! I would pick another location but your choices aren't very much in Monterey there are very few options of everything, particularly fast foods, it's not anything like Southern California and other larger Metropolitan it's more like a village feel, that's the way the small towns all around Monterey, CA

Easily the best looking burger king in the area. I am only rating a 3 because I order through the app to pick up through drive thru. When I got there all of sudden they told me to go inside to pick it up. I've done the bk app before and had no issues with drive thru. Other than that the food is always good.
I'm not sure about this place. I was a bit disappointed because it seemed like the workers really didn't want any interaction, bathrooms weren't so clean and didnt seem like anybody goes around cleaning the tables and floors. The food was ok but not the best and they also got my order wrong but didn't want to deal with going back and waiting on food again. Don't think I would go back here if I'm ever in the area again.

This is the only burger king I've been to since that deal started that has this policy. I travel up and down the West coast every week for work, and I frequently stop at burger king because the trio deal is the most cost effective meal option on the road. This is the ONLY location that won't let me order two of the same thing. I wouldn't buy from this location, except it's the only burger king in the area I spend about half of any week in.

Low end of the fast food chain, I'd say. But it was the closest thing before getting on the freeway, so we stopped to enjoy some french fries.
Pretty rude service at the drive thru she didn't even offer us ketchup or dip when we ordered 2 things of fries. Used to be really nice not sure what happened.
I came in the drive thru and ordered a double whopper combo with fries and a hi-c fruit punch. Along with 10 nuggets and 8 mozzarella sticks. I asked for ranch as well. I got a sprite instead. 6 pieces instead of 8. And no ranch even though the boy at the window clearly heard me. Everything on the screen when ordering was right but I guess these workers can't count or read or bother to double check their orders.
So last night my girlfriend and I went here for a quick bite for dinner. We were the only guests there and ordered separate because we had coupons and knew that we couldn't use them together. So one employee took my girlfriend's order and goes to the back to never be seen again. I stand there for 10 minutes before the manager comes and takes my order. I tell him I want my burger plain and lo and behold when I get my food it's not plain. How are you the manager when you can't get a simple order right? The manager is also gone at this point and the employee running the drive through comes over and assists me and tells the cook to make another burger (by the way he was killing the drive through running back and forth). The cook makes my burger and sets my burger down and disappears to the back also. I'm the only person in the restaurant besides my girlfriend. Im standing at the counter not even 5 feet away, how hard is it to hand me my burger? The guy running the drive through is obviously busy and has no help from 4 other people who are there. After standing there for another 5 minutes the manager re emerges and I get my food and leave 25 minutes later. How is this fast food? Maybe during lunch rush hour this might be acceptable but when there are no customers inside and only a couple cars in the drive thru this shouldn't happen. I will be driving the extra mile to the other burger King if I ever feel the need to go back.
I love breakfast. They don't seem to love breakfast. I understand there is a hard stop at 1030 or whenever it is, but start at 0600! It is centrally located, good visability yet breakfast starts when?? And the nearest BK is?? Please cater to your base customers more.
This is worst experience I have in burger king, Ordered two dollar chicken burgers. They are worst. First of all staff does not understand the dollar chicken Burger. I said many time she was not able to understand. But would to bring up is, if they dont understand their products who else will understand. God should only all this..... Finally she understood and took the order... Chicken was not fresh and not crispy which order... Anyways guys I wont refer this Burger King again... Atleast for this place.
No matter what I order this location always seems to mess up something. Overcooking, temperature, out of stock or just a plain lack of care. Drive thru with an average of 50% to trash can! Wendy's or KFC safer bet...or if you want BK drive to Castroville.
Typical for Monterey BK. Staff is pleasant...however they are slow and work inefficiently, which is the fault.. and lack of leadership. As for the food...best times to go is at start if lunch when everything is fresh.

I am working for Doordash, I went to pick up an order andI was surprised they had the lobby closed, only the drive through was servicing with a big line, I was just picking up an order, I called the store without answer. I think They should have a pick up station inside like any other place. I had to cancelled the order, for a disappointed customer!!!
It ain’t a ‘FAST’ food place. Lazy dinosaur workers. Don’t go there unless you don’t mind sleeping in your car in the drive thru for hours to finally get your food. This business definitely needs a clean house.

Not sure if he was a manager or what but the receipt says merchant Id 456205800992 he was very rude and was very unprofessional at the cash register. Did not say thank you even after we said thank you! My point is if you dislike your job find a new one! Rude customer service makes me not to ever come back again
Absolutely horrible I demand a refund of $12.00, had to turn around and give the whole order back, then they were talking about me and the second order was still incorrect. Horrible food, horrible staff just go to Wendy's or the Burger king on seaside. This should be shut down!! You demand higher wage but dont know and dont to take orders correctly. My autistic friend almost had a breakdown stuck in the line! There is no sign until they are STUCK that they are accepting ONLY CASH! My friend has been in line for ~40 minutes STUCK in line for NO REASON because she only carries cards!!!!!!! This was just an awful experience!!!! PLUS THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES!!!! They kept hanging up the phone!!!
Why is it that everyone is so rude here. Step up management. Do your job and train your employees with basic customer service skills. It's not hard to talk to people politely.

Unprofessional And very rude brown haired dark skinned women at drive thru works there between 9-10pm on Wednesday nights! She is very unprofessional and rude and obviously doesn't want to be there and yells at you when you decide to change anything on your order. Burger King change your hiring practices and hire people that are at least profesional and don't yell at you for something as simple as an order change she is a miserable human being who obviously reflects her own shortcomings and downfalls onto others!

I was actually there to pick up an order of burgers from doordash on Saturday night (March 7th). I was new to the app so I accidentally ordered at the drive through instead of picking it up. I let them know about it before they prepared the food. However the manager (short brown hair, brown eyes) made sure to make a big deal about how she had to do extra work and criticizing how could I get that wrong. Such a miserable person and honestly very unprofessional and rude. I rather turn down my next job with door dash if I can avoid seeing her face again. I also would not recommend going to anyone I know. This company needs to rethink their hiring process and retrain their employees and managers so that the experience is positive and not traumatic.

Chicken fries are usually either overcooked or raw. Shakes are good but extremely more sugary compared to other places you can get a shake at like Wendy's or McDonald's, but as of this review they haven't had a working blender in over 10 weeks. Fries are also great if you like unsalted cold fries. Lots of homeless people hang out inside every now and then as well, and the place is usually trashed. Tables are almost never cleaned, if at all. Soda dispenser never dispenses ice either, and they flat out told me to go get my own ice elsewhere one time I went. Saw a homeless person urinating on one of the big round tables there last visit as well.
Got half my order n can't call in cause they leave the phone off the hook so yea just gave 8 $ fir something I didn't get grrrrrrrrrr
The staff does not care how long the drive thru line is, they keep having fun inside and don’t care about customer’s time. Never waited for so long in the drive thru. It took them 30 mins to give 2 burgers. Finally got my order only to know that it wasn’t complete, these careless people did not give me everything I asked for!! Worst service ever!
Degrading from 3 to 1 since every time i get there the service is worse. Spent 15 minutes as they only customer inside and money of the 4-5 employees even acknowledged I was there. Sense to be defacto drive-through only.
Terrible. I ordered three 8 piece Mozzarella sticks and nearly every one of them was stone cold. The burger was ok at best. On top of that, the drive thru employee wasn’t very friendly either.
Placed a doordash order for med fries, 12 pc chicken fries, double cheeseburger, and 8 pc nuggets. first order was stolen by a dasher and the backup tried to get them to remake the food and they refused. my order was cancelled. i tried a second time thinking it was bad luck and the same thing happened less than a hour later. when the 2nd backup dasher tried to get them to remake my food the person at the register argued with my dasher and my order was once again cancelled. having been here multiple times i doubt the people working at burger king in seaside care enough about their job to fight over remaking an order, but i guess not today.
we got three chicken sandwiches, one spicy and two not, all meals, and one chicken fry. We get our food and it was one spicy chicken sandwich and three chicken fry meals. At first we thought that they gave us chicken fries cause they made us wait but then we saw the two other deluxe chicken sandwiches were missing. We went in to ask cause we just spent a lot and we were gonna get our sandwiches. We told them that we were just missing two sandwiches and that they never gave us a receipt. The employee who took our order at the window made a point to say to the employee we were talking to, to not give it to us for free. Even though we paid for them. Then they made us pay for something, we assume the chicken fries, even though we didn't order them. then they gave us our sandwiches and when we finally got them and we're eating them in the car they were not deluxe. They were the number 7s and we ordered and payed for the number 9s. so we just payed $45 for all of this and in the end we didn't even get what we payed for. And no it wasn't even that good.
I just spent 50.00 at this store. Once again, my order was not made correctly. I can't afford to just keep buying food here. I will not if you keep getting it wrong. It's self sabotage. Stop it. We all deserve better. Y'all should think about maybe stop giving people reasons to complain before you call them Karen..
Not only did they get my order wrong but they laughed about it to eachother right in front of me and acted like I was an inconvenience for wanting the order corrected. I guess thats why so many people like In n Out and Chick fil A so much more. Pleasant service is simply part of the experience they offer. Not here I guess.
Just as this location got some cool older ladies to run this place, their future seemed to be brighter. Even took a minute to thank them for their courteous, professional behavior. However, tonight, I went in later after a Multiple Sclerosis medical procedure, much later than usual. Ordered my usual, a whopper, no onions. The onions do not mix with my $14000 a month MS meds. Got home, the burger was completely plain, nothing but a tiny squirt of ketchup. So put my clothing back on and returned. The cashier was extremely rude and refused to replace my order until I returned to the window. I asked why he didn't want to start my order again. He again instructed me to return to the window. He handed me a bag without a word. And I asked "and you're sorry for my inconvenience? He said, "nope, not really". So I turned around and got back in line, and asked for a refund. He had no clue why....I responded, because of your attitude. You would have thought I was a comedian. His two co-workers broke out in laughter. Just lovely. I'll be calling corporate in the morning. After spending two hours at the hospital having a Multiple Sclerosis brain MRI, food was essential. But didn't happen because of three punk kids. Who knows what they did to my food. Thanks Burger King!!! Just noticed.....tons of 1 star reviews and they are bad. What's even worse is no one bothers to respond.

Drive in girl with the colorful hair has been consistently rude with zero emotion except when I order multiple items, that's when she is noticeably upset. She gives me the food with a glare and says nothing. The service here is not what other burger kings offer so I will not return to this location until something changes.
I use to love going to this BK but after today’s service!!! The drive thru lady was so rude!! We asked nicely if we can get ranch and buffalo sauce and she said it was extra money and we asked how much and she said well how many do you want! I asked to see how much it was so we can decide how many we want. I obviously don’t care to pay but was just wondering. She said she can only give us 2 for free, so we paid for about 8 of them and still didn’t evening all of them. For the first time the spicy chicken wasn’t cooked well! Soooo disappointing. BK is definitely not promoting the “have it your way”! They need to provide better service and motivating staff!
I rarely review and usually only positively- but honestly we have given this place so many chances and it’s just so consistently terrible. It’s the opposite of fast food, there’s always something broken slowing everything down and never enough staff. They pick up the phone only to hang up on you, and we only call to ask if they have the thing we want to order that we have previously spent 30+ minutes stuck in the drive through to find out is sold out multiple times... just nightmare after nightmare.
Stood in line for ten minutes along with four other people, none of the workers took our order until somebody spoke up and asked for assistance. Workers were too focused on the drive-thru to pay attention to in-store customers. I ended up ordering online instead.
Don’t Go! The cashiers got upset because we came in through the door. If they didn’t want people coming in they should have locked the door. Instead of the employees working they were having a conversation. I ordered jalapeño poppers and only got 5 poppers . The burger buns weren’t even heated up and they put a fat wad of mayo. Yes, on the internet, it says 6 AM to 12 Ami walked all the way across the street. I'm disabled senior citizen And I walk across the street which was extremely hard and I get there and the kids standing around and they're working. Said that the dining room is not open right on the internet. It says they're open until midnight garbage. They better check their online service, as says they're open till 12.
How do you forget the sauce for the chicken fries for a delivery order? It's not like it in any rush with the customer waiting right there... Seriously. Please reinforce order accuracy with your crew.
Every single table was dirty. It was not busy at all so asked for a rag. A woman said she would clean it but never did. When tried asking again I was ignored. Other people also asked but nothing was done. Had to go into the bathroom to get paper and bathroom was disguising paper everywhere on the floor. Dirty, nasty unhygienic. Do not eat here.
Ordered out. Got home and found sandwiches smashed. My drink was watered down. Called manager and was told I would get a refund the next day. Few days passed didn't see my refund. Called back to manager Aiden and was told to wait a few more days. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting. Called to speak to manager and was hung up on and so i called back , phone was taken off hook.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King. Their service has become extremely poor. My order is wrong almost every single time I visit. Instead of improving, things are getting worse. What shocked me the most was the behavior of the manager. Today, she literally threw the paper in my face. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer deserves to be treated that way. I hope the company takes action, trains their staff properly, and fixes their customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this location at all
Not only was the service terrible, the food was absolutely disgusting! We were so grossed out- it got even worse once I actually looked inside my Whopper! As if the fries alone weren’t bad enough!!!!! These guys could learn a whole lot from The Salinas- N. Main- Burger King employees! If it wasn’t for them- the visit to this- The Fremont BLVD- Burger King- we would have NEVER went to a Burger King again!!!!! When i attempted to speak with management about my food- we were told he was not on site at the time and NOTHING was done to make this right.. I don’t even know if the offer of a replacement would even cover it now that i think about it. I am upset that I ate any of it before taking it apart and seeing what they had served me.. I REALLY DIDNT EVEN NEED TO WRITE ANYTHING W THIS REVIEW- THE PICS I TOOK SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!!!!!

2nd day in a row where the store is closed before the posted time. It is 11:27 at the time of this picture. I wonder why burger King is going downhill
I ordered two double whoppers with cheese and I got the wrong order, I tried calling the store several times and No one answered
Came into Burger King asked if I could have a impossible Patty put on a mushroom melt. And was told they don't have patties for the melt. Every other Burger King has done this for me. What a sad review the Shelby Thank you Burger King in seaside highly appreciate it

Horrible, I'm thinking of never coming back, every single time without fail, some is wrong or undercooked

Store says it’s open til 1am but I showed up at 11:55pm and it’s closed already even after placing an order on the app. Terrible
Yes, on the internet, it says 6 AM to 12 Ami walked all the way across the street. I'm disabled senior citizen And I walk across the street which was extremely hard and I get there and the kids standing around and they're working. Said that the dining room is not open right on the internet. It says they're open until midnight garbage. They better check their online service, as says they're open till 12.
