I didn't expect much from this place, as it was the only one open on the way from Guanajuato to Monterrey. However, the ingredients were fresher and tastier than I expected. The French fries were freshly made, and the chicken sandwich was fresh.
I don't think I've found a fast-food franchise in years where the people who work there are truly committed to customer service. Great experience.
How are you, good day, I don't usually do this type of things or comment, I just wanted to thank and congratulate this establishment on September 28, 2025 at this branch, my family and I were enjoying our food when out of nowhere a child came in, I don't know if he was homeless, he came in to sell candy in a basket, he was inside the business for approximately 15 minutes when a waitress employee with glasses, who by the way is very kind and pleasant, I don't know her name, gave the child a combo meal. When she saw the child leave the business, her joy was reflected in the child, she left for an unknown destination. The type of service they offer is very pleasant and I thank again all the employees of that KFC Silao de la Victoria establishment. Excellent service, keep it up and never change for this type of thing, it is that I see hope in my people of Guanajuato ☺️☺️
One of the fastest branches, very punctual between payment and receiving the food. The chicken and especially the biscuits were delicious. The young woman who served me was very kind and helpful in explaining the billing process. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly overall, including the security guard at the entrance.

Place is always clean and orders are always right! Update. They truly messed up on my order. Maybe next time they will get it right again.

The service is the worst, they gave me a non carbonated soda without ice and they just limited to saying that they didn't have a straw, they didn't have many things from the menu. they invoives service is really bad they lost my ticket.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. On December 10, 2025, I made a takeout order and requested an invoice. They gave me a WhatsApp number to send a photo of the receipt and my billing information. However, when I requested the invoice, they told me their system wouldn't allow it and that it had to be done the same day. They didn't tell me this when I paid. They have the entire month to issue the invoice. TERRIBLE SERVICE
They never have what you ask for. You go and ask for something and they end up telling you, after everything is ready, that they don't have things like jalapeño sauce, or they serve you reluctantly.
The service was incredibly slow. We ordered from the drive-thru and waited ages for our food. I don't know if it's a staff shortage or what the situation is, but it's incredibly frustrating to have to wait more than 5 minutes even with no one else in line. As I write this, it's been 15 minutes and I'm still waiting.
One lady was very kind and attentive, but the manager on duty was terrible. They force you to buy from the vending machines, and when they finally deliver your order, they tell you they don't have what you ordered.
We ordered the tri-keta box with bbq but were given wings and breasts with buffalo. The mashed potatoes were mush, bland coslaw, and the biscuit was hard and just crumbled apart.
There are rats. Don't eat there. Noxious pests. They don't issue invoices. They trick you into sending the receipt to a WhatsApp number, and they stamp the receipt with a "customer no invoice required." Are they evading taxes? Are they stuck with the VAT that customers have already paid?
