Ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant im schönen St. Regis Mardavall. Wir hatten das nicht vegetarische Menü mit Weinbegleitung. Alle Gänge waren gustatorisch sensationell und qualitativ hochwertig. Der stets aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Service war sehr um uns bemüht. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Wie bei jedem Besuch haben wir uns für das ganz große Menü entschieden und waren insgesamt zufrieden. Manche Gänge haben wir schon zum wiederholten Mal genießen dürfen, hier wäre mal die Kreativität in der Küche gefragt. Manchmal reicht schon eine kleine Veränderung aus, um dem Gericht einen neuen Touch zu geben.
Fancier than fancy - well worth the price tag! Atmosphere, views, service and food were all excellent. The vegetarian banquet is to die for. Even better than its one Michelin star gives it credit for!
Ein Ort für den sich die Anreise lohnt. Selbst aus dem Ausland lohnt es sich hier her zu kommen für ein Abendessen. Wir gehen regelmäßig in Michelin Sterne Restaurants. Ich kann sagen, dass dieses Restaurant das beste diese Jahr für mich war. Das Restaurant liegt im St. Regis Hotel. Das Ambiente ist sehr modern aber nicht zu versnobt. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Der Empfang von Personal war herzlich und man wurde wieder erkannt. Wir waren gerade zu Saisonbeginn das erste Mal in diesem Jahr hier. Wir haben uns für die Genussreise des Chefs entschieden und die Weinbegleitung dazu genommen. Das Essen? Unglaublich und himmlisch. Jedes Gericht hat mit jeder Komponente überzeugt. Ein Geschmackserlebnis folgt dem nächsten und man macht mit jedem Biss eine Reise. Bei der Auster wurde ich innert Millisekunden nach Asien versetzt. Mich erinnerte das Gericht gleich an einen Urlaub auf Bali. Und so ausgeklügelt ist jedes Gericht das aus der Küche von Miguel Navarro kommt. Aber, und das ist genau so wichtig, was Julianna Gonzalez als Sommelier aussucht als Begleitung passt hervorragend dazu. Bei manchen Gerichten die geschmacklich sehr stark waren, hatte ich Angst der Wein ginge unter, aber keinesfalls. Julianna hat den perfekten Tropfen für jedes Gericht gefunden, welcher perfekt passte und auch das Gericht ergänzte. Auch noch ein Wort zum Service, immer zur Stelle und sehr freundlich. Man spürt, dass die Angestellten hier gerne und mit Freude arbeiten. Mich persönlich hat dieses Restaurant mehr begeistert als 2 oder gar 3 Sterne Restaurants welche ich dieses Jahr besucht habe. Hier stimmt einfach alles.
Mind blowing ! We were lost for words trying to describe each dish towards the end of the tasting menu! The detail that went into each item is what impressed us the most ! The tasting menu really felt like the chef was taking us through a journey, a story and we had joined the ride! The chef’s from La Gomera and the Canarian influence was such a beautiful touch from what was otherwise a pretty worldly (albeit somewhat Spanish-influenced) flight of food. Needless to say, we dined like royalty and were taken care of very, very well - in particular by head sommelier Enrico, a proper, experienced, well-seasoned sommelier worth his weight in gold !!
Speisen und Weine sind von erlesener Qualität und handwerklich auf hohem Niveau. Der Service ist fehlerfrei und angenehm zurückhaltend. Mallorquinische Einflüsse mit teils nicht mallorquinischen Bestandteilen ergeben eine sehr spannende Kombination. Selbst "einfachsten" Zutaten, wie jungen Erbsen entlockt die Küche wirklich Beeindruckendes! Wenig "Show" um die Gerichte sind sehr angenehm. Die Weinbegleitung ist schier unglaublich - teils lokale Weine, die wie maßgeschneidert die Gerichte ergänzen und unterstreichen. Unbedingte Empfehlung! Sehr spannend ist der Vergleich mit dem DINS in Palma - EsFum mit der modernen schickeren Interpretation der mallorquinischen Küche und das DINS immer ganz dicht am Originalgericht - beides hat seinen Charme! Superb! More than deserve its michelin star and i wouldn't be surprised if they received à second star in the foreseeable future. Our group enjoyed the place from the first to the last second. The setting on the terrasse with the view on the gardens and sea, the service impeccable but yet very personable, and the food extrême subtile and to the point. Highly recommended and site comfortably in the top 10% of the many 1* star and have been to.
Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Chef comes to the table at the end of the service which makes the entire experience personable. Sommelier is also very informative and recommended great pairing ! Will be back
Das Es Fum im genialen Hotel The St. Regis. Schöne Terrasse und tolle Aussicht. Es ist auch eines der teuersten Gastronomischen Erlebnisse der Insel Das Es Fum bietet dann auch hochstehende Gourmet-Küche, wie man dies auf dem Preis- und Bewertungslevel auch erwarten darf. Speziell zu erwähnen ist hier sicherlich der junge, motivierte und charmante Service.
Wonderful tasting menu; the portions could have been a bit bigger though. I am used to tasting menus and these were small in comparison.

I’ve been to enough Michelin-starred restaurants that I have sometimes wondered how a particular place made the cut. And then there are places like Es Fum. The kind that truly deserve the star. Every bit of the experience was amazing — every bite of food and every sip of wine, every conversation with the staff. The sequencing of the dishes was spot on. We enjoyed every dish served and every bit that followed only enhanced our experience. We highly recommend this place! The staff is friendly a
Man this was good. Certainly the best one star we have been to in recent memory. The service and quality of the dishes was closer to a two star. Do think (especially in the USA) there has been a serious dilution of the value of a star. Even something as simple as the olive-centric dish. Appeared to be just Kalamata olive loaf, focaccia, butter and olive oil. Man that olive oil flavor and pungency. The oil and butter just sent us to heaven - Michelin level. I can’t think of critiques. If I was forced it would have been the menu jumped around a bit. One of the Mallorcan wines didn’t pair well and my wife thought the lamb was a bit too rare. But god damn I ate it what she didn’t finish because it was delicious.
Wir waren in diesem Restaurant mit einem Michelin Stern, welches malloquinische Gerichte anbietet. Die Gerichte haben uns alle begeistert und waren sehr harmonisch und gut balanciert. Eine gute Möglichkeit, um die gehobene spanische Küche kennenzulernen. Zudem ein wunderschöner Platz auf der Außenterrasse mit Meerblick! Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Service war auch sehr schnell und aufmerksam. Meine Begleitung konnte ebenfalls ein vegetarisches Menü auswählen.
The food, service and overall experience is unmatched. It was truly a great time from the start to finish. The sommelier, Juliana was extremely accommodating and provided excellent recommendations. Our servers service was perfect and knowledge was impeccable. I can’t remember his name (started with a G I believe). But they both made the experience over the top.
Absolutely unmatched views, food, presentation, and service , hands down worth it. Petit menu is more than plenty, and it's somehow a 3 hour dinner that doesnt feel rushed or slow, absolutely perfect. Highlights include the seabass, the dessert, the pasta, and you must get the sea salt caramel when the desert cart comes. Only small thing to watch out for is the champagne cart appears complimentary, since you don't order it and you have no menu yet, but they certainly do charge you 28 euros for the glass
Rigtig skøn oplevelse og dejlig mad. Vi nød særligt de første små retter med tatar af tun og wasabi, østers med et thailandsk præg, kaviar og wagyu. Retterne bærer præg af det kreative køkken, og enkelte af retterne faldt desværre ikke i vores smag. Vi må indrømme, at vi er mere til det moderne køkken end det kreative, men stadig en rigtig god oplevelse og imponerende kokke kunst. Et besøg værd for dem der går op i mad og gerne vil prøve noget nyt. Restauranten er hyggelig indrettet og tjenerne er opmærksomme hele tiden.
From the moment you walk in, you know you're someplace special. The outdoor seating overlooks the hotel garden and the ocean so the sunset was amazing. The service was impeccable-everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was a solo diner and felt that I was treated like royalty. Special mention to the sommelier Javier who helped me pick out a wonderful wine, and Daniela who remembered me from the previous day's phone call. Finally the food! I chose the petit menu and was very pleased. My favorite was the sea bass but really everything was made to perfection. Do not expect traditional foods, or deconstructed anything. Though the food is modern, a lot of the flavors are Mallorcan-the spices, the ingredients. This was everything I expected of a Michelin star restaurant. Definitely not a place for kids. Expect to spend a lot of money and time here-but definitely worth both.
Tolles Menu, die einzelnen Gänge waren extrem interessant zusammengestellt… da waren echte highlights dabei. Die Ravioli waren grandios. Sehr aufmerksamer Service, die location ist leider etwas steif und in die Jahre gekommen. Leider kommt der Chef nicht zu den Gästen- da fehlt die persönliche Note.
Espectacular restaurante con estrella michelín, situado en el maravilloso hotel St. Regis Mardavall en Mallorca, en la bucólica Costa D’en Blanes. Sabores y tradición se mezclan en una verbena de colores y aromas, que cubren las mayores expectativas del mejor gourmet. Parte de las verduras y plantas aromáticas se cultivan en su huerto. Completísima bodega con muy buenas reseñas. Una acertada elección sï visitas Mallorca.

BESTES RESTAURANT AUF MALLORCA Vor einigen Tagen hat mich meine Frau anlässlich meines Geburtstags mit einem wahrlich herausragenden 12 Gänge-Menü „A metaphor about life“ im Es Fum überrascht. Wir erhielten den perfekten Wunschplatz auf der Terrasse mit romantischer Inszenierung. Miguel, der sympathische Küchenchef, hieß uns persönlich willkommen. Er und sein ganzes Team kümmerten sich sehr aufmerksam, professionell und zuvorkommend um uns, stellten die einzelnen Gerichte vor und achteten aufmerksam darauf, dass alles perfekt stimmte. Das leckere Essen mit Caviar, Austern und vielen weiteren Leckereien war die pure Geschmackssensation. Jeder Gang eine neue Überraschung, dazu kreativ inszeniert und präsentiert, besser geht es nicht. Wir haben kaum jemals besser dinniert. Nach über 4 Stunden waren wir überglücklich, das abschließende Foto mit dem gut gelaunten Küchenteam bleibt eine wunderbare Erinnerung! Fazit: TOP OF THE TOP bei Qualität, Komposition, Frische, Geschmack, Service und persönlicher Note! Besser kann ein Geburtstagsdinner wirklich nicht sein. Danke Miquel & Team!!
Fantastic restaurant and experience!! The food was incredible and the service was amazing. There is a great variety of wines at reasonable prices and the food was worth every penny.
I celebrated my birthday here and it was an unforgettable experience. The meal was luxurious and perfect in every way, with phenomenal service and breathtaking views from the terrace. We had the tasting menu and each dish was a masterpiece, both in creativity, presentation and flavor. The wine pairings, recommended by the sommelier, were equally impressive. While the price is on the (much) higher side, it's truly worth every single penny for such a remarkable and memorable experience :)
Exceptional experience, every dish was really delicious and made with perfect combinations of flavours and colors. The service was perfect, waiters and sommelier did a really great job presenting wines and courses that were made with prestigious and superbly good ingredients. Really impressed with this experience. Chef, originally from La Gomera came to greet us and present himself after the dinner and made a special cake-dessert offered by the restaurant to me for my birthday. No need to say it was exquisite and a much appreciated surprise! Definitely recommend to whoever comes to Palma De Mallorca. Price was high but absolutely worth every penny!

Our dinner at Es Fum, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. We arrived at 9 PM and didn’t leave until 1 AM — due to extremely slow service between courses that disrupted the entire flow of the evening. While the food quality and flavors were truly refined, and we appreciated the chef’s engaging stories, these highlights couldn’t make up for the overall lackluster experience. At a price point exceeding €500, we expected a seamless, elevated dining journey. Instead, the prolonged wait times left us feeling underwhelmed and disengaged. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend Es Fum based on our experience, nor do we plan to return. There are far better fine dining options on the island that deliver both in service and value.
Probamos el menú del viaje. Nada sorprendente con respecto a otros restaurantes con estrella Michelin en Mallorca. Acabamos con hambre. No tengo ningún motivo para volver.
Comparado con otros estrellas michelin donde he estado tiene mucho que mejorar, nada especial que recordar. Hay mejores sitios en Mallorca y con mejores vistas también. He de decir que el camarero jovencito que presentaba los platos nos atendió muy bien.
Es inevitable para mí buscar una referencia de la Guía Michelín para poder compararla con Es Fum*, así que usaré mi anterior visita a Aponiente***. * Servicio: Muy correcto, pero lejos de ofrecer una experiencia inolvidable. * Ambiente: No deja de ser la terraza de un hotel, con sillas de exterior de hierro forjado y cojines, algo incómodos para una cena de 4 horas. * Menú: Realmente bueno, pero me desilusionó al final. Centrar todo el postre en una oda a las cerezas, es lo que se me ha quedado en la mente por desgracia. ¡¡El desenlace lo es todo, y hay 10 platos para arriesgar, para mí es un suicidio jugártela al final!! * Maridaje: Aquí me choca el precio, 100€ por comensal para la selección que nos ofrecieron me parece excesivo. El maridaje en sí fue muy correcto, pero la verdad es que esperaba quedar mucho más satisfecho con las referencias. * Experiencia Completa: A la pregunta de si la experiencia ha sido tan buena como para volver, la respuesta es no. No ha habido nada que me haya causado rechazo, pero por desgracia tampoco ha habido nada que me haya sorprendido tanto como para querer repetir o incluso recomendar.
All three of us were very confused about this restaurant. We ate very little during the day since we were very excited to save an appetite for this meal. We chose the Vegetal tasting menu, as the Origen and others had foods we do not like (cockles, mussels, goat cheese, pigeon etc). We found a big lack of creativity and the meals tasted blander, cheaper and uncaring the more we went through. The only two courses we enjoyed were the focaccia and the ravioli. The rest of the dishes were either too salty or even undercooked. When we started sending dishes back almost full (after we forcefully ate the first few due to hunger), they asked us if we were enjoying the meal and we were honest with them. We desperately wanted to give them a chance to fix the disappointment, but the bad dishes kept coming and the almost full plates were not replaced. We were told instead that there was nothing wrong with their undercooked (less cooked than al dente) and oversalted rice. What's worse is the dishes were presented in a way where it was obvious the chef was not used to doing vegetable only menus. To reiterate, we are not vegan or vegetarian. I even asked if we could have the lamb or octopus to replace some of the items, to which I would gladly pay the difference, but they said the chef doesn't like substitutions and it would be better to order a la carte in that case, which was almost an entirely different menu. We chose to stay with Vegetal, hoping they would deliver on Michelin level vegetal tasting courses like we had at The View at 7Pines Resort in Ibiza, still one of the best vegetarian meals we ever had. The service here was also lacking, and we were surprised with an additional charge of 44 euros for 4 bottles of water that they kept pouring us without asking or even mentioning the price. We left with a sour taste in our mouth that we were able to replace with cheap french fries and mozzarella sticks in our room after the meal. Nowhere close to any of the other dozens of Michelin restaurants we've been to. Sorry Chef. If you're not comfortable with the Vegetal menu, as your waiter told us, then why offer it as an option at all? PS: When a waiter introduces a dessert as "the chef had to work hard to come up with this dessert to make it vegan", you know it's not gonna be first rate.
It was wooorst french restaurant ive ever been. First, there was racial discrimination when i was having dinner. They didnt ask me about taste of wine but they always asked white ppl all the time. Second, they didnt ask me how i would our steak. I am not good at having pigeon, so i was supposed to try it in medium-welldone but they asked me nothing(except checking) during my dinner. When i asked them about our check, they forgot and we waited 15mins. And we asked them again, and a waitress gave it to us very rude way.( i thought she was a baseball player) Anyway. It is worst french dinner. Im very sorry that it was our honeymoon, ans you guys ruined our night.
