I ordered the Whopper and it was delicious the lettuce, tomato, and onion were super fresh and the burger tasted just like it came off grandpa's grill!! The staff were very prompt and friendly. I would definitely recommend and would come back here again!!
I ordered food for 4 people and they had it done within 2 minutes. It was all nice and packed in a bag for me they even gave me all the sauce I asked for. Better yet the food was even Delicious.
Nice store. Large and clean, including restrooms. Food is always tasty at BK. The behind-the-counter employees (especially the black girl) were outstanding; helpful, patient and courteous. Highly recommend.
I'm rating this store with five stars because I went at a time when schools were closed and several workers with children called out. The three people inside worked their butts off to provide outstanding service. The wait was long yes only because of political events that I shall not mention. Please be courtesy to all fast food workers during these tribulations times. Low pay jobs, high living expenses thousands of hiring signs yet some humans are mad because they have to wait longer for fast food. Great job Burger King keep it up. Humanity have a little more patience and stop being rude to people who serve us food. 🇺🇸
I’d almost given up on Burger King as a chain because of a couple of badly run locations. This one led by Will ????? has restored my taste buds! Excellent food, fantastic team work, and extremely pleasant atmosphere. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
the people that work here are so nice and respectful . they mess up on orders sometimes but it is VERY obvious that they are understaffed and care .. and they have no problem just fixing my order . oh and I was there that day " those co workers that had there tongue down eachothers throat " the girl gave a light kiss to the guy . wow . but anyway u should go would highly recommend
Ate in for lunch. 1/8/23. Food was great, lobby and kitchen were both visibly very clean. Staff was really nice. Best Burger King experience in a longgggg time.
New sandwich maker is amazing, she kept up with both lines. And my order was completely right and she made sure everything was taken care of!! Definitely coming back
Mya and Carl went above and beyond to make sure everything in my order was correct and every helped me with an off menu items. 100% they need a raise for friendliness and service!!!!!
Updated review: Katanya (apologies if misspelled) went above and beyond for us tonight to make sure we would enjoy our meal. She deserves a raise! --- I can only assume they got some new employees and at least 1 new manager. The gentleman that helped us tonight was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. I believe he was the manager but I didn't get his name. He definitely deserves a raise if you want to keep him around for long!
Went throw drive throw Tuesday night around 10:45 pm the manger was the only one working, it took a few minutes but food was fresh and hot and she got my order right
Staff is always polite and helpful. The building is always clean, including the bathrooms. Parking lot is clean. The food is always hot and delicious.
I went twice last week, and both times the Gm was working the window. The first time was lunch time and there was only 3 employees working and they killed it. They were fantastic. The second time was for breakfast and only the gm was there. She was amazing. Seriously these people who are still coming to work need to be rewarded. I really wanted to get out of my car and come in and help her. I could tell she was tired, however she was still in the best mood, and was so sweet and polite.
Staff was courteous and they did an excellent job helping customers maintain distance by separating tables. Being on a long drive I really appreciated being able to get out and go inside. Sitting in the same vehicle for 20hrs including eating meals inside was terrible. This place was a breath of fresh air we needed. Thank you for opening your doors and tables.
We have ate at Burger King twice this week and both times the food was hot and fresh. The Texas Whopper was huge. Onion Rings and fries were hot.

There was literally no one else inside the store so we got our food rather quickly. Used a coupon & got the meal deal for $18 (such a good deal)! My only complaint would be that the onion rings we subbed for fries were way over cooked. Other than that, it was good!

I used to go to McDonald's by default. But that proved to be a fault. Not going back. Repeated bad experiences. I love the charcoal flavor of a Burger King hamburger. Definitely my new go-to, and this restaurant met all of my expectations and more.
Burger King was very efficient having two employees only and very fast service, the food was hot and fresh and the drive-through was moving well. Fantastic job for the two employees here. They should be awarded for their Service.
Customer service was MUCH better than it has been in the past.
Other than the fact that I bought and paid for a large fry with my meal which Unfortunately they gave me a small. The food was good I got the mushroom N Swiss meal and it turned out to be good. Quite frankly I like fries and it would have been nice to actually get what I paid for. I posted a picture showing my receipt with the little small fry container.
Springville, Alabama, Burger King is slow sometimes but most restaurants are slow, especially when they need help. I went through the drive through and the waiter was excellent everytime I have been there, it's been the same guy. I don't like their prices and everywhere else has doubled. Other than that the food has been great. Flame Broiled Burgers taste good 💯.
The external speaker in drive thru wasn't working so they were taking orders at the window which caused extended wait times.
Staff was nice and clean. Sandwich fell out of the wrapper and they remade it.

Went there today it was a little after 10 they was busy and only 2 people work , Kayla and the manger Crystal, they were working hard , the manger was pulling from back to front and even told us she was sorry for the wait 2 or 3 times , she took or order and then made are food and then handed it out to us , I understand they were the only ones there but Crystal rocked it , Thank you Crystal for the hard work and doing great today ,I love to see a manger that helps out like you did today!!
The grey haired lady that was taking our order obviously doesnt know how to smile. They were having a meeting which was a bit much seeings how the manager was a bit loud. They messed up our order. Just your typical fast food place

Very under staffed so I understand their difficultly. But half my order was missing and I asked and the cashier confirmed no ice in my drink and then gave it to me with ice. Fries and burger were nice and hot, cooked great.
Every time we go and eat at BK our food is cold...Tonight it made my husband and myself sick....our stomachs hurt really bad..I would just love to get a HOT WHOPPER AND FRIES ...that would be AWESOME...
Sad sad sad....most Burger Kings service is awful. Love the food when it’s not over cooked or cold but unless you hit it during the very slow rush hour food is cold. We live in this area and come here occasionally, but would come more if the service/food was better.
I went for breakfast and was the only one in the drivethrough. I was interrupted mid-order with the total for what I had asked for so far. I was going to order more but decided not to at that point. Wasn't offered or asked about cream or sugar in my coffee and my order was wrong, but I was charged for the correct item.
The food is standard Burger King, no issue there. U'm giving a 2 star rating for service and atmosphere though, because: the staff is very nice, very friendly generally. At times, they're also VERY slow. The biggest issue though is that their lobby is closed more often than not, with no note or schedule. So, if you don't want to eat in your car or get your food to take home, steer clear of this location.
Store has really fallen off here lately. Morning crew are fast and food is warm, however lunch and dinner are slacking. Terrible customer service. I'll be taking a break from here from now on.

I have shopped at this particular store three or four times in the last several weeks to get the two for duo at breakfast, which is a chicken sandwiches. They have made them for me happily every single time at every Burger King. I have gone to including this one and this one this morning, the store manager said she was the store manager said she would not make them because she does not do anything but breakfast this early in the morning they’ve done it before three or four times already at this store.
The restaurant was very clean. Destiny assisted us. She worked her tail off taking care of 2 customers simultaneously at the register. Then a coworker gave her the drive-thru headset to take care of it too. She took it all in stride and was formal with the customers, apologizing for the delay. Our order came out wrong. Sometimes it happens. No biggie for us. But then the manager, started fussing at Destiny in front of us. That doesn't sit well with me. Humans make mistakes. Hard stop. There's a lesson to be learned. It is not learned by fussing at someone, especially in front of customers. I gave that message to the manager. She "apologized" by saying, "I'm sorry you feel that way." My feedback to the manager, in person, was that is not a real apology if you're talking about how I feel. And Destiny did not deserve correction, harsh or otherwise, in front of customers. I am a people manager, and I correct folks regularly. But privately. Every. Single. Time. Most people want to do right and want to do better. Embarrassing them is not the solution. Guiding them in private is much more effective. I gave the food a 2 because it was hard and cold. Destiny, if you read this, hmu. I'll hire you at a job with respect and excellent benefits.
Food was cold, didn't receive half our order. Had to go back in . They refused to give us fresh food or something to compensate. DO NOT GO HERE
Rachel was so mean to us. She continued to stare at our whole family as we ate. She rolled her eyes when we said we were dining in. She would not hand me my drink cup. She overall made our visit very VERY unpleasant. All the other workers were days of sunshine, especially the cook and assembler. Meanwhile Rachel was a ray of death. Please talk to Rachel, we will not be returning!
They are the slowest fast food restaurant. Employees are rude as can be.
Staff was rude and didn't serve our family. We got there at 11 everyone got else git their meals waited until 12:19. Waited after eight people had their meals.
This place has been bad since the day it opened. I hit. them up every 2-3 months on a lark. I keep giving them a try cause it's one of only three options, but this week they sank to a new low. They have options on the menu they'll refuse to sell you... then blame it on "corporate" and the manager pretends they have no power to make things right. New new... 15 minutes at the drive through, not so much as an answer.
Sit at drive thru for 10 minutes no one came to take my order. 1st time I ate here the food was cold. Will not be back a 3rd time.
Sat at the drive thru window for 20 minutes. Pulled around and 5 employees standing around talking. Car sitting at the window sat there the entire time. If they don’t want to work, let them go.
When I got to the speaker the order taker was very rude and didn’t even get my order correct. We got to the first window and pay and the cashier slams the door closed, and then we went to get our food and the lady basically throws us our food and didn’t even say a damn word. When I got my burger it was cold and the bottom of it was covered in layers of flour. I really don’t think I’ll be going back to Burger King for a while.
Absolutely horrible service we waited for an hour for our food and asked multiple times if they forgot about us then cussed us when we got mad. Manager doesn’t know what he’s doing and just lets the workers cuss and treat customers wrong. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been please don’t go.
I placed an online order at 8:45 pm while shopping in Walmart. Went to pick it up at 9:30 & they were closed. Since this store seems to close early a lot I made sure that I seen them open when turning in to go to Walmart. The only customer support provided is through chat & then it's forwarded to someone who apparently will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours.
I went through the drive last night around 4:30. I was the only car. I ordered an original chicken sandwich combo with onions rings, a cheeseburger with onion rings, an 8 piece chicken nugget and a kids cheeseburger meal with added pickles. The guy gave me a sack and I went through it. I told him I didn’t have my kids meal. He went to the back and came back and said, they said it’s in there. I handed him my sack and said, no it’s not. He Then brought me a cheeseburger to add to my sack. I decided to check the cheeseburgers. One only had meat and cheese and the other only had Meat, cheese and two pickles. That’s it!! I asked him if this is how their cheeseburgers come and he said yes. I asked again was he sure and he said yes. I said, I thought they would at least have ketchup and mustard on them. He said, well most people don’t want it on there. I said, I didn’t request that, I wanted it. And he said, I know, I didn’t put it in that you didn’t, they just fixed them that way. I then ask if I could have mustard and ketchup added. He brought them back and I check the sack again and noticed no fries or chicken nuggets. He went and brought me some fries (6 to be exact). I said what about my nuggets. He went and got my nuggets. It was absolutely the weirdest drive thru experience of my life. I actually thought I was being recorded for a joke.

This place is a horrible place to eat at, the workers are very disrespectful and rude. The food takes forever. The workers smoke and curse , even at the customers, while the manager does absolutely nothing about it.
Worst Burger King ever!!!!!! Went through the drive thru and ordered a double with onion rings and nuggets. Ask if nuggets were fresh was told yes. Well the onion rings were so old they were hard as a rock. The nuggets were cold and old. Went back through ask for fresh onion rings had to wait for them. Got to where I was going opened up my sandwich and it was a single but checked receipt and I paid for double. Called the place several times no answer. This has happened several times at the Springville location. Better check your order before you leave!!!! I drove 30 mins just for Burger King so I won’t be back there!!!!!!
Disgusting food, under cooked burger, over cooked fries and chicken fries. Had the lobby closed with no signs indicating it was closed and refused to accommodate my box truck by letting me pay with the app and wait outside. I had to get my co worker to drive through and get my food. 0 out of 10 will actively avoid this train wreck of a business
It's a new restaurant but they already need a new crew. **Edited to continue my review: We have been here several times. Given lots of "second chances" Every time we get burned. They either forget something like bacon or cheese, or the order is sloppy or cold and inedible. Yesterday was my final straw! I was given, what looked to me, like raw cinnamon rolls. When I brought them back I asked the guy in the drive thru if he would eat those, he said let me get you some fresh ones. He came back and handed me a super hot container. When I opened it, it was the same thing. He just threw them in the microwave. I'm done ✔
First, I never post reviews, or do social media. This place is terrible. Today was my 4th time attempting to get breakfast. They open at 6 a.m. (or are supposed to) but at 7:15 no one was there. This has happened several times. If i owned this Burger King I would fire everyone and start over. How do you make money when you're closed during business hours?. After 4 times of this I just cannot go back. Guess I'll use the Trussville location. Thanks
Worst experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant! One of the workers, "Joy", ranted and slammed things the whole time we were in there. They were short handed, but her behavior was unacceptable. People were actually walking out because of her behavior. When she yelled to the other workers about going out to smoke a cigarette, a lady told her little girl, "we're going to McDonalds." I can only hope that the manager was only putting up with Joy's behavior because they were so short handed.
Don't order a chicken sandwich there and expect to have real chicken , you will get ground up and formed chicken that is not good. I am very disappointed. my order I would have gone to Jacks and had a real chicken sandwich. not the stuff I got for $8.43. I know that Jacks would have been real Chicken breast, hand breaded and fresh. I want be going back to Burger King. Very Very much dissatisfied with the food.....

I would give 0 stars if I could. The manager and establishment of this store needs to start telling your employees not to tell your customers that they'll be back in 10 min. before taking your order bc they need to go have a drink. I've been to Springville Burger king by Walmart 2 times in the last month both times it was very poor service or lack of training not sure on both occasions when you finally get to drive up window you are told to wait and you wait and wait they are not taking your order until they fill the one car that is at window to pick up there order, there is no indoor service doors are locked so no option on inside dining, if they can only take 1 order and prepare it before taking the next order, 8 or 9 cars waiting to place a order and one car picking up there order, THEY MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE THE WINDOW ALSO AND TURN OFF THE GRILL
First and last burger king I would ever visit. It took them 30 mins to bring out my drive thru order. When it finally came she forgot the drink and did not even have the simple courtesy to apologize. As if that was not enough, I found a large strand of hair in my food. Horrible experience. Rude staff. I'm never visiting
I've given this place a try about 3-4 times this year and all were disappointing. On my most most recent visit, there were few cars in the lot and no line at the drivethrough. I pulled to the drivethrough thinking I'd get quick service but I was wrong. I sat at the intercom for nearly ten minutes with no response to my alert of "hello, are you open?". Finally I drove over the curb to exit the lane. I then drove around and saw they were in fact open. These folks are inept.
Went to pick up Door Dash order, the lady at the drive thru was rude, seemed angry. The order continued to come through, and we tried to explain it had been paid for by Door Dash. She refused to listen to anyone about said order. We drove over 20 minutes to pick up the order. As we sat there, 3 other dashers showed up for the same order and were told the same. We called for customer support with Door Dash and the lady would not even answer the phone for Door Dash Customer Support. This was a waste of time and gas. We were working just as she was. The order was all ready called in, and confirmed, and they were just refusing to make the order. How sad. What a waste of space this employee and this restaurant are. If you door dash, this Burger King will screw you over. Door Dash people stay away from this one. Customers, if they are doing it to us, they will do it to you too.
Waited 45 mins in the drive thru for my order just to not have it all correct and have to wait another 25 mins for them to fix it and not have everything in stock I ordered
I regret to inform you that you do not “have it your way” at this BK. Debated on leaving a review, but knew that I had to after seeing another Doordash driver’s experience. The lazy, incompetent, rude late shift duo, cracked out Ken and Karen, refuse to make an order that is already paid for by a hungry customer. The guy comes to the window and I tell him I’m picking up a Doordash order for “customer’s name”. He huffs and puffs, mumbles something under his breath, then yells for the chick and says I need you for this order. I can’t make out what she’s saying across the airwaves but her tone is riddled with contempt. I quickly found out he wasn’t calling for help to make the order. He was calling in bad news Betty…the order destroyer enforcer. “We ain’t got no Doordash”, she proclaims, without an ounce of compassion or care. I’m like yeah you do, show her my phone, and tell her how far I’ve driven. She shrugs her shoulders and says “nahhhh we ain’t got nothing”, then gives me a fake “Soooorrryyy”. I drove 20 minutes from the other side of Trussville to pick up the order. Meanwhile, the hungry customer is patiently waiting, probably excited that a driver is going to grab their food. It’s very unprofessional and downright rude! In total, I wasted 50 minutes of my time, about $4 in gas, and lost the $18 that I would have made delivering the food. So your staff cost me a total of $22 and almost an hour of my time. My power bill is due today, which is why I was working the late shift. I have some advice for your staff. If they are not going to make an order, turn off the orders on the Doordash tablet. You can set it to “not accepting orders right now”. There’s so many people struggling. That’s the least you can do if you’re going to be lazy. No one will get sent on a wild goose chase, and you won’t subject paying customers to sitting around waiting on food that’s never going to arrive. To other drivers: proceed with caution with this place. If you’re on hourly, it’s not as risky. Do not waste your time driving from Trussville. Call the restaurant beforehand to see if they’re going to make the order before you get burned. PSA to the public: Order Taco Bell if you’re hungry and it’s late night. They’re always nice, professional, and have the food ready in a jiffy.
Ok so I played the donation game that they have in front of the counter and I want it and it said there was a prize and they said they stopped doing that even though it’s still there. Me waste a valuable five pennies.
I would rate it a zero if I could, I stopped in on my way home from work at 8:30 and was met at the door by a female who motioned for me to go to the drive through as she locked the door in my face! It was 8:30! What a shame, another once awesome restaurant from my childhood, gone due to terrible management. I left, and will likely never return to this location.

Hard lukewarm fries. Not hot,sloppy burger, minus the extra pickles asked for. No napkins. hand you a roll of brown tissue without any apologies.Some awful noise on the TV repeated continually..Zero chance we will go back
Fries tasted like they had been out overnight and had to be thrown away, all of the burgers were wrong and covered in jalapeños. Only thing correct in the order were two sprites. Honestly not sure how an entire order could have been gotten so wrong?!
The black girl that was working the window the evening of September 5th 2023 has the worst attitude and worst customer service of any fast food worker I’ve ever come across. Waited patiently at the speaker for 5 minutes before she finally asks for my order, I tell her I have a mobile order and was rudely told to come to the second window. Get to the second window, sit there for a few minutes before I’m acknowledged, then she opens the window “what did you have?” I said I had a mobile order and stated my name. You would’ve thought I personally asked her to go out back and slaughter the cow and cook it for me, she huffed and puffed in my face and closed the window. I’m literally making your job EASIER by placing a mobile order tf? Then she comes back and says I have to pull up because “it’s a lot of food” I literally ordered 2 whopper combos, like it doesn’t get much easier than that? Then the 3 cars in line behind me all got their food before me lmao. After about 15 minutes she strolls out with my food and proceeds to complain about another car in the line that “ordered 50 things” like okay cool sorry you had to do your job? Then she starts to walk off and I tell her she forgot our drinks. “Oh I thought I gave them to you at the window. Did I not give them to you at the window?” No ma’am you didn’t, you were too busy pouting over my mobile order. Then she loudly sighs again and asks me what drinks I had. I told her a Dr. Pepper and a root beer. She laughs in my face and says “we don’t even have root beer!! You have to go across the street to Taco Bell for that!!!” Like what 😂 superb customer service ma’am! The app literally had Barqs root beer as an option, my receipt even said “Barqs” on it. I’m guessing she didn’t even know Barqs was root beer…then she goes back inside to “get our drinks” but doesn’t, we watched her walk behind the counter and put her headset back on. Had to go inside and the manager herself had to fix our drinks due to her employee’s laziness and lack of care. Such a horrible experience, then the cherry on top was our food we waited for was cold. I tried this location a couple years ago and had a horrible experience. Figured I’d give ‘em another try and this experience was infinitely worse. Avoid the Springville Burger King at all cost!
i dont think i will ever eat here again. im usually not one to post like this but i have never been so disappointed in a fast food restaurant. i placed a mobile order at 10 this morning, was in the drive thru at 10:05 and sat there for almost 25 minutes. got to the window and they apparently were out of biscuits so they gave me a croissant, i also ordered french toast stick and an iced coffee. i got hashbrowns and a black coffee which was fine, i had to eat quick bc i had to go back to work. i start to pour a little creamer packet into my coffee and i noted a smell, the coffee cream pod was spoiled and came out in chunks. it was disgusting. my car smelt all day long. i understand short staffing issue or supply issues but there has been too many issues at this particular location to not close the doors.
Trucker here....few if us all went to zagbys based simply off the reviews and one driver didn't even eat his food from there earlier. Letting these kids run this place gonna run into the ground. Sound like manager is there best friend
I was here today for a quick lunch, ordered fish combo, it took them almost 15 mins to give me my order until I asked where is my order, a lot of commotions within the employees as to why orders are coming in and out but mine is not, claiming the fish needs to be cook but I noticed the fish is been cooked and been waiting in the tray and another reason is the guy is new in this job but regardless, I also noticed that people from the drive through are coming back inside and complaining about their order is wrong, it’s the worst meal I have ever eaten. The fries is too done and salty, will never going back there ever.
Went to the counter to place our order. No one there...had to wait until she finished sweeping. Placed our order and waited...and waited...and waited...back to counter and didn't see our order in progress in their screen. Told another employee that we never got our order (by that time they had called several numbers past ours). Then they had to argue with each other for a while about remaking our order. That took at least another 5 minutes. The food was acceptable but worst service I recall ever having at a Burger King.
Whoever is at drive thru at 11:50am today 3-8-25 needs training.!!! How is it that I get asked 10times to repeat my order while I can hear you playing in the speaker, asked me to hold in the middle of me requesting 1 of my meals with cheese, after I got $38+ in the order and could NOT finish it, due to her lack of listening, I decided to just cancel it.. RIDICULOUS.!!! Only 1 car that was already at the window when I pulled into the parking lot and about 3-4 cars outside the building 🤦🏾♀️ I see why there’s never any business here
We went through and order to double croissant bacon I asked if they could cook my bacon fresh and chewy, So it wasn't so hard. And I got 2 orders Of French toast sticks cooked fresh.I go to pull out and notice They gave me biscuits instead of croissants. So I had to pull back around and get them to fix it. But even when they gave me the biscuits, the bacon was still hard. And When I got my croissants, the bacon was hard.The sandwich was cold and the egg was cold very very disappointing. then on top of that The manager was cursing and I could hear him.Cause I left the window open. The manager didn't look too happy to be there anyway.Didn't smile and say Hey have a great day, Good morning, nothing just a crappy attitude.
Not gonna lie they take WAY TOO LONG fast food not even fast no more it’s slow food shit
Bad experience, had placed an order 5 minutes prior to arriving. They had maybe 2 cars in the drive thru and no on inside. Took them an extra 10 minutes to make my food. Workers look like they had no idea what they were doing, bad teamwork, and from what it looks like lazy management as well.
Terrible customer service. Employee threatened to pull me out the car and beat me and then ran off running his mouth🤣🤣 #BH
Went in and the gm was yelling at her employees and very disrespectful, will never go back and dont recommend anyone else to go here
Ordered 3 sandwiches, extra mayo on 2 of them, chicken sandwich came with no veggies at all plus they didn't put the extra mayo on the other two sandwiches, also completely forgot the cinnamon rolls I ordered. Bratty kid with bleach tipped dreads was SUPER rude, I wish I could give 0 stars.
Very dirty, workers have no idea what they're doing. Placed an online order got there 5 minutes after the order was placed and it took 18 minutes for 2 plain cheeseburgers after I got there. There were no customers in front of me, not very busy.
Went through the drive through with my husband tonight. We ordered whoopers with his no lettuce and tomato and chicken nuggets. When the young woman handed him the bag through the window she MOCKINGLY said “no lettuce no tomato” in a very clear mocking and rude tone. Like we ruined their night of standing around and shooting the breeze by having the audacity to order food. The burgers were fine, the nuggets were definitely old and gross.
Holy smokes! Some of the worst service I’ve received in a long time. The drive thru lady was extremely rude and it took about 15 minutes to make it through and I was the only car in line. And my order was wrong. Not sure how they could do worse
I've been in the Springville location 4 times since the advertising started for bbq brisket whopper, different days and times and each time I'm told we don't have any brisket. This is about the worst promotion I've ever experienced. Shame on Burger King.
2nd time I came to this location because they advertise a all day menu ask the Lady for two whoppers and she told me they don't do lunch in the morning I then point to the sign on the menu screen that's says all day menu and she says I don't have time to honor that its to much work in the morning when most of the orders are breakfast so we just don't honor it here. why even have the sign up would love to here back from a manger or some one from corporate
The lady at the drive thru window taking orders complained about our order being big not once but 3 times and stated we could’ve came inside for our order. She couldn’t even ring up a cup of water correctly and tried charging me $2.79 for a cup of water. Ridiculous service.
The food is horrible, cold meat etc. It's been closed, shut down, and reopen a few times. Customer service is not great, seem to can't stay open. When there are open, it appears closed and dead. Needs better operational/management to have a great restaurant to succeed. Fair warning, if you're traveling through.
Cashier was smoking weed with someone outside the pickup window when I pulled up. I went in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes. I lady cook was trying to tell the cashier I was there but he was ignoring her and continued with his friends. I left and enjoyed zaxbys across the street, it was delicious.
