Had an ice cream with coffee. The ice cream had water crystals in it. Probably melted and re-frozen at some point.

Terrible place, racist in general, disrespectful to customers, laughing in their faces. And the food, oh the food, terrible, not fresh, just yuck. Don't go near it.

Typical yourust trap, very infriendly and arrogant service. food is avarage at best' overpriced for sure. Location is good but not woth the dispicable way they treated some people. stay away!

Beautiful location. Horrible employees and owner/manager. Wayyyys overpriced and absolutely no VFM. Not very clean. I would stay away or at least not buy anything that doesn't come in a sealed bottle.

Worst service ever! They were rude, asked for money for things we didnt eat. Gave me and my friend Food poisoning. Hygene of the toilets were awfull. The girl with glasses was the rudest of them all! Would rather not eat a day than go to this place ever again!!!

This place was the worst place we have been to in Italy if you see it keep walking. We told the guy when we paid for our order what we were not happy with only to be told to talk to the manager so we asked to see the manager and he said no you can send an email.

The food has a massive price but it’s pretty normal for the area. The manager lady is the angriest and noisiest person that believes that she has costumers for her hole life and that the food she serves is given out for free. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

One of the worst places in this island! The bald manager was very rude to us and shouted at us (I think he might be racist based on our experience and other reviews on Google). This restaurant is also one of the most expensive places here. I don’t want to sound like Gordon Ramsey but the food tasted frozen. There are other cafes that have better service and lower prices. The value for money of Lemontree was terrible. I would suggest that you consider other options.

The male manager in the store is a racist. When I wanted to pay the bill my friend didn’t manage to pay. He intentionally asked me to speak up. I thought he knew what was going on with our bill. Then he started to say racist comments against Asians. He said Asians didn’t dare to speak up even it was just about asking bills. That’s not what happened. He knew. What a disappointment at this place. Shocked by his shameless behavior. He needs to show some respect towards people and stop making assumptions about Asians. Asking for a bill isn’t that hard for anyone in the world, we are sorry to disappoint you.
