Charming spot for drink and food in beautiful isola Bella
A great atmosphere, chilled relaxed on the lake restaurant. Drinks are great and the ice cream/milkshakes. Go inside of the main building as is great with rock memorabilia.
Even if we stop for a quick drink before the ferry, the staff treat us very friendly and courteous. The location seems to be suitable also for a long break or a meal. We will stop again next time.

A relaxed place amongst all the crowds. Food and drinks were served promptly - the staff here were friendly and helpful.
Great little bar on the island, good, well spaced tables, and good shade over all of them. Staff is very good and fast with orders. We had a couple of milkshakes in order to cool down on a very hot day. Very good strawberry one and excelent banna one. Cooled us down in the heat.
Service was good. Food was good. Beer was good, nice head full glass. Yes you pay more, buy this is expected on a tourist island stop. Prosciutto and Melon was excellent...served fresh cut.
We ordered sandwiches, fanta and ice cream on this restaurant, the menu card is really wide ( 40 x 40 just guessing 😁😀 ) aside from the price which is I think overpriced (costs of Fanta is 4€) I guess it's because Isola Bella is one of the famous tourist destination in the Lake Maggiore and they took advantage of the situation. We were at their outdoor seating so we had the view of the lake and the staff were very friendly so all in all it was great.
Stopped for a quick drink and to use the toilets. Surroundings and decor very nice. Service abit slow but it's nice to sit outside and have a drink on a hot day.
This cafe has a indoor and outdoor seating. Staff/servers were utterly unfriendly, pulls a long bitter face throughout our entire time there. Only one young man bothered to smile, the rest looked really unwilling to work there. Looks like they weren’t tipped enough? (Look at attached photos!) Cappuccino we ordered cost us €3.50. Rather pricey for Italian coffee. Giving them 3 stars only bcus the coffee tasted fine.
Had an ice cream with coffee. The ice cream had water crystals in it. Probably melted and re-frozen at some point.
Terrible place, racist in general, disrespectful to customers, laughing in their faces. And the food, oh the food, terrible, not fresh, just yuck. Don't go near it.
Typical yourust trap, very infriendly and arrogant service. food is avarage at best' overpriced for sure. Location is good but not woth the dispicable way they treated some people. stay away!
Terrible service — we asked a question and the waitress wasn’t nice at all. The food was bland and not tasty. In short, I strongly recommend staying away! A disappointing place.
Beautiful location. Horrible employees and owner/manager. Wayyyys overpriced and absolutely no VFM. Not very clean. I would stay away or at least not buy anything that doesn't come in a sealed bottle.

Worst service ever! They were rude, asked for money for things we didnt eat. Gave me and my friend Food poisoning. Hygene of the toilets were awfull. The girl with glasses was the rudest of them all! Would rather not eat a day than go to this place ever again!!!
This place was the worst place we have been to in Italy if you see it keep walking. We told the guy when we paid for our order what we were not happy with only to be told to talk to the manager so we asked to see the manager and he said no you can send an email.
I had a tiramisu and coffee and it definitely wasn't worth 10€ When I told them that I wasn't really satisfied they just started to swear in italian👎🏻
The food has a massive price but it’s pretty normal for the area. The manager lady is the angriest and noisiest person that believes that she has costumers for her hole life and that the food she serves is given out for free. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
One of the worst places in this island! The bald manager was very rude to us and shouted at us (I think he might be racist based on our experience and other reviews on Google). This restaurant is also one of the most expensive places here. I don’t want to sound like Gordon Ramsey but the food tasted frozen. There are other cafes that have better service and lower prices. The value for money of Lemontree was terrible. I would suggest that you consider other options.
The male manager in the store is a racist. When I wanted to pay the bill my friend didn’t manage to pay. He intentionally asked me to speak up. I thought he knew what was going on with our bill. Then he started to say racist comments against Asians. He said Asians didn’t dare to speak up even it was just about asking bills. That’s not what happened. He knew. What a disappointment at this place. Shocked by his shameless behavior. He needs to show some respect towards people and stop making assumptions about Asians. Asking for a bill isn’t that hard for anyone in the world, we are sorry to disappoint you.
This is €8 for worst pre made old pizza. No way ! Beer is €7! Never again
