I had an Amazing time, the food was delicious, the ambiance was wonderful and the server Chelsea was so sweet. I will definitely be coming back. ISLA is definitely a 10 out of 10

Went here for my boyfriend’s birthday. I was excited because I heard so much about this place and it did not disappoint! All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our server Kenny had great energy and gave us some good recommendations. My boyfriend had to tell me at least 5 times during our meal how good his food was lol. We started with the bacalaitos and for our entrees we got the pollo guisado and the piñón Boricua. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back because I wanted to try everything on the menu!

Kenny was absolutely fabulous from the time we step into the door! Drinks were flowing, appetizers looked amazing and the taste was out of this world!!! This new menu is fantastic!! We shared two appetizers and entree so that we can taste more of the menu! I most definitely will comeback to try more of this new menu! We requested to see the chef to pay compliments! Everything was that good. The food was so good I forgot to take pics of the entrees when they arrived

The Puerto Rican margarita, the tastiest and strongest margarita I’ve had ever 🍸 I was already feeling good after the 1st, number 2 was the cherry on top! And those arepas!! I got mine fried and when I tell you, the BEST fried taco I’ve had ever. The staff was very nice and attentive, and so was the owner Luis who is very hands on with his business. He even brought me my food! The atmosphere, the vibes, the staff, the food - 10/10 definitely recommend!

Our first time here was amazing! Food was better than we expected and the drinks were top tier! Chelsea was such a cool vibe and gave some good recommendations. And she made the best drinks ive had in a while! It really brought me back to the islands!

The food was amazing. I ordered the Crispy Pork Belly Smothered with Pickled Onions and it was soft and crispy but it was even better than expected it be. As for the main course, I ordered the Puerto Rican style Lasagna with Ripe Pantain served with Puerto Rican Red Bean Fried Rice. I didn’t expect it to have a sweetness to it but I was very pleasantly surprised and I enjoyed it alot. I was a getting full quick so I wasn’t able to eat it all after the appetizer so I got go boxes after. As for the drinks they were all amazing as well. I would definitely come back here again very soon.

This is my new Caribbean spot! The vibe, food, and drinks are AMAZING! A friend and I were CRAVING Caribbean food and found this spot and it is a new Gem! The music and atmosphere are very fun, uplifting, and welcoming! We ordered the Pollo Guisado con Mamposteo, the sandwich Cuban con yuca frita (for dinner), the mousse de chocolate con salsa de par cha and flan de queso (for dessert) and for drinks we ordered the Midnight in Carite! I def recommend! And the food presentation was amazing! When you go look for the following people: Kenny, Rey, or Chelsea! They will make your night very fun!

Server was great and personable- very attentive! The food was absolutely delicious- we were excited for the food and didn’t get great pictures. Therefore our pictures do not do the food justice. Came here for the first time today, and I’m obsessed with the decor and the fact that Isla is now at this location. We need more authentic Latin restaurants, and Isla delivers. The cocktails were so delicious. I got their santiago spicy margarita, which was so tasty, and the Tajín around the rim was truly the cherry on top. The appetizers were great. We ordered the chicharrón de pollo con salsa nacional (chicken bites). Yes, basic, but SO tasty. We also got the camarones en escabeche con tostones, which were shrimp with pickled vegetables and honestly incredible. I love pickled veggies, and this gave major ceviche vibes. And the tostones… hands down the best tostones I’ve had. No joke. So crispy. I also got a side of yuca fries, which were exactly what I was expecting. Perfectly crispy, and it’s been hard to find a spot around here that does good yuca fries. For the main dishes, we had the churrasco con chimichurri, acompañado de un majado de yuca y ajo asado. The steak on top of the mashed yuca hit every palate. Highly recommend. We also got the chuleta Kan Kan, which is the pork tomahawk, and this entrée was insane. It tasted just as good as it looked—no joke. For dessert, we tried the chocolate mousse, which was the perfect way to end the night. So excited to see this place flourish. If you’re looking for a new spot for drinks, good vibes, and amazing food, you have to check this place out.

Wednesday night 1st time at this restaurant….Very impressed, excellent wait staff and relaxing good vibes. I had the tacos (2) with homemade hot sauce for an appetizer and large chicken in a bed of fried rice for dinner….You really should give this a try especially for something off the beaten path.

I’m not a reviewer, but this place deserves accolades! I can’t decide what to rave about first, but I think the food deserves top billing. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!!! We had drinks and apps and entrees… all 6 of us in the group were beyond satisfied. And the service?!?!? Perfection. Then the ambiance…the new velvet seats were plush and comfy and the lighting subdued. Nothing stuffy about this place. We’ll be back again!!!

I brought my gf to eat Isla for the first time. As soon as we were sat, we waited a long time till we got served while we watched other new tables (4 or more) receive faster service than us. Even though we dined in, our food came out to go so our food had to be replated which did not make my already irate mood better. If it wasn't for our wonderful waiter who was super helpful, service was abysmal. As for food, it was okay but not for the expensive price. I would rather have gone to any local Puerto Rican/Dominican restaurant any day.
