The coffee itself is high quality, the balance of flavors is fantastic, and our wonderful barista always goes out of her way to make the most beautiful latte art. Trust me, I’ve tried every coffee this town has to offer and One Fine Day knocks it out of the park every time. 🥰❤️

This is my go-to cafe in town. I love their mango tea, galaxy far away tea, and my partner loves the tiramisu latte. The service is always fast and friendly and we love the cozy train theme of the cafe 😊❤️.

I expected a typical Coffee shop But to my surprise common is the the word to describe it The staff was very polite and attentive! The manager was so accommodating with my friends and I. The Latte he made specifically for me transported me to my hometown where coffee is grown and picked for export, He even put brown sugar on the side for me He sure knows about how cuban coffee is served I loved the humble chef in the back making this (picture )pesto chicken panini sandwich and let me tell you guys the fruit bowls are delicious from the freshness of the fruit to the contrast of the texture and flavors Simple but well made. The Drinks they offer are top notch. So my recommendation is come have a cup of coffee with Dubai inspired brownies or what ever you decide and taste from the delicious menu. Come enjoy this Coffee experience or cold drinks.

I’m just hiking through but this Tiramisu latte was the best coffee I had so far!! Delicious chocolate banana bread and bagel with eggs and avocado. I had to come back the next day. Both the lady and the guy behind the counter were amazing, sooo nice! Highly recommended. :)

My boyfriend and I come here at least every other weekend, and it’s always a great experience. It can get a bit busy at times, but it’s 100% worth the wait. The customer service is top-tier—everyone is friendly and attentive, and it’s a big reason we keep coming back; the other being the food and drinks. We’ve tried lots of different drinks (all fantastic), and the food is just as great—always so filling and flavorful. Special shoutout to Laura—she’s amazing! You can tell she genuinely cares about every customer and takes pride in what she does. She’s a huge part of why we love this place so much.

The location is beautifully decorated with interesting art and objects, there's also a selection of books and free internet available. The staff is all incredibly friendly and have even bothered to remember my name. While I haven't tried the whole menu, I have every intention to do so, from what I've had so far, the food and drinks are top notch and the prices ($5-$8 a drink) are definitely worth it.

We stopped by to kill some time while using the laundromat across the street and ended up staying longer than expected. The eclectic vibe, comfortable seating, and French music were the perfect accompaniment to the handcrafted coffee concoctions and delicious snacks. We were even more delighted to see there is even a vegan brunch offering. Thank you Laura!!

We visit this cafe every time we visit Tehachapi. The front-desk staff/cashier has always been friendly. It is one of the best customer service experiences! Their halo-halo is very good. I am glad they have this. This brings me back closer to home. We had the original halo-halo and croissant banh mi. Parking is street parking.

This place should be called One Fantastic Day in Tehachapi! I walked past it for the first time about a week ago and have been 3 times already. It’s that good. Laura is an absolute gem, and really knows her coffee. Her cappuccinos are a dream and the latte art is super cute. Of the specialty drinks, I’ve tried the Galaxy Far Away and Tehachapi Sunset, both of which were divine. The baked good are on point. Seriously, everything I’ve had here was drool worthy. Tehachapi has been in need of a cafe like this for a long time. So glad One Fine Day in Tehachapi has arrived on the scene!

Love this cozy little cafe! I feel it’s the coffee shop we’ve needed in Tehachapi, and the best one in town! Drinks are consistently delicious, beautiful, and the perfect temperature! The people working the counter are always so kind, patient, and helpful! They really make your day feel better. Food I’ve tried has also been amazing. I hope you try this place out! (Ps ask about their beet root latte or ube taro milk latte for something colorful and different!)

Lucky stop: who would expect the best pastel de nata (Portuguese egg custard tart pastry) outside of portugal in this little town. Also loved the affogato coffee. Wasn't hungry but the food options did look very interesting. The lady at the time at the counter was a real treasure of welcoming and hospitable.

A really cozy, fun coffee and pastry shop. The Portuguese Egg Tarts are as good as any I have ever eaten. The coffee great. Medium roast is so good. They have electric model trains running around up at the ceiling. And the service is bright and cheerful.

We enjoy bringing family here when they visit. Everything we've ordered has been lovely. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The kids enjoy watching the train run along the ceiling. 🙂

I was working in the area and needed a quick lunch and pick me up. I was greeted when I walked in and the two men working were so kind in helping me pick out my lunch and coffee. The sandwich and coffee were delicious. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area

Great Food and Cozy Atmosphere at One Fine Day Café On my way to Vegas, I felt tired and hungry when I reached Tehachapi. So I got off Highway 58 and turned into downtown, looking for a place to grab a cup of coffee and a light sandwich. A quick search on Yelp led me to One Fine Day. The young man working there seemed a bit overwhelmed but was very friendly and welcoming. I asked for a latte, and while he was making it, I checked the menu and decided on an avocado sandwich. The young man delivered my latte and ensured it was how I wanted it. When it arrived, the sandwich was perfectly delicious! I enjoyed every bite of the sandwich and took my time drinking the latte, relaxing a bit before getting back on the road. One Fine Day is a very cozy and relaxing café, and the food is delicious. The service, at least when I was there, was great, and I enjoyed my visit very much. I will definitely stop by there next time I am driving through! For anyone planning to visit, they also offer free Wi-Fi, which is a great plus if you need to catch up on some work or just browse the internet while enjoying your meal. The vibe here is where it's at, if u want a cozy place to chill this is where to go. The drinks are great, I haven't tried anything but the baked goodies but those r bomb. Staff are super nice. Disappointed they r closed Mondays tho
